I checked in Friday night, notified the hotel about dog hair Sat no one came to clean, notified again on Sunday was told someone will clean it nope no one. So pretty much for a full week dog hair room with other food particles in the room. Killed two spiders as well. They did give me 10K points extra but still that doesn’t mean not to clean the room. Very disappointed with the cleanliness part. Good breakfast and gym however.

Also I don’t think they change bed sheets.

Very nice suite. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful throughout my stay as I was there for a neck and back operation. When in Cleveland, stay here. You'll love it as much as I do.

It is a convenient location to Parker Hannifin facility. They have a standard continental breakfast everyday and social hour Monday-Wednesday evenings. The staff was nice and there was plenty of parking nearby.

I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a king suite for one night and felt the price was very affordable and the overall condition of the room was quite nice. The reason I don't feel I can give 5 stars is the room could have used a little more cleaning before our stay. Found a clump of hair on the wood floor, and we found the jacuzzi had a decent amount of stuff in it once we started filling it up.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Awesome selection for breakfast as well! I'll definitely be going back again. Can't beat that jacuzzi in the room!!

I've been here since my house caught fire. The staff has been nothing short of awesome. They have become like family in such a short time. I also had surgery during my stay and they made sure I was comfortable and my family had everything we needed until I was better.

Great staff. Delicious food. Pulled pork sliders and Mac and cheese for dinner? Hell yeah. Also, free Great Lakes dortmunder on tap. Room is great. Pool is a nice. Patio is great.

Room and beds were nice. Pullout couch was only big enough for one person, regular bed fits two. All staff were very friendly. Laundry is free, but you have to bring your own detergent (or they have it for sale in the small store for ~$1.50).

I didn't spend much time there, but everything seemed nice. The room I visited was a a decent size. It had a rather nice little kitchen area. Not much else I can say.

We stayed for a week while my husband was having surgery at the nearby Laser Spine Institute. The room was very nice and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend this hotel!!

My family of five stayed in a two double suite. We got in late and had to leave by 8am so we weren't there long. It seemed like a nice hotel. I always wish hotels used queen beds as they are more versatile for a family since they are more spacious for the parents and even better for sleeping the kids sufficiently separated. Otherwise it was a fine quick stay. The beds were very comfortable even if a little too small being doubles. They were probably the most comfortable on our 5 nights of vacationing amongst several hotels and even an Airbnb condo.

I stayed here for couple of weeks during my official trip. The hotel is nice and rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard.

They have ample parking space and location is good in terms peace and yet close to I271. Only problem I faced was that there was frequent internet problem in the room. Staff was helpful and they changed my room. But same problem in the other room as well. In the last, they provided me a conference room to use for my work which was so nice of them 😀
Feedback for them is to get their internet service checked.

We really loved staying the night here. I guess they renovated the place and it looks great. Pet friendly, staff is amazing and accommodating. The morning breakfast was delicious. I love staying at stay bridge. Plus.. it is affordable

This hotel was magnificent, very clean and state of the art in amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful. The beds were too die for, I've never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life. The room was so spacious and had a at home feel to it. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Staybridge Suites.

I've had a great week here. The room is comfortable and spotless. There's a small well equipped gym, and breakfast is delicious.

Had a very nice stay at the Cleveland Mayfield Staybridge Suites. The check-in clerks were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, but they were delivered to our room within 15 minutes. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the dog and small child across the hall, but it didn't bother us too much. The free hot breakfast was delicious, but there are not a lot of dairy free options. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and friendly. I gave the hotel 4 stars because there was no awning to unload the car and it was pouring. They can't control the rain, but most other hotels have a covered area to unload.

First, no portico. Had to park and unload the car in the rain.

Very nice looking and comfortable. Recently renovated. Large breakfast buffet. Fully-functional kitchen in the room. Was disappointed there are no vent fans in the bathrooms, and one of our tubs barely drained, but we'll leave a note for the friendly staff and I'm sure they'll see it gets fixed.

Stayed here twice both for two weeks at a time on business. Quiet rooms, breakfast (decent) everyday, dinners on Mon, Tues, Wed...are usually pretty darn good considering they're free. Rooms are clean, sheets are stain free, and in a good part of the city.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The rooms were acceptable for the price. The kitchenette was a decent size. The only negative was the pool was quite dirty.

Stayed in 1 Queen bed suite w/kitchenette. Room and hotel was clean and modern inside and out. Price was reasonable. Check in and Check out was quick and efficient. Staff was polite. Would stay here agsin.

Stayed for a wedding weekend because the hotel was in a very convienent location to lander haven. Stayed for two nights and the rooms were beautiful but hotel front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Check in times kept being changed on us and left us sitting around in the front lobby and left with no where to put our belongings. As said before we were there for a wedding so we had things we needed to do for the wedding and had to rush because we had to keep checking to see if we could get into our rooms and it made the day a little more stressful. I know we were not the only wedding party to ever stay in that hotel so I am surprised they haven't figured out a better system for people! Over all, would never stay again due to how we were treated by the front desk staff.

The rooms were clean, good breakfast options. They also have free laundry, dinner with happy hour on Monday through Wednesday.

Well I stayed one night. The hotel was under renovations and there was construction going on all over the place. Painting too. My suite was nice and I was comfortable during my stay. They had some food out from 5:30-7:30 which was nice. I was down for the food about 6:15 and most everything was pretty much gone and the staff wasn't replenishing too quickly if ever.

We liked the room amenities. The tub and full kitchen was nice. The bed was comfortable. The floor was dirty, there were dirty towels and dishes. The breakfast was not good. We liked the TV and the channels available. We liked that it was non-smoking. We just didn't feel like the counters and everything was clean enough. Also the toilet paper wasn't my fave.

They are remodeling but it was good. They have gatherings 3 nights a week. The room waa large and had a kitchenette. Staff was friendly. Location was very convenient.

Huge beds. Great staff. Warm cookies on checkin. No hot tub or pool. But perfect for office or overnight. Staff is amazing and helpful. Rooms are clean Just make sure you specify your needs: fridgerator or microwave...everything else is included.

It's very near the company I am visiting that is why I picked it at the time. Turn out it is not a bad choice. It is clean. Pretty quiet. Provide free hot breakfast. Three days of a week have social night. You can have vegetable dip and two hot items. Even have beer and wine.

Friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner during the week is nice however the food isn't super great. It's not terrible either, somewhere in between.

Terrible breakfast. Food was good quality. Poorly prepared. Cold eggs and sausage at 7AM. Late as well some days. Rooms are okay, room service randomly skipped me one day. It's a fine place, but they could do much better with a little effort.

Closely located to landerhaven event center. Comfortable, clean, they have a nice breakfast and evening social hours Monday to Wednesday.

Okay for Parker... but get a rental car. Place is clean. Room not well insulated, as the heater was frequently turning on and off and the room still had a 4 degree swing each cycle. Evening meals were probably a nice treat, but were always over by the time i left work.

I was in town to visit family for the holiday and decided to stay at the hotel for a few days. My nieces came along with me to check in. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly welcome. The girls were not originally going to stay at the hotel with me, but the front desk attendant offered me an upgrade and we were impressed with the suite immediately!

The suite was spacious enough for us, with two bedrooms, and a nice kitchen. The breakfast was great and the location was quiet and safe. It was nice to stay somewhere that was home-like for my stay.

The best thing about my stay was the staff! They were all so helpful and so professional. I take customer service very seriously, and they were all top-notch: front desk, housekeeping, food services, everyone! It wasn't a perfect stay, but it certainly exceeded my expectations. I don't normally stay in a hotel when I visit my family in Cleveland, but this visit was so good I just might have to do it again!

Amazing hotel! Felt like i was in an apartment. Full sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, sink, and microwave. Very roomy, clean, and comfortable. They also had a great hot breakfast. I would love to stay here again.

I had a great stay at stay bridge I was able to catch all of the Pokemon in the area and no one bothered me while doing so. I also noticed they had a nice little outdoor patio for eating and most importantly, a basketball net. 10/10 would consider staying here.

Beautiful hotel. Quiet location. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast was good too. Room is very clean and love the set up. We stayed in room 320 it was quiet and very relaxing. Will stay again for sure.

Nice and clean hotel, very nice staff. Only complaint is that the breakfast bar can get very packed.

Usually this isn't an issue and I would never even think to mention it, but it shouldn't be a serious issue to get around the breakfast area with a normal-sized backpack. The problem gets much worse when there are 20 other people in the same area thinking the same thing. I mean what is this? A breakfast bar for tiny people? (End rant)

Since this is clearly a small part of the hotel experience, they still earned 4 stars... just keep your elbows tucked when you're going for the bagels

Had a fantastic stay a couple of weeks ago. VERY generous space for a fair/low price. Accommodating staff and a quiet location. I'm going to inform all my co workers to stay here when they visit Cleveland!

Excellent Responses To Bed Bug Bites Reports

The first time that I was bitten by bed bugs here on March 17, 2015, management was quick to respond. A room inspection was done, bed bugs were found and the room (104) was treated to exterminate the pests. I slept here comfortably for 10 more nights before being bitten again with the same kinds of bites on October 20th, 2015. Management again had the room (216) inspected, but this time they couldn't find any bed bugs in the room.

You can rest assured that if you inform management of a bed bug problem, they will take it seriously and respond appropriately.

An interesting side note: Did you know that after someone mentions bed bugs in a review, hotel management can supply documentation to say that no bed bugs were found and have such reviews suppressed (deleted)? Isn't it odd that when someone says they found a hair in the shower, those reviews don't get deleted after the hair is removed? Apparently it is important to allow readers to learn about a previous guest's shower hair problems, but it is not important to allow readers to learn about a previous guest's bed bug bites problems. One would think that review sites would want to keep a permanent record of such experiences.

Room was comfortable. Did not like the tv. Could not go directly to the channel had to scroll through the whole program to get the channel you wanted. Breakfast was nice.

Great people, pet friendly, and nice rooms. My dog rips stuffing out of his toys and the cleaning staff just clean it with out complaining. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing experience! The room was clean and spacey. I liked the fact the room had a mini kitchen with full refrigerator, stove, dish washer, and sink. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice in the morning. Everyone on the staff spoke and were friendly. This is uncommon with hotels in the area. Me and my husband had an event at Landerhaven and it was nice being able to walk over and back. It's extremely close, even in heels.
