Rooms were awesome, very modern and clean. On the whole we loved it. The only reason it lost stars was because the breakfast area was tight and there were no plates, forks or coffee, we had to ask.

The property itself was nice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the amenities good, and the lot was well-lit. Check-in was less than pleasant. I checked in on the app and requested a digital key at 3pm. I arrived at the hotel at 5:45pm and my room was still not ready. I was moved to a location directly across from an elevator without communication and when I asked for the room I selected, the desk employee seemed put out. I did not receive any benefits from being a Hilton Honors gold member, and the hotel room had no soap. I was also charged twice for internet access. The other hotel employee I talked to was rather apathetic. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

We stopped here on our way to Orlando. The hotel room was spacious and clean. We were traveling with 3 kids so it was nice to have the double beds in a separate room. My husband and I slept on the sofa bed, which wasn't too uncomfortable. The breakfast was hot. Pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, grits, fried potatoes, waffle and yogurt station, cereal, milk, fruit, coffee, juice. The included breakfast was the main reason we selected this hotel. The secondary reason was that all of their rooms are actual suites with a separate bedroom. Good value, safe and clean neighborhood, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we are considering staying here again on our way back home from Orlando.

I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone staying around Atlanta, GA. Friendly, nice, upscale hotel and REASONABLY PRICED. Great service from staff and quiet. I'll stay here again on our next trip to Atlanta.

The king room is amazing, fully equip kitchen. The staff have been very friendly. Happy hour and breakfast is pretty decent. Very likely to return on my next trip to ATL.

Great place. Kid Friendly. The staff was very helpful and it was very clean and neat and smelt really good inside. The rooms were very spacious and the set up is very spacious as well. The breakfast was hot and delicious and free and well worth the money everything was very clean and the staff very professional I would highly recommend this for families with small children.

Jusr do not stay at Embasst suites Atlanta airport. This is a very clean friendly staff. Great value

Pleasant atmosphere: birds and squirrels -- make visitors feel close to the nature, when outside a suite or on a balcony. A vast dining room with a decorative heating place, convenient sofas and armchairs for dozens of residents is a wonderful place to enjoy generous hot breakfast daily (dishes of eggs or potatoes, bacon/sausages/risolles, pancakes, waffles, outmeal, fruits, marmelade, toasts, doughnuts, juices and hot drinks) or relax otherwise. Three restaurants are located not far from the hotel. A good in-room kitchen will be a fair alternative to a resudent who's got used to cooking home-made meals. Excellent room service and spacious parking complete the portrait of this marvellous place.

The cleaning staff are nice. The eggs at breakfast and the grits are really not good. The front desk staff are less than desireable. Location is good.

I really enjoyed my stay at Homewood Suites in Alpharetta! My room used its space very efficiently, packing lots of amenities into one room. My room had a bedroom with a full bath, illuminated mirror, cable tv and lamps with outlets to charge devices. My room also had a living room and adjoining kitchenette, complete with a couch that pulls out into a bed, a larger cable tv, a full sized refrigerator and freezer combo, a two burner electric cook top, a sink to wash dishes that they've included in the cabinets above and a compact dishwasher for convenience. My only gripe with the hotel is that it smelled of mildew (slightly) in my room. Other than that, the room was perfect and large enough to comfortably accommodate myself, my wife, my infant son and my wife's grandmother. I only stayed one night at Homewood Suites, but I could've easily stayed longer. Their included breakfasts have all the dietary staples you'd expect and I love that they have a cart out to self serve hot beverages all day!

This hotel is always our first choice when we travel for work in Alpharetta. The staff go out of their way to make us feel at home for an extended stay, such quality service. The rooms are peaceful, modern and clean, and its convenient to the great steakhouse which is a short stroll across the street. They have a laundry room too, which is so handy! Highly recommend this hotel 🙂

Very friendly staff, clean, spacious, they serve complimentary hot appetizers, beer and wine Monday thru Thursday. I have stayed here many times and will continue in the future. Great place and location!

What a lovely place! They were very accommodating when we needed a safe place to be during Tropical Storm Irma. The staff was helpful & went out of their way to make us comfortable!

One of the best hotel stays my husband and I have had in a while! All the staff were very friendly, and professional. The facilities were clean and beyond what we expected. We definitely plan to visit again for sure.

Balcony only comes in a double bed configuration. King Bed rooms have no balcony. Breakfast was decent. Love the business services

Room has a strong scent which I wasn't a fan of. But, I left the windows opened which is helping my stay. It's nice and cozy with nice bathrooms. Can't complain, meets my expectation of Hilton brand

The room was beautiful even though we requested to be in a room next to my parents and we ended up on different floors. The continental breakfast was very good. They ended my experience badly when they charged both mine and my parents debit cards for the rooms and then said it would be several days before they could credit are account back for the mistake.

Very nice suite, just wish the beds were bigger. Clean, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, sausage, egg and cheese or egg and cheese bagels, grits. Waffles, fresh fruit, etc.

Really enjoyed my stay at Homewood. The management were accommodating allowing me to check-in before standard time. Staff were always very friendly as you walk through the lobby & the rooms were clean.
Looking forward to my next stay here.

Loved the hotel staff they are friendly and helpful. They are all approachable and help you in best possible way. The rooms are clean have double lcd in hall as well as room. Kitchenettes are there in the room and your utensils are cleaned by the hotel staff. The breakfast is complimentary and you get evening social meetup with small plates and wine/beer. The hotel also provides shuttle service to the guests between 8 am -5 pm on weekdays which is a big boon for travellers who are new to this place.

Nice hotel venue. Received free wine from the hotel happy hour. The meeting room was a good size for the event I attended. They also make really awesome punch.

The greatest hotel in the city, spacious & clean rooms, excellent service, yummy foods, nice pool & fitness center and last but not the least friendly stuffs, always smiley faces, co-operative, helpful, caring specifically I would like to call out Mary, Nancy & Chris. I would give the rating 10 out of 5 in overall. I strongly recommend this to everyone visiting in Atlanta area.

Extremely friendly staff. Everyone speaks and greets me. Very convenient location, On the Border is in walking distance. Quick to the highway. Wal-Mart is right up the street. Main Event is close and so is this place called Top Golf. I've been back and forth here for a few weeks. I've stayed here and the Hampton Inn up the street. Even though both are good Hilton hotels, I slightly prefer this location more mainly because the breakfast. Overall good experience.

As most have seen on the news Atlanta came to a stand still on January 28, 2014.. I was stuck in traffic for 5 hours after leaving my job.. when I was able to finally get out of the traffic I stumbled upon Homewood Suites in Alpharetta... unfortunately they were totally booked because of many stranded motorist and out of town guest.. but from the moment I set foot into their door I was made to feel like the most important person on this planet... they made certain that I was comfortable even though there were no rooms available.. myself and about nine other stranded motorist were offered pillows and blankets and a warm fire place to sleep the night away in the hotel lobby... We were offered hot chocolate,coffee and a snack to hold us through the night.. we were awaken to the aroma of coffee, eggs, sausage, hash brown, muffins, fresh fruit, and an assortment of cereals and fruit juices...now mind you we were not paying guest because there were no rooms available, but we were the first to be offered this wonderful complimentary breakfast to start out our day of waiting for this weather to improve...then to top it off the staff took the time to make lunch for us, again complimentary...my point to all of this is if they treated us non-paying stranded motorist this kind of customer services I can only began to imagine how they treat their guest with reservations at there establishment... I highly recommend this hotel and it's staff.. it's not fancy, but it was clean and cozy... and to my special angel of the staff Marcella you made us all feel so very much at home the entire time!
