The room was great, but my son left his stuffed animal in the lobby and I found out after we had already arrived at the airport. They drove his stuffed animal back to the airport. I couldn't any more grateful!

It's a beautiful place. The room is conformable and quiet. Breakfast has been very delightful. I can get out in the morning and walk. Thank you for your services.

I can’t begin to say how happy I am with my stay here. My boyfriend and I are here for business, checked in very late last night. We had an issue with the room and we were given another room-which I am really impressed and happy with.

What really stands out to me is the amount of staff here that’s have gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly-Tiffany the housekeeping manager is an absolute gem and went out of her way to make sure that everything with the room switch happened to my satisfaction.

My boyfriend and I will be staying in the area several more times for business...we don’t have to think about where we want to stay in the future-this is a clear no-brainer😄

Customer service like this is rarely seen anymore—KUDOS Homewood Suites!!

The room is clean & fine but the service is disappointing. The front desk was not super helpful when we checked - seemed to be distracted & not really care much. The coffee is cold for 2nd day in a row. The breakfast is not good. I’ve had great experiences at Homewood Suites in other locations, so it’s disappointing that this one is not as excellent. We switched from Home2 over to here, thinking the breakfast & service would be a bit better, but unfortunately, it’s not.

Two night stay for business trip. The rooms are great, but there's still a bit of finishing construction work going on... That's the *only* reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I'll be using Homewood here again on future trips, and so I fully expect my next review will be 5 stars. The food is great, convenience of Homewood kitchens is 2nd to none, and happy hour is always fun.

The fitness room only has 1 treadmill, and 1 elliptical, That's it. There is trash (tissue, cups, leaves.) in the pool. Rooms are clean, lobby is clean. Other than the small fitness room, and the dirty pool it's a nice hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The offer decent easy meals in the evenings during the week. I do think the hotel could use an upgrade, the rooms and suite appliances were somewhat outdated.

Room was fine, problem was they were in the middle of a remodel project. That made getting our things to the room a little difficult.(there were no carts to use)

Nice place. Renovations were a bit of a detractor. Workers kept exterior doors propped open. Big security issue. Months old reservation wasn't honored. Room choice ignored. Staff did great job trying to work around issues. Kudos to them.

Currently under renovation. Stayed in a room already renovated. Very nicely done, lots of space, comfortable beds. Easy location from airport. Breakfast is average, but included with stay.

The room that I got was spacious. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The room could be improved more since some of the furnitures are quite old. Before I left they are already starting with thw renovations of the rooms to improve the customer experience.

Wonderful hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast bar was delicious. The food was the best food that I have had in a very long time at a hotel.

The rooms exceeded my expectation. Beds are comfy and fridge works great. Not only do they serve breakfast, but there's a dinner buffet Mon-Thurs, and they serve complimentary wine and Miller Lite.

The room wasn't very clean, and smelled if mildew. There was no hairdryer in the room, and the one they brought didn't work (eventually got one that worked), and the customer service was slow and not up to usual Hilton standards. It was frustrating because we are Hilton honor member, and used our points for it.

I liked the way the room was set up, breakfast every morning was nice. The kitchen staff and room attendants were very friendly. The only complaint is the odor of the Hotel. The room smelled of smoke, and a really unusual smell as you walk through the hallways.

Had a good time! Staff was very helpful. The suite was good. My grand kids loved the pool. I will come here again

This place has comfy beds and is spacious with a nice fireplace. The staff are very nice.It is very noisy and kind of dirty.

Home away from home, love the fact that it has a kitchen and you can cook..staff are very friendly and accomodating.

Great place to stay during the week. Needs a few upgrades but I would go back on the drop of a dime.

The people who work there are VERY friendly and happy to help you in any way. That being said, the property itself is not up-to-date. It was built in 1996 and hasn't really been remodeled. I feel for the rates charged or points used, it should be nicer. It's not a dirty hotel, just old-school. Parking is very limited to and it's easier to park at the Embassy Suites lot and walk over to the Homewood entrance. I've been a diamond member for 10+ years and stayed at many Hilton properites. Again, people aren't the issue, just quality of the hotel.

The hotel was clean,and family oriented. It also shares amenities with it's sister property Embassy Suites.

Only stayed one night check in was a little slow due to only one person working the desk but the room was very nice and big. Picked us up from the airport which was nice. Short uber ride to Hops burger bar that had great burgers and beers

My boyfriend and I were thoroughly impressed here. The staff was friendly, the rooms were great, and the building itself is beautiful. The evening social during the week was also a terrific surprise. Literally the one down - fall was that they ran out of chili before 7. Lol. But I'm not holding that against them.

i loved homewood suites! the elevator and stairs to get to the lobby were a little confusing because the hotel was on a hill and the lobby is actually on the second floor. the breakfast wasnt anything to brag about. they didnt have many options. the rooms were nice but the ac had some weird problems because my moms room would be freezing and my sister and i room would be hot. other than that good experience

I was in love with the room! We got a room with two king sized beds and it was split up so that there was a living room and kitchen in between both of the separate rooms. It was very private and great! Plus, each bedroom had its own full bathroom. I loved it! Everything was clean and nice! The breakfast wasn't that fantastic, compared to all of the hotels I've stayed at (no orange juice or bacon 😣😣😣 lol), but at least it had one.

Amazing room for a great price. Very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was the limit on the thermostat. I was kinda cold throughout the night.

Nothing special, but gets the job done. Clean rooms, airport shuttle (have to request dropoffs), free hot breakfast. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area looking for affordable accommodations.

The accommodations were plenty, however our entire floor smelled like a cigarette. Once in our room, the smell was gone. The bathroom seemed to have poorly cleaned vomit in the tile grout.

I was really impressed with this place. It could use a little updating but other than that the suite was spacious and conformable and the staff was fantastic! Breakfast was wonderful as well.

The Homewood Suites Greensboro has been a great place for a weeklong stay. The location is central to restaurants and shopping. The room we were assigned has been quiet and spacious. Everyone here has been very helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

The rooms are nice. Fairly quiet. Check in was fast. The parking seems to be sparse but it shares the Embassy Lot so there is parking it just doesnt seem close as most Homewoods.

I stayed at this hotel during a Christmas visit with my family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The food was freshly prepared, and the staff was ever so friendly. I will go back again.
