This place was beautiful! We had a king suite and it was like a mini apartment. Very clean and actually smelled like it was clean and linens were freshly cleaned. Staff was friendly and inviting. Kitchen had a stove top and pots and utensils which was nice and a big fridge! Definitely recommend this place!

Room was on the 3rd floor. We stayed for about 3 days. Room was clean and looked nice. The only thing I would change is I wish the free breakfast they offered would extend further than 9am, but besides that it was a great stay.

The normal motel I stay at for work had a "Major Maintenance issue" so they moved me to this motel. I have to say I was super impressed. The room was clean and neat, the room was small and cram packed with everything. However I'm sure the money is well spent at this place. They have evening socials with free beer and wine and food. I mean good lord Man!!!! The perfect place for vacation or a stay cation!!!

I go to the desk and they work on it for more than a little while then tell me the key is ready, I open it on my phone and it appears to be working. I proceed to the room I checked into but it doesn't work. Haul my luggage back down to the desk.

Another employee is there and takes a look in the computer and also makes a key card in case there's technical problem. He accompanies me to the room door and sees that the digital key doesn't work. Then I back out of the app and see that the room number isn't the one I checked into. The first group of employees had switched the room but not mentioned it and the app doesn't display the room number when you're on the screen that works the locks. We go to the room I had been switched to and it works.

So, instead of going directly to my room without interacting with staff, I had spent 45 minutes with staff inhaling mildew odor before walking into a room.

The room was nice and they also included some snacks for the trouble. Breakfast and reception food was pretty good.

I have another reservation and plan to check-in online, we'll see how it goes.

7/7/18 update:
Online check-in process still broken, I checked in at 7:30 AM and the room was not ready at 3:19 PM. (Check-in is 3:00 PM.) No notification, no digital key, they had to put me in a different room. I'm not an expert in hospitality processes, but I would prioritize checked-into rooms for cleaning.

Lobby still smells of mildew but it seems milder that the last time.

I was very pleased with the location and the room I was given. The front desk staff were super friendly. A big shout out to Goldie, our flight was cancelled due to weather. I called her in a panic she got us another room as checkout was at 12. She brought the new room keys to our room, and even brought us extra blankets,etc.Thank you Goldie for making an uncomfortable situation into a pleasant one. Well done staff at the front desk from check in to check out you were great!!!

Very nice location. Great for longer stays where you want an apartment like stay. Nice evening reception and full breakfast.

Very nice, clean, and we'll maintained building. Very much enjoyed the breakfast selections and the morning cooks were very accommodating of food need requests. Also enjoyed their Monday through Thursday evening meal with wine or beer selections. The staff went out of their way to ensure the guests were cared for.

Very nice. Staff is awesome. Rooms are up dated, nice, clean, beds are very comfortable with no strange smells (I hate smelly hotels). Pool /hot tub is very small and crowded but we were here at a very busy time. Spoke to a local that frequents hotels in the area (once a month). The said this is the nicest. I will stay here again and highly recommend it.

Was a great hotel experience. There are cheaper options, but you'd probably only get one large room. This suite was like apartment living with 2 bedrooms(each with their own bathroom) and a general living space including a small full sized kitchen. I was really pleasantly surprised with the ease of living in this space. The breakfast was included and had many options.

In town for training. Room is spacious. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. Bed was very comfortable. Especially loved the sheets. Water pressure very good but wish there was an adjustable shower head. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing new property. Excellent upgrades to this Homewood Suites. Great rooms, great service, and great food. Very close to Cincinnati/Kentucky airport. Highly recommended!

Our family (14) had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The evening wine/beer reception on Monday during our stay included a small salad bar with vegetable soup and an assortment of cheese and crackers (with generous pours of the Cabernet Sauvignon). The atmosphere was very laid back and comfortable for our family, the adults enjoyed their wine and salads, while our children dined on delivered pizza.
The pool area is small, but very adequate and clean. The chlorine and chemicals were not overpowering at all, usually hotel pools make my eyes water and my skin itch.
The beds in our room were very comfortable, and our entire family slept very well, no noise complaints from us!
Thank you for such an enjoyable stay for our family.

The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. All rooms have a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Pool, hot tub, and work out room are nice additions. I like to stay here for work because of the hot breakfast bar every morning and buffet dinner Monday through Thursday I don't need to spend time or money anywhere else. When I do go out for lunch or dinner, there are a lot of places to choose from.

One of the nicest Homewood Suites properties I've seen. A newer property with a stylish feel. Great sized rooms with comfortable bedding. Good TV options for staying in and an exceptional variety of restaurants nearby for dining out. They have a great evening reception with free food and drinks The property is also minutes from CVG Airport.

Wonderful hotel for good price. They should have a baggage scale if they say they are an airport hotel. Also, the pool water was pretty cold.

Beautiful hotel, nice spacious rooms. Great, friendly, very helpful staff. Best luggage carts ever! Off the beaten path - you can't really walk to a restaurant or shopping but very worth it!

Have stayed here multiple times over the last couple of years when my work requires me to be out in Hebron. It’s convenient and safe. Never had any problems with the rooms and staff is very friendly. Breakfast and dinner are your typical Homewood offerings so nothing to complain about their.

Checked in food was left there from past guest and dissh washer was full of dirty dishes. Over all for a Hilton company hotel it wasn't worth what I paid. Worst I've ever stayed at. No bugs or anything just over all maid cleaning wasn't the best.

This is a great hotel to stay in, especially M-F. There is a complimentary breakfast everyday and M-F there is complimentary appetizers and beer/wine. When we visited, we didn't end up having to purchase any food because breakfast held us over until the appetizers, which served as our dinner. The price of the room was a bit high, but when you factor in the savings on food, it was well worth it. This hotel does have a swimming pool (indoors)/hot tub, laundry room and a fitness center. It's also located in a great spot for the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter.

Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Very clean. Love that they provide dishes, and a dishwasher so you can bring groceries. It really is like a mini apartment. Front Desk staff was friendly, even the when I called at 1am for help with my wake up call :) if you need a few things from the store they will even go for you and bring it to your room so you don't have to leave. 24 hour fitness and pool inside the hotel. Beds are very comfortable!

I had a clean room with all the amenities you would expect. They served a very nice breakfast in the morning. Also when we arrived in the evening they host a social with food and drinks. It was very nice. The hotel is a little back from main roads so it's nice and quiet. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Our first time staying at a suite hotel. The friendly staff were very helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Could have used a few more tables for the breakfast crowd though.
But we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Homewood.

The rooms are spacious, clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful in the morning and they often leave out fruit during the day and have warm cookies in the afternoon. My only complaint is the water in the room... It tastes like chemicals.

Love the size of the room, so clean and relaxing! You have everything you need here and they will even do your grocery shopping for you! Definitely would stay here again.

I can not think of another place that I have stayed that was as friendly and convenient for a family on vacation. Full hot breakfast in the am and great food in the evening on Monday through Thursday. Staff were great and super hospitable. Clean rooms. Decent price. Close to the airport and convenient to area attractions Would stay here again f given the choice.

Our weekend at Homewood was very nice! I think this was the best hotel room I've stayed in. The only thing that we had any trouble with, was the TV remote, it wouldn't turn on/off, or volume up/down. We could do this on the TV itself, so it was not a problem. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff! Great location! Pool room was warm but water was cold! Food was great! Room was a great size for a suite but not much soundproof from the main room to inside of hotel. The bedroom was quiet. I would definitely stay again!

The actual room at this hotel was excellent. It was clean, spacious and quiet. The shower had three shower heads and it was very nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is kind of close to the airport, but very close to Florence Mall. My only criticism was the exorbitant price. One night was $200 with tax. This was a very nice hotel, but it was not worth those prices.

We loved this hotel. We opted for the larger 2 bedroom suite and it was well worth the extra expense with a large family. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the entire establishment was very clean.

The only two complaints was that the pool was too small for large crowds, and it was a very popular attraction in the evenings. The free breakfast wasn't that great, but it's free.

Overall, we have a great experience and will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Shower was neat, the place was clean and bed was comfy. The only thing that I didn't care for was the breakfast. They do charge for items that most hotels give you for free if you forget them, like Combs and toothbrushes.

My server Lyolia was awesome! Very attentive and friendly! She had great suggestions on food to order! It was great as well! Thanks for the great service!! The hotel front desk staff were fantastic too! My room was very comfortable and clean! Housecleaning staff great!

My stay at Homewood Suites was beyond my expectations. The property was super clean and well managed. Once I went inside I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Goldie. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! The room was very clean, smelled nice, and very appealing to the eye. I had a lovely warm breakfast the next morning with great selection I might add. This was by far the most welcoming stay I have had in my cross country road trip. I will definitely come again and I would recommend this to anyone!

Doesn't get much better if you have to be away from home. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a good selection. Evening "snack" made it so I didn't have to go get dinner. Great stay. Highly recommended.

We had a normal suite. Very happy with the room and the meals. The breakfast space is a bit cramped. We were promised early check-in for a second room, but unfortunately that was delayed. Wish that had been handled better, -1 star.

My husband and I went here for a kid free night. The staff was nice when we checked in, the rooms were pretty nice and clean. Thank God it was a kid free night, as we had the extreme displeasure of having a very strange, butt naked man standing outside of our hotel room when we we got back from the nearby Walmart. We ended up trapped in the room afraid to leave for the rest of the night and booked it out of there (skipping breakfast and all) in the morning for fear we might have to encounter the man again. This place is a bit pricey to have to deal with that and have nothing done to reconcile it when you inform the staff and email customer relations. It's a shame but we won't be back.

Room: Very comfortable, the living room was great and the kitchen worked well.

Amenities: The gym and pool are standard, nothing special. The hot tub is a nice bonus.

Breakfast: As cheap hotel breakfast goes it's pretty standard.

Shower: The hot water and water pressure are fantastic!

Price: With our corporate discount it was very cheap, can't say what the price is without it.

Staff: Helpful, nothing memorable.

Will return: Every time I'm in town.

Nice rooms!!! Overall really nice property however, while eating the complementary breakfast, i found a really long black hair in my eggs, yuck! Also there was hair on the bathroom floor in my room.

We stay here when we go to the creation museum and The Arc exhibit. Love the customer service, pool and the food. Rooms are very nice.

I did not comprehend in advance how amazing my stay at Homewood Suites would be. The room was like home with a breath taking shower (literally as the extra two shower heads were on the first time I used it and gave me a full body freezing), extremely comfortable bed, and all the things I needed to cook my own meals! I didn't have to do this the entire time I was there however as excellent warm breakfast and delicious dinner was served every day that I stayed! (They don't serve dinner Friday-Sunday) I'm happy to say I'm coming back mid January for another week and I'm actually looking forward to it!

Excellent facilities, great staff, and I love the evening reception. The WiFi does leave something to be desired though. Constantly cuts out and is very slow.

This is one of the best Homewoods I have stayed at. Great hotel and close to tons of restaurants. The hotel room was comfortable and very nicely designed. The breakfast was great and fresh as well.

They need a better food menu. Its a nice hotel! Just needs better food and it would be great to have a kosher menu option

Bed was a bit soft. Room took a long time to cool down. Otherwise, very nice.

Me and my husband stay the jazz festival weekend. It was a great room staff and clean.Close to many restaurants and only 15 mins from downtown.. We will go back plus the room was spacious!!!

We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite at the Florence, Ky location. The facility was clean and appeared to be new or newly renovated. The kitchen was equipped with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 stove top burners, microwave and a garbage disposal. We slept 8 people comfortably as there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The were a couple downfalls; one being there were never luggage carts when we needed them, the walls were pretty thin and when people were walking, it sounded like we/they were making more noise than we/they really were. One other thing was there were only two chairs at the table in the kitchen. There is an indoor pool and a patio that apparently has a grill. We didn't make it out to the patio area. There were two central air controllers, one in the king bedroom and one in the main living area that controlled the living room, kitchen and other bedroom/bathroom. Overall, it was a nice stay and we will stay there again when in the area.

We had an amazing suite. It was so nice and clean. The shower was my favorite thing. We plan on staying at more of Homewood Suites as needed.

Wow, great little place to stay! The staff are super friendly and helpful (they let me eat breakfast early since i was leaving on the shuttle). The room was excellent, although the shower could use a little more power. Spacious and easy. That's what i like.

The hotel looks brand new, but is 6 years old due to recent renovations. The service was great, the room super clean and in great shape. If I come through here again, I'll definitely stay again. I highly recommend it.

Where do I begin.... The workers are very nice. That's the good! The bad....under construction and was not note anywhere on any site. The halls are not cooled, yes NOT cooled. so be ready for a very hot walk from the one of the two elevator's working, as of this post. A call has been made to the company to come and repair the broken one I was told... But I have been here 3 days and it's still not in operation.. If they have a contract with a company with such poor service I would inform them they are in breach of it...Get a new company to do this maintenance on your elevators... While your at it get the ownership to call an HVAC company and get the AVAC in the halls properly vented.. This issue could cause MOLD growth with this high humidity!!!!! Dumb!!!!! I would make this my 10th or higher pick to stay at until these are corrected. I have never stayed at a Hilton property whit these conditions and wonder if Hilton knows of them... They Will!!!!

Room has fridge and internet. Breakfast and happy hour. A good large gathering area to miggle. I would stay here again.
