This place was awsome. The people at the front desk are so nice and helpful and the rooms are so comfortable. I loved my stay here.

This place has been a godsend. We had to find a place to stay for a week while we closed on our new home and this place made every effort to come close to home. The room was as spacious as one could ask for in a hotel this competitively priced. The complimentary breakfast and dinners are only icing on the cake.

This hotel was inviting and welcoming. It is right near the hospital and not far from shopping. The room was spacious and clean as well as quiet. We used the sofa bed which was surprisingly comfortable. We would stay here again.

The suite features all of the essentials needed - dish ware, eating utensils, dishwasher, large fridge, large microwave, paper towels, etc . Other than a couple of isolated spots badly in need of paint (it’s peeling off by the window), the room is quite nice.

We went on a business trip with full intentions on exploring Detroit in our down time. Our plans changed once we got to the hotel! Novi is such a charming little suburb. We were within a few miles of everything we could ever need, including Wal-Mart, Kroger, Kohl's, Applebee's, etc. We were so impressed with our location and the hotel that we only ventured into Detroit one of the 6 days we were there!

Incredibly nice and helpful staff, very clean. Spacious room. Decent breakfast. Great for longer stays with a full mini kitchen complete with dishes and stovetop.

We're local and got a room there to take the kids swimming. Pool was pretty cold, but the kids still had fun. The pool guy wasn't very pleasant, but the front desk guy was. I managed a hotel years ago and the pool temperature was always the bane of my existence, too.

Garrett and Jerry went out of their way to provide a top notch experience for our anniversary! They helped by putting balloons and chocolates in the room for when we arrived! There were a couple minor issues during the first night’s stay that they diligently corrected and made right! I appreciate the excellent prompt service! These two team members deserve recognition!

It's right next to a hospital and across the street from the court house. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. The suite was spacious and the fridge was large.

Excellent service, VERY friendly staff. Very good hot breakfast buffet with few days a week of complimentary light bar. Super CLEAN 1 bedroom apartment like, with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher garbage disposal and a stove. Brand new pots & pans, silverware cups and plates. The beds were VERY comfortable & clean. The sleeper sofa in the livingroom was very comfortable, which is usually rare. The lobby is beautifully designed and crafted, with a cozy area to sit & relax next to the fireplace. A 24 hr. complimentary hot beverage station in see lobby area. A convenient store in the lobby as well. Many restaurants are almost within walking distance with supermarket across the street.

Haven't been too many hotels, but this one was great! There's a dishwasher, stove, and full size fridge in case you need it, and great WiFi. In the morning there is a very good continental breakfast with many options such as eggs, sausage, bacon, different breads/bagels, coffee/juice, cereal, and more! There is also an evening food bar in case you get give at night. Hotel room and services were great, and the room is always very tidy. All in all, excellent stay.

I did not care about the matress but this is because I would rather soft mattress. Cozy seating area with fireplace in the loby, the room we stayed in this time was a queen bedroom, it is better than a studio appartment. I love this hotel this is our forth time staying in this location( Novi, Michigan).
I would look for staying in Staybridge in any other location for our next vacation.

The rooms were very comfortable and everything was very clean. This is a very nice place to stay.

Straight forward place, especially for outpatients who need to stay close to the hospital for a post op check. Some doctors even come directly ro your room since it's so close.

Excellent amenities on site: business centre, snacks, breakfast, pool, all top notch. Far better than fancier hotels I have stayed in. Would go out of my way to stay here agian.

Very clean! Nice part of town, even next to a hospital in case anything goes wrong. Hot breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

Great room. I had a suite with a king-sized bed with a kitchenette and living room. The suite was well laid out and clean. The pillows are til soft for my preference but I slept well. There was a breakfast buffet and several times each week there is a happy hour. Staff is friendly and there is a 24-hour convenience shop if you need anything.

The rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is great and relaxing. If you ate looking for a good place to bring the family to stay this is the place.

Very nice hotel. Its very clean and they even allow pets. You could not smell any pet smell throughout the hotel. Pool and hot tub is great. Theres a nice little kitchen with everything you need.
The staff from the management all the way to the housekeeping were very friendly and helpful

I enjoyed my stay. They have great breakfast and deaner on Mon. Tue. and Wed. They have a gym and a swimming pool. Gym needs some improvement, but what they have was enough for me. I never went to the pool, but it's clean and they have towels, restrum and shower in the pool. Recomend for a business trip.

I was very surprised when we walked in. Kitchenette with range, sink, dish washer, microwave, fridge. The room had a sleeper sofa, queen bed. Reasonable price.

Good location. Easy routes to Detroit. The cooks prepare decent meals on certain weekdays. Lots of shopping options in the area. Safe parking lot. Wonderful pool, gym, and laundry mat. Tap water taste decent here as well. Will return next business trip to Detroit.

The locations is great... Near major highways and roads, plenty of shopping, restaurants, and things to do. I stayed on the 3rd floor and had no issues with noise. The room was roomy and very clean, the bed and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchenette was stocked with a variety of useful cooking utensils and dishes. All of the appliances in the kitchenette were immaculate and having an ice maker in the freezer was very convenient. The staff was professional, helpful, and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I stayed during first week of Nov-2014. But writing the review now keeping it in my memory. I liked the hotel. Staff was good. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was really great. I started comparing all other hotels with this one.

Staybridge Suites in Novi is everything you need and more! The facilities are superb, the breakfast and 3 nights a week "snack" (more like dinner) is the best, and all the staff are so helpful and friendly! We are here for medical treatments so, we are very grateful for such a wonderful place for our 6 week stay. We brought our 2 dogs, who are welcomed, and space for them to do their business and play works great!
