Good hotel -- check-in process was quick and easy. A lot of it can be done on the Hilton app. The rooms themselves are clean and well-maintained although they could use some updating. Friendly staff. No issues, and I will be staying here again.

Modern, bright and clean lobby and common areas. Subdued lighting in hallways. Suite was spotless. Kitchen with a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and sink with disposal. Cuisinart mini brewer made surprisingly good coffee with the included pods. Living room area included a comfortable couch with a large wheeled hassock, two armchairs and a flatscreen TV on a stand. A small dining set with chairs divided the two spaces and held the telephone, hotel directory and power/data ports for network access, USB charging and AC.

Bedroom was very comfortable and well appointed. High quality sheets, pillows and a seasonally appropriate blanket/spread covered a firm mattress that was ultra-comfy to lounge on while watching the in room TV. High ceilings, separate temperature control and a ceiling fan made it a perfect chamber to sleep well in. A vanity with a sink is just off the bedroom, while the shower and lavatory is a separate area with a door. The closet is in between, covered by full length mirrored doors. Outside noise was minimal - the bedroom seems to be very well insulated from interior noise.

With a location that's literally seconds from highway access to all parts of the Rochester area, minutes to casual food and shopping and a quiet, park like setting, you'd have to try hard to find a better hotel experience without breaking your budget. Modern, exceptionally clean and nicely appointed - with friendly, helpful staff - and a great location. 5 stars in my book. Well done, Homewood Suites!

I have stayed here for 3 separate weeks on business over the last year. I have experienced clean rooms, comfortable beds, and fair pricing. Close to restaurants and major routes. Continental breakfast is average with a good dining room and fireplace at the entry.

I will recommend this hotel to everyone! From the frontdesk staff to the breakfast staff to the house man to the engineers thru housekeeping, everyone was very polite and a pleasure to get to know. They all take pride in their jobs and it's awesome to see and feel true hospitality.

I arrived very late in the evening and promptly went straight to my room. I am a Gold member with Hilton and was greeted with a letter in my room welcoming me to the property. The room was cleaned and I was very pleased with the quality of care from the staff. I will gladly stay here again when I travel back for work

Rooms were great and beds were comfortable. Water temperature fluctuated randomly but was the only complaint. The hotel was completely full, so it wasn't too surprising.

Wonderful hotel - super big room ! Very clean , awesome bed & pillows . Very quiet - slept like a baby. Melinda at the front desk was so great! She arranged our rooms so my family could all be near each other & allowed us to check in early . She helped my aunt who needed Tylenol- she was just wonderful! I would highly recommend staying here . I will definitely be back .

This is by far the best hotel my family has stayed at in a very long time. For a family of 5, having all the amenities right there. Is a huge plus for us. Thank you for a great stay.

They is so much to say. All good that is!! From checkin to checkout we have had a great experience. The room was great and want we need for our family of 5. The free breakfast and dinner with beer. Yes that is right, free dinner as well as beer/wine. We had a great time and we will be coming back 100%. Thank you for the great customer service from your cooking staff to the hotel staff. It made my life easier with 3 kids.

Definitely a reputable location! One of the better breakfast offerings that I have encountered. The room was great with lots of table and desk space. The entire place was decorated and laid out on an eye pleasing fashion. I'd definitely recommend

Weird location on this back road, nice interior. The room had a little kitchen, livingroom, two queens, and the bathroom was separate from the sink (water closet). Careful in the entrance in winter it can get slippery.

The staff here is awesome, One of the top Homewoods I've stayed at. More child friendly than most of the Homewoods I've stayed at which seems to be a 50/50 split on if it's a good thing depending on who you are. (Not staff, they are awesome and very accomodating) I was a child once so it doesn't really bother me. I'm going on a job in Hawaii after this one and I'm actually kind of disappointed because I really love everyone here and they feel like a great big family. Some of the other reviews mentioned that it isn't the cleanest hotel but my experience has been vastly different. Everything is immaculate and the housekeeping staff does a great job! It's worth mentioning that I can be crotchety and picky and I haven't had any issues with the cleanliness of any area that wasn't caused directly by guests. It's always been addressed quickly and graciously by the staff. Special shout out to the guy with the black hair at the counter (really sorry I don't know your name) Jess at the counter, Melissa who is usually in the breakfast area in the morning, the curly haired and older woman at dinner. You guys are great!!

*I've been staying here since November and I've never seen there not be any towels in the pool area. It is kind of hot in there, but very welcome for me after spending all day in the cold. I'm really not seeing any of the maintenance issues other posters have talked about and I always have plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc. I really can't see needed any more than what's provided.

Exceptional Homewood Suites location. I've stayed in plenty of them, mostly in major cities - and this one was on pace with the best of them.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. Very nice rooms. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is ok. The kitchen staff seem to always be running and can't keep up with re-filling the food trays. Never any towels by the pool

Pool area is filthy and never has towels out. Room is comfy and spacious. We checked in with 2 adults & 3 children. Our room had 3 bath towels.
So no pool towels and short towels in the room as well.....this place needs to increase their linens budget yo!
Breakfast was decent. Better quality and better staff then the last time we stayed here a year ago. We have tried 5 or 6 hotels in Rochester. Not a lot of quality in this city, so we'll prolly hit this spot up again next trip to the Strong Museum 🙄

Nice suites provide all the amenities a business traveler could need. The hotel WiFi is fairly slow unless you pay for the upgrade, $4.95/day, which in this day and age is unacceptable. The continental breakfast and community dinner was very nice and the staff supporting it was fantastic. Overall I was very happy with my stay and will return my next trip to the Rochester area.

We visited friends staying here. Nice facility. Fairly updated and very clean. No bar though?? C'mon! Was easy to park and staff was helpful.

Suite is roomy and clean. Full size frig, decent clean stove, pots are immaculate, all kitchen utensils thou can think of. Staff is friendly. Nice sugar oil and gym. Their breakfast is plentiful. We had a fabulous stay. We will definently return. (3 adults 3 kids ages 15-3 We were comfy in out suite)

Location is just off the highway, very convenient to go to any location or attraction in Rochester. Rooms are spacial, and my family love staying at this hotel. Highly recommend for tourists traveling with kids to stay at this hotel.

Overall good, clean rooms, housekeeping is done every day. But the elevator was always busy and slow.
The strength of this hotel is complementary afternoon buffets.

Wow! Service....it's exceptional. Dinner is served during the week with Debbie, it was a treat. She's an absolute gem. Great room, clean, nice fragrance. I'm very impressed.

Very nice hotel. The they fed us dinner a small dinner the night before the night we got there. It was good and fulfilling. I did not stay for breakfast. Rooms were in very nice condition and excellent beds. All equipment worked very well TVs were large. Service was good.

My family comes into town for the annual family reunion, and always stays here. We often meet in the large atrium near the entry to visit over subs from Wegmans, coffee and sodas. The hotel is always accommodating and kind, and I would recommend it based on the generosity they have shown us.

Room is fine. Pool is very loud even with only a few people in the area. Breakfast was good.

Ok hotel. Needs thorough cleaning done. Plenty of professionals staying on business which was good. But on the weekend the hotel turned into party central of all ages. From loud obnoxious adults to little kids running up and down halls and everything in between. So if you want to relax after a long work week it'll be hard. Breakfast was the usual but the food for the evening social could use some revamping.

The front desk staff that greeted me was super friendly and courteous! It's a very nice hotel with spacious rooms.

Staff did a very light cleaning of our room, and have never moved furniture to vacuum. Under tables, corners, under window ac looked like it had never been vacuumed. An overflowing garbage can from the last guest was left under the sink. I called and told them I left it in the hall because it smelt, it was still in the hall 12 hours later. Not the end of the world but people constantly had to ask for items at the free breakfast. Could be better and will try some place different next year.

The room was clean, but was supposed to be nonsmoking and it definitely smelled of covered up cigarette smoke.
