This is a lovely little hotel run by a family (I think - all the people working here seem very friendly with each other and it runs smoothly).

The rooms are nice and clean. A great shower and bathtub. Airco works well and beds are comfortable. The light switches are quite complex but you can turn off different lights with one switch once you get the hang of the system.

The whole place is nicely decorated in a non-chain way - it's quite funky. Breakfast is delicious (wow, those croissants). There are also some great restaurants within a couple of hundred metres. I would thoroughly recommend it. There was also zero fuss when our train was cancelled and we had to arrive a day later.

I also liked the way drinking water is done - no plastic bottles in the room, you take a glass bottle in the reception area and fill it up at a tap there. Then you can fill it up when you want.

Loved this hotel nice rooms cozy design and the receptionist was friendly and spoke English.
You have the free option to store your luggage before you check-in and after you check out.
The bar is more of a "late night whiskey bar" than an actual bar, however the receptionist we ordered through loved to help us create our own cocktail.
The service overall was perfect, and if I visit Paris again I would love to stay here.

The best about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was very helpful and nice (which is rare in Paris), always eager to help. The hotel provides filtered water for guests, so this was a nice detail (eco-conscious).
The rooms were comfortable enough for a short stay and the location was also good (it is a peculiar neighbourhood in Paris, but we knew what to expect).

A nice small hotel conveniently located near station Chateau d Eau. You can easily walk until the Louvre (2km). Friendly staff, with recommendations, average breakfast, room was small, but not that i booked the most expensive. I believe it is a nice choice if you want something close to the city centre and relatively cheap!
