Lovely Hotel and delicious breakfast! ❤️ People very friendly and very clean accommodations ☺️

Such an amazing experience! My husband and I stayed at this hotel was due to an unfortunate passing of a family member. After attempting to change locations due to distance of relatives we decided to stay. After an exhausting drive from NY we were pleasantly surprised with a basket with snacks due to our late arrival. The day of the funeral we came back and found a condolence card. It was so thoughtful and compassionate. Special thanks to Christine for her kindness. The breakfast fast was great...my husband is extremely picky and he was pleasantly surprised with turkey meat options. The room was roomy and clean. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is nice overall. Only issue I have is with the concierge. A smile wouldn't hurt. Just need to improve the customer service at the front making guests feel welcome. Cheers!

Clean hotel with all the amenities you come to expect at a Hampton Inn. Pretty decent location, great staff. Very friendly and attentive. There's also a Tim Hortons right next door. Lots of parking and pretty decent outlet mall about 15 minutes down the road.

Nothing special for the rooms. Average and nothing to hate. The complimentary breakfast had a waffle maker and was stocked with Maple syrup and whip cream. Rooms were spacious.

I did a group booking for 10 rooms with this hotel and talked to David Aucoin and he was very helpful. So far I have been very happy with the experience. Best is to talk to him on the phone. He went out of his way to get everything sorted out for us. We will be staying there on August 31st and I am sure we will be well taken care of but the booking experience was great and he was an absolute gentleman and very helpful.

Great service, and rooms very clean. Free breakfast had a great selection to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again!

Very clean hotel, breakfast was good especially the sausage. Staff are nice, there's plenty of fast food around. There's a convenience store and Tim Hortons just across the parking lot. Area is nice as well

Great location it’s your looking for an affordable hotel in Toronto’s GTA area. About 15 minutes from the Airport, about 38 minutes from downtown Toronto.

Hilton hotels always offer great quality at amazing prices, and Hampton Inn certainly lives by it. Great services all the way through. Rooms are clean and well maintained as well.
However, my only issue was that I felt that noise traveled quite a bit in the hotel. I expected rooms to be better isolated. Nevertheless, great hotel for the price.

Great location, only about 15 minutes drive from the airport and not on the flight path. The hotel is next to a convention centre and there is both shopping and restaurants close by. There are plenty of parking around the hotel with elite member parking at the front of the hotel. There is a nice lobby area with lots of seating and this is where breakfast is served too. There is also a pantry and a nice business centre just behind the check-in desk. Finally there is a small but well planned gym as well as a small indoor pool. The rooms are a good size with modern furniture and amenities with good charging stations. The bathrooms are well planned and has good amenities. Staff are very friendly and happy to help and make it a great stay. Overall a great choice for a stopover in Toronto.

I've stayed here a few times for business. The staff members who work at the front desk are always super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Bathrooms could use better lighting. Location is ok if you have a car. It's a few minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast is what you would expect. Overall a good experience.

Service was friendly and prompt. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast had a decent selection for continental and was well stocked. Eggs were a little dry. Pool was very small. Overall was a very nice hotel and experience. Would stay here again.

Nice place close to the highway... Tim Hortons is also in the complex and a few other restaurants. Also a few stores in the complex. The property is just off the highway. Courteous staff and helpful as well. Food is reasonably good, however it's on the expensive side.

I stayed here for 5 weeks while completing work training. The hotel and staff are amazing, I would particularly like to thank David, the owner. I would also like to say thank you to the hotel staff, who serve an amazing complimentary breakfast and who look after the hotel. Free, fresh cookies too!

Perfectly acceptable. Room was clean, bed was comfy, noise was minimal. I'd recommend trying to avoid first floor rooms when possible, since you may be woken up by other folks moving around!

The rooms are really great. You hardly hear any traffic and there is a Tim Hortons within walking distance

Good location, clean rooms. Bathroom fixtures needed minor repairs. It was a bit noisier in the evening but not tremendously so.

Clean rooms, breakfast available but no lunch nor dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was there only due to a cancelled flight from Pearson Airport.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in one of their King rooms with a whirlpool tub. The room was clean, bed linens fresh and towels/tissue/toilet paper fully stocked. Super friendly staff, I felt welcome and appreciated as a guest upon check-in, when I went hunting for snacks and also before and after the following morning complimentary breakfast (including the breakfast staff monitoring food and refreshments levels). If you need to stay in the area, I highly recommend them! Only slight "issue" was the faucet for cold on whirlpool had to be overturned to turn it completely off, which I alerted the front desk about.

I'm a regular visitor to this location. It's a very well maintained hotel with a very helpful staff. They also have a great breakfast in the morning. Always hot coffee avaiable and they have cookies lol!!

Always love Hampton Hotels. The beds are super comfy, the bathrooms are roomy and have quality items. They are somewhat modernized. The staff are quite friendly.

Checked in late, which was Midnight with lots of outdoor parking, concierge was alert and friendly. There was a miscommunication about the number of people staying (not the hotels fault) which was corrected at the desk without issue. Rooms were clean and well kept. We only used the complementary WiFi which, with 2 tests, came in at 6.2D/6.0U Mb & 6.5D/6.3U Mb. This was good enough for our overnight stay. We slept in and missed the breakfast which runs from 6:00am till 10:00am. Bonus was a Tim Hortons right across from the entrance in the same lot to offset the in room cardboard coffee. Did not take advantage of any other amenities. If I needed to come back to this area this hotel would definately be considered.

The location is perfect and is convenient everywhere. The staff is lovely, rooms are tidy. Very enjoyable stay!

I got a room with jacousy and it was excellent, king size bed was comfy, room was super clean,staff was great and top it off breakfast was good as well. I hope they keep this location as good as new.

Decent hotel in the area. Tough to find the location based on maps or GPS due to construction work. They provide complimentary breakfast and have a small snack corner. Lot of Free parking available.

This room was just what I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I didn't realize there were cable boxes in the room, so finding something to watch on tv wasn't hard. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. 2 thumbs up!

Our checkin service was fantastic. The gentleman that helped us was very professional and friendly. Our room was clean and cool. The bathroom was spotless as well. It is in a bit of a strange location but was perfect for the event we attended. Checkout was quick and easy.

The hotel is clean and tidy and very professionally run. The rooms are large, the staff are helpful. There is a gym which I haven't used yet, there is a swimming pool, there is a business office with internet connections. I just had my breakfast at the help yourself breakfast bar. I'm using complimentary WiFi to type this review. I am very happy with experience and will be here for another 4 days.

It was nice place to rest up. Basic gym and pool, but it was a nice comfort option. A little pricey. The employees are nice and accommodating. Didnt like the sudden fire alarm in the middle of the night, couldnt go back to sleep after that. Overall decent place to stay

This hotel is great. It's a standard Hampton Inn hotel, so you can expect that consistent quality.

Great hotel and everything like you expect it when staying at Hampton Inn. Rooms are spacious, loud fridge like everywhere, helpful staff, good breakfast with fruits, pork sausages, peeled eggs ... everything is very clean and new.

But there's still one big thing I really don't like: why do they still use disposable plates and cutlery? About 100 guests having breakfast produce at least 150 grams of garbage per person which equals 15 kg per day or around 5.5 tons a year just in plates, cutlery, coffee cups, empty butter and jelly cups ONE Hotel. Please think a little more green. Chateau Bedford knows how to avoid most of this useless garbage.

I got a room with a jacuzzi tub, it was very clean, really comfortable king size bed and free breakfast. Overall my stay was great, restaraunts within 5-10 minutes.

Hotel is ordinary, but staff was very accommodating, nice, pleasant. The moment I walked in, the gentleman just made me feel right at home. We had stayed for a family wedding event, and they were so helpful with everyone who stayed in our party.

Good conference centre and rooms are clean. The fitness centre is limited and unfortunately there is no hot tub by the pool. Love the complementary cookies by reception tho!

If you answered yes - this is the Hampton Inn for YOU! Nah seriously though, it's a good one. There are some that have seen better days, but this one of the modern ones. Staff are nice and it has what you need. Great!

Hotel is really well kept. Looks like you're not in Brampton once you walk in. Rooms are very comfortable and convenient, just as the location. Breakfast is a plus, free wifi, with some very kind employees.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The rooms were clean and in good shape. The staff was really what put them over the top, they were extremely kind and helpful. One of them even let me use his phone charger and gave me a Tums! I will be staying here every time I need a hotel by the airport.

Rooms are amazing. I really like that every room comes with a mini fridge epically because I need a fridge for my meds. King size beds are great. The complementary breakfast was outstanding! However it is only for 2 hours 8am-10am so go early. Bathrooms are clean and up to date. All around a great place to stay. Also a little something that added to my stay was that there was a movie being filmed in the hotel :-) just wish I could have gotten in it!!!

Hotel and room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The free cookies were great (as always). Breakfast was good, but the hot food wasn't ready at 6am, which probably doesn't effect many people.

However, upon check-in, the lady at the front desk commented on my booking as I had booked through expedia and got a steal of a deal.

A week later, after checking out, I log into my bank account to see that I had been charged an additional $45.xx by Hampton. After contacting them, I had learned that I had allegedly stolen a blanket from the room, which was the reason for the additional charge on my credit card. Now, I am out an additional $45.xx and also without the blanket I allegedly took from the room.

Beautifully decorated and super clean hotel from lobby to room. Excellent breakfast and lovely dining area. Very friendly and capable staff too.

Whenever I am in town, I usually stay in this hotel. The personnel, the location, and the general cleanliness of the hotel is very good.

The only reason I am giving four stars is because I had a bad experience during my last visit (some smoke coming to my room), but both HHonors help desk and the hotel management were very hands-on and did their best to resolve the problem. They made sure I am satisfied with the visit as soon as I notified them about the problem. They changed my room, get me a basket of snacks and drinks, give me a call to follow up on the inconvenience caused, and, on top, gave me some HHonors points! I will stay there next time as well!
