Good happy hour, good food. Room was just remodeled and very clean. Staff was friendly, helpful and very professional.

Huge room (full sized couch, coffee table, work desk, full kitchen), slightly dated decor but they are under construction. Treated us very well as Hhonors members and overall staff was super friendly. Free parking.

Currently under a much needed renovation. The desk staff is quite pleasant, but the room is worn, dated and dirty. I wouldn't recommend staying there until reno is done.

First impression: very nice, clean, friendly & helpful staff, room is spotless. Entrance sign from International Way is tiny & hidden. Ryan was very helpful & informative at check-in. Look forward to the stay.

The place was clean when we got there and clean when we returned in the evening. The gym was a clean and not super busy. The overall stay was good.

Place is very dirty, sheets do not fit beds, jacuzzi walls are very dirty, hair in shower, chairs in room and in the breakfast area were very soiled. I will never return or recommend.

The room was good. It was clean. There was a pull out bed in the room that should be thrown out. Was even uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep on. Breakfast was good. Pool area was good. It is close to the airport. Took us 5 minutes to get there. Was hard to find. Need a sign by main road to find road into the hotel

Nice hotel, comfy bed. Bathroom could use some updating for the price of the place but otherwise everything was good.

Went there for my niece's birthday party. It was held in the conference room and the kids loved it. They enjoyed the pool and had a sleepover in one of the rooms.

I stayed for four nights in a studio style suite. It had a king bed, and we used the cot as well. We had a couple issues while we stayed there, but they were resolved quickly and professionally. Our toilet clogged once, and one of the burners wasn't working. Housekeeping was pretty good, although they put away the cot once, which was a little annoying. We didn't partake in breakfast, but the coffee available downstairs was fine. The king bed was not amazingly comfortable, but it did the job. The cot was what you would expect from a cot. One morning the fire alarm went off and woke us up at 7 in the morning. Obviously this isn't their fault, but it was a bit of a shocking start to the day.

Nice rooms. Staff was very friendly. Free food on some nights as they have "social night" in lobby for all guests. Had some of the ramen soup with fresh jalepenos. Wicked Good and hot!!

Very comfortable and basically equipped. Good breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage or bacon, and hash, as well as cereal etc. It would be nice to have a pan along with the pots, and a sponge and dish soap along with the dishwasher. Excellent price for the weekend.

Off street quiet location. Great staff and good exercise room. Pool and hot tub.

Furniture in the room was dirty very.. every couch chair .even the dining chairs..i had to put towels and sheets down all over, other than that nice facility.front desk very nice. Pool attendant rude afternoon get together attendant. Crude.

We enjoyed our stay here. Not far from the airport and easy access. It was quiet and the staff members were all very nice and accommodating. The suite was standard. Kitchen area, sofa, chair and desk, television. Bed was comfortable. While housekeeping did come by every day, cleaning was minimal. Not much attention to details. Breakfast each morning and evening social Monday through Thursday was standard and handy as there were no close restaurants. I would stay again, if I were in the area. But, they do need to update soon.

Location is difficult to find sign at the top of the street is minuscule. Social hour the food was good. But the cook was rude to come over and say we were taking too much food. We took a plate back for the kids to eat later. They were not hungry at 630pm. Me and my aunt ate but found it rude to have been asked about how much we had. I've never been approached about that before and I've stayed at this location and many others. Room was clean and pool area didn't have any towels but the over all stay was acceptable.

Airport shuttle does not run on the weekends. And the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I don't think I would stay there again

Rooms are spacious and clean. The fact of a shuttle service helps if you didn't drive to the hotel. I would recommend getting out for dinner. There are many restaurants within range of the shuttle.

When I arrived the desk representative was very nice. She found my HHonors number after checking very sources. She told me how to update my current account information. Then they were having a social with complimentary wine, beer, and fruit. The fruit was delicious. The room was in excellent condition. The breakfast was delicious.

Room was clean and well appointed. All of the staff were helpful and kind. The pull out couch wasn't amazing, but also not the worst I've ever slept on. Close to the high way and a grocery store.

Went to a couple kid pool parties at this hotel. My son and my nieces all had a blast. Hotel staff was very helpful to the parents throwing the parties.

Nice place. I messed up my reservation and they fixed it for me with no trouble. Clean and large room, prices were OK.

The location was reasonably convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Only the bathroom ceiling was a little bit peely otherwise everything was in good shape. Breakfast was nice with different choices each day we were there.

A bit akward place for a hotel. Every morning, you need to be extra caucious when you drive thru the 25mile zone where a cop is waiting to ticket you;) Other than that their service throughtout my stay was satisfactory.

We stayed in a suite. Great room for the price. Wonderful buffet style breakfast included, plenty of choices. Staff was helpful, courteous. Descent pool and hot tub. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Great hotel with plenty of amenities and really friendly staff. WiFi was a little wonky at times but my overall experience was great! The free breakfast buffet and the free dinner buffet Monday-Thursday was surprisingly hearty and delicious...and free!

We stayed there for 3 weeks and had a great experience. The staff is amazing all around- the front desk, the kitchen, house keeping, the drivers- everyone makes you feel at home and welcome. We loved the pool and the meals served at breakfast and dinner, very good. They also have a shuttle that takes you upto 3 miles which also was very helpful. Michael drove us and kids thought he was so funny! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a very good hotel experience for me and for my entire family. We had 10 people and 5 rooms, for varying lengths of time (3-10 days). The rooms themselves are quite comfortable. We had three people in a couple of the rooms, thereby using the sleeper sofas. I can't vouch for the comfort of those, but we put our teenagers on them and they didn't complain (much) so they must have been adequate for that purpose. The regular queen bed in the one bedroom suite I found to be quite comfortable. I usually hate the pillows in hotels, and these were good! The kitchen in the suite was adequate for preparing simple meals--they even include a stovetop and pots and pans.
The thing that stood out was the staff, who were friendly, helpful and warm from top to bottom. The dining area was also quite nice, with fairly decent food for hotel breakfast. They provided fresher fruit and food than most comparable hotel breakfasts. And the bonus was that during the week we were able to take advantage of their "happy hour" from 5:30 to 7:30 (M-Th). This was more than happy hour. It was really a complete meal: Soup, some sort of salad, and some sort of main dish usually. Not fancy, that was really the point--a break from restaurant food. And free! And they include the option of a glass of wine and/or beer. What a deal! And so pleasant to be able to do this in the comfort of your hotel.
I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

BEST hotel I have ever been to in my life. The service is PHENOMENAL and the breakfast and pool are to die for. I am going there tomorrow and can barely sleep because I am so excited. Recommend staying for at least 2 days to be able to have the best experience possible. REALLY REALLY TRULY recommend coming here. You won't regret it at all.
