We got 2 bed room suite for four of us and a baby. Kitchen is fully equipped. Room service is good. Breakfast is excellent. We will always come to this place again.

The room we stayed in was very nice. It included a king and queen in 2 SEPARATE rooms. Featuring a shower in each. Was very well furnished and the beds were very nice. Each room had an HD TV. Breakfast was fantastic. It featured a make-it-yourself waffle maker, omelet bar, and all the other hotel breakfast items. Excellent.

It looks beautiful.the room is nice. However we requested to pay with 2 credit cards. We were assured that could happened but then my card was ran for the full amount. Other than that,no complaints

Large rooms for a fair price. I booked this hotel for my in laws when they were in town - family of 4- and they loved it. They are usually very picky about the comfort of their beds and the size of their room and they were pleased with this hotel which was GREAT! They had the special 2 bedroom suite with a seperate sitting area and kitchenette- I'm not sure if all their rooms are that spacious. Overall, they had a great experience, and though the doors face outside (motel style) the place looks very nice, clean, and taken care of (not like a typical motel-yuck). I believe it has a nice outdoor pool and basketball/volleyball (?) Court. In laws will definitely be staying here again on their next visit to come see us.

We visited this hotel because we were in town for a big family gathering, and part of the family were staying here. The family staying here has five children, and were staying in a two bedroom suite that was very modern, had great amenities like a dishwasher and full kitchen, and was very comfortable at a very reasonable rate. We were very impressed with what we saw at Hyatt House Dallas/Addison. Should we ever be back to Dallas, we would consider also staying at this place.

There are weird TV tray tables in the room, likely because there's insufficient space to eat breakfast downstairs. The breakfast was poorly managed: no plates, everything in disarray, and no food. The pull-out bed pulls out directly against the opposing wall. The TV is in-between two rooms, so that it's useless for both. The toilet seat was all rough and torn up. The room was overall small, so you only get double beds.
The person checking me in was impatient: he'd ask a question, immediately get upset that he couldn't understand, then ask me to write things down, and he spoke too quietly for me to hear, so he'd get upset again when I didn't hear him. There were random people walking around the parking lot; clearly not guests. The pool was full of non-guests.
This is not what I expect from Marriott.

Hyatt House Addison was great! The staff was great. The location is also close to tons of great restaurants. The only minor issue we noticed is this location is near a small airport, meaning during normal daytime hours you might hear a small prop plane fly over following take off. It isn't a night time issue, and its fairly insulated in the room.

Great place, I love the setup of the room being separated from the living space and kitchenette. Kitchenette has everything you need to cook and they provide some pots and pans and cutlery to make your basic meals. The room was clean and service was great, they came and set the dishwasher on while we were out. The hotel rooms are accessed from the outside with parking nearby each building. It’s a safe area and just about any restaurant you can dream of and all fast food restaurants are within 2-3 miles! Check out the Addison Circle across the street for a nice park to walk around and the center with various restaurants and businesses.

I love the area where its located especially since its surround by restaurants so food is no issue. Staying at the hotel is also a bit luxurious. The staff are nice and kind too and also provide a great conversation on different topics and so are the maids.

Incredible hotel! I was very impressed with this hotel. Devon meeted me upon arrival. He took the time to have a "real" conversation with me. He made me aware of all the amenities that the hotel offered. I didn't have to "pull" anything out of him. The rest of the staff "Fell all over" me. The breakfast was amazing! Fresh omelets. As well as other food choices that were available. I really, really enjoyed my stay.

We had a nice stay over here. The surroundings are calm and I think this is a good location if you wanna avoid the city rush. The staff was friendly and they worked quick to fix an error that booking agent made. Our 2br suit was very clean and I did not observe any flaws. Only thing that worried me was parking as there was limited space. Our suit was located on 3rd floor and it was difficult to carry all the belongings. I’d suggest you take steps to secure a lower level unit if you have problems with steps.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Loved our stay from check in to check out. The space in our room was very comfortable with a living area, kitchen, and the bedroom with a spacious bathroom. The hotel and our room was very clean. The complementary breakfast was also great. Will consider booking at the Hyatt house again when traveling out of town.

Very clean and curious staff. Comfort and cleanliness was 5 stars and I will definitely stay again at the Hyatt house. This is my second time staying at a Hyatt house and I'm highly satisfied.

Absolutely the best extended stay suites I've ever had the pleasure to patron. The staff was courteous, prompt, and very professional the only problem I had was getting up from the extremely comfortable bed. Lol👍👍

The staff was absolutely fantastic. The room was nice and clean. I was disappointed that there wasn't water in the room as there has been in every other Hyatt I have stayed at. Also, be prepared to hear noise from your neighbors. The sound proofing is nonexistent.

Hands down, one of my favorite hotels. My guy and I ALWAYS stay here when we are in the Dallas area. It’s clean, quiet, the food is spectacular, the rooms are phenomenal, and the staff is some of the most helpful. I highly recommend this place!

I visit this property every year for work and I have never had a bad experience. Front desk staff is nice and always available, rooms are clean, no issues with noise level. Definitely a great place for long term stays.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel with my Wife, spent about two weeks in an apartment. The suites are very spacious, with a living room and a separate bathroom. The staff were well trained and welcoming. I would visit again with my wife if l get the chance.

I booked a room with 2 king beds a kitchenette, but they gave me 1 King and a queen bed. It was fine. Kitchen has everything to cook. The only issue I had was that housekeeper did not make the beds for the four night we spent there. That's why I rated them 4

Love this place! It's casual and clean and a great location. It's not a typical Hyatt from an aesthetic perspective but it's a typical Hyatt in terms of the cleanliness, AMAZING STAFF, and fabulous breakfast! It has a great walk score, you can walk to the park or any restaurants and shopping. I stay here as often as possible when I have to go to Dallas. Dog friendly...typical Hyatt! 😊

My friends and I stayed at the Hyatt House for Oktoberfest fest. The 2 room suite was great for 4 of us. The food in the morning was good (so I hear... I had too much fun the night before and couldn't get out of bed). I would recommend!

After staying in hotels for a month straight the Hyatt House chain is my absolute preference to everything else IF you are stay for longer than two nights. The rooms are furnished with everything you'd have in a one bedroom apartment.

Full size refrigerator, dishes, oven, pans, silverware, dish washer... The Hyatt House is ready for you to come home as soon as you check in

Excellent place. highly recommended...i give a 4-star only because there are no elevators to the second and third floors of the buildings. Design strategy and quality of finish is top notch. Fantastic place for the whole family.

The Hyatt House is a wonderful place, although a little hidden. It is truly an exceptional place to stay. Gabby, one of the workers there is talented and very sweet. And helpful!

I stayed here for a few days and I can say that while at first I was unhappy with the state of my room, as soon as I called the front desk a very attentive gentlemen - Shawn I believe was his name - assured me that I would be taken care of. And while his customer service was great, this review is really because of the superb service I received from a housekeeping guy by the name of Eric. As soon as he arrived, he made sure that all my issues were taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure the room was to my standards. He even checked up on me a few hours later to ensure my room was up to standards and if there was anything else I needed. The rest of my stay was great and I can't wait to come back to this Hyatt House. I recommend it to everyone.

As someone who travels a lot this hotel is great for long stays from home. It offers an apartment style set up with a full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. However, it could benefit from some new carpet, fresh paint and a good cleaning. Dirty light switches, stained walls, hair in the shower all made me a bit uncomfortable. Good enough for a quick stay but I found it hard to completely relax and feel at home.

I've been here before a few years back. They have e renovated the rooms and they are very nice. Not expensive either. I would definitely come back.

I love Hyatt properties but this one is just ok. Seems a bit run down, but still nice. The location is cool since it's north of town. Good neighborhood too! Restaurants and shopping nearby.

Hyatt House Addison is one of my favorite places to stay away from home. The rooms all are compete with a full kitchen, dining table for up to four , plenty of workspace for anything work related I need to get done , seating for up to four in the living room, a separate bedroom. (Or two) each bedroom with its own TV and attached vanity /dressing area, closet , nice bathroom as well as a comfy queen sized bed. The complimentary breakfast buffet is always on point too! I do miss the free wine, beer, and h'oedeurves on weeknights but I can live without then.

An older facility but we'll maintained. Front desk staff could be better trained. Room was comfortable.

Visited dying 93 year old aunt. All was good except room 108 bathroom jacuzzi needs work. Knob to control was broken. Tiles were old and moldy. Kitchen dish towel was old and stained. However, front desk staff was friendly and very accomodating.

The room was impressive, 2 fully closed off bedrooms and each with own full bathroom. The key didn't work, staff let in but settled on just letting it be instead of bringing new key because only needed the room for a hour so he was very nice and helpful. Over all great experience.

Great hotel. Very clean and spacious suites. Full kitchen is a welcome for long term stays. Price very reasonable for size of rooms and amenities. Wi-Fi actually works well and has good speeds. Full bar is plus!

Check-in was fine, staff was very friendly. Room was clean but definitely showing its age. Our door was very hard to open. The frame has a lot of cracks along the side. Not sure if it's from a previous break-in or the humidity has caused it to warp and crack. Breakfast was decent, staff makes fresh omelettes upon request. Rooms are huge, the size of a one bedroom apartment, very comfortable.

In this day and age most people are quick to focus and comment on the negative experience they had using social media but never really take time for the positive. I know, I deal with customers or in your case, guests, every day. So I just wanted to let you know that my stay at this location was excellent. The room was beautiful and your staff was friendly and attentive especially Leticia Trevino who’s work ethic and dedication made sure myself and my colleagues made it to our class and back on time the whole week we stayed with you; and Gabrielle who was super patient and professional and helped me figure out the mistake my office did when booking during check In so I can get my room. I have personal travel plans in the future as well as business and I have already changed them to stay at your locations.
PS. Let’s not forget the breakfast was delicious….

The kitchen and sitting area in the suites is perfect for extended business trips and groups of travelers. Great showers and one of the most comfortable beds ever! Near since delicious food and very well priced.

Apartment setup. My room had a small kitchen, living room, two TVs and king size bed behind doors for privacy. Would be great for someone staying long-term but equally nice for one night. Had to sign agreement not to have a party. Pros: friendly service, great outdoor hot tub and pool, free hot breakfast with custom omelets. Cons: could hear a lot of noise from outside, no elevators for 2nd floor and up, bathroom floor tile SUPER slippery.

The rooms are basically a small apartment. There is a pullout sofa which is listed as a full bed in many booking sites. The king bed is very noisy and creaky but comfortable. Ample room. Free parking. Decent value.

First time business traveler. I was impressed right away when the gentleman checking me in offered to walk me to my room to make sure I made it safe. It was late at night and made a world of difference to a grueling long traveled day. Thank you!! (:

I have to add that I had to change rooms (first room was located above their kitchen/buffet area) due to discovering two spiders in my bed as well as a live roach in the kitchen area. I was moved to another room which was fine, so kudos to them for taking care of the issue quickly, however that was quite unacceptable in terms of cleanliness/pest control.

Very helpful service and a free room upgrade when I checked in. Room was clean spacious. Great place for a large family and reasonably priced.

The hotel is more like an apartment. For 3* hotel, you can not ask for a better spot. Addison is a nice area. The front desk work was real nice and cool, the breakfast buffet was on point.

Spent a month here. The at&t wifi is horrible. Keep an eye on you receipt and credit card statement once you check out. My credit card was charged $65.00 for dry cleaning that I never had done. my final bill was credited the difference with no money owed. Only to have the business charge my credit card $65.00 after I had checked out. I'm still trying to get refunded for that...
