I came down for a getaway vacation and the Embassy Suites definitely met all of my expectations. Free Full Breakfast in the mornings and Happy Hour every night. If you're looking for a great hotel, choose this one. The location is within walking distance to international drive(I-Drive)...one small thing. The last serving drinks during happy hour, didnt seem to happy...but I'm still giving 5 Stars. I'll be back.

Stayed there for 6 nights and it the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life! They have great breakfast, great pools, great room service, and the list goes on. The hotel is a good location for many restaurants and shopping areas. Staff were very polite and did their jobs.House keepers did a very good job on the rooms. Definitely will book this hotel next time when I come back!

We held a family reunion here and couldn't be more pleased. The hotels location is outstanding. We were able to walk to several activities and restaurants. The lobby space is new and modern. The rooms appear to be newer as well and look great. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made for a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel for the above reasons and for the value that you get from Embassy Suites.

The exterior including the parking areas especially near the back didn't show off the hotel very well. However the interior was beautiful and modern. There is a large breakfast buffet and the cookies were excellent. I attended a work meeting and did not see the rooms. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

We enjoyed the hospitality, the breakfast, the separation of bedrooms from the bathroom& living area, & the lobby was awesome. I would like if the coffee, yogurt, & fruit were 24 hours, but the location was magnificent. We were in walking distance to everything & 18 minutes from the theme parks.

I loved this hotel. Separate room sleeping and great sleeper sofa in the living space made it great for families. It's proximity to I-Drive attractions makes this Suite Hotel a great stay!

I love this hotel. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is free and excellent. Happy hour with a couple of free drinks. It has everything.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM WITH DOUBLE BEDS. The “double beds” are definitely smaller than a regular full-sized bed. Two small girls barely have enough room to both lay flat. Opt for the queen option, instead, or just go across the street to the Homewood Suites for two actual fulls.

They don’t even come with 4 pillows like you’d expect with a double, these aren’t made to sleep 2. Everything else, however, seems fine so far. Decently clean and a nice living room space.

Situated on I- drive, the location is prime. Dave and Busters is next door and allows for a great indoor escape from the thunder storms. This is a fun hotel with many perks. The indoor pool is heated and relaxing. The outdoor pool is large and includes a hot tub and kid's pool. The gym is large and modern. The rooms are clean and super comfortable. Many more amenities. Can't wait to return.

Great staff, beautiful hotel, two pools and two hot tubs, one set inside and one outside. The breakfast is always good, they have an omelette bar and all kinds of other goodies in the breakfast bar buffet style. They have free drinks happy hour at 530 to 730 every night which is pretty cool too, not great, but free you can't argue with. The rooms are updated and clean, the whole place is clean. I suppose it should be for the price paid, but yeah. This is our second time here and I'm sure we'll be back a third.

Very nice front desk, housekeeping has been great. Breakfast was great and the evening reception they offer was very nice. Room a little cold but very quick to get extra blankets.

Pretty amazing here. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Perfect placement too. There are all kinds of restaurants and stores within walking distance. There is also a free shuttle to Disneyworld. Only comes twice in the morning though but still awesome! For the price of a weeks stay I am very surprised at how nice it is

The room was very comfy and the food was great. Everyone is friendly and you cant beat the daily 2 hour reception of FREE unlimited drinks. I love this hotel! Very close to Universal studios also, and lots of restaurants. Its next to the worlds largest checkers and mcdonalds

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The breakfast is great with an omelet station and has a huge variety to select from for cold items and hot items. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Excellent service! :)

The rooms were very nice and spacious. Each morning they served an excellent breakfast with a lot of options.

The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because of the shuttles to and from the parks. They contract with a service that serves multiple hotels. The buses are very run down. The night we returned from Disney, the bus was exceptionally late. Pickup is around 10pm, but the bus didn't even arrive until 10:40 with absolutely no way to check on the status. We learned on the trip from the driver that the bus was overheating. Instead of taking the bus out of service and sending another, they proceeded to limp back to the hotels. The bus finally broke down completely at the hotel next door to this one, but this was around 12:00 midnight. The next day, retuning from universal, the bus told us where they would pick us up. However, when we arrived there was a charter bus in the spot. We found a number to call for their dispatch, and it was next to impossible to understand the dispatcher. After 20 mins, we finally found the bus.

I think the hotel should consider a different shuttle service, or prepare guests that they should arrange their own service to and from the parks. This was the biggest frustration of the entire stay.

Again, I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay, but if you are looking to go to the parks, get rid of the headache and schedule your own service to and from the parks.

Excellent front desk staff, really impressed. Excellent, clean updated rooms. Nice happy hour, lounge and personable bartenders. Fabulous breakfast bar considering it's complimentary. Close to everything on I Drive, easy cab and rideshare access.

First of all, upon arrival the front desk staff was very inviting and friendly. There was a happy hour 5:30-7:30 w free house wines and mixed drinks, two per person. The room was spacious and the bed is what you always hope for at hotels. Best free hotel breakfast hands down! Omlette station, pancakes, waffles, fruit, bacon etc.. The location couldn't be more convenient. Walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants.

Very good hotel, very nice staff, breakfast included and complimentary drink offered all days from 5pm to 7pm. Two well maintained swimming pools (outside + indoor) and mid-size gym very well equipped! My room had fridge + microwave + coffee maker, what more to ask?

Superb stay great free breakfast free parking and plenty of it . They recently underwent a renovation and one an tell as soon as you step foot in that grand room downstairs where the breakfast is served . Terrific family place and excellent ambiance overall. Staff is very due diligent and they seem happy to be attentive to the guests . The rooms are fairly priced and very spacious as their layouts are of suites. Definitely recommend staying here die to the great location as well you can walk down the main st where there's shops restaurants etc

A marvelous spacious hotel. Staff went above and beyond. The free reception was nice. The free breakfast was bountiful and staff commendable. You could walk to various shops and restaurants. Their parking was reasonable. I would choose staying here over all the hotels in this area.

This hotel was wonderful. I came down for my birthday and I enjoyed my stay here immensely. The staff is awesome, breakfast is good, rooms are nice. Free shuttles to and from disney, tons of food, bars, stores within walking distance. Awesome hotel, awesome location. Can't beat it.

This hotel had many pros and cons. The facility is beautiful, the lobby was very grand and very well taken care of. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had..and complimentary! I was mainly disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff. My sink had a whole bunch small hairs all over it and I'm a bit of a clean freak so that really grossed me out. There was some other hair I found around the room, so that wasn't pleasant. My bedsheets had some small stains, so that was a big no no. When I called the front desk to have someone change them, they said they'll send someone in 20 minutes but no one ever came. So service is not the best. They have a whole bunch of free drinks in the evenings.. but obviously it's the cheapest alcohol they have, so again, not the best. Overall, the place is pleasant but I definite expected more for the price.

I was a visitor to a guest staying in the hotel and I received excellent treatment. As well as an actual guest. From the complementary happy hour drinks, to the snack bar full of healthy filling snacks, to personalized waitress being concerned about the needs if my family. Exquisite concern for details.

Good location with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Good staff and very accommodating. Issues were handled quickly and easily. Parking is not well lit.

Nice hotel. . .good staff. . .reason for 4 stars verse 5 is because they failed to inform there is a 15.00 daily charge for parking. This fee should have been informed upon check in.

Overall, I had a very good experience. The staff was extremely helpful when anything came up. The breakfast was very good, as well as the evening reception. Rooms were kept very clean. The only issue I could complain about his our room faced I-4, and the noise level was much louder than I anticipated. In the end it seemed a bit more like white noise then anything distracting. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Decent hotel, but even on the fourth floor, we could hear the bar /restaurant across the street with the bass pumping at night through the thin, old windows.

Window locks/stops were broken and children could have easily fallen out as they are extra long. Called maintenence who promptly fixed it, but the core building structure just seemed dated.

Furnishing was nice and fairly modern, lots of power plugs and nice are comfy, so that was a plus.

Indoor Pool and hot tub were okay. The evening snacks were kinda pitiful compared to other embassy suites throughout the country.

Like fifteen a night for on-site self parking is ridiculous and price gouging for a hotel in a non - crowded area.

Fairly convenient to Disney, so served its purpose, but I'll look elsewhere next time.

It was a great hotel to have a work conference for 75 people. The food was good, the rooms were great, and the night free drinks during happy hour were amazing.

Great hotel for a business trip! Their evening happy hours (yes, 2 hours!!) was staffed by some of the friendliest employees. I have already recommended the hotel to others coming through the area.

The rooms are great and the housekeepers do an impeccable job. There is a little bit of outside noise that comes in if you are in a room right on I-Drive, but it wasn't terrible. The breakfast was good, but some of the items got a little aged. Convenient spot, located centrally and walking distance.

The rooms of the hotel are very nice - roomy and well kept. Also really appreciate the free breakfast and daily evening reception where you can get drinks and snacks. Main complaints are that the elevators are very slow, and the walls are thin. Every night I can hear loud music from outside, and can hear my neighbors in the morning.

This is a really nice hotel. It's very modern and fresh looking. The hotel breakfast is included in the price of the rim and includes made to order omelettes and eggs. It is more than your usual complimentary breakfast. We have had issues with our room. The light over our dining table was out when we arrived. It took 3 attempts and my husband physically bringing the light bulb to the front desk to get it replaced. They sent engineering up to change the light bulb but upon arrival he said he would have to do it the next day.The toilet is having problems flushing and it's not because we've done anything to it. We've had the service engineer try to fix it multiple times, but it won't even take down a normal size piece of toilet paper. The front desk attendants are all very pleasant and responsive.

I must say how blessed and thankful my family and I are about this Hotel. We stayed at the Embassy Suites through the worst time in Florida history, Hurricane Irma. And I must tell you, the staff is amazing, the rooms are amazing. They had activities for the little ones. Oh did I mention, I am a local, So I don't visit the local hotels often. But The Embassy Suite definitely made us feel that we never left home. My hats go off to that crew. I wish I can give them more then just a 5 star review. But If you visit Orlando FL for you Vacation destination, stay at this Embassy Suites u will not regret it.

Room was nice and quiet. Grounds were well maintained. Free Breakfast and free happy hour daily. Both are very good. Free wifi on site as well.
Gym equipment is severely outdated and power was out on all electric equipment. Front desk did nothing to remedy what was likely a blown breaker. No workout that morning.

Stayed here for a 5 day trip to Disney, had a few issues with our rooms air conditioning and hot water, even though there was some services discrepancys from one agent to another, they moved us into another room the second day and we had a great stay. Breakfast is free and pretty good. Rooms are huge and beds comfortable. Great selection of food within walking distance and on two separate nights we walked to the Orlando eye and had a great time. This is our goal to Disney hotel on a budget.

Room was very clean. Fresh atmosphere. Morning breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Did not hear any noise through the walls during the night. The price was well worth the room.

The hotel is in a great location and the beds are comfy, rooms clean and the staff are nice . Other then that it is just ok. The breakfast in the morning is not very good. The happy your drinks are great the snacks are poor at best. The rooms are very loud, you can hear the traffic from the highway like the cars are in your room. The live music from across the street you can hear like you are sitting in the front row. You can also hear every noise from the atrium. We were on the 8th floor... we spent very little time at the hotel just for sleep which was hard to come by. But if location us important this us a good spot!

Only opportunity, the complimentary breakfast was bland. I like that they offer the breakfast but would hope they find a way to bring more flavor to options provided. Also change the pancakes that stick together for a waffle maker station. On a positive note, I loved the omlette station. That was the best part of the breakfast.

A great location near I-Drive activities. A very busy place during the tourist months. Recent Renovations make this a nice place to stay for the money. The only drawback is that the breakfast is not up to standards as you would find in a mid-priced hotel.

Very clean and updated room. Room was cold. Great for sleeping. They did promise us drinks and chocolate because it was our anniversary. Nothing was in the room. A little disappointing. We called the front office to tell them. They apologized. Brought up water because we don't drink alcohol and then said strawberries were on the way. After about an hour we called and said never mind because we were tired. Oh well. We will still stay there again though.

So far my stay had been great. Complimentary breakfast and a free social hour with free drinks (adult ones too) and snacks. The room is classy and the bed feels great. Hotel staff have been friendly and helpful.

We stay here love the hotel scored it a 4 bcuz the bed was. It to my liking and the room was not cold unless I close the vent. Customer Service at it's finest. Full breakfast was great. Clean The rooms where clean lobby looks very clean n pay attention to details

I am here for a 6 night stay for a conference. The suite is nice and seems more upgraded than other hotels I visited recently. Our usual breakfast waitress Stacey is very pleasant, and the man staffing the omelet station is very kind, communicates well, and has a nice system to get omelets out feast. I love the option of 3 sink locations, 2 mainly for getting ready. They lack in shelves or hangers in the bathroom. They have a picture instead of shelves or towel hangers. That should really be changed. I am enjoying my stay so far.

Rooms were a nice size, larger than normal. Nice having an extra sink in the bedroom to get ready. Location very nice for activities on I-drive.

Started here while visiting Universal Studios. Great location, about ten min by car from Universal and right along International Drive which is a strip of many hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Super convenient for going out at night, plus there are great options for restaurants. Room was clean and nice. WiFi did not work well in the room.

Air conditioner did not cool room well. Turned it off and back on at 3:30am to make it finally cool. Other than that, room was nice. Breakfast has made to order omletts, bacon, pancakes, and more!

Reasonable me walk 1+ miles from convention center, rooms are just as expected in terms of layout. Free breakfast. Noticeable, but not excessive background sounds at night.

The hotel just received a new make over. It presents a very nice atmosphere, clean, roomy, and all the amenities that come with Embassy. The staff was very courteous and professional. The hotel is centrally located with the I-Drive attractions in walking distance. We will stay here again.

For a business trip, the location is great for getting to see some of the local attractions and plenty of dining options. As for the hotel itself...Room was spacious and clean but practically zero water pressure in the shower, no room service menu in the room, and it was disappointing that the indoor pool was closed for renovations.

Rooms are updated and nice!breakfast is over by 9:30 AM which pisses off most people who like to sleep in....
breakfast was OK the bacon was not cooked correctly and the eggs tasted like plastic. but then again being forced to get up in enough time to even enjoy breakfast ruined it. The manager Muhamed is very nice! parking is great the pool and hot tub are nice as well. they should provide conditioner along with the shampoo but they don't

Rooms are great as always and service is amazing. Embassy still has the best breakfast of any popular hotel chain which is why we chose here. Got a bit busy on Christmas morning but they did their best to handle it well. A+

Very nice hotel and staff are extremely accommodating and so nice to our family. We stayed 4 nights with our three young kiddos and enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location to lots of attractions including Disney and airport!

While the staff at this location was great, and the breakfast was also good, the quality of the building itself takes off a few stars for me. The building is probably the oldest of the Embassy Suites I've been in, and is definitely in need of a renovation.

The hotel is being renovated so there's a lot of construction going on. The rooms smell like wet paint. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! There was no cooked to order omelet and the pancakes were still frozen, not fresh. Valet also works as the bellhop. We had a long wait at check in because there's only one person working the front desk at a time. On the plus side, the rooms, beds, bathrooms are all CLEAN! I appreciate the PURE rooms they advertise! We'll continue to stay at Embassy Suites in the future, but not here for a long time!

My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay at embassy suites! When I was bringing my bags upstairs a kind housekeeping lady asked if I needed help which I said no but she helped anyway (how nice !). The room was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Even while being renovated this was quiet and the staff was amazing. Rooms are comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning free liquor at night. You jist can't beat it

Renovation kills. I don't understand why they are keeping the hotel open if they are under renovation.

Half of the elevators don't work. Day time is extremely noisy as workers keep on with their machines. There is no warning about their renovation under progress when we book.

Breakfast quality is not good.

Suggestions: don't book here for another 1-2 months till their renovation is over.

Currently under renovation. Was fortunate to get one of the renovated rooms and the upgrades were great. Unfortunately the atrium is closed off for the construction but looking forward to its completion. The location is very central on International Drive. It is literally near everything. Staff at breakfast was very kind and attentive

Clean and the staff are sure friendly. It is a pretty amazing hotel, down to the free happy hour and breakfast. The only negative is that the pools both need to be cleaned and updated.
