Clean room and very nice staff. Sahar was amazing. We needed a room quickly because I was going to see my new niece who was just born. She gave us amazing prompt service and little goodies for me and the kids. Next time I'm there I will be using this hotel.

Nicely updated. Great staff. Suite had all the amenities of any 4-star hotels I've stayed at. Really good value overall.

Encouraging, supportive, and friendly are only a few words that describe what my wife and I felt as they helped us while our newborn was at Children’s Hospital. Thank y’all so much and we look forward to our next stay!

Nice hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Fantastic bedding and clean suites. Cost $14 per night parking. The shower seemed to have some problems but over all great stay.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. We stay here for business meetings. The morning breakfast is excellent everything from an omelette cooked to order to other hot foods, fruits, and your favorite breakfast carbs - is included with your room.

The gym is also very well done has the basics of what you need to get a great workout. Rooms have a small refrigerator and microwave and sink.

In the evening there is also a happy in their lounge. Multiple areas for conversation.

Bedroom is separate from the living room -- so if there's more than one person in the room you can be in another area and not wake them up.

I really liked this hotel. The room was fantastic and clean. I always have problems with the bathroom counters in hotels they never seem to have enough counter space and/or they are so tall its difficult to wash my face but the counters here were perfect. The room and bed were extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast is included and was delicious. Happy hour was great too. The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because we did have Alot of trouble with the restaurant. If you need meals other than breakfast i would plan to go out to eat because the service was extremely slow (30 minutes jut to get our drinks and it was not busy) and lacking in hospitality (server was rude and unhelpful) however once we did get our food it was tasty.

I attend a conference here, but did not stay here. Staff were wonderful. Plenty of security in view.the food was good. Parking was plentiful and free if it was a daily visit. If you stayed in the hotel overnight, the cost is $8.00/night.

The rooms are nice. We took advantage of several of their offerings. They offered drinks and snacks in there evening which was great after a long day of shopping. They also have a shuttle that covers a 3 mile radius around the hotel which will get you in to most of brick town area. We had fun and service was great.

Great place to stay spent time at a conference which was amazing love lab 2018. Check them out for next year love lab 2019. The hotel was very accommodating, easy access to Bricktown. The breakfast is like none other, truly amazing. A couple of negatives, you have to pay $12 for self parking and the shower door in room 311 did not fully closed therefore, water was all over the floor, other than that it was great.

The service here is great. When we had a problem with one room, the front desk immediately assigned us a new room and checked everything for us. The front desk staff was outstanding to us from the moment we checked in. The location is great if you need quick access to any of the major clinics in the medical area or if you need to quickly get downtown or to the Capitol. Rooms were spacious and we appreciated breakfast choices and the free cocktails in the evening.

We stayed in a premium suite and are Hilton Honors members, so YMMV. I adore Embassy Suites if only for the very excellent breakfasts and the manager's reception each evening, both of which are included in every stay. This particular Embassy Suites had that great breakfast, as well as an on-site restaurant that also served us really tasty food. We managed to miss both evening reception time windows this visit, but it was fine because of the very comfy mattresses and the well-appointed guest suites. All staff were friendly, kind, courteous, and informative.

I was part of the Paycom hiring event, and I can't say better things about their accommodations as far as conventions go. If we had any requests they were met and they were met quickly. Everything was clean, nice and put in order. Everything was set up as we had asked and didn't need much arrangements beforehand.

This hotel is clean, great staff and fantastic food! We ended up here because our other options were booked but we will never go to another hotel when we visit OKC! The staff is so helpful and friendly! They go out of their way to make sure your visit is to your satisfaction! We loved the food from made to order breakfast to room service every bite was full of flavor and hit the best taste notes in your mouth! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was an amazing stay!

Beautiful place to stay! The service in the morning was amazing, they made me feel at home and just at peace, like I'm actually in paradise! Wonderful place to go, even for just a day. I recommend.

I stayed here for 10 weeks straight and my experience was amazing. Very clean rooms, great service and I enjoyed happy hour and the family felt atmosphere. A big shout out to two people that helped me tremendously because I'm blind I needed help at the breakfast buffet and these ladies are what my morning enjoyable and so pleasant. They helped me more than anybody else. And that is Sabrina Patterson and Miss Pat Williams. You two ladies are awesome. All I can say is that Embassy suites need to really appreciate good workers like you all. Thank you to all the staff here that made my stay very enjoyable.

I went there for a conference, and it's gorgeous. All the decor is modern and contemporary. Every staff member I spoke with was courteous and helpful. This is a great facility!

Wonderful hospitality; willing to make things right to accommodate their guest. Of course the breakfast is a hit. It is nutritious and delicious. They will also shuttle you to events in the area. Nice and clean.

We stopped in to spend the night after a long day at the Oklahoma Science Museum and the staff was great! We got a 2 room suite and it was amazing. The only complaint about the room itself is that it had not been vacuumed. There were M&Ms on the floor near the bed and a ponytail holder along with crumbs. The pool was nice and warm. Small, but it was not crowded. We enjoyed the Happy Hour free drinks and snacks. That is a great bonus. I will say the walls are paper thin there. We could hear everything and our neighbors could hear everything. We got several noise complaints which was my 7 year old playing and my husband and I talking to each other each of us being in another room also closing 2 bathroom doors each time someone needed to use it. That part was extremely annoying. Next morning breakfast was delicious. We loved the buffet style with made to order omelets and the variety of food in general was just great. We actually swam again before checking out because check out is not until Noon! Overall we loved it. The beds were very comfy, great service, drinks, food, location. Oh, I almost forgot! They do charge $12 per night to park which is insane. Since there is nowhere else to park.

Let me start by saying this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in (3/13/18 to 3/17/18); my group of workmates and I travel the country which allows us to experience many different hotels and for me this one is in the top five.........first, the shuttle was always on time, drivers always had a great attitude and personality, the driving was great, the front desk was very helpful with great attitudes and smiles, the rooms were SPOTLESS, CLEAN, NO FILE OR STALE ODORS, the carpet was clean, the bathroom was unbelievably clean even the corners of the floors and behind the toilet was spotless, the bed and couch was clean and comfortable, room service was on point as well. The restaurant there supplied a breakfast buffet that was always superb with eggs and pancakes made to order the way YOU like and if you’re gonna eat dinner there which I strongly suggest, please order the Butter Squash soup and steak (one of the best steaks I’ve ever sank my teeth into) and whoever the chef is he needs to be on television; you won’t regret it.........and the bar.....oh my the bar.......the bartenders are ALL cool and NEVER served a weak drink!.....NEVER!........in a nutshell, they act like a 5 Star hotel.

The hotel is comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the complimentary happy hour/snacks very welcome. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to meet Ms. Pat (the morning hostess for breakfast). The wait for the complimentary shuttle (when going back to the hotel) can sometimes be long. Overall this hotel is a good value.

Great place to stay! Very posh with a ton of amenities. Check out & in were great & the staff is very kind & knowledgeable. The shuttle service to Bricktown was amazing & free as well. Parking at the hotel was for a small fee which was the only thing I didn't love about the place.

My stay was great and I really enjoyed the evening reception with free drinks and snacks. The only problem was that my room didn't have any bath towels, I'm sure if I had asked for something I would have gotten them. I won't fault them for that. Everyone at the desk was extremely helpful and kind. They even let me borrow their umbrella when there was a rainstorm in the morning when I needed to leave for an interview. Would recommend!

Terrific stay. Rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. Breakfast to order and other available food options were great. Hospitality staff was friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in the area, this will be my hotel of choice.

I believe this facility is relatively new. It is a nice, clean facility with modern decor. I attended a conference there and enjoyed my overnight stay. My room was clean, quiet and nicely furnished. Bed and linens were good quality and confortable. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever had at a hotel! (It's the little things, I know...) I ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. My only critique would be to expand the menu. There were only 3 dessert options, and while all 3 were gourmet in nature (bourbon chocolate pecan pie, etc) I'm more of a plain "death by chocolate" kind of girl. I would absolutely stay there again.

The main difference with this embassy suites is the lack of an atrium. The evening reception was nice. We had veggies, cheese, and fruit. No chips this time. Breakfast was nice. They omelette line was short. For a Sunday morning it was packed, but the line moved quick. The room was better than most embassy suites.

Amazing Embassy Suites. Extremely well kept, decent gym, great breakfast and everything else you would expect. I've been to over 10 ES and this one is one of my favorites.

Reserved a premium suite on a premium floor for my daughter's 11th birthday! She invited 6 of her little girlfriends and they had a blast. They stayed in the indoor pool late and had fun all night! The hotel staff, from everyone to check-in to check-out, was amazing. They went out of their way to even bring complimentary room service for the birthday girl and her friends that included a large food tray with assorted cookies (that tasted homemade), pastries, and milk. All the girls were even included in the hot free breakfast buffet! Birthday girl and her mom were happy guests!

After a 6 hour car trip my kids went crazy. They had no problem accommodating my crazy kids. The beds are nice and soft it's quiet you will enjoy the stay

This is a pretty good hotel in which to stay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are kept neat and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good as well. If you're thinking about spending the night in Oklahoma City, this could be a great place to do it.

The breakfast was amazing. The gentleman who cooked my omelet did an amazing job. I ordered room service every night and the food was incredible and the staff was friendly. I loved that the "happy hour" that embassy suites offers was different every night. It kept things interesting and I loved the surprise. The pillows were amazing and the room was very comfortable. The gym was a little small, but I worked out in my room each night. The front staff were also friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the staff made the stay a give star. I would highly recommend that someone visiting the area stay at this hotel.

It took the bartender 3 minutes to make a whiskey on the rocks (IT'S JUST ICE AND WHISKEY. WHY IS THIS SO HARD). Other than that it was great.

The gentleman at the front desk left a lot to be desired. I'm guessing because I had worked and drove all day I didn't look like the typical guest he preferred serving; however, room service more than made up for it. I have to say I would have rated them five stars for sure if my initial greeting and check-in would have been pleasant.

The location is conveniently located, near downtown and lots of great restaurants. The hotel is kept clean. The staff is fantastic. Really friendly and attentive.

Staff was very friendly. My room was VERY nice and very clean. The gym is a nice aerobic gym with top o the line treadmills. Breakfast was also great. I enjoyed my stay. I wish parking was free though. I think $10 per day is pricey for non-covered parking at a hotel at which you've already paid to stay.

I came in for a conference. The conference facilities are outstanding. The food was way better than I expected. The rooms are so large and spacious very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very outstanding very helpful everyone was so nice.

It was okay. Went to a work related event catered there and the food was acceptable but nothing to write home about. Place looked nice though, from what I got to see.

Not the best but far from the worst. Staff is nice, fitness room is good with machine and free weights, indoor pool is good. Breakfast is decent but not a good flow during peak hours. Room is nice with good layout. Mine had nonfunctioning light bulbs in bathroom and hotel was out of bulbs. I would assume this is rare. Response by desk to deliver or repair is very good. This is more of 3.5 star rather than 3.

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area and what to avoid due to construction. They operate a shuttle service in a 5 mile radius until midnight. Would stay again!

Great experience at this property! Every single person I came into contact with was super friendly, and I know they were stressed with the marathon going on. The front desk staff, the shuttle driver, the ladies at breakfast, the cooks, and housekeeper are all keepers. Definitely one of the friendliest hotel staffs I've ever interacted with (I was in hospitality for 4 years myself) and they nailed it, I didn't want to leave! Facility was clean, fresh hot coffee, and the room was wonderful. Awesome job Embassy Suites OKC Downtown/Medical Center!

Nice rooms, very friendly staff was close to dean McGee Eye Institute, where I had surgery. Staff was very helpful. Wish I could have used pool but maybe next time. Food was excellent!

I booked the room for a sleepover party for my daughter's 11th birthday. My experience was great as we had a premium suite with all the amenities available to us. I must say that this was a great experience and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself.

Had a conference, and the room was nice. I talked to 0 hotel staff and didn't have a room. Parking spaces felt small for a full size pickup beside another on each side.

Came for a trade show. Facilities were well maintained and elegantly decorated. Conference area was easily accessable. Staff were helpful and courteous. Nice place!

We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff was so warm, friendly, and very thoughtful! (They gave us a handwritten card that was very sweet.) Our room was large and comfortable, and dinner at Flint downstairs was delicious as well.

I visited for a dinner event, and the facilities and staff were top notch! The food prepared by the hotel's head chef is amazing. The hotel itself was very nice, and larger than I expected. The staff did an awesome job preparing it for the banquet I was attending. I would definitely consider staying there if I needed somewhere to stay in the Oklahoma City area.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. The complimentary morning breakfast was spectacular and they had satellite TV with tons of channels. The rooms were clean and very comforting.

This was our fourth hotel in our trip and it was by far the best. The Hotel has a beautiful interior design. The design of the room makes it seems bigger than it is, however it was spacious and comfortable. My kids loved it. The pool is heated, we had a good time in it. The restaurant was amazing, try The Burger is delicious. Breakfast was great, they make it fresh and it's complementary. Last but not least, the staff was awesome. Claire was super nice and Adrian was very professional. The manager Bryan was very accommodating as well. Overall, I wished I lived nearby so we can come stay again. Would stay again. 10/10

This place is awesome. Free food and drinks (including alcohol) during happy hour (5-7p) and their fresh baked cookies were melt in your mouth yummy! Complimentary breakfast was huge with waffles/pancakes, omelette, the full spread. Staff were extremely nice and outgoing. Rooms were huge and in excellent condition. Would definitely return!

Fantastic! Stayed in a king suite and found the hotel and rooms very clean,welcoming, and comfortable. Great location with easy access to bricktown, health centers, and downtown. Superior staff, which made this the best Hilton stay this year!

Just off Lincoln st. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The building is amazing on the inside. The staff is friendly and on top of the ball. I would gladly stay there again.
