Typical Motel One. Very clean, small but nice rooms

I stayed for one night, the hotel is clean, rooms are basic but with very very elegant design and comfortable beds and all kinds of pillows for all tastes! My room looked east with beautiful sunrise view. Public transportation is right at the entrance of the hotel, but I think it is worthy of mentioning that hotel is in zone2 so if you want to frequently visit the city center with public transportation this means extra expenses for inclusive transportation tickets.

Nice, comfy beds. Breakfast is a little basic, but it's a basic hotels---and intentionally so! I'm here for work, so all I really want is cleanliness, decent shower and comfy bed---ticks all those boxes!

Some bacon to complement the Continental breakfast would go down a treat---but then I do love bacon more than most people!

Nice seating area just outside, where I've worked the last two afternoon/evenings. Lounge-style chairs around a mini water feature, as well as solid, but comfortable, chairs with small metal tables, of decent quality, where I work.

(It is, though, continental Europe, and so loads of people smoke, which isn't so pleasant, but with so many people smokers here it makes sense for it to be a smoking area.)

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Preise an der Bar sind für ein Hotel normal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich aber sehr gut. Es kostet 9.50€ Buffet.

Quiet location north of Munich with easy motorway access. Usual Motel One standard - rooms compact with funky touches, and relaxing fishtank on TV. 20 minutes to city centre on U-Bahn, station (green zone for tickets) literally on the doorstep with trains until late at night.

We went for drinks in the bar, which I'm told us what this girl chain is famous for. The atmosphere in the bar was great with good staff as well. The is a very good selection of gin, but depending on the gin you choose, it can be a little pricey.

Clean - excellent ratio price quality.

Super clean, and comfortable. The rooms are about half the size of a standard American hotel room, and about twice the size of a Tokyo hotel room. The buffet breakfast is mostly organic, and the eggs arr usually soft boiled-ish. The temperature inside the hotel was quite warm, closer to 80 deg F than 70 deg, which I was told is a cultural thing. If you like your room warm, you'll love this place. If you like your room cool, the windows open. I was here in the winter, so I can't speak to summer conditions.
I gave it 4 out of 5 stars for two reasons. 1) there is no refrigerator in the room, which may be a European or Germany thing. It's just really inconvenient if you like to do minor grocery shopping or keep your drinks cold. 2) there is no fitness facility, or restaurants near by, so you have to have a car to get around.
As a side note, it was difficult to get Uber drivers out this far, and I was able to use the myTaxi app because of my US app store.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Munich. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is extraordinary good. Biological and glutenfree food is available. The subway station is right behind the hotel. It's 5 minutes to the stadium and 20 to the city.

Rooms are much nicer than you'd expect for a 70€ hotel room in Munich, there's an Edeka nearby to pick up food, and a U Bahn stop is right outside the door. One stop from the stadium, if you're into that kind of thing. That being said, the room was small even by European standards, and they discontinued my wifi promptly at midnight on my checkout date (i.e. while I was still doing some late night work.)

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Haustür. Parkplatz kostengünstig, aber kostenlose Alternativen im Industriegebiet in dem sich das Hotel befindet. Habe hier für 2 Nächte wegen einer Konferenz in der Umgebung übernachtet. Freundlicher Service, problemloser Checkin, Zimmer war sauber und auch ansprechend eingerichtet. Preise an der Bar ziemlich günstig für ein Hotel, vor allem im Münchner Raum.

Für 1-2 Nächte auf jeden Fall okay, wenn man wenig Zeit im Hotel verbringt und keine überdimensionierten Erwartungen hat.

Wir sind gestern als 2 Erwachsene mit Kind + 2 Hunde angereist. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Ein größeres Zimmer wurde uns unentgeltlich zur Verfügung gestellt, aufgrund Hundebox, Kinderwagen etc. Der Service war äußerst Zuvorkommend und sympathisch nett.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig aber dennoch modern und hygienisch sauber. Von unserem Zimmer aus herrliche Aussicht zum Stadion. Anbindung durch Autobahn und U-Bahn sehr gut vorhanden. Auch mit Autoanhänger konnten man in den nahegelegenen Industriestraßen parken.

Optimal sind die Grünanlagen um mit den Hunden ausgiebig Gassi zu gehen.

Motel One Garching bekommt von mir volle 5 Sterne aufgrund der tollen Lage, dem super Service, der äußerlichen Sauberkeit und dem Gemütlichem Bett.
