My experience there was awesome first time being there new hotel did not spend the night but had an event in one of the ballrooms very pleasant food was good service was great atmosphere was awesome. I will recommend booking for any occasion.

Very neat and beautiful set up. Staff was well dressed and well spoken. No saggy pants. The conference room was super spacious, beautiful and very well set up. Lights and ceilings had amazing designs n color. Parking lot is huge but spaces against the building were a bit snug.

This is a good hotel to stay at for a night or two if you are searching for one. The lobby has a simple yet elegant at this Embassy Suite, employees are polite, the complimentary internet isn't the greatest, but gets the job done if you're an internet person. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfy while the bathrooms were spotless and fancy especially for the shower. If you plan at staying at a hotel for a night or two, this hotel should be a go to for its fantastic quality and it's simple yet elegant theme.

This was a two night stay with one adult and two teens in a one king suite. I found it to be a lovely hotel, very clean, with polite and accommodating staff. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was very quiet. It has a great bar and restaurant and dinner foods were delicious. A full breakfast is included with the stay and was lacking in nothing. You can get a Starbucks frappe on site! It is located across from the mall and directly across from a nice theater. One of the best hotels stays I've had and for the money top notch! If staying in the Fayetteville area I'd look no further.

Great location. And an awesome brand. This hotel is beautiful on the inside. The grounds were clean and most of the staff was helpful and friendly. The evening staff was less trained than the more season morning staff. The gentleman turned me away expressing after "looking" their were NO rooms available. After being sent to their sister location next door (12am) to find a comparable price and more availability. (The same room next door was $10 bucks more Springhill 2 weeks grand opening) After booking a room at the Embassy in the parking lot and inconvenient hour later. That was over booked Melissa found us a room that was exactly what i was looking for initially. We missed the breakfast thinking it ended at 11am. It was 10:30am. Too early. Very disappounted.

The place is beautiful. Very open and modern day. I was there for work so I didn't have to ask the ladies at the front desk anyting but when I walked in they greeted me and had a big smile very pleasant experience

This hotel is very new and pretty nice. The design of the rooms are pretty clever with the eco friendly program they have. There are a couple of restaurants downstairs that looked pretty decent. I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

Conveniently located just off Skibo Road, the hotel is gorgeous. Lots of friendly staff and a very fast elevator that we never had to wait for. I will definitely be back.

Staff is amazing! Rooms are nice and clean! The only reason it's getting 4 stars is because the showers are all rainfall and don't have good water pressure. But Nichelle at the bar is super great and makes you feel welcome!

I've enjoy the marvelous hotel and the swimming area for the kids. It's hard to say which hotel can top this one. It's worth taking a look at when visiting Fayetteville NC

The hotel is new. The room is nice and clean. The staff is very courteous. Parking is plentiful. The pool is a little small but sufficient.

It's an Embassy Suites. They're all the same. Bar is fine. Room is fine, even if every fixture was crooked and the lights flickered. Internet is terrible. Staff are all very nice. but in the end, it's an Embassy Suites. Great parking, though!

A Hilton Diamond member & this Embassy ranks up there as the nicest Embassy in the country. Asthtically evetything is clean w/ modern decor. The indoor pool is very nice. Hotel gym twice that of other Embassy's. Large bar area. Plus, a quick food/coffee bar that even stays open late. Extremely pleased with my stay.

Very nice location. I had a premium suite. I love all of the snacks and beverages that were provided. The breakfast was delicious! Whenever I'm in the area, I will book a stay here. The managers reception policy was strange, but won't discourage my wanting to return.

I went to the Embassy Suites to get a quote for a wedding reception. Micah, the event coordinator, had ample information, details, was very helpful in answering specific questions, showed me the ballroom, and the surrounding areas, and offered insights as to how the rental would go. The Embassy Suites are relatively new to the Fayetteville area, and they spared no expense. The hotel and event rooms are beautiful, spacious, and well priced. I highly recommend if you have an event to check out the Embassy Suites in Fayetteville.

May be better than 3 stars. Was working the times I've been here. Appears clean and staff professional. Can have some serious drama from time to time. Need a plain clothes security guy just walking around.

Great bar, front desk, and wait staff. Rooms are incredible. We live in town and often times wife and I book a night to run away from the kiddos.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. From check-in to checkout they created an environment that flows and makes every part of your stay simple and enjoyable. The rooms are spotless, the attention to detail such as using your room key to power off all the lights by simply pulling it out of a socket is genius. Additional features: The ceiling in my room was 11ft. Rain style shower head, 2 entry bathroom, larger than normal Tv's, the list goes on and on. If I had to post a con the only thing that I can think of is the lighting in the bathroom could be a little dim for a woman. 5 Stars. Highly recommend this location!

Electronic checkin and key. Go directly to your room without seeing the front desk. Great service, comfortable beds. Happy hour and breakfast are always wonderful at the Embassy Suites. If you have business in Fayetteville, you should look to stay here first. I am usually a Marriott guy, but I will always try to stay at this hotel when traveling to Fayetteville.

By far the nicest Embassy Suites I've ever stayed in. On top of being new /clean. The service is definitely 5 star!

Bar is a nice little place to hang out at. Not crowded at all and you don't have to yell to talk to the person sitting across from you

Awesome hotel! Very new, modern, and upscale. The best hotel in Fayetteville. Although I really dislike coming to this town, this hotel makes it just a little bit better. Highly recommended.

I am so glad we chose here for New years day. Everything was terrific ! The rooms were very nice and quiet; the king size bed fit my little girl, toddler and myself. Wonderful Chef, we enjoyed the food as well as the heated Jacuzzi and pool. This Suite is also in a very ideal location. It was very convenient to be literally 3 minutes away from dozens of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We actually ended the night by going right across the street to IMAX Cinema to enjoy a 3D movie.

We go out of our way off 95 to stay there. Wonderful staff, clean and safe. We just in last week and asked for paper plates and some plastic-ware. They got us real plates from the kitchen and even upgraded our room as loyal customers.

I stayed for one night here with my family. Its a beautiful hotel and overall I would have loved my stay here except the sheets on the bed were dirty. We checked in about 1:30 PM and they said they had our room ready. We go in and checked the sheets for bed bugs (as you should always do at any hotel) when we noticed a large stain/grossness on one of the sheets (not comforter). We headed down to the pool and I stopped by the front desk to ask them to change the sheets due to a large stain. She took my room number down and sent someone up. When we got back to the rooms their were sheets on the counter folded but the same sheets on the bed. We then left to visit family and told them at the front desk that they just put the sheets in the room and didn't put them on the bed. She said she would have some one put them on.

If its policy to not change the sheets at a Suites then they could of told me now. I don't stay at many Suites and am not sure if its because most visitors stay for long periods of time. When we came back from visiting and dinner with friends it was now late and we had to get the kids bathed. The sheets were where we left them on the counter. My wife just had shoulder surgery and I was busy with the kids so changing the sheets on our relativity expensive room was not something I was happy about.

Pool snob here ... and I would give this hotel pool 5 stars as far as indoor pools are concerned. My kids swam away all their backseat road rage and I even managed to stretch out a bit on the chaise lounge. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Hotel staff is top notch ... they actully seem to like working here! Hotel location is near many chain restaurants (from CrapDonalds and up) but not really within short walking distance. Overall, enjoyable stay and definitely recommended especially if you're traveling with kids.

Gorgeous hotel with nice location near many restaurants and across from an IMAX theater. We stayed in a standard king size room. It came with a mini fridge, microwave, and the shower had an awesome rain-like showerhead. Fitness room is a good size and well equipped. Restaurant menu has nice variety but we only ordered drinks at the bar, which was very enjoyable. I was even afforded a late 2pm check-out as a Hilton Honors Gold member. Overall, zero complaints and will seek this hotel out again when staying in Fayetteville.

I was there for a retirement ceremony, it was a luncheon. The food and wait staff was very professional, prompt and efficient. The food was vey good the facilities were spotless. The service throughout the establishment was amazing. If i Ebert need to have an event i will go here to have the event based off of the overall service i was witness to.

Always look to stay with Embassy Suites whenever we travel. Cannot go wrong with them. Excellent customer service. Spacious rooms. Always a pool and hot tub.

We had a great experience here! We checked in at 2 AM! Customer service was top notch by Luis & Melissa! They were fast and friendly! We got complimentary bottled water and a later check out time. I would definitely tell others about Embassy Suites in Fayetteville, NC. Clean comfortable room with a goregous shower and thick towels. I can't forget to mention Meghan. She booked our reservation when I phoned the front desk while we were on our way there. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Clean room, nice large rain shower. Breakfast and evening reception are still the best experiences of this sort in any hotel chain. Staff is very polite, even offered bottles of water at check-in then grabbed cold ones instead of some hotels that give you warm bottles.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at and I'm nine. Really good food big exterior nice seating it smells like cake on the second floor. I really love the pool section. It's located in the best spot right across a theater and there is a mall food places it's awesome. I really appreciate the hard work. I also really have nothing negative to say.

Very nice hotel with great service from the staff. In my experience, that's hard to come by. Rooms are impeccably clean and offer everything you would need for your convenience. Even though the staff was extremely busy, they still gave each and everybody a smile and the info we wanted. I sure hope they get paid more than the previous hotels ive stayed (and reviewed) by Hilton.

Well appointed rooms that are roomy and comfortable. Spacious public areas with many conveniences; bar, restaurant, coffee shop and 24 hour snacks. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Although b the nachos at the bar were inedible. Would stay here again if in the area.

I've stayed here before the hotel internet was bad for using my corporate VPN I ended up switching to my mifi. The rooms were pretty nice and breakfast options are good. One of the better places in Fayetteville.

This seems like a safe oasis in Fayetteville. The manager's reception is unlike other Embassy Suits where you are limited to just 2 drinks instead of all you can drink. Rooms are great and the overall cleanliness was great.

Excellent hotel. Great location. New and very clean. Excellent full breakfast. Good Bar. Excellent food. Only negative for us was the HH points were not added to our account at check in or check out. Other than this, our stay at this hotel was marvelous.

Best place to stay in Fayetteville considering the area! Great, clean, spacious rooms with a pleasant staff. I would not stay anywhere else when visiting. Convincent location; close to shopping, food, and Bragg gates.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we had the suite with the corner jet tub. Absolutely loved the tub, bed was super comfortable, and hotel was super clean. The staff was very friendly. We had a problem with our door handle but they fixed the problem quickly

The hotel was upper class it had a indoor pool a gym and a bar. Every morning comes with free breakfast. Bedrooms are very clean the only problem I had was Saturday morning the water was not hot at all and are shower had not pressure. We called the front desk and said that there water heater broke and was getting fixed that afternoon. It was some what inconvenience because we were there with it of other churches for a youth conference. Thank goodness that we had the afternoon do a break so we all got in the shower but when the water was back to normal the staff went room to room telling everyone what had happened and a letter from that manager apologizing to everyone wth a bag filled with a king size candy and cookies with two water bottles. I rate four star because everything seemed to be good except for that water.

The hotel located in Fayetteville North Carolina is a large and beautiful hotel. It always smells good in the hotel no matter where you go. They have so much available in the hotel to do things and for food and drinks that you don't have to go anywhere. Across the street is a big IMAX theater. And it's located at a perfect location to access all of the local activities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with or without kids. And the saltwater swimming pool is the most awesome things if you do have kids with you. I will be visiting this hotel again on my next trip to North Carolina.

Attended an event in their conference center. The sound and lighting were good and appropriate for the size of the room and I had no issues seeing or hearing any part of the event. The staff was polite, courteous, and prompt. Drinks were a bit steep ($6 for bottle of beer) but was a nice event.

Very nice rooms. Hotel is well taken care of. Could use some better music. The music sounded like something you would listen to as you go to sleep. Bar could have a better bet selection. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. The pool is smaller than the average hotel but vey nice. The gym it's a good size and there is a laundry facility. The staff was very helpful. I was with a group of 40 and we were all very happy with the accommodations.

My significant other and I stayed overnight for a mini-getaway. Service was excellent. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We stayed on the premium floor and received 2 complimentary drink vouchers each for the bar. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful staff ! My suite was very clean and comfortable and I love the separate sleeping area which allows me to work and entertain in onevatea without have my privacy invaded. I will definitely be staying here more often. The wait staff and housekeepers absolutely are AMAZING! This is definitely my new home away from home.

I stayed here a week ago. Awesome place to stay and would probably stay again, but look out for the hidden incidental fees. I called front desk to see about the fees and was told I would be reimbursed, have yet to see it. Room was left in the way it was when I went in. Other than that great place. Very clean.
