Amazing time here! Such a pleasant stay here. I don’t know about you but when traveling I don’t like being squished into a tiny space to especially unpack your bags. But for a reasonable price you can stay at a suite! The room service (the most important thing lol) is really good, they call the cars for you wherever you need to go and they’ll clean your room daily. The Coex mall downstairs is also very convenient!

The hotel is a bit old but they staff are very nice. The location is also good and there are lots of restaurants around the hotel and it is attached to a mall which is very convenient. The hotel is an upscale one .

Guest rooms are a bit old, but still a fairly upscale hotel if you are in Seoul to enjoy good value food and shopping. Good service in English. Breakfast buffet is very nice and strongly recommended. But if you want anything for less, then just go down(direct access from the hotel) to the Coex mall where you can get anything you want. The Hotel is also annexed to Seven Luck Casino, which is a small and crowded Casino. There are many strollers stealing points from the slot machines that visitors are playing and it is absolutely annoying to have strangers sitting real close to you staring at your machine, then suddenly inserts their card into the machine you are playing.

Excellent facilities for a business hotel. Super fast WiFi and very helpful staff. Nice rooms -- separate bath and shower in the room and decent views of Seoul. Great location for conferences.

Very nice visit. I stayed here as part of the SM Global Package for EXO. The staff has been very nice and professional. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying here for 6 nights. Location is best in Coex area, right on top of gigantic underground Coex mall. Bongeunsa temple is just on the other side of the road and metro station is 5 minutes walk.
Service of Intercontinental Coex is pretty awesome and staffs are cordial. I would like to visit again.

Yesterday, I visited 'Sky lounge' located at InterContinental Seoul COEX 30F. The view was amazing and fantastic. The night view was so beautiful and magical. The pizza was delicious. The wine was great. I will visit here again with my family as soon as possible. I really recommend here. Really awesome~~!

The Coex conference centre is right next door, and so is the metro station. I got a suite on the 24th floor with a beautiful view of the city. Very nice staff!

Great place to stay! Staff are friendly and accommodating, hotel rooms are top class, and complete amenities. The best thing is this hotel connects directly to the Coex Mall, which is an underground mall. It also has a Lotte Duty Free Mall, so you can do all your shopping without having to leave your hotel area. Particularly great during the winter season, since you try to limit your outdoor walk during that time if you come from a tropical country or not used to very cold season. It's also a stop for airport buses and quiet near to a train station so easily accessible. Also has ATM machines and near the City Airport check in and immigration.

Nice business hotel in a Central location. Don't get confused, as I did with the Grand. Also in Gagnam. The staff were kind enough to lay on a free taxi though!

I stay this hotel many times and one reason due to the location is convenient and Coex mall just next to you. Being here for business or leisure, you can find this hotel the best so far. This time felt a bit disappointing being a platinum member and was given a standard room but providing me few 2 beers and soft drinks daily and free hot spa. I am in business and I don't think I enjoyed all this perks but prefer a better and nicer room. Even on the working table , you can't even find an extra power point to use for your laptop. I still love to stay here and the management shall make changes to the new policy to cater a Long term supporter.

Great hotel with incredible underground shopping center. Great service from staff except when departing BellBoy placed us in small taxi to airport even though he was aware of how much luggage we had and as a result we spent the hour plus ride to airport crammed into taxi.

This hotel was very clean, quiet, professional and great hospitality. Location is next to Coex mall and Bongeunsa metro station. Hotel design is elegant and modern. 29th floor, facing Han River was a great view, day time and night time.

I stayed there for 5 nights on business. It is very centrally located and very near to a major tourist attraction in Seoul. Hospitality is superb, rooms excellent and staff very cordial.

It's a big and cozy hotel to stay in. It's located very close to a subway station. Its room was clean, quiet and comfortable. View from the room wasn't good as the hotel is in the middle of a downtown, but it's not bad to enjoy the night view of the city. Hotel doormen, receptionists and room attendants were all kind and nice. What makes it better is its surrounding facilities. A large shopping mall, COEX mall, and a convention and exhibition center called COEX are located nearby.

Love the room and the complimentary gifs. Location wise is really far but safe and quiet. There are 2 subway station.. Bonguensa and samseong that will help you travel anywhere jn seoul. The starfield mall is one of the best. Really love our stay here at Intercontinental.

I've stayed at club room. Club was very special. Food and service also very nice and convenient. Free taxi ride to Central Airport Terminal - impressive and unexpected service for me. I strongly recommend Club room even it's more expensive.

A wonderful hotel with awesome food. Very clean and meticulously maintained but beware of the lifts. All the lifts are in pretty bad shape and would take you up and down for a couple of times so press open button when it's your floor🙁

Nice hotel. Comfy beds. Located in the newer business district with a large mall that has everything you need attached to it. Not the most convenient if you want to sight see as this hotel is on the south side of the river and all the older historical sights are on the north side. Not a big deal, just jump on the clean, fast subway and you are across the river in about 30 minutes for only a few bucks. My only complaint is the A/C is not very strong. It will eventually cool down but takes a while.

Decent place though a bit of a confusing layout of you're going through COEX. Very conveniently located by COEX and Bongeunsa station. Lots of food, bars and clubs nearby.

Room was nice, rooms with view to the river and temple are recommended, breakfast very good, hotel has direct access to the big COEX shopping mall and exibition center, restaurants and temple as well gangnam area are in the near of the hotel, to typical party areas like itaewon or like city centre you have to go by metro or taxi.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. There is a mall and convention center attached to the property. Also, the bus station is just down the street. Breakfast is a huge buffet with Korean, Japanese, Chinese and American options. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, sharing the building with COEX conference/ exhibition center and mall. Professional staff, especially concierge, who was super-knowledgeable about surroundings. Subway is just in 5 minutes walk; numerous restaurants and bars are all in a close proximity - main disadvantage, that they all close rather early.

Tho hotel is a bit outdated but you can't go wrong with the food and the service is amazing. I stay here as often as I can. It is located in Gangam and easy to get around. Another great mall downstairs where you can find anything.

I love the wine buffet at this hotel, it's very good price for a food buffet, unlimited wine from the selection provided and two draft beers included to enjoy at your pleasure. Food is good quality and the live music is always enjoyable.

5 star hotel that goes above and beyond in every way. They walk you through your room on arrival and get you settled in. Staff remember your name and great you in the morning. Spacious luxury rooms and great dinning.

Big hotel with 3 levels of shopping mall underground. There is an aquarium on level b1. The Brasserie restaurant on the 1st floor has a plethora kind of food to enjoy. Room is clean and has good view. A definite 5 star hotel.

Great hotel. Convenient and there's a lot of restaurants and places to shop in the area. Rooms were clean and spacious and service in the hotel is great. Breakfast is excellent in the restaurant. Finally...Mad Fry Chicken..the best chicken place in Seoul (in my opinion) is around the corner.

The best breakfast selection I have ever experienced!

This hotel is understated luxury at it's best. Nothing is too big an ask of the staff- the bars and restaurant/ deli offer a wide variety of choice and rooms are spotlessly clean and well designed.

The fitness centre is well equipped but note that tattoos are not allowed in this area !!! This is my only reason for giving a 4 instead of 5 Star. Although I don't have tattoos myself, I found this discriminatory.

The hotel is a great location for visiting Seuol's top attractions- Gangnam for shopping and the Olympic stadium are a very short cab ride away.

The hotel has one of the top services in Seoul. The concierge provides outstanding support. The food is excellent, rooms modern and large and the hotel is strategically located (and embedded with the COEX mall). The hotel has a great gym and swimming pool. I come to Seoul almost every month and the Intercontinental COEX, without being one of the most expensive hotels, offers consistent top quality. 5 stars.

Cosy, clean and pretty hotel.

When you arrive at the hotel, you will be welcomed by the grand look and feel of the lobby in purple sofa for you to surf the Internet for free, a spacious lobby for your check in and around you the friendly staffs. The room is a must mention where it has extra large bathroom, with a bath tub or a shower corner for your choice. The bed is comfortable that will make you overslept for your next day travel plan. The hotel is also friendly enough to have facilities of mobile phones or Korean mobile SIM card rental service.

Location wise, it is just situated next to the COEX Mall where you may walk to your exhibition or conference hall or some shopping. It is about 10 minutes walk from the metro station and opposite the hotel, there is a big and pretty Buddha temple that worth visiting. If you would like to take the airport limousine, it will stop right in front of the hotel for you.
