Neat, gokd service and comfortable

Old hotel with basic facilities. The breakfast is 3/10. Far below my expectation. I will not book this hotel in my next stay in Alor Star

Strategically located in the center of Alor Setar. Adjacent to the Shopping outlets City Plaza. All main Alor Setar attractions places are within 10-15 minutes from the hotel.

Going to close on Apr 2018 due to slow business. But they still well maintained the cleanliness.

In the middle of town, located just beside a shopping mall, convenient. The only thing need to watch out is the window can easily be opened, so family with kids be careful (I moved away all the tables / chairs away from the window and close the curtains with warnings to my kids do not open the curtains).

Even a little bit of old style. But still good. Beside mall. In front of 7e. Easy to find food to eat.

I was here for a function in the grand ballroom. The foods were marvellous. Curry Mee is a must try, as this is one of the famous local dish prepared by the chef here in Holiday Villa. 4 star rated for its comfort and excellent service, and when it comes to the food, is one of the best hotel in Alor Setar. The location itself in the heart of Alor Setar, merely walking distance to many interesting places.

The hotel is slightly outdated..nothing much to do around the hotel. Room is spacious and clean with plus point for the view.

Friendly staff, and they're very polite. I must appraise the staff very well. Room is great and clean, and i think might need some update. Well it's clean and tidy, though. Will come back definitely.

Everything is excellent, the food, the room space is wide enough at a very reasonable price. The hotel is near the shopping Center and UTC. The facilities are fair too.

Spice Gardens northern Indian amazing good

Overall the place is nice and cosy. but for the price paid, i can get better at KL with better facilities and breakfast. the choice of food in the morning is awful. Nevertheless the place is still good for a night stay.

Its nice and cozy. Located in the central of the town so its easy to go around.

Old hotel but good price.

The location is fine within the facilities and easily accesible. Hotel is old now and the rate charged is not agreeable as facilities provided in the guest room. No children channel. The room control panel looks old and 'crazy' behaviour. Be aware of the window is easily being opened by a small child and too high to look down. No choice but to tie for safety reason. One lift is out and have to rely on one lift only.

A four star hotel situated at the center of Alor Setar. The hotel is attached to City Plaza shopping complex and UTC Alor Setar. Convenient location to stay in Alor Setar as it is within a walking distance to Kompleks Pekan Rabu

Nice good and calm place. Nice view from room facing Kedah Tower at night. Clean, coozy with acceptable room size. Friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast normal as others, but dinner the nasi ayam, mee curry, especially fried koew teow really tasty, it a must if you staying here. 4 nights here is a good nights.

The hotel is very old. Ita not worth. I stay in a standard room. The tv is crt tv (even the cheap hotel like fuller hotel give hd tv), the bath tub is leaking, so u cant enjoy the bath tub. The lighting system also old. The carpet... They should change it. The chairs also very old, the shampoo nothing special, I would rather walk to 7eleven nearby to get better shampoo. Nothing in the fridge - its empty. The pool is not maintain very well.
