Location is both close to the airport as well as to the BART into the city centre and local shopping malls. I stayed in a one bedroom suite with an extra pullout bed. The room was a bit old but cosy enough. The free breakfast had a good range that changed every day had a had a lot of options making it a very good part of the stay. Staybridge also runs a free shuttle service to the airport which I highly recommend taking advantage.

A cozy place to stay. Located very close to the airport (and their shuttle service offers to pick you up from there). Not super noisy for it though, it's in a nice spot. You will hear airplanes come and go but it doesn't shake the windows or so. Within short walking distance of the BART -- which can get you into Sanfran easily -- and the shopping center. The rooms are well taken care of, the building might look a little worse for wear in some spots, but my room was clean and well kept-up. Cleaning service came by as regularly. Front lobby building is nice. Good extra offerings like their shuttle service (which they will also drive to nearby locations) and breakfast. I didn't use the pool. A good place for our weeklong stay.

This place is quaint and immaculate. The kitchenette is of adequate size, and all cookware and dining ware was supplied. A plastic pitcher was already in the refrigerator for storing cold beverages. The bedroom was separated from the main area by double doors, which had locking handles and a deadbolt on top for extra security. It even had a walk in closet that had shelves and plenty of hangers, and included an overhead light! The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Awesome stay! We were able to check in way early, free parking, breakfast, free laundry facilities and they even fed us cheeseburgers for dinner. Staff was very friendly and it was clean. I highly recommend this place over any other in the San Francisco area.

Great place to share with friends had two rooms and a kitchen. What's a decent price for the area. Stayed a couple of nights had a good time. Use the barbecues there but had to clean them first they don't take very good care of them. The best thing is the happy hour there free beer and wine Plus food.

I was very happy with my recent stay at this location. The furnishing and amenities reflect a nice apartment, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, walk in closet in full bathroom. The property has a small pool, hot tub and a small basketball court. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The close proximity to the airport and lots of good dining options was great as well. With all of this in mind, I was also very pleased with the pricing. Very strong value for those who are in need of a place to stay near the airport or to work in that area. I could see myself staying here for weeks.

Great motel the suites are really big and spacious. Breakfast is average, they offer free laundry which is a nice bonus, also it is conveniently located close to the airport.

The laundry is free for the guests who are staying in the hotel. They have 'social dinner nights' three times a week which is complementary for the guests.

The hotel is at the walking distance from Tanforan Mall. Not just the mall, but there are many restaurants, shops and shell petrol station.

Love having a full room for when I get back from work and having the city only 20mins away isn't a bad deal as well.

It's a nice hotel. It's near the airport and that is not the best thing. The rooms are okay and they cover most of your needs. The pool's cool and the staff is super nice.

The room is nice and cozy, nice that it has a kitchen with everything needed. Locstion is perfect, not right in the city but not too far out.

Staybridge has the best extended stay suites in this area. It's conveniently located (5 min walk to Bart and an Avis car rental office; 5 min to The Tanforan Mall; 2 min to Best Buy and Lucky supermarket). The climate of this area too is very comfortable. It's neither too cold like SF nor too warm like the East and South Bay. The suites themselves are very spacious and furnished - perfect for an extended stay with your family. The even have a heated swimming pool. Their breakfast buffet is extraordinary, and they serve dinner for free Mon through Wed. There's ample parking too. The prices also are extremely reasonable considering the competition in the extremely expensive SFO neighborhood.

Great place to stay if visitng the city! Great for larger families. Acceptable breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Just a word of caution. There is no elevator and the hotel is two stories.

We only stayed one night, but if we return we will make this our go to place for the entire trip! The location was great, close to a mall, the airport, and the freeway. Our room had two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Everything was clean and well maintained. The front desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served in the morning but we were heading out to an old favorite, Stacks. We had dinner the night before at Jack's. Can't say enough great things about this place! Very close to the hotel and delicious food! We'll stay here when we are in the area again.

Rooms are ok. Lower rooms towards the front can be loud at times. Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent.

The rooms were exactly what one would expect, and very comfortable. The only consideration I would keep in mind is that there is a certain level of noise one can expect with it's close proximity to the airport. Not nessesarraly best for light sleepers unless you can sleep with ear plugs (which they provide). Great hotel all things considered though.

I stay regularly at the Staybridge and really enjoy the experience. The rooms are spacious, especially for San Francisco, I love having a full kitchen, and the location is fantastic: within a block or two (very walkable) is a full grocery store, a bunch of restaurants, Best Buy, BART, Target, and a full, nice, shopping mall.

Hotel room is clean and spacious. Location is great: next to BART station and a Target, very close to SFO. WiFi is sufficiently fast fpr most of the basic surfing. Bed is comfortable too. I appreciate the full kitchen in the suites. Breakfast is decent, but nothing great. Only con is no elevator.

Great room and basic amenities. Doggie stations we missing doggie bags, but otherwise a great hotel if you have dogs.

This is a really clean but no-frills place to stay. I you need or want more space during your stay and enjoy the availability of a kitchen, you want to consider this place.
The hotel has been renovated not long ago and offers really clean and well equipped rooms with comfortable beds. It also offers free breakfast and on some days during the week, "happy hour meals" on evenings. The staff is very friendly and makes every guest feel very welcome.
Another benefit is the close proximity to SFO, if you need a place to stay between two flights or for a short stop-over. Finally the nearby BART station is great which is in walking distance and offers convenient access to downtown San Francisco, without the hassle of finding those rare parking spots.

The only two less positive things I want to mention are the occasional noise coming from planes taking off from nearby SFO and the not so speedy Internet connection, which seems to get clogged frequently due to excessive use from some of the guests.

My favorite stay by far, down by the bay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stayed for about a month here and ommmggg i felt like it was my home !!! Didnt want to leave ! I got a kidney transplant and after getting discharged this was my recovery home ! It has everything u need parking , washer ,dryer , kitchen , two rooms , two bathrooms .. u will love it !!!

Convenient location located close to SFO and the 101, in between San Francisco and the peninsula. Great home base for exploring the bay area.

Clean and close to SF. Only drawback is airplane take-off noise.
But it has free wi-fi and USB chargerspelen for your gadgets!

Economical ... Good for large families/groups, as they have suites with two separate bedrooms, a living room area with a sleeper sofa and a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove top and microwave. No oven. Pots, pans, glasses, plates and utensils are all provided. Free full breakfast.

an unassuming suites hotel. kind of depressing is your room overlooks the parking lot. there's an okay interior pool, and the abbreviated breakfast bar is slightly above average.

it's directly under the departure path of planes leaving west from SFO. just as noisy as you'd imagine every 20m or so.

Exceleny service and large rooms. Slightly expensive and loud noises from the airport but overall, a comfortable space that gives you a place that feels like home.

Great rates. Great rooms. Free airport ttansfers. Close to the Bart and local shops.

I loved my time at Staybridge Suites! Awesome service, very relaxing and in a great location - very close to transport in San Bruno. I will definitely stay here again!

A friend I visited had a very large suite with 3 beds and 2 bath. The furniture etc seemed to be in good condition, the cabinets had a toaster, salt pepper and a few other basics.

Staybridge also has a little food shop (quite pricey) a pool, and basketball hoop, which is pretty good selection.

For transportation, the Bart station is very close by, a 5 min walk.

Great place to stay love it every time

I wish I could rate them higher because their front desk staff has exceptional customer service. Very nice and accommodating people and the room was very nice, however, I'm only rating a 3 because I thought this location was family and business travelers focused. I stayed for 2 weeks for business and was disappointed that two out of the three weekends I stayed attracted some disruptive and undesirable guests. Several nights I didn't get to sleep until well after 3 a.m. because of the disruptions. One of the nights the cops were even called. Not sure if its the location or what but these rooms aren't cheap. It was hard to believe that someone would spend that kind of money only to get kicked out. It was unfortunate that it seemed to occur regularly on the weekends. I also didn't feel like the grounds were very well kept. The rooms however were very nice. I would stay at a Staybridge again but maybe not the San Bruno location.

Its too bad because it really has the potential to be a 4.5 star place.

I stayed with staybridge suites during a recovery from surgery and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The staff was curtious, friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was greatly appreciated and the room served it's purpose very well.

Breakfast doesn't have a lot to choose from but the rooms are awesome. Just be prepaired to pay. But it does have a full kitchen and separate rooms and bathrooms. Very modernized and great upkeep. You do hear the airplanes but only a few are loud enough to bother you and it isnt an all day and night thing. Close to the mall and plenty of places to eat.
