Newly renovated rooms. Staff its always very helpful who always try to make happy everyone

This place was wonderful. The staff was friendly and attended to all our needs. Had a full size kitchen with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable! Price was very affordable. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very surprised and happy with this hotel after our last hotel experience elsewhere was not great. They had well maintained rooms and facilities. The parking was no hassle at all and very convenient. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very good for complimentary food. And a very friendly staff.

Clean, friendly, and great location! I booked this hotel because of it's close proximity to the Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Center and because it has a hot tub. It was close and easy to get to from two different directions! There were restaurants close by so we were able to easily find a place to eat quickly without hassle. The hotel was just renovated and the room was beautiful. The basic room has a kitchen which would have been perfect if we were staying longer. There is no bath tub but a beautiful new stand up shower that's huge!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the front desk staff especially. They really seemed to enjoy talking to people and not that you were bothering them or that they were just doing their jobs. It was very refreshing.

Our room was on the first floor and poolside which I recommend if you are going to use the pool or hot tub at all. You can just open the patio door and walk right out in your bathing suit. No need to get dressed to walk through the lobby. The hot tub felt amazing and the pool is also heated and comfortable. We also had a little table outside the back door where we could sit and enjoy the weather (it's 78 F in January).

I would absolutely stay here again and for longer if needed. It's worth the price.

Almost didn't choose here because the pictures make the place seem dated. Now its not appointed like a Hilton downtown in a big city but its DEFINITELY a very comfortable stay. Room layout is perfect. Bed is nice. Kitchen has nice fridge and microwave but diswasher could be better. AC works great. Room was a tad bit stuffy, had to prop window in order to keep it open. Showerhead is wonderful with multiple settings and good pressure. Sink drained a little slow but was fixed in 5mins of room service notification. Free breakfast with something different every morning. They have a happy hour where you can get beer & wine and something different to eat every evening. Free Airport shuttle and to Ufirst facility. Located close to shops, mall, movie theater and all kinds of restaurants in walking distance. I stayed 5 days and overall it was great!

Check in process was easy. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, and great water pressure in the shower. Overall great stay.

The suites were spacious and clean. We thought it was going to be a loud night, but it turned out to be very quiet. The kids liked the waffles for breakfast.

Room and service were great. The carpet may need a little work but my room was very clean.

It feels like your home away from home. Everything you need with a staff that will attend graciously to your requests. The signature Lobby fish tank add serenity for breakfast time and anytime you are enjoying that space. There is a pool and it is close to a ton of shopping and restaurants.

Prime location, huge rooms, comfortable bed/pillows. Makes your forget your in the road for a little bit. And good food with happy hour monday-Thursday.

Homewood suites was a pleasurable experience. The rooms were so spacious, and it felt like we were at home. This place gave me cozy and warm vibes. The lobby was so gorgeous and I specially loved the unique fish tank. There was different snacks in the lobby everyday, I really enjoyed that. The hotel itself was so gorgeous. I gave this hotel 5 stars and it was defiantly worth it❤

Excellent quality service, fabulous accommodations. Had the king suite with kitchen. Their social nights are Monday through Thursday, and it helps with not having to eat out!

I will always stay Here when in Fort Myers. Clean rooms, Aquarium in lobby, Free Breakfast with great choices, Ultra friendly Staff from housekeeping to front desk made for a very pleasant stay, Comfortable beds, large u shaped building with 3 floors makes it nice for taking walks in any weather. Fitness center, Executive center with 2 computers and printer, and Guest Laundry are all open 24/7. Coffee,including Robust (MY Favorite) available 24/7. My Home away from Home. Also has nice Wood in Lobby. I Wonder if that's why they call it Home Wood? Conveniently located among many restaurants and shops.

This is a very nice little quiet suite hotel right in the middle of all the hub-bub of US 41 in Ft. Myers. Just came back from two weeks there. The staff here is excellent, from the front desk people to maintenance right down to the housekeepers, with one notable exception

Really freindly service and clean rooms with a great selection for breakfast.

Foof was excellent. Portions very small. my wife left hungry. Kind of disappointing considering that NAHA, Brindille's sister restaurant, has much larger portions. Oh well!!

On extended stay here. Place is overall clean but my first week, the toilet overflowed all the way into the next room and there were tiny sugar ants in the kitchen. Unacceptable!! The staff was helpful and nice except for a young black girl working in the kitchen, about 5'4" skinny, wearing a doo-rag. The alarm clock in my room said 7:00 am and i was busy running around doing stuff. Went to get breakfast in the galley. Everything was set up and ready to go and i grabbed a bowl to get some oatmeal when this young lady very rudely confronted me and said "We're not open until seven. When the lights go on, that's when YOU can start grabbing stuff". I left and looked at the clock on the wall in the galley. it was 3 minutes til 7. Mind you, I'm used to getting there earlier as M-F they start serving at 6am. I'm in the service business, a restaurant manager. I usually open my doors a few minutes early and i would never turn away a guest if my doors were unlocked. I teach my staff to think of themselves as a host of a party. If you threw a party at your haouse that started at 6pm and someone showed up twenty minutes early, would you turned them away? I hate to rant about something that should be not a big deal at all but I feel it was very rude.

We stayed for just 1 night and had a great time. The rooms were neat and clean and everything worked as it should. They allowed us to check in 3 hours early which was very helpful. The pool area was nice and clean as well. We enjoyed the light dinner they put out with beer and wine, breakfast was good too. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will stay at Homewood Suites again for sure!!

Had a great stay at the Homewood Suites. Very spacious rooms, nicely laid out. If I nitpick, got can see a little wear and tear around the edges but overall a great stay. They have breakfast, everyday I think and a managers reception compete with a meal that various daily. That is Monday through Thursday I believe. So given all that, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Been staying here Approximately 3mnths we have had nothing but friendly service very clean room's and the dinners by Ty and Peaches are great those girl's really go out off the way for us and do a great job cooking and making sure there is always plenty of food for everyone. Debra in sales and Kristine the GM are also very helpful and did an awesome job… If we are ever in this area again we will sure be back here

We stayed for close proximity to surgical center. Don't expect W or Ritz Carlton amenities. However, it served it's purpose just fine. Suites had a not super comfy sofa bed, full kitchen, breakfast wasn't bad (are fresh waffles ever not welcome?!) And they have free food and drinks mon-thurs in the evenings. They have a pool but I didn't go. Superrrr convenient location. I didn't have to drive more than 10 minutes to do anything or buy anything, except going to the airport!

very good Hotel. we had a suite with doors to separate the suite. also very quiet room facing the parking lot. well maintained, everything worked! only minor drawback was that by 9:30 there was absolutely nothing more to eat for breakfast, not that we complain since it was the official stop of the breakfast time but not even a bread? whatever. our fault I guess. else, very good hotel to stay.

Loved the place. We had our family reunion here. We had 27 rooms. Our whole family collectively agreed this was a very nice hotel. Rooms emaculate, 2 flat screen tvs, nice little stove, refrig looked new, coffee maker, a list of other nice ammenities. I personally couldnt be happier with the place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The rates are very fair, for the services received. I almost feel guilty. Thanks for the GREAT service. Hope this helps someone in need of a great hotel.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It is in a great and convenient location and the suites are awesome. A kitchen and sitting area occupy one room and bed and bath occupy the second room. Two 42 inch flat screen TVs are provided.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every one is so friendly it's refreshing.

The Breakfast Buffet is awesome with variety enough to suit any taste.

We stayed here 4 nights and wanted to stay longer but had no more time.

We love this place and highly recommend it. We will stay here again.
