Stayed there for 12 nights for business. Had a comfortable stay. Complimentary breakfast spread can improve.

One day there was a power outage for 3 hours after a thunderstorm. Emergency lighting was very limited and had a very tough time reaching my room in 3rd floor. They had no back up power, may be because such outages are rare in US.

Very friendly staff that greet you upon entering. They provide a lot of information about the area and recommendations. The pool was nice with little pebbles on the ground. Fresh towels available. Rooms were clean and pillows were soft and comfortable. Tasty breakfast with standard assortment of waffles, baked goods, fruit and eggs. The tasty difference was the weekday dinner snacks. Only downside was people walking above and below had echoing footsteps. Walls were a bit thin and we could hear the neighbors often.

I would probably stay here again, but I had a few issues with the property. The staff was great, no problems there. Breakfast was pretty decent. This property is showing its age a bit, and some details are getting ignored ... Scratched interior walls, carpets that look like they need a good cleaning. The hotel was clearly built on the cheap, though. I've never stayed at a hotel of this price point and been able to hear loud snoring through a wall next door. Any movement from the room above us felt jarring. I enjoy Homewood Suites but I feel that this one has some work to do to make it worth the cost.

The hotel provides a very comdortable, at home atmosphere. The rooms were very spacious. Also the staff answered all of our questions during our stay.

Hotel is nice, rooms are a little smaller than some equivalent but it is clean and staff is friendly. While it can't be seen from the freeway, it is very conveniently located, 30 sec away from the two freeways giving you easy access. Quick note, the elevators are not cooled and are Hot...

I stayed here for about 4 nights a few weeks ago. The lobby is updated and nice. The rooms could use some updating. Our bathroom light turned on and off as it pleased. Rooms have no safes. Room was cleaned and made up when we arrived but still felt dirty and grimy if you know what I mean. Saw some bugs here and there in the room, but definitely not an infestation. No bed bugs but I did worry about that a bit. I felt like for the price I could've gotten something higher end and nicer but I was in a group. Free breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly. My complaint is strictly with the room. Update the rooms and it's 4 star in my book. Oh and the pool looks like a big hot tub/baby pool but once you are in, it actually feels a tad bigger. A bigger, more thoughtfully designed pool would have been a plus.

After refusing to cancel our room within 48 hours, they cancelled our room within 4 hours against our will. They called the wrong number and got no answer before cancelling. They had tried to charge the outdated card on our member account before we even showed up, and it didn’t work, so they cancelled. Frustrating policy.

The decor looked nice though.

First choice every time I'm here on business. Love the convenience of having my own suite, able to come and go as I please. The staff are excellent, the free breakfast and dinner (Monday to Thursday) hit the right spot, housekeeping do an excellent job and all make it feel like home from home. There are fancier hotels but this is my favourite. Recommended.

I have stay at several Hilton locations and even multiple Homewood Suites, and this location does not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room is in great condition and includes amenities not included in most hotels (full fridge, stove, seperated bedroom), and the hotel is pet friendly. The location is convienently close to Austin, but not so close you are in the center of traffic. They serve a full hot breakfast everyday and dinner is served Monday through Thursday. My only complaint is that when I got to my room the toilet would not flush and instead of maintenance assisting they just handed me a plunger.

I can only speak to the meeting room facilities which are decidedly adequate. There is enough power for all anyone seated to run a laptop but the projector is an older model and the sound less than stellar. The chairs aren't uncomfortable but they aren't that great either. That said the staff is friendly and helpful. The restrooms are clean. There are worse places to host a training session.

Annette at breakfast is so customer service oriented. Great location.

This is a nice, newer, Homewood Hilton Hotel.

There is a breakfast, but you will need to go out and get dinner yourself. Also, BYOB.

There is a happy hour, but it is very short and limited.

This is a family targeted hotel. Good for the business traveler who does not need hotel dining options or a bar.

I love this hotel. I have stayed there about 5 times. Unfortunately u can see that iy getting older. The carpets in the rooms deserve a better cleaning.

Comfortable suites, good location (5 minutes to Dell) they serve wine and beer in the lounge from 5-7 weekdays. Really good customer service.

Everything was on point. The Room, the breakfast, the person overseeing the dining area spoke to everyone. Person at front desk very cordial and helpful. Our stay was great.

Nice comfortable rooms but the light/ceiling fan in master bed doesn't work and I can here ALOT of footsteps from the stairs or something while I'm trying to sleep. Otherwise, love it!

I usually try to stay at Homewood Suites because I trust they are always clean and safe. This location was definitely both but not quite consistent with other Homewoods. Just little things like the coffee, reception and breakfast, that's the reason for 4 stars. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.

blocked hotel rooms for my wedding guests. the staff was wonderful at helping me do this! she was always there for any questions i needed answers to and she would followed up with me every few weeks with how many people booked. i went to check out the hotel and hang out in the bar/snack area with my family the night before my wedding. the staff was friendly and nice and it was a great area. the guests loved the stay too!

Best place to stay near Dell office. 5 mins walk to Dell. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Evening complimentary beer and wine. 2 mins drive to Walmart or Target.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice large rooms. I really couldnt ask for more from a hotel room for businesses travel.

Due to a lot of the hotels being booked close to town by those displaced by Harvey, I had to stay up here. Great facility, great staff and primo location. Would definitely recommend.

Always a great hotel. Front desk was super nice. Located next to Target, Wal-Mart, and various bars and restaurants. Nice big rooms, well laid out. Recommend!

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. The suite we had was very clean and very well laid out. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to stay in the Austin/Round Rock area and I certainly would visit again myself.

The amenities, service, and staff at this Hilton have always been superb; thus we continue to select it in our frequent trips to the Round Rock area. That having been said, I would like to commend Eddie, your front desk representative, for exceeding all expectations. Always greeting us by name as we enter, he amazes us with his retention skills and sparkling personality. In addition, in our recent visit, he anticipated a conflict in our reservation and moved to resolve it without our prompting. How impressive is that! With personnel such as Eddie, the Homewood Suites are certain to maintain its sterling reputation and support from satisfied patrons such as we are.

The room was nice and clean. Great breakfast in the morning. Easy access to the highway. Great hotel.

Pretty nice place. We stayed for about 5 days. They have a pool that is real small, not many people could for in there comfortably. They have a BBQ pit area, hope you like a gas grill. We had a suite with the full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space, not fancy, but you get allot of space. They have social hour Monday thru Thursday. It includes small meals and shiner on tap, and wine on other days. The food had a theme each day such as Game Night or Italian Medallion. I would stay again and recommend to others

Close to shopping areas, facility offers free shuttle within a certain radius, mainly to Dell and back. M_F offers beer on tap and small simple meals which is a plus. Would stay again

Great all around hotel. Provided breakfast and dinner free of charge. The only downside is no heated pool but that's asking for a lot. Would stay there again.

This is my first time staying at the hotel and I'm not dissatisfied. I love having the living area separate from the bedroom suite and the kitchenette is very convenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and 3 kids. We had just moved from Massachusetts to Texas and the house we were renting was not going to be ready for a few days. I found the hotel very charming. It was clean and cozy. The hotel staff was great. We took advantage of the breakfast each day, and the selection was decent. The only down side for me was that the laundry was on the third floor and we were staying on the first. ( I liked the first floor room, that was fine. I just did not like having to go to the third floor everyday to do laundry.

I love this hotel, newer and updated, has a great breakfast and happy hour option, and the rooms are very comfy. Staff is always very helpful. I have stayed here too many times to count and I have never encountered an issue. They have an on site laundry room too.

Great, clean, and friendly hotel. Fairly new. Only problem is that they have window heat and air units that can be a little noisy if you are a light sleeper.

Lovely hotel and fine atmosphere. Beds are soft, and showers are hot. Plus the beer flows freely in the afternoon.

We stayed there for a soccer tournament. Saturday afternoon the girls played a scavenger hunt that involved the manager on duty and he was fantastic!! He was very welcoming and made our stay wonderful and so easy. We grilled burgers and hot dogs on the hotel grill and set up all the fixings. We will stay there again next year or anytime a trip to Austin is the plans!!

Friendly staff. Great, clean room. Small pool, but has a half-court basketball area. Breakfast / Social common area was very congested, but we would absolutely stay again.

Jacob was fantastic. Orbitz overbooked the hotel and Jacob fixed everything for us and arranged a different room at a sister hotel with the same specifications that we wanted. All in matter of minutes and before we even left for Austin. Great customer service!

Convenient location. Spacious and comfy suite. They have all the amenities. Cool pool, fitness center, laundry room. Free breakfast, and free dinner on the weeknights. Big comfy beds in the king suites. Friendly staff, offering great customer service. I would definitely come back. Checkout is at 12 instead of 11, so you can sleep in or try and get a little more work done before you hit the road.

The property is very attractive and well kept as one would expect from Hilton. There's very cool art all around the lobby and exterior which is a nice touch. A big fireplace greets you in the lobby which gives a homey feel. The room was like a 1 bedroom apartment which is really unique. 2 Tvs in separate rooms, a couch, a full kitchen, more than one would expect from a hotel room. Bed was very comfortable and slept well. Overall, it's a great place to lay your head, especially if you want to feel like you have a little apartment away from home.

Great place to stay. Near a lot of food and shopping and we even got pizza delivered from a local place close by. The room was clean and the service was fine. I would recommend this place especially for a longer stay

I had called Homewood suites because our son had stayed there in the passed...and I wanted to reserve a room for my nephew and family for Christmas.
My nephew and his family wanted to get closer to our home, so I thought I had cancelled the reservation and made another closer to our home. (although, I am sure he would have been happier at this one).
I saw on our credit card that we were charged for both! after the said date. I called Homewood and sent them the other reservation that was made and accepted by my nephew.
They were very nice and accepted the mistake without a problem. The charge was removed immediately!
We will be sending others to Homewood suites. While visiting our son there during another trip, the rooms were nice and clean. No smoking, too! The front desk help were extremely helpful for our dinner reservations/water/ etc...We will return as guests ourselves when we are in Austin. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Manager was helpful in getting us a better room considering we had 5 people. The beds were comfortable and clean and breakfast was the best I have had for a free breakfast. All of the staff was also very professional. Can't complain at all.
