Homewood suites was a really good pick located right in between downtown and the strip district. We were able to walk to the strip district easily. It was really nice not to have to worry about parking. The accommodations were comfortable and contemporary. The staff were very friendly as well. I'd stay again!

It was a nice hotel. They had great service and the food there was very good as well. It was right there I'm downtown and you could get to anywhere that you wanted to go without any problem.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable and it was a good night's stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary weekend. We made great use of the outside deck area. We even cooked our own anniversary dinner on their gas grills. So pretty there.

Great experience! Came for a business trip but was able to walk to local restaurants, and the evening bar was a really nice touch! Room was great and very clean, will return! Service was fantastic also!

Went on a business/training trip for 5 days. The hotel was very nice, customer service helpful and in point, though I had to call about a few things concerning the clean-up/another guest (nothing major). Valet was awesome, as well -- very nice and helpful. Would recommend anytime...😊👍🏼

My wife and I loved staying here. The room was really nice with a kitchenette and full sized refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable as well which is the problem I've had with other hotels. The full complimentary breakfast spread was fantastic and made our stay even better.

Fantastic stay. Large clean well lit room with kitchen, comfortable king size bed, stand up shower etc. The kitchen had all of the necessities. The buffet breakfast was very good and there was coffee, tea and hot chocolate available throughout the day. The staff were great and valet parking easy. It's in a super convenient location. There is a free shuttle within 2 miles. We would definitely stay here again.

My company sends me to Pittsburgh for work twice a year and they always put up at the Homewood. Each time I’ve stayed there has been a very satisfying experience. From whoever is running the shuttle and taking me to and from where I need to go, to whoever is at the front desk greeting me, and Ms. Jody in the kitchen going that extra mile filling my water bottle up for me in the morning knowing I’m working outside and asking me how my day and week is going, just like the other staff. Basically, everyone does an amazing job and goes that extra mile.

Rooms were very nice, facilities were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, view of the River from the lobby. The parking is not free $22 to valet park your vehicle or in a parking lot outside for $20 overnight. Only complaint and it's very minor cuz anybody can use stairs is there elevators aren't timed properly and very slow but again nothing major unless it was busy but it wasn't at any point when I was using elevators

Extremely clean and modern hotel. Staffs were friendly and kept the hotel in top notch condition. Breakfast was complementary as well as a drink in the evening. Both were mediocre but it's free, can't complain. Definitely will look into staying here again in the future.

Nice hotel in downtown. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food at the evening social M-Thu was pretty good. Nice view of the river.

Good stay overall. They offer free breakfast and social hour. Breakfast wasn't much to write home about but in my last day they had a different kitchen person , Ms. Jody , and she was asome. That day breakfast was good !!the rooms are well equipped and clean. I felt comfortable. The only thing is that this hotel had the worst tasting coffee I've ever had. They should invest into a different type perhaps.

Hotel is located near downtown. Rooms are very comfortable and big. Breakfast is very good. Hotel staff are very friendly. There is a hotel shuttle taking you 2 miles around hotel. Highly recommend this place.

Suite was clean and beautiful. Friendly staff. Only complaint would be I was almost late for business meeting because key wouldn't work when went back to room to get bags to leave. Took 15 mins for Staff to get it open. Not sure why but that was frustrating. I will stay again though. Just get the key issue fixed.

Had family visit and they loved everything the hotel had to offer. The staff was great, the pool table and Shuffleboard table, complimentary breakfast/evening social w/ $.50 drinks, and the beautiful lobby and patio with gorgeous fireplaces, were inviting and made the stay more comfortable for them. The location was great too, not far from any attractions in the city, and a complimentary hotel shuttle to take you within a 2 mile radius. Great hotel and location, without all of the overwhelming aspects of the city. My family had an amazing stay.

The Rooms in my opinion are first rate they literally provide you with that a person would need to live such as pots and pans dishes and such. I had said to my friend that it's an efficiency apartment but not like I have seen it's beautiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful it felt as if they cared for my well being.. I would be happy and pleased to stay at such a place.

Very nice and clean. Deck is great with fire pit and view. Free happy hour buffet, yummy. Thursday. Strange shower with half glass it soaks the floor.

Amazing place stay while in Pittsburgh! Beautiful, clean rooms, and stellar customer service. They have breakfast in the lobby every morning as well as a evening social during the week. This hotel is in walking to the Strip District. Stay here!

Stayed here for a night. Room was very clean and very classy. Amenities we're more than sufficient. Would recommend this hotel to just about anything!

The room was fantastic. It's was a gorgeous set up that was very modern. I almost wish I was staying for longer than one night since it looks like such an amazing extended stay hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal. The only complaint I have is that while the shower looks cool, it definitely isn't super functional if you're trying not to get the floor wet. It's on a raised platform with glass that comes over, but the glass doesn't extend nearly far enough and water leaks/splashes out onto the floor outside the shower where the toilet is. There is no shower door at all. Otherwise, the whole hotel room was perfect.

Great staff! Very friendly and genuinely helpful. Shuttle bus made thing easy. Located walking distance from tons of restaurants and downtown. Very clean too.

Staff was very kind, especially after the horrible issues we had at another Hilton property, and it wasn't even this hotels responsibility but nonetheless they went out of their way to take care of us. That's what customer service is-caring beyond just the brand name. Already rebooked future trips here. Highly recommend. Nathaniel, the F/B manager, was helpful kind and awesome too. Deserves special recognition. Parking costs too much, but that's downtown for ya. Other then that, this is the perfect hotel, reasonably priced and clean, modern, great CS, great staff. A+++

Clean, modern rooms with a nice view of Monongahela River if your upper room faces the northwest. The coffee/tea bar is open 24 hours and is free for guests. I have enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast offered for guests each morning. Staff has been very welcoming.

The suite we had was awesome. Living area separate from the bedroom. The room was a corner suite, so we had 2 huge windows with a nice view of the city. Beds were comfortable. Lobby area, hallways, and rooms were all very clean and nicely done. Overnight employee (Nicole) was very nice and very helpful. Overall good experience.

We had a block here for our wedding during one of the busiest weekends of the year. They were great to work with and very accommodating. They reminded us when our block was about to expire and helped with guest bags as well as a hospitality suite for our friends and family. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with and the rooms were beautiful. I would recommend the Homewood Suites to anyone.

Stayed for the weekend. Service was outstanding. Used valet, very easy, affordable. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Great bang for your buck if your looking for a weekend in downtown Pittsburgh. It's only about 1 mile from everything. Breakfast in the morning was superb. Can't wait to stay again. If this had a 100 star option I'd give it that.

Good hotel with great views of your room is having the front. There is a swimming pool and a gym but both are small. The complimentary breakfast is good and a good value for the price of the room. There is no room service so plan on eating out of you want good food.

Was very comfortable but the housekeeping service was not good. Never took my garbage out, never refilled my supplies like coffee, soap, condiments or any of that and I was there 5 days. On fourth day asked if sheets could be changed and they wait till your fifth day. But the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Excellent room, very clean and service was great. The breakfast was the standard to be expected. Recommend valet parking since the parking can be tight.

Room was spacious with some great amenities. Breakfast had more variety than I could imagine. The valet parking was a bit expensive and my car wound up in a lot across the street. Still a good experience.

Nice brand new hotel! Breakfast is included in the price. There's a small gym and pool. It is relatively inexpensive for what you're getting. The location is really close to restaurants and markets.

Rooms are clean and kitchen is very usable. Free breakfast is more than most and the free happy hour is a real perk. Showers can puddle a bit but otherwise very nice hotel.

Great place, despite the few small problems the place is likely the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in in the US. Check in is great, there is always coffee and tea in the lobby regardless of the hour. Breakfast is wonderful with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. The fresh berries are a nice touch. The room itself is spacious with a good kitchen, including a microwave and hob. Also included are dishes, pots and pans, great for a long stay. The lovely bathroom is a little small and the glass barrier lets a lot of water spill over but all and all it's a minor pain. The bed is quite soft, just like the sheets and comforter, a welcome change from a lot of places​ I've started at. The only other things that are a bit of a pain are the terrible acoustic floors where you can hear every sound as someone stomps around in the room above you. Oh and if you are impatient expect to use the stairs a lot, because the lifts are glacial.

A decent business hotel with a decent included breakfast and evening light fare, the location lends itself to those visiting the strip or downtown areas. Staff was friendly and flexible regarding requests for a shave kit and late check-out. Warmer weather lends itself to their expansive patio, but the pool table inside is a nice perk in rain or shine.

Parking is a bit expensive to stay overnight, the room was great! Very well kept and plenty of amenities. Hotel was within walking distance of many attractions in the Strip District and downtown Pittsburgh.

Beautiful room. AC was functional, but the fan was not. Beautiful large shower. Hostess was lovely, and very helpful. Breakfast and bollards in the lobby.

Extremely servicable downstairs with a nice small pool, quaint exercise room, and lovely lounge+bar. The room offers plenty of outlets for the gadget faring traveler and plenty of long-stay amenities such as concierge food shopping. The ultimate weakness is the walk-in shower, its open door design encourages a large amount of water to flood into the path of the toilet, soggy feet abound.

Simply Beautiful hard to find parking with out Valet ... You may want run in and run out of your room with having you car valet parked .. something they should consider

Very nice hotel, lounge and bar area very nice to socialize. Room had a good view. Have to use 2 sets of elevators. One to check in and another to room.

Overall everything was great. Very pleased with the rooms and the service. If I'm being picky, I'd say breakfast could be improved a bit.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent. We can in town for a family emergency and the front desk guy was very kind and supportive. The room was beautiful and comfortable, breakfast awesome and valet parking was a smooth transaction.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The maids have kept it clean and stocked. The breakfast and social hour food and drinks are a spectacular addition. Parking was an ease.

Stopped in to see about reserving a block of rooms for a wedding next year. Everyone was extremely helpful! The facilities are maintained extremely well.

This was a very nice hotel. Clean, modern, good service. Breakfast was the usual. Unfortunately, people above my room were coming home drunk at 2am and I did not get a good night's sleep.

My family and I stayed at the Homewood Suites for three nights and I wouldn't rate anything more than "ok." We requested an early check in and while they said it was a possibility, when we arrived it wasn't an option. Understandable, though a minor inconvenience. We also found out they did not have rollaway beds. The shower tried to be modern, but instead failed with average water pressure, leaky pipes, and water got all over the place. During one of the nights we noticed the water was brown! It only lasted a few hours, but the desk didn't appoligize or mention it at all. Breakfast was alright. The food was very good, but it was pretty disorganized. Location was good, even with the 22 dollar a day paking. Overall, it was an alright stay, but nothing ground breaking.

Their service is pretty good. They make you feel in home. I really appreciate their hospitality. The rooms are nice and new.

Brand new hotel, friendly service, and easy access.

Without a doubt this is a hotel we would return to - great amenities, comfortable bed, and very quiet rooms - ours overlooked a busy elevated road, along with other nice views. but we couldn't hear a thing from outside.

We encountered a couple minor hiccups with service (like a missing shower curtain) but problems were immediately addressed, and I am sure they were isolated incidents.

Centrally located between downtown and the Strip District. Our room was nice though continental breakfast was limited compared to other hotels. We never were able to use the shuttle as it was always booked and the front desk told us that it wouldn't take us to our destination that was less than a mile away.

Amazing hotel! This hotel is perfect for long stays! Large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, stocked cabinets with pots, pans, dishware and even a full-sized fridge! Bed is comfortable and room has a loveseat couch and flat screen TV! Bathroom area is clean and modern with large shower (no tub) and elegant bathroom amenities. Hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful! Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Pittsburgh! Thank you Homewood Suites for raising the bar!

My suite was beautiful. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The lobby is very clean & the appearance is bright & welcoming. I used the valet service & the attendants are really nice. The breakfast is very good & there's ample space to sit & eat. It's a short walk from Homewood Suites to the cultural district which i enjoyed.

I stayed overnight for business travel. The front desk was very nice, and the rooms were clean and well decorated. Would stay again.

Fantastic! So happy to be back in Pittsburgh and this property is perfect! Exceptional staff, cool rooms, pool table too! Close to my favorite restaurant and running trail!

It like coming home!

We did not stay in the hotel. We came in originally to use the restrooms, got to talking to the front desk personnel, and noticed a really nice pool table. Asked if we could play, got some drinks from the bar and played pool for a few hours. Very nice staff, clean lobby. Highly consider staying over a night next time we're in Pittsburgh.

Homewood Suites is in a great location. Your in walking distance of the Strip, and a short drive to downtown and all major sports venues. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is excellent! I'd highly recommend!
