Nice hotel, nice rooms! I loved the bedsheets and pillows! Haven't seen a hotel this great before!!! I will definitely stay here again! I recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Rhode Island!!!

I stay here often when coming to Newport. Good location. Staff is friendly. Nice little managers social on weekdays with drinks and snacks.

Very nice Hilton to stay in if you want to be in Newport but don't want to be right down town. It's about a 10 minute ride to the heart of Newport. The rooms are fine, and the customer service was very good. You also get free breakfast when you stay here.

My wife and I are spent three nights in this hotel for the Newport Folk Festival. The beds and pillows are super, super comfortable. We have a room with a bed room and kitchen/living room and the problem is the mounted air conditioner does not cool the living room at all. The TV is also mounted tilted toward the ceilingg. It is clear that anyone involved in the air conditioner/tv cared about the process. They just need to add another AC unit and hire someone who knows about TV installation. The air conditioner is a huge problem and will keep me from staying here in the future. The people who work here and amazing. Ever person I've met who worked here were absolutely awesome. They did a great job of hiring the right people for this hotel.

Very hospitable hotel. Clean. It took a while to get a functioning room key, but the front desk person was very nice. I appreciate the happy hour.

My family and i have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. It's quiet, clean and the staff is friendly. Free breakfast is always a plus and i particularly like getting a free cup of coffee any hour of the day.

Love the room, social time, and breakfast choices. Staff are great and friendly.

The kids loved swimming in the pool each day, and the saltwater was nice on the eyes. Fitness center had a number of treadmills (4, if memory serves) that were in good condition.

The breakfast provided was excellent and had something each day that my picky kids would eat.

The room was always clean and they were great about providing extra towels for my large family. Business center had a printer and computers that were easy to use.

It's a little pricey in peak season (like alot of things in Newport), but I've enjoyed both of our long term stays.

Had a few issues and the manager refunded half our stay. Can't say enough about how understanding he was. The room was in immaculate condition. We always stay on Hilton properties and after this stay, we will continue to do the same!!

Great one bedroom room, super friendly staff, good pool for the kids, free breakfast was great. Noisy guests above us, but staff was able to help. Bed comfortable, loved pillows. Rugs could use a replacement. Overall perfect for the price. Very affordable.

Stayed at the Homewood for 2 weeks so far and it's been great! The service is phenomenal and not a day goes by where my room doesn't have the smallest details paid attention to.

Disclaimer: I visited this hotel to change clothes before a wedding, in my in-law's suite. I didn't stay the night. That said, I did see most of this place and Google wants a review so here goes. This is a very nice hotel. The lobby store doesn't have just soda, for example, itt has frozen Red Baron pizza. The breakfast isn't a regular continental breakfast; it's a hot breakfast with omlettes and other things. Very good. And there is an indoor pool, though I'm not sure about hottub. As to the room, it's huge. There is a sitting area, and a semi-separate bedroom. Much nicer than the Comfort Inns and Holiday Inn Express that I've been at over the past week. I've got no idea what this place costs but it's really nice.

Nice, newer location. Rooms are excellent size with good amenities. Close to the Navy base. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Very nice rooms at reasonable rates (relative to other options at least). Weekday receptions are a plus. Hourly downtown shuttle is $3 each way per person - odds are that if there's at least two in a party, Uber is more convenient. Driving downtown is not recommended.

Clean. Convenient. Courteous staff. First hotel room I've seen that has a ceiling fan with an actual overhead light... Think about it, how many hotel rooms have you been in that don't offer this? Changes the whole dynamic of your hotel experience.

The people were great and very helpful. The rooms were very clean.

The front desk staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The included breakfast was good and featured a different dish every morning. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the wifi signal. It was very poor signal in our room and continued to drop altogether from time to time. Not a big deal as I didn't need to fire up the laptop for work but just something g worth noting.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Grill utensils can be borrowed to have your own cookout.

In spite of a sign near the road, the driveway for the hotel is a little hard to spot. Other than that, it's a nice hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent free breakfast. Might be nice to have a little more light in the bathroom though.

This is one of my favorite hotels anywhere. The King Studio Shotgun rooms are HUGE. There is a very nice kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The kitchen table would be small if you have more than two people. The living room has a comfortable couch with a large hassock and TV. The bedroom is large with a comfortable king size bed and a work desk. For the weekday traveller, they have a 'social dinner', which is a fun way to get together in their eating area. The people are very friendly and ready to offer suggestions. We first stayed a year ago and enjoyed it so much we just went again.

The hotel was nice and clean, but the price was ridiculous. The room was large with a small kitchen, but the nightly rate was not justified. We were able to check-in about an hour and a half early.

The staff was so nice and pleasant! Breakfast was good and a nkce little selection. The room slept our entire group comfortably! Hotel was clean, we had no issues!

Clean rooms with all of the amenities you would expect from a suite. The manager's reception provides free food and drinks! Always a pleasure staying here.

This hotel is located in Middletown close to Newport RI. Very easy to get to. The room is a suite with a kitchen, microwave, stove and fridge. The room is spacious and clean. They provide daily breakfast and evening meals with beer and wine. The staff is very friendly and nice.

The hotel was excellent but the communication and knowledge of the staff was awful did not know answers to any questions. We were suppose to have the romantic package.. Wine was in a paper bag with 2 glasses not chilled no chocolates like promised. I would stay again because of the clenliness and the convenience but the staff needs to be trained. They hold a 100 fee on your account until you get there and the still not have cleared the account yet.
