I had a good time staying here. It was clean and they made sure we had new towels often. I was a little disappointed to see how small the swimming pool was and our hair dryer caught on fire. Besides that I am glad we came here, the shuttle to sea world was nice to have. Would maybe stay here again.

It's not luxury but it's REALLY clean and breakfast is pretty good. And if you're headed to Sea World its practically at the front gate. Bathrooms have. a tub (bonus if you're travelling with small children). One park for me was the drip coffee maker - one cup (Keurig) just doesn't do it for me! Staff are friendly and competent, there's a pool, parking is all safe and well-lit...overall a terrific value.

A bit of a dated room. Very firendly people, with a drinks bar at reception. When I checked in they had this happy hour with free burgers, salads and hot dogs. It was a nice touch. Hotel is a bit hidden, and parking is tight

We just finished our two month stay at the staybridge. We had the most fantastic time while there. They have free breakfast and dinner three nights a week and wine and beer! We brought along our dog and toddler and that’s a handful but everyone was always so helpful and accommodating. If you have a problem you can call down stairs and they will do everything they can to help you. We will stay here every time we come home to visit! Thank you everyone for giving us a home away from home 🏡

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and quick to ask if I needed any additional help or direction to any place. The room is very spacious and was clean. All the amenities I would need for an Extended Stay were available in the room including plates silverware and cooking utensils. It was nice also to have dinner provided Monday through Wednesday. This is a good place to bring families to stay.

We recently stayed at the staybridge suites for spring break and my family had a really great time and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they greeted us right away and had us in it reserved room within minutes. Told us about breakfast times and the complimentary social hour they have on various days. We went up to our room and it was nothing short of excellent. Very clean set up very nice full kitchen with a 2 range stove, microwave, a full size refrigerator and kitchen sink. Not to mention the plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. It even had a dishwasher! Every question I had it was answered and any request that I had it was answered. I loved the free laundry service too. We took the shuttle to sea world two different days and that was great as well as we did not have to pay for parking at the park. Unfortunately the weather was a bit too cool to utilize the pool but if you don't mind cool winds with the sun out then it would be great for you as some guests were in the oil having a great time. Great hotel I highly recommend

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and up to date with nice amenities. The parking lot seems small but I had no issues finding a spot. The hotel is right across the street from Sea World and about 10 away from Lackland.

Everyone has been so nice! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beds are not the most comfortable, but the service and the social dinner opportunities more than make up for it!

Stayed 5 days for corporate job training. Excellent service and excellent staff. Will definitely return.

Great hotel for extended stays! They offer both a breakfast all week and dinner Monday through Wednesday. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly.

Stayed on the 3rd floor, great breakfast as usual for the kids. We always love staying at the Staybridge Suites.

I have stayed there 2 times in 2017. They have friendly service and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and to serve your needs. I was pulling a trailer, and the outside security person went out of his way to assist and accommodate me. All around great experience there.

We travel a lot with bugRIGHT company and stay at a lot of hotels. We enjoyed our time here. Breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. The place is clean. We really enjoyed social time they have drinks and food. Only thing is a quick clean on carpet in the room would help and two hand towels and two wash towels should be in the room. We will stay here again in the future.

Highly recommend this hotel. We arrived on a Saturday, in peak season without a reservation and Julie Avalos went out of her way to assist us. It was evident she loves what she does and, though not optimistic about having availability, she was unbelievably helpful smiling the entire time. Her exuberance was infectious and the entire staff was equally friendly and thoughtful.

It is a very cozy hotel. They have incredibly friendly service and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I love that you can use the laundry free of charge. One of the main reasons that I love this hotel so much is that it has carbonated beverages in the complimentary breakfast! I love a morning soda (don't do coffee) I always have to remember to bring a soda from the room but here they are part of the beverage choices.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first was in January of 2016. We were pleased both times. The location is great. We loved the free shuttle to Sea World, makes it very convenient. The breakfast is really good, with plenty of choices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Another really big plus is all the extras the room has. Not only a coffee pot, fridge and microwave, but dishes and cups. It was great to bring food back and be able to eat just like at home. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We will stay again at this hotel if we are in the area.

Good breakfast fills you up nice pool, 247 access to fountain drinks and hot drinks 6 3 liter airports coffee and hot water. Movies to check out and close to local restaurants and groceries. Room had almost a full kitchen and need am oven. Shirt on dishes and flat ware. 3 forks 2 knifes no spoons. Full sized coffee pot but with all the coffee in the lobby it is not needed. Signs say minimum room service on weekends by appointment but they came anyway and there was no do not disturb sign. Air Conditioner was slow to cool and room service set it to 80 while we were out.

This place is amazing!!! They have the best customer service and free breakfast! Honestly I have never been to a hotel like this

We were so happy with this hotel - as a family of 6, this place was PERFECT!!! So much room and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably! The shuttle to/from Sea World was fantastic! We will be back again next year!

This hotel is very nice. Good breakfast, though there seemed to be a chair shortage in the dining area. Rooms are very clean! Well stocked! Beds were not made after we left, I assume that's a "suites" thing? Anyway my favorite part was the greeting we got from Gabby when we arrived! She was so sweet and helpful! :)

Location is great very close to a lot of restaurants also very close to SeaWorld (hence the name Staybridge Suites SA Sea World). Rooms are very roomie and have a comfortable vibe. All employees are very kind and work to make my stay here as enjoyable as possible.

I've been pleased with the facility, staff, and breakfast at this property. No issues and lots of smiles. It's my first stay at a Staybridge and I'll look forward to stays with them in the future.

Clean, well maintained. Good breakfast. Stayed in large suite room that was perfect except no suitcase racks.

This place was awesome! Didn't have any trouble with the staff or the establishment. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything you could need. Right across the highway from Sea World this place is conviniently located. Shuttles to and from Sea World are done ever 30 min. There is a mini putting green on the premises, a sparkling heated pool with beautiful changing lights at night, and a gorgeous cabana with three grills. There is also a free laundry area, a nice gym, a cute library, and a business center. Overall this was a great place to stay.

Service was great. We had a suite with our kids. The breakfast was Awesome.

Had a few free meals and they were above and beyond what I would expect from a hotel. Rooms were clean and bigger than I expected. Great overall.

Nice hotel. Great rooms. However phone didn't work no DVD player and super slow shuttle service. However all were corrected fairly quick, just a lot of initial short comings.

Service was excellent. The only thing I found that was off was the mystery Stain on the wall that could only be seen by a black light.

Room is clean and spacious. I am here for work and pleasantly surprised. Kitchen/living room/large bedroom. Staff are friendly and there is a nice breakfast in the morning.

Great place to stay. Free Wi-Fi. It's right next door to SeaWorld.
Only con is the parking. Sometimes there parking lot gets full and you have to find somewhere else to park.

The rooms where nice and the staff was friendly. The parking lot and building is awkwardly shaped so its kinda cramped to get in and out of the place. But its a good location for going to Sea World, Fiesta Texas, or La Cantera.

Rooms have been clean and are very roomy. Service has been awesome. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Is right across from Sea World and 20 mins from Downtown.

Rooms very Nice!! Staff was very friendly. And the Continental breakfast was good. Highly recommended if your visiting San Antonio. Close to all the major Malls and Sea World.

This is a great place to stay. Loved the sizes of the rooms and the people are friendly, but they run out of food very quickly at the buffet. Also when you're doing laundry, you might want to stay and watch it. Someone took ours out and we had to pick it up at the front desk.

I stayed 3 days last week for business training my room was very nice!! Tha staff was nice but didn't seem too eager to be helpful. There was no carts to carry luggage to rooms I waited at least 30 minutes for them to look for a cart and was told maybe I should carry my luggage in a little at a time...that it was check in time and they were busy. I had checked in at this point and needed a cart or I would've carried it but it made me feel like me being accommodated wasn't important. It also seemed to be the same people hanging out at the front desk having a good time and from the conversations lived in the area not guest to me this was unprofessional. The conference room we use was not cleaned the trash was overflowing .I actually went to the desk and told them and they gave me a trash bag so I did it myself. Me nor my company will be using this establishment again!!

This place is amazing. Every day that goes by I find out an even more reason to love this place. The people are super sweet, free shuttle to sea world saving $25 a day for parking. Free breakfast every day, free dinner Tuesday through Thursday and free washer and dryer. The rooms are huge with full kitchen. I just can't say enough great things about this place. We will defiantly come back and 1000% recommend anyone to stay.

Enjoyable stay.
I did not get the oppurtunity to use the pool nor fitness center, but they both looked very well kept and inviting.
The lobby was spectacular along with the customer service.
Breakfast was excellent, along with the staff that managed it. Although I didn't partake in the dinners, I'm sure they were equally satisfying.
House keeping was polite and curtious, but did not go above and beyond in satisfaction. It seemed like they only made the beds, changed the towels and reorganized the pillows on the couch. I won't go into the details but I think some more effort could have been put forth on their part.
Otherwise the stay was wonderful, and location ideal. I defiantly will come back and next time I'll try the pool and dinner!

Excellent customer service, the room is comfy and clean, free outstanding breakfast with a wide variety to choose from, and best of all...free light dinners Tuesday-Thursday with complimentary beer and wine!! The social atmosphere was very pleasant! If you are planning a trip and want your stay to be everything and more, stay here!

We had a GREAT stay! We took a summer vacation with the kids to Sea World/San Antonio. The hotel was fabulous! the shuttle to and from Sea World was so convenient! It was never more than a 15 minute wait, and we did not have to pay for parking. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which meant that we could put the kids to bed in the bedroom, and still watch TV or read in the living area without disturbing them. The daily breakfast spread was fantastic with eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, bagels, fruit, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and a variety of juices, soft drinks, and milk. They also have a dinner social during the weekdays, where dinner is free as well! The only not overwhelmingly positive thing I can think of is that the pool was a little on the small side, but the kids enjoyed it. We would absolutely come back again!
