They made our anniversary staycation perfect by preparing us for a simple presentation in our room. The hotel staff and everyone in the hotel are amazing. It was perfect for us since we were leaving for abroad days after. Thank you so much, guys! We will definitely come back soon and recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

One of my friends refers me to this hotel. No hidden charges compared to others! A great place to relax and have a vacation with family. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure! The made to order breakfast was delicious (their dinners are amazing too). They made some of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent base if you want to go to Disneyland and explore LA if you have a hire car, as it's on the I5, just two miles from Disneyland car parking. Pool was a bit cold, but we did go in Feb, so expected this. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and additional extras each day for variety.

Was very happy with the room, very clean and nice. The complimentary reception and breakfast was good. I was very happy with our stay and the staff until we went to check out and my husband told the front desk staff we had misplaced the valet ticket and were told it was fine. We went out and my husband told the valet attendant we didn't have the tag and he asked for the last name. He told him and the attendant told him there was no car under that name. So my husband told him my name and the attendant said. "I'm not playing that game with you" and we showed him our IF and he finally got the car. Very unprofessional of him to speak to us that way.

Worth every penny. Wonderful clean room efficient service and great buffet breakfast. But in the middle of nowhere. Still there was a free shuttle to Disneyland! Back and forth. Free parking. Nice pool, great towels. Dinner menu is quite small but pleasant. There are lots of restaurants within a short driving distance. It was great to come back to such a pleasant place after a full days of sightseeing.

Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel was clean and rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool, hot tub & exercise area were nice sized and I saw them testing the water and cleaning it regularly. Breakfast had good options every morning. Checking in & out was a breeze. Lots of available parking. Location is nice that it's just a walk to Angels games.

Only issue - in the evening after Angels home games there were a lot of people wanting to use the elevators so the wait was long. We had to ask directions to the stairwell as it isn't clearly marked. You have to go down a hall, outside the building and back inside another door to the stair well. For most of our stay, we didn't have to wait long for an elevator even though there are only two, except for on nights after home games.

Time and time again, Embassy never fails to impress me. The hotel was immaculately clean. The free breakfast was amazing. Let's not forget the open bar they have for a couple of hours everyday. Highly recommend. I will only stay in Embassy or Hilton if I can.

Really nice accommodations all rooms are Suites they're real clean beds are so comfortable. Great workout Area and Pool and jacuzzi, they offer free all you can eat buffet breakfast and a reception at night they have a small computer room but the rooms are great I think this place is excellent. Stay there many times I love it

Good spot for business travellers. The are some areas (the pool, for example) that are looking pretty shoddy, but overall the experience was positive. Room was clean and big; bed was too soft. Be prepared to pay for parking if you self park or valet.

Really enjoyed the larger room. The evening snack was simple, but it was a nice change from the room. In the morning they have a really great breakfast, especially for being included in the cost. Though they charge for parking I liked that I didn't have to badge through a gate to get in and out and always was able to find a parking spot. I will definitely come here again.

Very nice hotel and stay. My company had a retreat in orange county and we chose this hotel for lodging. Very nice lobby and bar setup. Staff very friendly especially Sammy who was very courteous at checkout. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and elegant. Will go back for sure when visiting our corporate office.

Guest services representatives are very friendly and helpful. However, the room carpet is quite dirty and the cold faucet handle is difficult to turn. Location is good and the shuttle to Disneyland perfectly for us. It leaves hourly from the shuttle stop in front of the parking lot (ask valet where to go) and returns hourly beginning in the mid afternoon.

Doesn't feel like a Hilton. Hotel is really run down. Rusty shower bar, dirty exterior windows,stained couch in room. Main beds are comfortable but sofa bed is springy. Lost wifi during a movie and was told at first just to turn off and on, then I would be called back in 5 when router was reset. It never came back and was never called. Overall hotel has not kept up with maintenance. Stayed here because it was considered higher category than Hyatt Place, but Hyatt had more comfortable bed and was much cleaner. Embassy Hotel did have better breakfast and pool.
Hotel was very apologetic when we raised these issues at checkout and tried to make it right. They say the hotel is updating rooms 1 by 1 and have over a 100 rooms updated, but ours wasn't one of them. Preciate their efforts trying to make a right and seems there are rooms which you could get that are much better.

Outstanding hotel. Awesome breakfast which comes with room rates. Also cocktails from 5-7 PM are on the house but not high quality liquor, just their generic brands.

Horrible hotel. As a diamond member and from all the Hotels I have stayed at, this one is among one of the worst hotels. The internet connection drops all the time, even with the Premium password. The shower is so small that you get all the water on your face; decor is old and needs to be remodel. The floors get mopped with some product that makes it sticky to your shoes....absolutely disgusting and these applies to all the floors throughout the hotel! I didn’t even get new tissues in my bathroom when the container was empty this morning. I don’t think this hotel deserves an Embassy Suites level.

It's one of the "nicer" Embassy suites hotels in the chain. Great breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby though. Visit during baseball season, and walk to Angels stadium. Friendly staff and great bartenders.

Very disappointed to say the least. My girlfriend and I called 7 times on our 22 hour drive from Texas to ask for early check in, and not one time did they pick up the phone. When we arrived to check in at 1:45 the lady told us to come back in two hours, we didn’t find out until later that check in is always at 3. So we wasted an extra 45 min waiting for nothing (after a 22 hour drive that’s a lot of time wasting). Room was okay, shower door did not close so they moved us to another room. The outside pool was closed for maintenance (would’ve been nice to know) and the TV started saying “temporarily unavailable” on the last 2 nights. Pros are the breakfast is very good, and the location to the Angels stadium is very close. I’m sure you can find a better hotel for cheaper that offers better services. C’mon Hilton, up your game!

The staff is super friendly and even upgraded our room since they could not put us on a higher floor. Breakfast and the evening reception are normal for an embassy suites. We were surprised to learn that the outdoor pool and hot tub would be closed, which was not on the website at the time that we booked. The indoor pool is still nice, but often out of towels in the evening. The shuttle to disneyland is right on time and super easy to use. A ten minute ride and 3 minute walk to the gates. I do wish I had known ahead that they do not run the shuttle early on magic mornings (1 hour early admittance), but it is just a $6 Lyft ride there. Also, the shuttle does not start returning to the hotel until 3:20. Overall, this is a very nice option when visiting the parks.

The hotel is great for the price. Staff were very professional and helpful. I wanted to go to a nice beach and one of the ladies at reception, I think her name is Zavier, was amazing, helpful and very nice to chat with.. Her recommendations were great as she carried a huge smile on her face talking to me and my daughter. Breakfast was really good and the shuttle to Disney was fantastic, we were able to go down to Disney, come back to rest and change then head back for the evening show with no hassles. Really good place to stay at and I would recommend it. We will certainly stay there again.

We'll run hotel. They have a nice happy hour every night. There are a lot of families due to the proximity to Disney. There are some good restaurants near by. The rooms are starting to show age, they were remodel a couple years ago but this is so high volume a property it takes a toll

The downstairs bathroom, by the conference rooms, kept getting overflowing. Smelt like sewage. Otherwise, the entire business stay we had here was very pleasant. Close to a lot of good restaurants.

Staff was professional and courteous. However, there were issues with the electronic lock on our door. They did sort it out eventually. Overall, location was very clean. Everything else was wonderful. Just some issues with the door

The hotel property was clean and decorated/ designed nicely. Access to and finding the hotel was easy. From the valet to the front desk and everyone on staff in between, the customer service was excellent.

Very good room rates for the people that we had there. I like that it has good proximity to the highway as well as Disneyland. The Atrium setting is very nice except if there is a Convention of Rowdy women there. but other than that it's a great Hotel.

Complimentary breakfast was very good, room was spacious and clean. Also enjoyed the happy hour, which was better than most. Would definitely stay again.

I got in late no vale at that time oh well. A bit much for self parking. To my surprise the staff offered me a late checkout. Cool I didn't have to ask. Nice large suites everything was clean & normal. Had lots of room to stretch out and relax. Lol

We recently went to Disneyland the first week of December and stayed here at the Embassy suites. We loved it. The staff was friendly, a shuttle runs every hour to and from Disneyland, the rooms were clean and the breakfast is Heaven!!! Real food, freshly cooked, you can even have a made to order breakfast by the chefs. My kids loved finding their stuffed animals guarding different things each night we came back from Disneyland, it was a game each night. We will absolutely stay here again.

Location is great. Next to a lot of shopping and close enough to amusement parks. Parking lot was big enough to find parking. Service was fast and friendly, front desk agents were very accurate, housekeeping attentive. Breakfast is complimentary but there were not enough plates or utensils and the food was only ok. Great stay!

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was good and free. Free drinks in the evening. The staff was quick and helpful.

Desk clerks very helpful. Very professional but welcoming.Wasn't told wifi access which did not link to my laptop and book in room was unhelpful about that. One sign only by elevator pointed to ice and when I finally found it, the machine didn't work and appeared turned off. No vending machine on my floor. Room was very good and clean.

Attended a conference at the Embassy Suites. The conference room was small but nice. Lunch was provided and it was pretty good. All in all its nice place.

Wonderful hotel! Outstanding breakfast with lots of options, spacious suites, and two pools (indoor pool is heated!) with a jacuzzi. Our room (816) could see Disneyland fireworks every night. My only complaint is that the pillows are much softer and flatter than I am used to.

I would stay at this hotel again, but do not feel it deserves a 5 star review. We loved the room and the breakfast. We did not love the 5 minute waits to use the one working elevator. We were on the 9th floor with kids, so waiting was the only option. It also took 30 minutes to check in, which was long.

I visited this place to attend a detective mystery dinner. We were placed in a medium sized banquet room which was set up nicely, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent.

Overall experience was great. Great size room and bathroom. The pools were nice also, only wish that they stayed open later than closing at 10pm. But other than that I highly recommend it.

Went for drinks with co-workers. The menu at the bar was very nice and there was a food area for the guests. I didn't stay in the rooms but the entry was nice and open. Everyone seems to be having a good time with games in the common area. Maybe next time I'll stay a night

Wonderful evening reception. Free drinks from 5:30 - 7:30 (most mixed drinks and a few beer choices). Served in plastic cups so you can enjoy by the pool. Free snacks included delicious salsa and chips, cubed cheese and mixed pretzel/cracker snacks. Room is clean, and had a beautiful bathroom with shower and separate tub. Mini fridge only has a small freezer so don't buy ice cream like we did.

Stayed with the family for a 3 night Disneyland trip. Check in was quick and we had our room in less than 5 minutes. Rooms themselves had a great layout for my family of 5 - we very much appreciated the additional bathroom entry door from the living area for those using the sleeper sofa.

We had a less than ideal room location, directly across from the elevators and facing the freeway, but other than some additional noise from the freeway on one weekend night and the constant drone of the elevators (which served as white noise at night), the room was perfect - always clean when we returned for a mid-day break from the parks.

Breakfast was plentiful, though coffee was very weak for my taste. Complimentary drinks in the evening were a nice touch, and the parking was very convenient and close to the front entrance.

Only a 5-8 minute drive to the Toy Story lot, which was a much better option for our young kids than walking 15 minutes to the gate from the closest "decent" hotels near Disneyland. There was also a shuttle option but the schedule wasn't as convenient for us (see attached picture). Lots of options in the area, but wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent family friendly hotel located near Disneyland, the Honda Center, and within walking distance to the Angel Stadium of Anaheim! Once you walk into the hotel lobby, you are immediately taken away by their beautiful modern decor and helpful staff. Their rooms are extremely spacious, since they are all suites with living rooms, and are always extremely clean. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, so you can choose as to whether you want to enjoy some sun or stay in the shade. Their bartender during their manager's reception is extremely nice, helpful, and even remembers your order so that he is ready to help you the next time you ask for a drink. Their eating/manager's reception area is very spacious and modern, that some of their tables have outlets on them so that you can do some work while you eat/drink. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was a sweet deal and was delicious. They gave us a free upgrade for our room and waived our parking. The hotel was a bit noisy due to being next to the freeway. And one of the elevators broke during our visit. Otherwise it was a very nice stay!

Fantastic hotel. The only problem I had was that there's only two elevators and no stairs, it gets super crowded and you can wait a while waiting in line for it. Otherwise nice, great food.

The service and staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. The room was adequate, but not typical for all other Embassy Suites we have stayed in. Paint was peeling from the doors. The wall mirror did not light (I tried a couple of plugs), it was also unable to remain faced upright and could not be tightened. The breakfast was good, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and had difficulty keeping the food restocked. The fruit assortment was space compared to all other Embassy Suites we have stayed in through the years.

Only stayed for one night and we enjoyed a free upgraded room. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really good and they had tons of variety. Everyone was nice as far as the staff. Great place to stay if you are staying in the area or planning on going to Disneyland. Will stay here again if in the area.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites to attend some Angel's games, and if nothing else, this location made attending the games easy. I don't walk very fast, but I was at the ticket gate in less than 15 minutes, the hotel is that close. Service was friendly, professional, and quick. The rooms itself that I was in had a single king bed, which was too firm for my liking, but in all honesty almost every bed is so I don't fault them there. The coffee that the coffee maker in the room made was alright, and the sofa was nice. If anything, the one complaint I have is with the Internet. The hotel provided me a promo code to get complimentary wifi, and needless to say if it wasn't free I'd have been pretty upset about it. The Internet went down multiple times, download speeds were anything but consistent, and the promo code would need to be re-entered every day, but for some reason not on 24 hour cycles. This led to a Skype call dropping where I couldn't be sure if the Internet itself was out, or if my code had expired. Internet issues aside, the room was fine, and very reasonable for the price when you factor in its location. A nice hotel, and one I'll probably visit in the future for the next time I go see the Angels.

I have been a visitor of this hotel many times in the past decade but this last visit was so wonderful, I had to write another review. Very few hotels ever achieve this level of excellence. From the lady in reservations who got us just the right suite, to their restaurant's kind hospitality as they poured you a welcome glass.

This use to be a Hilton. They remodeled it and it is all brand new. You have your classic Embassy Suites made to order breakfast in the center atrium. The rooms are spacious and new. Large bathrooms and plenty of space. If i had to pick a single complaint, i would say the doors need soundproofing. With the bar and restaurant in the center of the hotel, there is quite a bit of bleed thru sound in the front of the rooms

Great option for visiting Disney parks or the Anaheim Convention Center. Within easy driving distance (my Uber rides were about $10-15 each way), but far enough out that the overnight rates may be a bit less. Great for groups and families.

Really liked my stay in this hotel, though the ample parking and decent WiFi come at additional cost. The staff are friendly and courteous, the food is really good and the suites are well furnished. It's nice to be able to sit and relax on the sofa in a different room to the bed. Ironing facilities are in the room and the inputs on the TVs are available so you can plug in your own devices. The location is ideal for Disneyland, Anaheim or other locations in/near Orange, CA. The hotel is situated close to a freeway exit so while you can hear a certain amount of traffic noise, it is not excessive.

Consistently good place to stay. Always clean and nicely appointed rooms. Social hour and breakfast are great perks. Staff is friendly and rates are reasonable. Really nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend.

My new favorite place to stay....great location...great staff...great food...will for sure stay here when in the area. You defiantly get your moneys worth plus more....a very comfortable two week stay! I will recommend it to everyone I know. !!!UPDATE!!! So i had to come back a few days later for a much longer stay (4 weeks), and once again the ENTIRE staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, safe and pleasant. The front desk "Carlos" has such a wonderful personality, so kind, very charming, professional, and he is very sincere when he welcomes you to and from the Hotel on a daily basis. He truly represents GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. To ALL the valet guys and the cook "Chris"...and everyone in between..THANK YOU SO MUCH!🙌

Wonderful experience!! Lobby offers a cocktail hour and serves a full breakfast. Rooms are very clean, all utilities work properly, and the other accommodations are awesome. Super close to Disneyland so if you are planning on taking your family there, this place is a great option!! Staff is polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nice building, inside is very modern looking. No issues with my room. Room was spacious and quiet on the west side of the building. Ice machine was broken on my floor (6th). During the complimentary Happy Hour they give you a small plastic cup instead of glassware. Had the club sandwich in the restaurant, it was good.

I have stayed at many Embassy Suites all over (they are my favorite). This Embassy lives up to the name BUT they have fees for things that should be included such as parking. My 3 star rating is only because how I was treated by Ann at front desk check. They treat Expedia members less than because I got a great deal on the 2 room family suite so they changed my room to a 2 double room and didn't want to honor my reservation (not the customers issue) since my room was already paid for a month in advance. When I complained she try to state the hotel was full (lie) then told me to call Expedia and she would try to talk to management. I complained so she gives me my original reservation room back and acts like she did ME a favor (lame) oh and gave me a handicapped room just to be spiteful and claim it was the only room they had left (lie).
Other than that MAJOR hiccup it was perfect.

Great room, parking was crowded but even at 11 pm there were some spaces available spread out through the lot. Breakfast was superior as usual, omelette bar, eggs, bacon , sausage, cereals, muffins, etc as well as coffee, juices and soda. Staff was friendly and courteous. Would stay again.

I've stayed at multiple Embassy suites all over California and the country, and this was one of the best. Breakfast (despite large crowds) was well staffed. Rooms were large and clean. Maid service was terrific. And, I just learned that the hotel staff found one of my lost items, and it will be sent via FedEx. The valet service was also terrific. My kids enjoyed the pool several days. If you are looking for a hotel that caters to families and meets your needs at a good value for the area, this is a great choice.

Beautiful Hotel. The rooms were big, modern, and clean. Nice pools and eating area. I wish the gym was bigger and the wifi was faster. But overall, it was a great experience.

Our room was clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was really good. The location is great, an easy walk to Angels stadium and some restaurants etc. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were very nice. Just wish the indoor pool area was a little less slippery. The Continental breakfast is a full on breakfast. It was really great with tons of options. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent service, value and location to a great Orange County vacation. Disney Parks are close enough but not right on top of you. Breakfast was always well prepared and the housekeeping staff was excellent.

My first two stays were slightly disappointing as a specific corner suite on the 4th floor had broken & missing door lock hardware. I certainly did not feel very safe for both stays. Fortunately, the last few visits I've made landed me corner suites on the 3rd & 5th floor with the lock hardware in tact.

The staff in the evening has always been kind, respectful, and courteous. Their communication skills are professional and they do make eye contact. The valet team is always flexible & accommodating with my "middle of the night" check-in arrivals which I greatly appreciate. In my case I have always found a Bible in the bedroom drawers in each of my stays at this location.

I definitely would've given 5 stars if it weren't for the suite with the broken door lock. Despite the announcements for renovation during those days a broken lock is a routine maintenance issue. It was disappointing to discover on my second visit a quality check inspection does not take place in what is otherwise the most luxurious suite on the premises. I truly enjoy this location and I hope that by now someone has become aware of the issue mentioned above. Sadly, in my profession, I often find myself having to do someone else's work for them because of negligence or an indifferent attitude over such responsibilities. I am going to give the benefit of the doubt that this is not the case here as my overall experience has been great!
