Stayed for the long weekend. Absolutely beautiful, the staff,the grounds , everything. Pet friendly. other guest were friendly. Very accommodating. Very centrally located, close enough and far enough away from all the excitement. There is shuttle service,they even provide Starbucks and grocery delivery. Cant beat that. Very highly recommended. Look forward to returning soon.☆☆☆☆☆

Went to Boston to visit with family. It was a great experience. The location was the only one with availability that was at a good price. When we walked in, we were shocked to find a full kitchen and separated room to living room. The breakfast was delicious unlike many other hotels we have stayed at. Highly recommend.

I come into this area for long stays for work every so often. This is by far my favorite place to stay. It is the only place that I know of that has a full kitchen with an oven and an outdoor pool and hot tub. They have easy to use grills that are available to all the guests and have all the utensils needed. The maid service and customer service is spectacular! Greatly improved over the last few years. The only change I haven't preferred is they've taken out there evening social and added a small restaurant menu without cocktails. This is a very small thing though and it is still the best place in the area. There is a free shuttle that takes you anywhere within 4 miles and the fire pit outside is nice to sit by at night. Highly recommend this place!

I LOVE this place! It’s borderline to downtown Boston and super close to smaller towns too. We ended up at a farmers market nearby! The hotel is extremely clean, staff is super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is AMAZING! The pool and hot tub are constantly being cleaned and checked. I went with my family this weekend and we did not want to leave. We will definitely be back again next year!

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights while vacationing in Boston. After the first night, 2 out of 3 room keys didn’t work. The maintenance person came and changed the batteries. This problem continued throughout our entire stay. On the last night, we were awoken at 11:30pm by the front desk because they didn’t have record of us staying there and they gave our room to someone else. Bill at the front desk said that it was a mistake and offered to give us drinks to make up for it. Amenities were excellent: Delicious breakfast, Excellent parking, On site laundry and fitness room, Nearby restaurants, Friendly staff, and Clean housekeeping.

Great Location, Clesn and Spacious rooms,Nice Staff. The stay includes free breakfast and wifi which is a big plus. They have a nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi along with a full basketball court. My family loved it, We will be back soon.

I would like to publicly thank Tiffany Van Kavelaar who ensured that we received two packages that had arrived at the hotel after our stay was completed. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful from the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping. We have never stayed at a HYATT house before but will definitely recommend it to any of friends traveling from BERMUDA.

I attended 2 corporate training sessions here on different days. The meeting room was nice, clean and comfortable. There is a great eating area, with a breakfast bar and additional seating. Breakfast is served each morning and we were served lunch each day.

I stayed here overnight for a work event. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was very friendly & very informative.my co worker and I had separate rooms. To our surprise, our rooms had been upgraded. Walking into the room was a surprise to see how spacious it was. I had more room than I needed! Very clean, new furnishings, comfortable bed. Breakfast downstairs in the morning had eggs, fruit, toast, bacon. Omelet made to order, juice, coffee and more. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks for making my visit great!

Breakfasts were enjoyable, including custom made omelets that were not over cooked like they tend to be at most hotels.

The bed was very comfortable and it was easy to adjust suite temperature to your liking. Suites included a decent kitchen with a full stove, though we had to evacuate the building a little after midnight because someone had a small kitchen fire.

Other detractions from a perfect rating include, periodic vibrations that felt like a very minor earthquake. It was probably caused by something in the HVAC system. I could feel this while sitting on the couch or in bed.

The other detraction was a noticeable decrease in water pressure at least 3 times each shower.

In general the suites were quiet and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Parking was ample and Hyatt House is close to many restaurants and shopping.

Great Overall experience!! Rooms were amazing, breakfast was good, love the omelette bar and I got a great deal on the room. Hyatt never disappoints and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll make sure to make reservations for this location.

The rooms were very clean. The reception area and people were very knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were fully equipped with kitchen. The motel offers free breakfast. The nightly charge was comprable to local motels that did not offer these amenities.

This location was very convenient for me. I had never been to a Hyatt House before. All the rooms are nicely sized suites with a kitchen and bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fitness center had a full set of weights and cardio machines. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt House. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. We were very please with the suite-style rooms as it meant our infant could sleep in the living room area and we wouldn't disturb her. We stayed in the winter and as such weren't able to try out the pool, but the fitness and business centers were very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

The front desk lady when we checked in was very nice. She chatted with me and complimented my luggage. The room was standard, good, nothing too exciting but definitely had everything that was needed. The kitchen floor was a little dirty with something crunchy under my feet. The sheet had a black stain on it but seemed freshly washed. The breakfast was awesome! There was an omelette station, super yummy scrambled eggs, and wonderful fried potatoes.

Beautiful, spacious room. Friendly staff. They have a shuttle which can take you where you need to go within 4 miles of the hotel with return service until 9pm. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Large spaces in most rooms. Mostly quiet especially after 10pm. Water was a little slow in the shower and kept pulsating, was slightly annoying. Does not have a bar even though paper work says it does. Near a few restaurants in a shopping mall. Good place for long term stay as rooms have dishes. I suggest washing them before use, as they probably have accumulated dust. This would not be a regular hotel for me to continue to use, as it isn't fit for my taste. Staff is very polite and helpful.

I come to this location monthly for business meetings, and have yet to write a review - I do want to preface this by saying that the staff have been exceptional each and every time. It's a great example of when things don't go how you plan, and how the folks at Hyatt were able to hear me out.

During my most recent stay I had some difficulty checking in and ran into a number of problems, which after a 16 hour day of travelling, was not my happiest moment. The next morning when I went down to the front desk, before I even had a chance to let them know, Andrew and Donna were already on top of the issues I had and ensured they were resolved prior to me even starting my day.

While the location and building itself are fantastic (as you can see from the other reviews here, and especially being so close to the office for me), it's the service that keeps me coming back. Please continue doing what you are doing!

Simple and clean. The breakfast, which is basic, is served in a nice atrium area , and the outdoor space with pool is nice.

This is a great hotel if you go for business or travel around Burlington, the rooms are spacious, nice pool, it has a small but very complete gym. It has a beautiful BBQ area. The service is great! All the people that work there are very nice and kind!

From here, it's an easy drive in and out to Boston and to Southern Maine! Huge complex! Lots of families! Does get noisy with kids in hallway! Full kitchen in our clean room! Well kept swimming pool! Crowded but good breakfasts! Pleasant stay!

It's okay. Spacious suite style rooms. Great friendly staff. But the hotel feels older but renovated. Gym is very small with very very limited equipment. Limited hotel services like kitchen.

I really like this place because it feels like home. I wish I could live here. They provide a variety of amenities and a full kitchen. I prefer cooking some meals on my own, so it's nice to be able to eat healthy. Breakfast is decent and the staff is nice. They do have some items that you can borrow for free. I would stay here again.

Hotel was awesome . Front desk was very hospitable. Room was beautiful and beyond words. The kitchen is literally top line. Living room and bedroom, bathroom was so comfortable and you wouldn't expect all you get for the cheap price. The free buffet breakfast was top line with choices and excellent staff attaining to it and the people. We did not expect the experience nor how modern and lovely it was . We had the best weekend and will be back .

Free breakfasts were awesome but the omelette cook had to be chased down to get one. The housekeeper did not speak English and could not read our request for items we needed. The pool and outdoors areas were beautiful but a bit small. The shuttle was great but no milk in the hotel market was what created the need for it. Not many restaurants in the area would deliver. Rooms were kind of clean but still cobwebs on the walls and hair on the bathroom floor. I would stay again for convenience but I would be vocal with the front desk about our needs and expectations.

Wonderful, comfortable stay. We had our two dogs with us and the hotel was very dog friendly. Very comfortable beds. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and it had a fully equipped kitchen.

A wonderful hotel to stay at! Complimentary breakfast, pool, basketball court, gym, and a wonderful garden area are very clean and well organized. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite too!

The room that i stayed in is very comfortable. Everything you need is available in the room such as an oven, a full sized refrigerator, dishwashing machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, basic things you need to cook food. There is also an ironing board, a pretty big vanity area. Super clean shower and toilet.

The bed is big and super comfy. There is also sofa which you can relax while watching television. In the morning, the guest house serves buffet style breakfast. Super good omelete, potatoes, bacon, fruits, and cereals. A variety of coffee are available.

The service crew are kind and very approachable. There's also a gym, a washing room, and business room if need be. You can also ask for a ride around town within a 4 mile radius. In summary, Hyatt house is a super good place to stay in Burlington, MA. :)

Gorgeous in spaceships sweets. Very modern-looking. Shopping service is available. Given a little bit more space, I could probably live here.

Meeting room was a bit cramp given the size of the attendence. Otherwise everything else was fine. Soeakers did sound a bit unnatural though.

Breakfast is buffet style with a good amount of healthy delicious options to choose from. The rooms are big, comfy and feels like home. We stayed in a suite which came fully stocked with whatever you would need to cook which is always a plus! They don't have a bar yet but are in the process of receiving their licenses. They serve dinner & lunch that is very affordable and not over priced. During our stay we noticed the staff was constantly cleaning which is a huge plus! And they were super friendly and nice, also a plus. We will definitely be back. Please excuse the mess in the pictures, we really made ourselves at home here. Lol

Nice cozy place with the perfect setting for a long term stay. Breakfast is simple and good. This place does have a 'home' feeling to it. While the Sonesta down the road is better maintained, this place is more spacious and has a better structured. Would lean based on pricing towards either. Hyatt is very close to the bus stop that would take you downtown though. So, if that is a consideration, look no further.

This hotel was awesome! Clean, accommodating, friendly.... you name it! Will definitely come here again and I plan on using Hyatt House wherever I travel and is available.

Closest hotel to the Lahey Hospital I could find. Great water pressure and shower head in the bathroom. The standard king-sized room came with a full sized fridge and stove... although I don't see myself ever using those for a one night stay, it was pretty impressive. Free breakfast! Standard food options for the breakfast, but incredibly convenient.

Close to local businesses. The staff were very kind. The suite was very nice with a kitchen fully stocked with dishes if I had desired to cook. They also have a service where they will buy items for you from a shopping list you give them. Very nice overall

The rooms were very spacious and decor felt updated. My personal experience was having folks having what sounded like a party at 2 in the morning on a Tuesday. The day I was supposed to leave to the airport, I showed up downstairs ready to take the hotel shuttle as the previous night one of the front desk clerks said the shuttle would take me. The GM was great at resolving both issues by switching my room and providing my taxi to the airport on the hotel. For this reason I recommend the hotel as they will look the fix any shortcomings.

Reservation coordinador nick i believe works at his own pace with no sense of urgency and no sense of need. The hotel is beautiful and exactly what a friend of mine is looking for for a long-term stay. If it was only based on this gentleman she would have never stayed but the location where the rooms are nice he should have no customer contact

This is our 3rd time staying here this year and it is by far the nicest in the area. We tried another big name hotel about a mile away and it doesn't even compare. For the same price of a more luxurious hotel, you get a suite with a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room and a full kitchen. Every room is newly renovated with a modern look and very spacious. But most importantly, the staff is friendly and the service is great. And if you don't use the kitchen to cook, they offer breakfast buffet for free! What more can you ask for?!

The room I stayed in was great. Very clean, and the service was respectable. I had an issue with the T.V's having a bit of static, called the front desk and they resolved it immediately. When I visited they where undergoing renovation, but was maintaining a very clean atmosphere. Almost missed the entrance the first night, but after I knew where it was, I had no problems.

We love this hotel. The rooms are beautiful the ppl are even better and full.of information. We would go on vacation just to stay at a hyatt. This hyatt is 20 min utes from the city and absolutely perfect.

Everything everyone has said here is true. The place is outstanding. Great breakfast buffet, rooms are all suites with a separate family room area and a full kitchen. You could easily live here for a month. Wireless speeds seem to be decent enough but none of us even tried Netflix.

We found this place after checking out early from a dive Comfort Inn in Lexington. Wow this place is awesome for only a few bucks more. We got a 2 bedroom suite that was newly remodeled, clean, just great. We were also surprised to get an evening food bar that worked just fine for dinner. I would highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

Stayed for three nights in a two bedroom suite as a business traveller. Many reviews seem to reflect these rooms before they were redone. The refurbished rooms are excellent. Clean and modern, very comfortable. Walls between rooms are OK, but some noise did pass. The breakfast was not great, worse than Hyatt Place, but was enough to fill me up. Front desk said hello every time I passed by and was very nice. Will absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for over 1.5 years and loved every bit of it- staff, service, accommodations, breakfast, evening social, pool and much much more. I recommend this hotel for extended stay and short term stay!!

Excellent. The weeknight evening social is perfect if you've got kids or just want some quick food...salad , pizza, cheese and crackers. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. And the included breakfast each morning was well worth getting up for.

Somehow we got an upgrade to a suite, fabulous. 2 bedrooms with king beds, full baths, 3 flat screen TV's, full kitchen and living room. The staff were all exceptional and the included breakfast was a full of variety. The location was quiet, we were able to have our windows open and listen to the birds. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks jill
