I needed to schedule a wake-up call but the phone in my room wasn't working. I report it to the front desk and the lady says "What time would you like your call." I repeat - my phone isn't working. There is a pause and she says "Oh". I get put on hold. When the lady comes back on she said that maintenance will fix it tomorrow. I tell her that I'm checking out tomorrow and I need the call tomorrow morning. I ask her if they have any spare phones and tell her that I can switch it out myself. She then says no but that someone will come by and knock on my door. Hard to believe that the hotel doesn't have spare phones.

Aside from this I would rate 4 stars but this incident brought the rating down and my blood pressure up.

Lovely hotel with good breakfast. Suites have full kitchens. The bathroom in the room we stayed in was huge. Pool is small but functional. Great staff. Close to OSU. What more could you ask for?

Suites were the perfect option for our long business trip, having a small stove top and refrigerator in the room made things so much easier. Location is wonderful, very nice neighborhood and lots of restaurants, plus a market, within a block. Varied experience with staff, some were absolutely delightful, a few seemed to be very confused by our questions.

We’ve made lots of overnight trips to the campus area of Columbus but didn’t find this hotel until recently. This is by far our favorite campus hotel. It’s reasonably priced, clean, and fashionably decorated. We’ll definitely stay here again. Service was also very good.

First rate accomadations . Facility was recently built as evidenced by the current style and detailing. Actually reminded me favorably of a similarly styled hotel in Midtown Manhattan, one which I have stayed in on more than one occasion. Staff is real pro. Breakfast is good , neighborhood is squeaky clean and close enough to the night time hipster scene . I'd stay there again when back in Columbus

Great hotel in North Arlington area just east of the OSU main campus. These are great suites for a family starting off in a new area. Has evening activities M-T and a varied hot breakfast every morning. Close proximity to a mixed use shopping area (across the street) that includes a hair salon, pet care, restaurants, and a Whole Foods Market among other stores. Staff is nice and receptive. Would go again.

Quiet, clean and staff made you feel right at home. Will definitely book there again when Im in the area.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and extra spacious. Conveniently located directly across from Whole Foods. Was in town for an event at OSU, and chose this hotel due to being a Hilton Honors Gold member, and due to Google telling me it was close to the campus. Had no idea it would turn out to be located in what's known as "Country Club Town", (Upper Arlington), but nonetheless everyone I encountered over our 3 day stay, was cordial. We aren't exactly country club types, but we do prefer the finer things :) so we weren't dissatisfied.

Kudos to the front desk attendant, as well as our room attendant. I truly hate that I didnt write their names down. But if mgmt is reading this, we stayed in room 220, and one of the days was May 26, 2018. Please commend those 2 employees.

Huge rooms with a nice living room area in the rooms. Was able to get some nice work done with the good wifi. Overall pleasant experience

Comfortable accommodations with good breakfast and afternoon happy hour. Some difficulty checking in due room being made out of order unexpectedly, but the staff was more than willing to compensate for the night.

Amazing! The husband surprised me and brought me here for our Anniversary. Had fun. Whole foods across the street from here. Our suite was like an apartment.

The hotel was beautiful. Parking is located in the back. The front desk staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were nice and the location was amazing as it relates to food, transportation, etc.

I stayed at this hotel for about a month a half. The hotel was clean and in great shape, the food was always amazing and the staff was incredible. I would especially like to thank Stephanie and the Venezuelan gentleman in the Kitchen who's name escapes me at this time. They both made my experience at the Homewood Suites wonderful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a nice part of town and in a great hotel. Thank you Homewood staff for your great service.

Not happy with the experience for this price point.

The room was not very clean at check-in. There were also maintenance issues that should have been adressed, the worst being broken or improperly installed electrical sockets. The bed springs were very noticeable and it wasn't a comfortable sleep. Mediocre wifi, slow and repeatedly logged out even though it was still connected.

The location is convenient and the room would have been nicely appointed, if it had been in good shape. The layout was spacious and the view of Lane Avenue from our room was nice. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good.

The hallways had views down into houses that are right next to the hotel, which is kind of awkward. If you are going to stay here, make sure you have a street view.

Overall not recommended.

When you arrive, you are greeted by hotel reception. The area is spacious and furnished with a couch and chairs. The dining area is large and the food is served in both the mornings and evenings. The rooms are gorgeous.

I had a 3 night stay at the Homewood Suites. It seems I accidentally booked a smoking room (I didn't realize hotels still had these). Otherwise the facility was very nice and the evening social hour was very nice.

At first glance it is a nice hotel, fairly new, decent location. However, the walls and ceilings are paper thin. The guests in room next to us were having dinner and it sounded like they were sitting inside our room. The guests in the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture the entire weekend. And forget it when someone flushed a toilet! Staff helpful however. Breakfast kind of bleh.

This is great suites hotel with comfortable rooms and very friendly service. Great complimentary breakfasts and evening socials with food, wine and beer. Location has good shopping and dining.

We stayed at Homewood Suites June 22nd thru 25th. The stay was excellent. Easy access to major highways, shopping, campus, etc. Our room attendant, Tamesha M., was the BEST. She was friendly and attended promptly to our requests. The room was clean, the breakfast was awesome, as were the night drinks and treats during the week. Thank you for making our stay a great one.

Great Location, close to OSU Campus. Easy access to the highway. Hotel is in a trendy little area (shops, restaurants and lofts). Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is included, it's a little limited compared to other Homewood Suites but the food does the trick.

The room was nice and clean like we have come to expect from Hilton's. It was in a nice area plenty and we'd plan to stay there again.

Located close to OSU. I stayed in a studio King Bed room. The room was clean, visually appealing, and had most of the amenities of a studio apartment: kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and dishes, stove top range, etc. TV, comfortable bed, bathroom and shower, closet. The included breakfast when I was there was sausage, egg, and cheese on English muffins or croissants. Staff was friendly, the rate was decent even though I called to book that same day. Parking was free in an adjacent garage. Seemed like there were many nearby shops. I arrived late and had to leave early, so all I can say besides that was the bed was comfortable and the iron in the room worked.

The hotel was nice and clean. Some friends and I stayed there for a girls weekend and we had five in a suite with two queens and a pull out bed. We had a full refrigerator and a two burner stove in the kitchen. We didn't use it, but it would be convenient for a long term stay. I could hear the neighbors showering in the morning, but other than that it was pretty quiet. The morning breakfast was decent. They had both hot and cold options.

The room was beyond our expectations. While there were a lot of guests, the staff did a great job making me feel comfortable and important. The rooms were clean, accommodating and quiet.

Marcie was most helpful with recommendations for places to eat. Great value. Would definetly stay here again if traveling through this area.

I stay here once every month or so when I travel to Columbus on business. I love the size and cleanliness of the rooms. The glorified kitchenette is such a great luxury to have (keep in mind there is no oven, and there's only a two burner stove top), especially with Whole Foods literally right across the street. I highly recommend taking a short stroll down the road to The Wine Bistro..It's one of the many great restaurants this area has to offer. If you don't feel like going out for dinner, this hotel has a free "evening social" Monday through Thursday, which includes food and drinks!

My only complaint is the parking situation. Lordy lordy, it's horrible. You're lucky if you don't have to go into the parking garage next door.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Columbus. Jennifer and the front desk staff go above and beyond to create a welcoming environment for all guests. We host an event there every year and our attendees rave about the meeting space, spacious rooms, hotel staff, and great location!

The room and amenities are nice and well kept. The breakfast was hot and well prepared. One of the TVs in our suite didn't work but that isn't a deal breaker for us. Parking is not the most convenient. There are lots of sightseeing, shopping and dining options extremely close by and very convenient. Downtown Columbus is also within a 10 minute drive.

Good amenities, but don't stay here too often expecting to skip dinner costs, as the meals are repeated every week it seems. Social hour is nice. Hotel pool is taken by swim classes every Tuesday so don't expect it to be yours if you've got kiddos. Overall pretty good!

The rooms are beautiful. Work out area is clean with many machines, weights, and dumbbells. The nightly happy hour is like no other.

The Internet did not work and there was also no reception. The fire alarm was pulled at 5:00 am which was caused by a hotel cook. I stayed there a year ago and everything was fine then but I wouldn't stay there again after my experience last night.

It was a great location. The hallways were inviting with up to date carpets and nicr paint colors. Staff at front desk and serving the breakfast are super friendly. Front desk super attentive n friendly.
I esp appreciate that there were no "funny odors" or smells ANYWHERE!
Room itself is very roomy and nicely space out. Layout is perfect. Also modern, up to date, and clean with no odors. Kitchen is modern. And COUCH BED is actually very confortable.
Thermostat is in celsius? I tho that a bit odd, but no biggie. I love it and would love to stay there again!

The hotel was over booked so we received a smoker only room. That made the experience rough, but the free breakfast was pretty good.

We were very happy with this hotel. The sleeping room was very large compared to other hotels in town. The addition of a kitchen, dining table and sitting area made for alot of space. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was nicely appointed. The staff was cordial and helpful. Worth every penny.

The location is really nice, it is a short uber to the short north and right across the street from a Whole Foods. It is clean and comfortable. I love the fact that the rooms have a microwave, dishwasher, etc. It came with popcorn too, so I could use the microwave to make popcorn!

We stay here everytime we are in Columbus. It's extremely clean and the staff is always friendly.

We stayed for one night to bring our daughter and her friend to Columbus for the weekend, mainly to visit COSI. The room was excellent, a large suite with decent kitchen facilities. The two girls loved the pool. On several occasions the staff went above and beyond the call of duty in helping to accommodate the kids and provided a couple of items we had forgotten (even a couple of things the girls needed for their spontaneous art projects). Their friendliness and hospitality really made this stay something extra special, and was highly appreciated.

My stay was amazing and would to stay every there every time I visit my daughter at OSU. Booked this hotel one week prior to move in and it was the greatest find. I was greeted by Amina who was working that night. After a hectic move in, Amina was courteous, helpful, friendly and could not help to make my stay any nicer. She was supposed to leave work at 10 but stayed longer to make sure I had the extra blankets I requested and that another guest had milk they wanted. The room was clean and spacious. I am looking forward to my next stay there.
