Located in downtown and easy proximity to the shopping malls. Well maintained hotel with nice bar.

Overall this was a very nice hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. Atmosphere was probably a little overly professional and therefore felt clinical, and I don't think the attached restaurant wanted our business as they told us it would be a 45 minute wait when the place was basically empty.

Really wish hotels would make it clear that they don't provide basic traveller facilities like an iron though; around €5 per garment if you need anything done.

Worth what I paid? Probably not quite. Nice place to stay? Yes.

This is a really good and classic 4-star hotel. A well oiled machine. Everything works, everything is spotless, professional staff, really good breakfast buffet (without being amazing), nice terrace bar.... Kind of "you know what you will get" - and that's good! Recommended!

Basic hotel with a good placement next to the central station, the cruise ships and a mall. The rooms and the hotel itself is just basic, no luxury feel to it, but clean and well kept. The breakfast was OK but the staff a bit slow on setting the tables and cleaning dishes.

I stayed here for a few days. The staff are friendly if a bit stuffy. The restaurant is ok but not special. The rooms were spacious and clean.

I have to call attention to the hotel WiFi. I would randomly be logged out of the wifi several times a day on both my laptop and my phone. There was no option for "keep me logged in" or "remember me" so each time I would notice I had logged been out I had to go through the login process and supply my credentials all over again. This was very frustrating and results in -1 star from me.

Nice hotel. Great room, great service, very good food. And for us - a perfect location. Highly rekommended!

Rooms, restaurant, breakfast, bar, fitness, location... All good and functional.
views are beautiful from the top floor bar. If only it was a little bit less expensive sometimes....

Very good hotel, service is very good as well. The breakfast is amazing. The chef makes me an omlet every day. You can pick you own toppings. There is a cool cocktailbar on the roof of the hotel. Unfortunately it is closed on Sunday. The beds in the rooms are good and soft. Not so hard as in other hotels. Also the service is good. We lent some umbrellas because it was raining and they didn't mind at all.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms, loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Restaurant at the ground floor serves delicious breakfast and dinner, and the bar up top have some amazing cocktails.

Invited for a factory visit in Kiel stayed over in the Atlantic. Very nice and clean room. Roof top bar offers great cocktails and food. Very nice crew!

Simple but relatively modern hotel, good service but the Wifi is slow and inconsistent

Simple but classy four star hotel. The interior is nothing special but the service is excellent. If you're lucky enough to be assigned a room overlooking the harbour the view is truly great.
The hotel bar is amazing, a lot nicer than what you'd expect from a hotel- with a decent selection of whiskies and great staff who'll whip up any cocktail you might feel like with ease.
Only serious drawback is the barely existent gym area. While the sauna area is quite sizeable and well equipped, the gym area is barely the size of a normal hotel room with one very rickety cross-trainer, one elliptical and one bike.

Great Food and Overall a nice ambiente

Accommodations were great and service staff were very friendly.
