3 stars is for the laundry room. It's in need of a serious renovation. 2 outdated washers and dryers that take 2$ coins each. Hopefully they are scheduled for a renovation soon. Everything else is pretty good. I do recommend however they take notes from staybridge suites on their evening dinner selection. Free beer from 5-7 is good

Great location close to airport and other business parks. Free breakfast in the morning and a free light dinner in the evening. Suite style rooms with a mid size refrigerator and kitchen in the room. House keeping has done a fantastic job with keeping up the cleanliness of the facility. Excellent place to stay.

It was good! Had everything available. Great business center. Very close to the airport. Didn't give 5 stars because shuttle was not available for early flight. Staff very nice,polite, and professional. Gave options and knowledgeable. Amenities available at the front desk and didn't have to wait! Great plus!

A very nice hotel. Suites have a bedroom which has its own television with ample device charging outlets located on the end tables. The living room has another television & sofa that is connected to a small kitchen. The kitchen has an eating area with a regular size refrigerator, flat top range, dishwasher and sink. Breakfast in the mornings is provided in the lobby area and has a pretty decent offering. Evenings they have a social with complimentary snacks and beverages.

I would've given 5 stars if not for their lackluster housekeeping. I had to regularly go to the front desk to retrieve washcloths and towels. A few times the room wasn't even cleaned during my stay. When housekeeping did clean it just was basically making the beds and taking out the trash.

Good experience. Restroom in room had not been cleaned, requested late check put and came back to our room being cleaned. Staff rectified the situation and handled it well.

I enjoyed my stay here. nice large rooms. refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove was in my room. bedroom and bath had door separating it from the living room and kitchen. bed was good but not great. water pressure in the shower was pretty good. staff was friendly

Everything was good until my last night here. The water pressure in the toilet was so/so. Toilet overflowed right before work that morning. Called front desk and their was no one available to help me. Asked for another room to take a shower in and was told they were sold out. So I had a flooded bathroom and no one to help me and can’t shower for work. while I am staying my 4 night in the hotel room my company paid for.

After being stranded in Charlotte when were we supposed to have been in Atlanta, my husband and I grabbed a room at Homewood because it was the only place with availability. We got lucky! The front desk staff was so welcoming. They could tell we were tired and thirsty (we'd been stuck on the tarmac for hours with no food or drink), so they offered us water and helped us find food delivery, even though it was midnight. There were a few things we needed during our stay, and they were happy to get them for us. And when our taxi didn't come immediately to take us back to the airport, a staff member quickly took us, even though it wasn't a scheduled shuttle time. This hotel was the only bright spot in a dismal day of travel. I only wish we'd been able to stay for more than just a few hours!

Excellent location. First time staying here on business. I usually stay at the Hampton or Hilton Garden inn. This place is like staying at home! Huge room with full kitchen, living room area and much room! Staff is extremely friendly and professional! Cost is exactly the same or a little less than staying at the Hampton or Garden inn. But love them all. Highly recommend this location.

Great staff. Evening mixer was enjoyable. Breakfast was real food not microwaved. Very clean hotel. One thing I did not like was pets allowed in food and eating area.

Kids loved the pool and basketball court. We also grilled out using the grills by the pool. The staff was super kind and helpful! Breakfast was great.

I was assigned a room on the first floor near the kitchen. At 5:30 in the morning I was awoken by the smell of Bacon being cooked for the free breakfast. It was a great smell to wake up to but I wanted to sleep in but the longer I laid in bed the hungrier I got. Next door to the hotel is a gas station and a Subway sandwich shop that you could walk to if you miss the free dinners Monday through Thursday. The room has a full-size refrigerator, a range top to cook on and also a ceiling fan above the bed. The bathroom was missing a hairdryer however. I would stay at this hotel again if I'm in the area

Clean, courteous staff. Quiet. Accommodations were great. Staff willing to go the extra mile. They have a complimentary cocktail hour daily. However, the food is horrible. As a result no one attended. Other than that, great stay.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lobby is updated with modern decor. Outdoor pool is available with a grill and nice lounging furniture to use. Rooms are nice and clean. I stay here about once a month and keep coming back.

First time at a Homewood Suites, the staff was great! Especially Ms. Brenda and Mr. Pat for breakfast and dinner. It was also great to have both meals complementary! There was an issue with our room not warming up, thermostat was set to 90 but room said and felt like 64. They really tried to work it out for us, offering another room, even offering to help us change hotels. Ultimately we stayed since moving would be a great burden and the room they were going to move us to was equally as cold. We would stay again and recommend it to others. Thanks guys

Close to the airport and easy access to the uptown area of Charlotte. Fitness center is SMALL, but sufficient. Breakfast is included and not too bad.

Bathrooms have a bit of mold. It's been updated though. Staff is friendly. Wasn't able to try the food so can't comment on that. Rooms are spacious suites with good sized kitchen and eat in area. Beds are on the softer side for me but I like firm beds. Overall very nice, up to its hotel class but nothing exceptional.

I stayed four nights here while on business. This is truly a home away from home. Imagine a day of work, or travel and returning to a beer or glass of wine and a hot meal. Complimentary. Friendly helpful service. Rooms are like a suite with double doors closing off bedroom. GOOD blackout curtains and a super silent ceiling fan support a great sleep. Full kitchen. All in all a great stay.

Bedroom was clean, but the kitchen table, made of granite, was completely broken in half and sagging. I went down at 5:03pm for the complimentary food/beverage offering and told by one of the employees after I started getting food, "Just so you know, we don't start serving till 5pm." It was hard to find a clean plate...in the stack of clean plates. Same deal with the plates in the morning, and I couldn't find a cup for juice to save my life. It was 7:40 and all of the hot breakfast foods were gone. These are all pretty minor things, but when you stack them all up it got pretty annoying. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably, if it was for a short stay in the area again. The room was clean and the front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. Those are the things that really go a long way with me. If you are counting on their free breakfast or complimentary food/beverage times to save some money, just get your wallet out and go somewhere else. There is a Subway and a Mexican grill attached to the shopping center/gas station next door.

We arrived after midnight and we were able to enter the back door with our digital card and check in swiftly. The room was nice and clean. Our smoke detector was malfunctioning but maintenance came out and fixed it immediately.

Enjoyed this suite. Was in town visiting family. Was with my son and my brother. The suite was fully furnished and I had my own bedroom, complete with a beautiful dressing area and bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and suggesting spots to dine. The rooms and property were very nice. Breakfast was great and tasty. Rose, our housekeeper was extremely helpful. would stay again.

Had to relocate my family and can honestly say we were very satisfied with the hotel stepping up and making us feel welcome. Our gracious thanks to the GM and staff (especially the gentleman desk agent Tuesday that went over and beyond). Next time and hopefully not being displaced, we can stay here again.

Probably the best part of about this hotel was how quiet my bedroom was. Walked out into the hallway and the other guests were being loud late at night, went into the family room part of my room could kind of hear them, when into the bedroom and it was silent. Great night sleep. Soft bed clean everything.

It's very clean great customer service all around housekeeping is amazing very friendly extra helpful .. Breakfast is fantastic and I'm not a early morning breakfast person but it's amazing .. I'm enjoying every moment of my stay lots for the children to do as well .. It's truly like a home away from home I'm actually going to be extending our stay .. We are in the moving process and our of other extended stay hotels I must say it's truly a fantastic hotel weather your stay is liked ours or just for the night you will defiantly love it ... thanks Homewood Suites

The people there are very nice and helpful. You can get a shuttle to the airport which is nice. The rooms are well kept. The breakfast there is very good for a hotel breakfast. The biscuits were my favorite of the foods they had there.

The staff is extremely helpful, the van is reasonably prompt, the breakfast and evening reception are excellent. (Though it can get crowded with children/families on the weekends). The WiFi isn't going to win any speed contests, but it's sufficient for normal use.

The suites are fully equipped with a bedroom and kitchen and breakfast and evening socials (including food) are complimentary. Stopped by at this place on our way to Florida. Great rooms, had a comfortable stay. My little girls enjoyed the spacious suite. Breakfast was great too.

Clean room with friendly staffs. I would definitely recommend this hotsl to my friends and family. The only reason why I give it 4 ☆ is because they dont have Disney Junior station on tv for my kid, unlike the other 2 Homewood Suite i stayed in.

This hotel was nice, seemed recently remodeled, if not quite completely. We were given an upgraded king/2 queen suite, which was wonderful. To be nitpicky, there was a faint smoke smell in one bathroom, missing handles on a cabinet, and the bathtub looked like it had some hard water buildup, but no major complaints at all. The beds seemed softer at first then they really felt while sleeping, which is a personal preference.

The staff here is excellent. Very friendly, always willing to go out of their way to help. The rooms are good, nothing amazing but clean and in good repair. Ample power outlets for charging various devices. Wifi isn't fast, but isn't awful either.

Its a nice hotel large suites with a small stove, kitchen and a microwave King size bed was soft with plenty of pillows. Breakfast in the morning is decent, and they change it up a bit everyday. Has an airport shuttle. Would recommend.

Had a good stay and a great nights sleep. Two room suite was spacious, bed very comfortable. The place appeared clean although maybe just a bit dated. One of the TVs didn't work properly, but there were two! Knobs missing here or there. Strange noise coming from under the sink, but nevertheless I enjoyed the stay and would certainly not hesitate to return.

Comfortable and clean with great access to the airport and exceptionally kind / service-oriented staff. Hotel is highly trafficked and can be a bit noisy and crowded with large groups. Parking lot is also not very well lit. Would recommend.

If you want to see a model of proactive customer service. I have never felt so well cared for at a hotel. At check in, I arrived way early, and they held my bags and helped me arrange plans for my day until my room was ready. They texted me when my room was ready, deployed a cab to pick me up, and they had already delivered my bags to my beautiful room before I arrived. When I thanked them for being so great, the reply was, "that's what we are here for!". The staff brought me a glass of wine at social hour as I sat in the lounge working - remembering my drink from the night before and assuming I would want the same drink tonight (which I did). I asked for a number to a cab service to book transport to the airport....they insisted on doing it for me and confirmed with me it was taken care of. Every staff member smiled and held the door. Thanked me for being a guest at every opportunity. My goodness...the small gestures really add up!!

Very good hotel and WiFi although people saying have issues, it is somehow connected to the name of the person under whom the room is booked. Shuttle to airport, nearest metro and Wal-Mart all the time. Gym is available, great breakfast every morning too.
