Excellent hotel in the center of Cannes. Perfect location in the center of everything. Stayed here during the French Riviera Film festival held at the hotel in May. Beautiful room and comfortable bed and bath. Breakfast was great and staff very cool. Lovely VIP gala reception and awesome theater for viewing the short films. We had a great stay. Highly recommended!

Eden hotel and Spa is a wonderful place to stay in Cannes. I would highly recommend it. The room in which I stayed was meticulously clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, with very attentive waiting staff. I would especially recommend this hotel for the warm, friendly staff who made my stay very enjoyable indeed.

Nicely service and clean room

The staff was very kind and professional, and the indoor pool and spa area was nice. Our room was also good, except it had a bit of old cigarette odor. Overall a good hotel in a good location.

Nice hotel although somewhat pricey...with Spa and Gym

Excellent breakfast, has a wide variety and coffee is good. Room rather small for 3 people, but still reasonably proportioned. The room was very clean and the staff is friendly. The jacuzzi was really nice, but the pool was cold, which wasn’t very enjoyable. Otherwise perfect location, close to the beach and shops, so I would definitely recommend this hotel and am looking forward to returning myself.

Friendly, helpful staff. Suite 811 good value for money given the location. Comfortable bedroom, spacious living room and good terrace. Bathroom rather cramped with low ceiling and shower head inadequate (Grohe mixer should be linked to Grohe head).

WE had a very pleasant experience, we were upgraded and had booked a double room but prefer a twin room. We had a lovely room well decorated and spacious. location is perfect, breakfast is very good and replenished all the time. staff were very helpful. the only down point is the shower which was really not working when we were their there was no water pressure so I struggled a lot to wash my long hair.

Pretty nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Water pressure was not great. Clean and put together place. Great location. Candy bar was a nice touch! If you bring a car, parking expense is €20 per night.

Has two sides, an old one and the new one. Stayed for one night in the old part and it wasnt that exciting, the other part however (after passing through reception) had proper rooms and seating areas.

It's not right on the beach, so they make up for it with interior decor and amenities.

Great hotel to stay in Cannes.

Conveniently located near the Croisette - about a two-minutes walk - it's perfect and practical if you're attending a festival (especially the film festival). The rooms are a bit small, but the amenities are great and the staff is friendly.

Nothing to complain about really.

Good value, modest rooms, fantastic location and good swimming pool

L'hôtel est très bien situé à qq pas de la croisette. Nous sommes restés 3 jours et avons garé la voiture dans un parking public très bien entretenu juste à côté de l'hôtel et avons sillonné Cannes à pied. Le personnel est gentil et serviable et disponible. nous étions bien installés dans une chambre type supérieur. Propre. Salle de bains pas très fonctionnelle. Sauna piscine et jacuzzi très appréciables. Piscine et jacuzzi payants en terrasse mais pas allés. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon ce qui de nos jours se fait rare. Nous reviendrons ☺

Nous avons passé un séjour en mars, mais quel bonheur, un petit paradis au milieu de cette foule cannoise. Chambre très propre, personnel très acceuillant, spa très agréable. Et quel restaurant ! On ne s'y attendait pas, mais les plats servit au restaurant sont incroyablement bon, je recommande surtout le macaron en dessert. Merci pour tout !!! Et je conseil ++++++

Hôtel très bien, les chambre un peu petite. La piscine intérieur est un régal ainsi que le jacuzzi et le hammam. Les massages sont vraiment bien réalisés. Le restaurant est agréable les plats sont copieux et peu cher pour la qualité et la quantité. Le petit déjeuné très bien lui aussi.
Le personnel est très accueillant et prêt à rendre service.
Idéalement positionné et proche de tout cet hôtel nous a ravi et nous y retournerons surement.

L'hôtel est très beau le personnel sympa. Mais si on regarde dans le détail la piscine intérieur n'est pas propre il y avait un dépôt gras au niveau de l'eau , notre baignoire en chambre non plus des petite bêtes style pucerons y étaient installées.
Pas de parking. La literie par contre est très confortable. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner il était juste parfait. Dommage que la salle de restaurant est trop petite pour accueillir tout le monde donc obligé de patienter dans la porte,que d'autre clients aient terminé. et le manque d'organisation fait que nous avons été installés après des personne qui sont arrivés après nous.
Nous avions l'accès libre au spa toute la journée mais devant libérer la chambre à 11h nous avons écourté notre séjour et avons quitté l'hôtel à 12h avec le regret de ne pas pouvoir profiter davantage des services pour lesquels nous avions choisi cet hotel. Merci au personnel de cet hôtel plus que sympathique malgré ces petits bémols .

Nous avons détestés! Manque d’hygiène de service,nous ne recommandons pas du tout.Seul petit point positif le petit dej a condition qu'il ne soit pas prix en chambre il y a un supplément comme pour la piscine extérieure c'est payant...
Dernier reproche,nous somme restés sans machine expresso en panne comme le reste d'ailleurs..

Hotel très décevant. La déco est un mélange de contemporain et d'art africain...Les chambres sont moyennes et le mobiliers de catégorie insuffisante.Salle de bains petite,1 vasque...Hammam en panne,piscine taille bassin payante..Propreté générale a revoir.

Service et accueil agréables dans cet hôtel situé en plein centre, à 10minutes à pieds du Palais des Festivals et à peine quelques unes de la croisette et de ses plages. Wifi en accès libre. Piscine, jaccuzi, espace spa et restaurant sur place.
