I am soooo pleased with the professional staff. ASHLEI was superb. I mean from the time we walked into the hotel until we left, I truly felt at HOME. As mother of the bride one of my responsibilities was to choose and ensure that all of the people traveling in had a great experience with their lodging.

ALL of them were pleased, they arrived there from Las Vegas, Chicago, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and so many other places and they were good. Thank you Melissa, Maci, Tish...I mean everyone...the housekeepers, the people serving the food, the people around there cleaning....THEY ALL SPOKE when they saw us throughout the facilities, in the elevator.

Staff you are the DIFFERENCE MAKERS, I pray that GOD will bless each of you abundantly for the love shown toward my family and friends.

Clean hotel, friendly staff BUT we have to chase them for everything. We purchased an upgraded room where snacks and drinks and KCups are brought up, but it wasn't in the room when we arrived, and again today we had to go and request or, even though we paid for it. Housekeeping never took away the dirty linen etc. Really just lots of housekeeping issues. The pool here is a 3 foot micro pool. It's about the size of a king size bed. Not a big deal, but worth knowing for packing purposes. Our dishwasher leaked all over last night.
It could be an amazing hotel, lots of potential.

Hotel was well maintained. Most staff was courteous. A little disappointed that our room was never made up. We left at 12 noon, and cleanup crew leaves at 2 (we were told). Came home at 10:30 to a room not made up....

Accidentally unbooked our room and gave it to someone else, however the employee on charge when we got there was extremely nice and went the extra mile to find us a room.

Every one of these I've stayed at was a pleasure. I will continue to keep homewood in my top 5. When it come to hotels!! Always clean, staff nice, provide everything you need without having to ask.

We stayed in a 2 rooms suite with a small kitchenette. The fridge was quite large, and it even had a dishwasher! The room was clean. They offered evening activities and meals/snacks during the week day evenings. They even had a service to grocery shop for you. The staff was very friendly.

Location was perfect for my office and restaurants. Room was great; clean and spacious

Staff are pleasant but the property is seriously in need of improvements. There is no way a hotel located in Buckhead should be in such deplorable condition. Totally contrary to the Hilton brand.

Very nice, clean room with Neutrogena toiletries. Reasonably priced. Would be exceptional if the bathroom was not in the bedroom or there were two bathrooms! Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Poorly lit from the outside so it is harder to find than it needs to be. Definitely older hotel as well with the bathrooms and closets showing quite a bit of wear. They may advertise a pool but it's actually more like a infants inflatable pool. It's only 3 ft deep.

Nice place, great location and good service. The breakfast was sooo good, the room was clean and the front desk guy was very nice. I Can’t remember his name but he was Russian, he made check in very easy and quick and even let us borrow his phone charger! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms with kitchen and separated bedroom. Free parking and WiFi, along with free daily breakfast and weekday evening reception. Ashle at the Reception was great. Location is excellent. Thank you for a great stay

Great extended stay hotel. Concierge was pleasant. Hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious. Very good stay.

Nice spot inside Buckhead. Rooms are large, beds are comfy and nice sized TV. Living area is roomy with plenty of seating. Clean and well kept. Concierge are helpful an friendly. All and all a decent room if you need to stay for a week or even longer. Seems quite and fairly priced for the area.

I wish I could give this hotel and the staff 10 stars but 5 is the limit. They exceeded all expectations and really made me feel at home. Ashley (front desk clerk) quickly remembered my name and always had a smile as she acknowledged me by name coming in or leaving for the day. Ike who operated the shuttle was polite and professional. On the second day of bringing me to Piedmont Hospital he asked if everything was okay. I was so touched by his sincere concern. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in the Atlanta area.

The location was great and parking was free. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the breakfast was disappointing. The tub in the bathroom wasn't very clean. The shower/toilet part of the bathroom seemed to have some water rot.
The staff working the breakfast area pretty much stayed in the kitchen and did not interact with guests, they were too busy talking and laughing with each other. The plain yogurt tasted like sour cream, was it expired? I didn't try anything else at breakfast other than water.
I went to many Homewood Suites in then past (before they renovated them), including this one, and was always happy with the breakfast. I guess they wanted to be more like Hampton Inns, their breakfast isn't any better and their rooms aren't as good.

Nice comfortable place near lots of restaurants. Staff was super accomodating. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The customer service here is awesome! I had to spend several days here and I was made to very comfortable and well taken care of by the staff. The rooms are nice and homey.

Great location. The housekeeping is great. The food is good aswell.definantly would stay here in the future for vacationing purposes.

It's okay. I read the reviews and based on it being majority good I chose this hotel. there needs to be some remodeling done. I like the location.

The desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn't like was due to construction, there was only one way in and one way out of the parking lot

They were very accommodating over the phone. It was a spur of the moment trying to find a place that would have room in parking lot for a 26 foot Uhaul with trailer. They actually block of parking spaces before we got there. The room was clean and the service was great. Location was great.

Stayed in King suite. Property was up to date, and all staff were professional and friendly. Only stayed one night, but would be perfect for a longer stay as well.

Great experience; I was there on the night of May 16 and found the staff to be efficient and courteous. I have to point out an exceptional staff member - Dimetrius - who ran the dining room, the computer room and any other items you needed expertise in. I have to come to Atlanta periodically and will always stay at this hotel.

Worn out, outdated decor. Bad mattress - the bed mattress and pull out couch mattress felt the same. Breakfast normal. Didnt see an employee smile all morning.

Want there very long, but I liked the room and the location. Would stay there again.

Good location, location seemed clean, there was a neat swimming pool in the middle of the complex. Arriving at location for a work event there was ample parking and accommodations were above average.

I was there for a food safety class. Hot coffee, clean establishment, and accommodating staff. I enjoyed my time there.

Ms "A", at the front desk, was awesome. It was obvious that she really cared about all the customers. You could tell that they appreciated her just as much. She put a smile on everyone's face.😄😄

Room was OK. It has a lousy kitchenette with two burners, full size fridge, dishwasher, but no microwave (or oven).

Ton of construction outside, no functional sidewalks as they have been replaced with piles of dirt and pits. OK, this is probably temporary.

The lobby and other common areas like stairwells are actually falling apart. The baseboard is coming unglued and falling off. The walls are scuffed and look like they're undergoing construction, but nothing appears to be changed over the week I've stayed here.

If you want a limited kitchenette this place is OK but set your expectations low to be impressed.

In the Buckhead area, it is hard to find a decent hotel that doesn't charge for parking. This is a fine hotel that has free parking and also a shuttle bus that will take you anywhere in the local area. So no dwi, no taxi or uber. Just have a good time and don't worry about driving.

Stayed here for a couple months, and was pleased the staff was nice, and got on a first name basis with a few of them. The rooms themselves are a bit outdated, but comfortable. The food was consistently good and was a nice change from eating out.

I noticed a few dog hairs on the dresser as soon as we walked in the bedroom. After sitting on the couch for a few minutes and then getting up my husband noticed I had dog hair all over my pants. We looked at the couch and right away saw that it was covered in dog hair. They were apologetic and switched us to a different room without hassle. Overall the rooms and halls seem to need updating but the staff seem nice.

I've never seen a better value traveling in my entire life. Let me explain why:

-Free WiFi (which should be more widespread but I digress)
-Free Shuttle (wherever within a 3 mile radius [covers a lot at this location]) with pickup/delivery by calling

Plus the rooms are plenty big with a full sized fridge (!) and kitchenette. Most rooms have more than one tv, a large bathroom, and a sleeper sofa. For two people, especially during the week, its a GREAT value for the price. The staff is super nice/attentive. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Please do NOT use a third party to book a reservation at this hotel. There is NO room for change. The general Manager Martha Gary is NON-RESPONSIVE to voice mails; is unreacheable by her staff on a days off.

The front desk is unable to make any type of changes. The assistant manager is unable to make any type of changes. Homewood Suites Customer Relations is unable to make any changes. It seems to be Martha's world only.

We WILL NOT book at this hotel again. Between Southwest and Homewood Suites - Buckhead they have taken $946. We were not trying to swindle, the conference we were to attend was rescheduled.

In good faith we made the reservation - I guess this is the price we pay for trying to save a few bucks. I have never been SO DISAPPOINTED in a brand in my entire life. Southwest let me down, Hilton let me down, Homewood Suites let me down.
