Not impressed for a Hilton suites. Most interesting bathroom I have ever seen no ventilation and the shower was another fun to figure out without getting soaking wet. Our beds were not made for 2 night's stay had to make it myself. But restaurant was good.

Best bang for your buck here in Rockville. Nothing comes close. The rooms are great and the service is even better. Only issue I have is that they changed their room service menu for the salmon dish. Other than that, absolutely perfect.

Only 3 stars because I used to stay here alot and I really liked it. But they have raised the prices. You see $107 online but then when you call its $160 and with taxes it comes around $200. Not worth it !

Oh and let me also say.. In the morning they give free breakfast but there was a lady watching every time someone would get up to get more food. Makes you feel uncomfortable!!!

This is now one of my favorites. Everything was perfect. Check in was easy great customer service. The room was kind of old but I still liked everything about it. Breakfast was ok. I'm definitely coming back

Check in was quick. A crib was provided quickly on short notice. Rooms for very clean. King-size bed was very comfortable. Linens were readily available in the closet for the sofa bed -- an uncomfortable sofa bed, but it was good for two kids under 40 lbs. The breakfast was more than adequate, although I expected better coffee. The in-room coffee was only slightly better than what was served in the lobby in the morning. The location is convenient nearby shopping and dining, but quiet away from the busy street. Overall it was an outstanding value and I would consider staying again.

We stayed for 2 nights over the 4th and everything was great! Everything was clean and everyone polite. The Iranian gentleman serving as lifeguard the night of the 4th was great. Very sweet overall, then when he overheard us talking about how cold the water was, he offered to warm the area around my infant daughter with buckets of water from the hot tub. It was perfect! I really can't put into words how nice he was to my family and myself! Our only complaints: The carpet seemed very loose in our room, and the first morning, breakfast was weak (but very nice the second morning). We'll be back next we're in the area!

Very nice facility and the staff is very gracious and on the spot. Room was spacious and clean and we needed accomodations for an extra person and they helped with no issue. The area around here is beautiful and not far from DC will look to come back.

Just OK. The staff was nice and checkin was easy. The room was fine but the furniture really shows its age. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Nice bathroom and shower. The free breakfast was often disappointing. Can I get a fresh bagel please?

My room was at the end of the building and the Wifi was completely unusable. Had to use my cell data.

Lovely hotel, with great amenities. Rooms are big and nice. VERY CLEAN !!! Localized in a great mid point to restaurants, bars and highways.

Great spot! Little kitchenette, pull out couch, comfortable bed, large shower with great water pressure and hot water. Easy parking, excellent breakfast. Really a predictable consistent stay at any Homewood suites, but I was nonetheless impressed again this time. Coffee if even great, and wait staff at breakfast were sociable and helpful.

Great location, a shuttle to the metro was provided, rooms were excellent and clean. No complaints.

This hotel is comparable to other Homewood Suites we have stayed at in the past. The front desk was always professional and helpful. We enjoyed the daily breakfasts as they had a nice variety each day. We attended some of the evening socials which were quite busy. Our suite was adequate with a fully functioning kitchen. The separate rooms were quite useful when we each had to take work calls. The only criticism I had that the suite was slightly dated compared to other new Homewood Suites we have stayed at. I utilized the fitness center each day. It had dumbbells up to 50 lbs along with an adjustable cable crossover machine although it too was slightly dated. There are several cardio machines. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Amazing customer service check in was a breeze with the digital key. Room service was great first homestead suite that had a full menu including adult beverages kids menu appetizers desserts and main entree. Definitely staying again.

Once you get past the loud colors in the hallways, the place is very quaint, great service, nice lay out and size of suites, great breakfast and nice pool. I'd stay again.

A rare miss for Hilton. An otherwise well-presented location plagued by technical problems. From a door lock that kept failing to a toilet that ran every ten minutes to a hallway that reeks of someone's room service hours later, it's clear this place is not as well maintained as it appears at first glance. Above average breakfast and weeknightly snacks and drinks help salvage what would otherwise be an unacceptable stay.

Managers reception is great in the weeknight evenings. The staff was fast to fix the door lock, which refused to open for whatever reason. It was fixed. The hot tub is good and the fitness center is super clean.

It's a nice location, with very nice rolls. The pool is nice, and has a lifeguard. I had a great time.

Nice little kitchen to prepare meals, if you're staying for a while and want to save money by not eating out.

The location is close to alot of stores and restaurants. The rooms are really nice but the beds are a bit stiff. The service is amazing. I go back to the stiff beds just for the service lol.

Always had good experience at this place. Good, clean, restful good night sleep. Excellent for extended stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected and evening reception was great. The room was very clean. Hotel was quiet, we did not hear any noise from the hallway or outside the hotel during our stay. Shuttle ran till 6p, would have liked it to run later but the staff was up front about the times before we checked in and made every effort to help us. We are definitely going to return!

We had the opportunity to stay here for our family reunion. We had an amazing time. The staff wss excellent, service wss excellent and the food was too. I would highly recommend staying here.

A great hotel, we stayed in this hotel when we had our family reunion in Rockville, Maryland, we love Homewood Suite Hotel just like being at home.

Nice clean room with a full fridge and small kitchen. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

Pleasant experience but slightly annoying that the rooms had the energy saving feature that require you to insert a room key to turn on the lights.

I loved my stay here. We took the metro every day to get to DC and it was great coming back to the suite.

Does not have an Executive Club Lounge but offers evening beers and wine - upon requests, and light snacks which were - meh. The rooms are reasonably clean but there isn't much attention to details. The staff are okay but not exactly overwhelmingly​ friendly as previously experienced at other Hilton properties.

The hotel itself is nice. They staff has been great, very helpful. The room is nice, very clean. We got the one bedroom king suite which is quite roomy. There were 5 guests in the one suite which was a little tight but suited our needs well. The kitchen is nicely equipped and great for making lunches prior to a day out. The breakfast is better than the standard continental fare. The quality of the food is good. They also offer a light dinner Mon- Thurs which we didn't eat but was available. The hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle to the metro station which was about a 25 min ride to Central DC. The hotel is about 10 mins from the train station. The area close to the hotel has a wide variety of restaurants and shopping for all needs. We had a small problem with the TV but they sent a tech right away and the problem was fixed in about 30 seconds. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The rooms are nice and homely. The workers are friendly and the complimentary food is delicious. This hotel is great!

I enjoyed my stay here the reception staff was on point and very helpful this hotel is very clean and has everything you need including shuttle services​, shopping services , and a nice pool with hot tub I'll stay here again during my next visit to DC

The hotel was nice. Better emenities than some of the other Homewood Suites I've visited. However, the room smelled like feet, and the spare blanket smelled moldy.

Suite was perfect and clean. Free WiFi. Dishes in room with dishwasher and full size fridge. Like the fact that I could cook in this room. Nice location, 30 min from D.C. Metro train is close by.

Our suite was three rooms. What I loved about the suite is that it only had one entry point, located in the center living area. This made me feel more secure with my children sleeping in the double room. It was spacious, clean, and the staff was so friendly! The free breakfast was very good. There was something for everyone. We used the free shuttle service to get to the Metro and the staff was most accommodating. The only note I'd like to make is that "full kitchen" doesn't include a stove. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Breakfast is free, and pretty good. Small, but there is something for everyone. Had some issues with the pet policy. Priceline advertises this hotel as pet friendly, but it is not. But the staff was friendly about the problem and tried to help resolve it as best as possible.

Each suite room is about the size of an apartment in this area. A small kitchen, living room, bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom. Everything is clean and well kept.

Stayed here in mid July and it was a nice place. Great staff at the front desk and nice hotel lobby. This part of town is really nice and seemed safe to me when I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in the past. The room was laid out nicely and perfect for our family. Full size fridge, stove top, microwave, and dishwasher in the kitchen area. Living room with tv and sofa. Bedroom was nice with a tv for viewing and a king size bed with bathroom. I liked this place and was really impressed.

Quiet location, and the main lounge area feels like a lodge. Beautiful property overall. Spacious suites with full kitchen amenities including dishes, a full refrigerator, microwave oven, range, and dishwasher. Full hot breakfast daily and light dinner M-R. My wife and I loved it

The hotel was adequate though I think you can probably find a better place for the same price. I wouldn't avoid it in a pinch.
The location is nice - not facing a highway like many hotels.
The room was clean and a nice size.
The hotel needed to be evacuated due to a fire alarm (smoke from a party) and the staff handled it well. Even sent a note to every room apologizing for the inconvenience.
The furniture everywhere is sorely in need of replacement. The kitchen table in the room was peeling. The ottoman was faded. The chairs in the lobby were threadbare on the arms. Luckily the bed was fine.
Someone should clean the curio cabinet that has their awards in it. Totally dusty!! And yet they put the light on in it to show it off.
Breakfast quality was good. However, they lack efficiently to make it enjoyable. One person running her butt off trying to keep up. First no sausage. That arrives. But now no forks. She takes the entire tray of bagels to the back to fill it up and comes back with forks but no bagels. Now no plates ... you get the idea. Was hard to get everything you need at the same time so breakfast either took a long time or some folks gave up and just grabbed cereal and milk.

This hotel and it's staff are great. We have stayed multiple times because of its location and one of our doctors. Everytime has been nice. The free breakfast is great and more importantly the staff has been incredibly nice and helpful.

Great large room.

I used the Sugarleaf conference room for a meeting. It was cozy, got kind of warm, but I was able to open up the door to the lounge which made for a nice breeze. The staff also smiled a lot.

I was very impressed with the facilities and hotel staff. They were very accomodating with the shuttle and never complained when a schedule had to be changed. They went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again!
