Wifi $10 a day. Parking $45 a day was never given this information when booking. Overall felt like an upscale hood hotel. Women running around half naked with very provocative clothing. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable

Great Memorial Day Weekend in Atlanta. I must start this review by highlighting the staff. Very professional and accommodating. When I checked in on Saturday the hotel was super busy but the staff made sure that every detail was correct and we were satisfied with our rooms. The location is perfect as it is close to mostly everything. I even found my favorite breakfast spot with 5 blocks. I will definitely recommend this location and I will definitely return, hopefully sooner than later.

I booked a room at the Embassy Suites for Dragon Con and was quite pleased with the stay. The accommodations were great for the price and easily beat out competition in both price and service. The location right off Centennial Olympic Park is great for easy access to the general convention hotels and restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful which is always a plus. All in all a good stay.

No eye for detail. The fixtures for light switches are old and dirty. Paint chipping. Shower rods rising. Room door stuck. They just haven't spent any money on keeping the place top tier. If you are in the heart of the city you are part of the face of your city.

The view outside is nice though. Spend some money updating the hotel and it could be 4 to 5 stars. The folks that gave 5 stars are easy to please and anything you give them is good enough.

Neat embassy suites near downtown Atlanta. The hotel itself is a reminder of the architecture that occurred in the 80s. So if you truly hated the 80s, don't stay here. Overall though, it was a nice stay for business. I enjoyed the room and the sort of quiet area for when I needed to get work done. The room view was amazing as it got a nice view of the park. We stopped by here to get a coffee at Starbucks. We only sat in the lobby for a bit to relax. It is very nice and clean. They also have a Ruth Chris steakhouse on site. The location is great! Directly across the street from the Olympic park, the college football hall of fame, and the convention center. Also many good restaurants are close by.

I had an excellent stay here. Everyone from valets, check in, food service and cleaning services were friendly and professional. Special shout out to the valet ( wish I had his name) who helped me this morning ( July 24 about 10.45) with a flat tire. He deserves the Above and Beyond award!
Hotel is situated near attractions, great restaurants and a safe area ( although I didn't walk around at night).
The suites are spacious and clean. Beds comfortable nice views. All rooms do open up to the center area, but I didn't notice noise on the 8th floor.
I highly recommend and will return.
Note..parking is $40 night here but I found out that is comparable to other hotels in the area. There are parking lots nearby that may be less convenient but less expensive.

A very nice hotel that is close to everything in downtown Atlanta. The complimentary breakfast buffet in the afternoon reception are very nice touches by the hotel. All of the staff we dealt with was very friendly and the kids enjoyed the big pool out on the second floor.

If I have any complaints it's that they charge you $40 for valet parking, which seems a bit pricey, and it took almost 30 minutes each morning to get our car. If you're paying $40 for valet you should have more people working the valet area, so they can answer the call ahead phone line and expedite the process.

Overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I was there 3-4 years ago.. I had the best pleasant experience there is.It was during the winter time.. I was traveling from one direction to another.Long story short , I got the royal treatment there..The food was excellent and hot ..The complimentary cocktail was so on point..Everything was all that and way , way more than I expected..My child still talks about it until this day.. I am looking at spending my birthday there or within my birthday month I will try and go there, I am thinking about it for this year..

Room was clean. Friday night it was so loud downstairs. People yelling like they were the only ones in the building. Food and room... very pricey. Also the toilet wouldn't stop running... it wasn't fixed and my things I left in the bathroom were moved. I had to go out and buy more. Way to much hassle for a weekend visit.

Location is amazing! Walking distance to almost all of Atlanta’s best attractions! The made to order free breakfast was amazing! The down sides were trouble with housekeeping not getting to my room until 6:00pm and that was after calling the front desk and I was not welcomed as a Hilton Honors Diamond member.

Great time mired by understaffed lobby on busy weekend. Had a seriously 5 star weekend until it came time to leave. We drove our car up and were told we had 15 minutes to load up or pay $15 which shouldn't have been an issue except the luggage claim desk was empty for 20 minutes because the one clerk needed to help another family. When they came back it took another 20 minutes to help the group people who had all been waiting. In the meantime cars upon cars were piling up in the roundabout. I don't blame the staff, they did what they could. But management needs to be prepared during event weekends. It's really put a sour end to an otherwise great weekend.

I love the location! Right next to the Coca Cola World, the Aquarium AND that beautiful park! The rooms are nice as well just the bathrooms turned out to be a little small and not quite clean. The staff is very kind and breakfast lasts from 6 AM to 9 AM. Quite early but i guess it’s for business purposes. The food options are also great and the atmosphere is typical. A very nice Hotel. Would recommend

The amenities were great. Such as the made to order breakfast & complimentary open bar However, the air in the room is horrible for people with allergies or sinus issues. We had to request a fan & prop the door open during the day. The bathroom doesn't have vents either. The double beds are full size, not queen as with other hotels. The location of the hotel is convenient & walking distance to various attractions.

Nice location. Evening happy hour snack buffet was awful and breakfast buffet was one notch better. Overnight parking is overpriced. After 2 nights and an $80 fee, car was returned covered in dust. They must have parked on a dirt lot. Never could get wifi to work but really didn't care. Positive notes were free HBO and friendly service staff.

Nice location to be in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Easy access to activities and plenty of food options. Staff is friendly. Some minor improvements needed. Noticed what could be black mold in a small section of the ceiling of the shower. Shower is very small/ compact space, functional, but not super comfortable. We also has bed linen that had a sour smell, but they were very quick to replace them. Unfortunately new linens had a similar smell in a few spots. Breakfast was good, could use some better organization around the condiments for hot cereal.

Love Embassy Suites. I've always had good experiences with them. The value of the included breakfast and evening reception always puts them at the top of the list for places to stay. This particular property is new, clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll always look to stay with them first.

Very nice Hotel. The breakfast is really good. We we're a family of six, so room felt small but manageable. The access to everything was convenient. Only a block away from the Aquarium , so it was in walking distance. You won't need to use your vehicle hardly ever. I recommend unlimited valet parking it makes it easier. The staff was nice.We had problems with the shower but they sent someone right up to fix it. We would definitely go again.

Large clean and spacious rooms. The eighth floor is the highest floor in the hotel. Omelettes cooked to order, a large buffet selection in a beautiful dining area-it’s Ruth’s Chris restaurant in the evening. Located conveniently near the Georgia World Congress Center, The Tabernacle and the Football Hall of Fame. Starbucks is located adjacent to the lobby in the building.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The Ruth's Chris breakfast was awesome too. It was right up my alley for a breakfast. The rooms were clean and they were also large. Plenty of room for all of your things. The office in the room was awesome to work from as well. If I am in town again, this is where I will stay.

Aside from the rate, supply and demand, I get it, Embassy Suites always treats me well. The TV in our room didn't work but maintenance was quick to fix it. Broke again the next day, loose cable, didn't bother calling for a fix. The breakfast was good but fresh coffee would make a difference. No major negatives but for the amount paid, north of $300/night, I expect more.
**Added Day 2** I would give another 1/2 star if I could for the addition of a fresh coffee cart to breakfast this morning. THAT is service!

Came here to film a conference and had a wonderful time. If you're considering renting a conference room, do it. The av/sound guy was great, the food, oh the food was phenomenal. Everyone was nice. My only concern is that one of the conference rooms seem to have a blown overhead speaker that might need to be replaced. Other than that, the acoustics sound good and the rooms are well isolated from other conferences/seminars that might be happening next door.

Not my favorite Embassy, I've stayed at better locations. We happened to end up there after a long day of traveling. Beds were not as comfortable as my previous stays with Embassy. Dunno, maybe this location receives more traffic? The valet charged me three (3) times. Not a real value at $40 buck a pop. Their website failed to mention the NCAA Football playoffs with a loud concert at the park.. Lights were out by 11 p.m., still no rest for the weary.

Nice looking lobby and standard looking rooms. The valet area is small so causes a backup. The older gentleman with glasses at the front desk was incredibly helpful! Also to note, the overnight valet parking is $40. There is a lot across the street but I'm not sure if can be used for overnight.

The staff and the experience here hasn't failed me yet. I've practically lived in hotels for the past 3 years bit for some reason I'm always here during the holidays at least for a weekend. This place is not for people who are scared of heights because, you can see over the hallway walls and the elevator has a glass back. The rooms are nice and clean. They have made to order omletes which were great. With the scenic room I had you could see the city and the park. I did get stuck in the elevator for a few minutes which was interesting. The doors wouldn't open more than a few inches and then we called for help and they got the elevator working again within a few minutes. Everything is close to this hotel and it's really good.

Excellent location! Walking distance to many restaurants and places to visit: Georgia World Congress (convention ctr), Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, CNN Tours, Hall of Fame College Basketball. Very clean nice 2 room suite w 2 Q beds. Complimentary made to order breakfast is served in the hotel's Ruth Chris Steak restaurant. I had no car and was able to go everywhere by walking. No shuttle to airport so you need to arrange that detail. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The only reason this location is not a five is housekeeping. The doors and walls could use a good wiping down and the air filters would benefit from a change as well. Everything else was amazing. The location is excellent, but check out the local overnight parking to avoid the $37 valet fee. Staff is SUPER helpfuland friendly too.

Though the look and feel of this property seems dated, the conjoined Restaurant Ruth Chris is very nice. The evening reception and made to order breakfast boasts a few hearty delights. The room was in good order but the television and some furniture was obviously dated. Valet parking is $37/day is very quick to pull up your vehicle. All encounters with staff was pleasant as well.

This location was one of the best we’ve experienced. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the interior was updated and comfortable; and the breakfast had more than the usual delicious options. I especially appreciated that the room included a filtered drinking water spout as Atlanta tap water has an unusual taste.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is beautiful and located in a great central location in Atlanta. They have free drinks every day from 5 30 pm to 7 30 pm and a delicious free breakfast every morning. I had forgotten my purse in the atrium and before I even realized I forgot it I received a call from the night manager who had found it and kept it safe. I had $300 in there and none of it was taken. Thank you to Collin for saving my life!!! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Very impressed.

Room and hotel service was exceptional. Very close to lots of attractions downtown. Restaurant is on-site but there were a few restaurants within walking distance more reasonably priced for families. Valet only parking at $37 a night was known but still disappointing. Hotel has replied in other reviews online that price is comparable to other garages and hotels. Wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is very good, lots of options. The evening reception is a nice treat, though I wish there was a bit more substance to the food served. My one complaint about the hotel is that the valet service needs improvement. The employees are great and very friendly, but the valet system is very flawed. Having visitors dropping off their cars and unpacking in the same tiny area that people are trying to pick up their cars is just impractical. It causes a lot of confusion and frustration.

Room was great and affordable as it has been for the last three years I've stayed at the hotel for MomoCon. The staff is very helpful and kind. No problems, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even with some confusion on my end. The free drinks and breakfast were great (that bacon). Room was clean and room service/house keeping were very attentive to any requests. Pool area was also very clean and sunny. The towels had a bit of a bleach smell sometimes, but that is to be expected. Made my Momocon experience much more relaxing! They were also quite busy during when I was there due to the convention, the valet area was packed constantly making pick ups a little difficult during the weekend, but nothing too bad.

Although I'm from Atlanta, I stayed at the Embassy Suites in downtown Atlanta for a conference. The Embassy Suites is one of my favorite hotels. I love the larger suite rooms and the full breakfast. This hotel is older, but I will say that they are in the process of renovating it, so I'm sure it will get better. It was very noisy and the breakfast was poor - fake eggs, etc. I could have ordered real eggs but the line was very long. The positive is that it is in a GREAT location right next to the World Congress Center and new Atlanta Falcon's Mercedes Benz dome.

An excellent hotel a stone throw from the Georgia World Congress Center.

I stayed here last week for Sage Summit at the Georgia World Congress Center. I loved the fact that I could cross the street and go right into the convention without having to take any transportation. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The free Continental breakfast included an omelette bar, which was my go-to meal every morning. There is a Starbucks, a Ruth's Chris restaurant, and a small convenience store inside the hotel, which was... well, convenient. Plenty of restaurants and bars, the World of Coca-Cola, and the aquarium within walking distance made this a perfect spot to stay. Highly recommend this spot next time you are in Atlanta.

We stayed here for a music festival over the weekend and loved it! It was in a super-convenient location...I could hear the bands from my room. The staff was friendly. The complimentary manager's reception was such a bonus...two free drinks! Spacious suites and great views were definite plusses.

It was great. I was one of the people who faced the many cancellations at the airport this week. My family and I showed up to this hotel at 6am (after going to multiple hotels before that) and they accommodated our needs. They charged us only one night, even though we sleep 2 nights, and have great service. No complaints.

I stayed here one night for a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed my room on the fourth floor, probably more so because of my beautiful view of Centennial Park. The room was very clean, quiet and updated. My only complaint is that the toilet didn't flush very well. The front desk staff was super friendly.

Breakfast was surprisingly delicious and quick (with a freshly-made omelette) despite my only having 15 minutes. And it was complimentary!

Embassy Suites Centennial Park is the perfect place for a family reunion. The location was perfect with the MARTA close by and major attractions within walking distance. Our family of 21 required several hotel rooms and a dinner for the weekend. The front desk staff were professional and enthusiastic. They did an outstanding job of sorting out the multiple rooms

Beautiful hotel located steps from the aquarium and Coca- cola world. Also close to nearby eateries and most things downtown are within walking distance, it is somehow just outside of where all of the traffic is which is also nice. You can enjoy a walk through Centennial park which is outside the door. Everything you would expect from Embassy Suites. Even has a Starbucks and a Ruth's Chris in the hotel! Very nice stay. Always our hotel of choice!

I have stayed there before and the rooms were very nice. Customer service was amazing. I frequent this location because of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse located within. The food and service is spectacular. The stuffed chicken is my favorite dish there. Highly recommended😁

Very beautiful hotel. It Is in the middle of everything so you can walk to almost all of the attractions. The room we had looked out onto the park and it was amazing. The restaurant there is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Atlanta.

Having stayed at this and other downtown Atlanta hotels several times on business, I can say Embassy Suites is consistently comfortable, clean, and quiet, with the polite and diligent staff at your service. The prices are reasonable considering the city-center location.

Also reasonable is having to pay $$ for valet parking if you're keeping a car; there's just no other way to run it at this downtown location, and they work hard to keep the trouble to a minimum. If you're not happy with such arrangements or what it costs, then just plan on using some other transportation.

The breakfast service at Ruth's Chris has always been superb. It is a self-service breakfast buffet, and usually very busy, but the crowd has always been friendly and the buffet staff is very attentive. The dining room is oddly classy to be having a fast breakfast, with china, goblets, and linen napkins, but that's something to relax and enjoy if you have the time. If you're in a hurry to eat then you can grab buffet items and be on your way sooner than a fast-food joint. You can choose hearty food or lighter continental pastry. The made-to-order eggs take just a minute to get from a very busy fellow at the stove running 6 omelet pans at once. The self-service chore can be a bit intimidating to navigate amongst all the bleary-eyed fellow travelers, and operating a commercial toaster yourself, etc., but the dining areas are huge so you can pick a quiet table off in the corner to relax once you've got your plates. It all fits very well with what most folks want from a hotel breakfast.

I have stayed at this Embassy Suites location twice. I love that they offer a happy hour with complimentary drinks and a complimentary breakfast. The hotel room was lovely and clean. However, the staff are not the nicest. As long as the room is in good shape I'm pretty happy, but if you care a lot about overtly friendly staff I would look elsewhere.

Very modern and spacious suites. I stayed here for a business trip for 13 days and really liked the two separate rooms. When you close the door to the bed room you have perfect silence for sleeping, which I really appreciate. The windows also block out noise from the outside very well so you barely notice if there is one of the many events taking place at the Olympic park. Highly recommended

Just wrapped up a 3 day, 2 night stay with the husband and tiny humans (ages 3 and 2). We timed this trip around school going back for the Fall to avoid crowds for the local attractions. I have to pat myself on the back for that foresight.

We always stay with Hilton properties for the space, cleanliness and perks of free breakfast and other amenities. Needless to say with 4 stars that our expectations were met.

This location was wonderful for the tiny humans as there were two playground across from the aquarium. Restaurants within walking distance. We only visited the aquarium due to the tiny humans ages but this would be the ideal location for future visits to enjoy The College Football HOF, Coke, etc. We parked the car at check-in and haven't been in it since.

One of the best, free breakfast Buffet from a Hilton umbrella corporation I've been to. The parking could use some attention. On a recent trip from Louisiana to Mississippi then Atlanta, my only responsibility after that was to make sure the vehicle was parked and emptied. Well, leave it to say, although we were going to pay the $35 for parking for the convenience of not worrying about where did we park? is it safe? In other words. I had to park the vehicle myself.

Now. Although that happened, and it seemed to me that urgency was not a priority for the parking attendants, the rooms were solid. The room service was generous and surprisingly good and hot.

The rooms are well overdue for renovations, as a lot of the furniture and fixtures look worn and dated, but they are clean, and the park view is pretty great. Definitely get up and try the made to order omlelets at breakfast. And don't forget the complementary happy hour in the evenings!

We stayed here in May of 2015 for MomoCon, an annual convention held across the street at the GWCC. We had two rooms for about 10 people and I absolutely loved every minute of my stay. I came in a few days early to pay for my rooms so that I wouldn't have anything to worry about and the staff at the counter was nothing but helpful and polite to me which is something I find is hard to come by considering my age/age group and how young I look (we're in our early 20s). They told me there would be an "incidentals" charge when we checked in that I could pay in either cash or with a card which I wasn't told beforehand, but I was told I would get it back at checkout (assuming we didn't break anything). They also told me about the parking which is valet but a bit pricey. After searching the area I found parking at the hotel would have been a lot more convenient and when we stay next year we will be valet-ing all weekend.
The rooms were immaculate, very spacious, and nicely arranged. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean! We had a view of the pool out our bedroom window and a view of the courtyard area from our living room, which was also very nice with tons of seating.
The included breakfast was at the Ruth's Chris steakhouse downstairs and let me tell you IT WAS AWESOME. While the food is pretty basic when it comes to breakfast buffets, what made it special was our waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and we just HAD to tip her every time we ate (which is a big deal since our breakfast was free). The dining area was very accommodating for our large group and no one complained that we showed up in our pajamas.

Over all I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the centennial olympic park area. They EVEN had plastic forks and stuff for me when I needed them in the middle of the night. The ONLY downside to this hotel is the loading/unloading area outside. We checked in around the same time as a bunch of other people and there was a TON of traffic. Luckily we had extra drivers to keep track of our cars after we took our luggage out.

10 of 10 would stay again.
