Exceptional hotel. We brought our family together to celebrate a birthday and could not have had a nice surprise than to find this gem. Incredible service, up to date facility, friendly staff, and a smooth process. A new American favorite?

Not bad, but Marriott is our preference. The bed was firm and they shut down breakfast right at 10 AM so you’d better be there early.

Homewood Suites was a very accommodating and enjoyable experience. They had a great pool and very clean facilities. The breakfast was good and they have dinner during the weekdays. This is not only economical but very efficient. This is a great place for the traveling workmen to stop over and be refreshed. I found the staff to be very helpful and courteous and the cleaning staff did a great job. You cannot go wrong at this hotel as it is centrally located and of good value.

Great location to interstate. Friendly staff. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good with an add adequate selection to choose from. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful pool area. Room was large, up to date, and very clean. Breakfast was a good variety. Requested a DVD player and it was delivered to our room quickly. Will definitely book again!!

The rooms are very spacious. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The pool is nice and we had a pretty nice breakfast in the morning.

We stayed for 4 days. The rooms were very nice, we had a suite. The suites include a kitchenette, and a "living room" area. Overall it was a clean and comfortable room.

Good location. Lots of restaurants close by. Shopping a few miles away. Rooms are clean and taken care of. Staff is polite. Breakfast is pretty tasty. I'd stay here again.

Really good experience. They upgraded our room before we even got there, and everything was so nice. Breakfast was good, and the location was great.

We only stayed 1 night but it was fantastic. Beds and pillows were SO comfy, I'm going to order some for our home. Rooms-very clean and we were upgraded as well, didn't even ask. Breakfast was really good too, the staff very friendly. So I give it a 5* out of 5. 💚 And ☮️

Very nice happy looking staff, facility was very clean, amenities were very good, the shared parking with a restaurant made eating out super convenient, but when I received a gift bag at check in (bag had a snack and water) I knew it would be a great stay... And it was. I will return.

The only negative comment I have is the parking is rather limited. But the room (I stayed in a King Suite) and their welcoming, pet-friendly style was great. They have a free Social Hour Mon thru Thurs. A menu for the Social was posted in the room. A full breakfast available 7 days a week. Im staying a week, and pleased with my experience.

It was nice and clean. I only stayed one night but someone hand wrote a card and included a bag with various snacks and a water. It was a very nice touch that even some fancier hotels don't do. I would come back again when I'm in town.

The curtains don't close on the ground floor meaning that people in the parking lot can see into your rooms, and the rooms are very bright in the morning. Other than that, the other aspects of the facility seem to be fine.

I was staying here on a business trip. The staff were excellent. Clean rooms. I would stay here again.

I was only meeting a buddy there before going to shoot clays with him, so I didn't have a room there, he did. So I saw just the main lobby and dining area. I was pleased with what I saw. Able to easily buy snack and drink out of the little store in the lobby, found a Bible on the shelf, the place looked nice, etc.

Clean, friendly staff, beautiful hotel! Be the bartender and pour your own beer at happy hour! I love it! Will definitely return!

Tucked away & off the beaten path (Meaning I-35) Quiet & Relaxing,, I Really Enjoyed my stay!!! Loved the OUTDOOR Pool, not tucked inside of some stuffy glass room! Nice to have a real fridge, dishwasher, a relaxing living area & Quiet Bedroom!

Convient to restaurants and movie theater. Hotel sits in a quiet community. Excellent customer service given by staff.

Loved it! My parents stayed here for our oldest child's graduation from UNT, so we booked it when we moved our youngest into the same place. Great, very helpful staff, and the pool was great in the hot Texas sun. We love Homewood Suites in general, but this is great one. There's a really good bar/ restaurant within a short walk as well.

Went in to take photos of wedding party. Hotel was gorgeous. Absolutely perfect bridal suite downstairs and beautiful lighting.

Large rooms. Plenty of parking. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, without being in your face. Pool area is large and beautiful, however outdoors. Breakfast is same "boring" continental that you see everywhere.

Very nice hotel! They were kind and courteous. We have a hand written now and a small gift bag of water and snacks waiting in our room. This was a wonderful stay!

I enjoyed staying here for 4 nights. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast so so. And this happy hour stuff is just weird. And please do not put the miller lite keg on the shiner bock tap again! Then again, it appeared to taste better than the Shiner ...

Our guests stayed here for our wedding. It was a great location with plenty of things nearby. There were also many places to socialize across the hotel. The only downfall is that they don't have very many rooms with two beds.

Awesome view of the lake behind the hotel, room was excellent. Homewoods are definitely my favorite hotels!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was great, and the breakfast was good for continental. The location is nice and there are great restaurants and other things nearby. I would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed here and LOVED it. The hotel is relatively new so the rooms are in excellent condition. Love the decor and color scheme of the extremely spacious rooms! The kitchen was very well stocked and went way above our expectations. The utensils were extremely clean and there is a full size refrigerator, which is nice.

This place is worth it if you need a place to stay in the Denton area.

The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a decent breakfast with plenty of choices. Pretty easy to get to. There is a movie theater within walking distance and there are also restaurants very close by.

Great place. Has free drinks in the evening but the noise is excessive, you can hear the people above you clearly. Best thing is to stay on the top floor

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was immediately pleased with the quality of the room, room service and food. What left a sour taste in my mouth was the attitude of the staff. From the beginning, they were the least hospitable group of hotel employees I've ever encountered. Above all, the manager expressed passive aggressive behavior, constantly gossiped to other visitors while expressing fake sincerity. She and her staff were quick to believe lies without confirmation and instituted pointed rules based on these lies. The staff made it an absolute pleasure to finally leave the hotel.

Personnel are very friendly. The hotel is in less than good repair. The housekeepers do the minimum requirements. The food is poor, from a freezer or package. The beer and wine are okay. I had to let the front desk know three times that my microwave did not work. Probably one of the nicer locations in Denton, with a small lake across the street with walking path. Restaurants and movie theater in walking distance. The hotel looks nice from the street. I had two rooms during my 2 month stay. Both were so-so.

The hotel is well kept. Room placement is a little weird since the TV is facing the middle wall vs the bed placement. Other than that, the internet is better than a lot of the hotels I've stayed at. It's definitely more consistent. The idea of basically having a living area for an extended stay hotel is very welcoming. The gym could be made bigger, though.

The location of this hotel is really well and has a nice view. The rooms are remarkable. The service is quite great. Everything is awsome.

This is a nice hotel. Reminiscent of all Homewood Suites, but it is fairly new and feels clean. It is in a decent location with a movie theatre and a number of restaurants nearby. The rate was very reasonable too.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are nice. But we were told we would have a handicapped room for our party to stay in. We double checked on it the day before our arrival. But when we arrived, they admitted they had overbooked and we had lost the handicapped room. Members of our party are wheelchair ridden, and it was not right. They need to be a little more considerate and think a little harder about the risks of overbooking. Also, when a party requests to have rooms near one another, they should honor that instead of spreading them over 3 floors.

Other than the disappointment of the overbooking and no handicapped room when we were in need of one for wheelchair accessibility, it was a nice hotel with clean rooms and decent food in the lobby.

Room was fairly normal as far as hotels go, but was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good although seemed a little limited.

WiFi is spotty, hotel feels old and the sofa sleeper is terrible.
