The rooms are dated with older style furniture but the staff is extremely nice and the rooms are very clean. It is nice that there is a small kitchenette. It is a decent sized room. I have stayed here a number of times.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We always stay at Hilton hotels. The facility was exceptionally clean which I was so happy about! The staff were so friendly and professional. Most of the hotel was closed due to construction and they don't have a bar/restaurant, that's my only complaint. However, they did a great job of separating the construction zone and making it safe for my family (2 small children).

Though the facility was being renovated, I enjoyed my stay. Near airport and surrounded by restaurants. Spacious room and living room. Good breakfast options. Would stay again!

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent proximity to the airport and gas to refuel my rental car. Also a variety of food choices. But the food at the evening reception was enough so I didn't go out for dinner. Struggled with the wifi connection.

The lady in the kitchen was so nice. I told her the night before we had to catch a 4:40 shuttle to the airport. So she told me to come by the kitchen at 4:30 and she would have a breakfast packed for. WOW! She had fresh fruit, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly, bananas! So nice!!! 🍽️

Nice hotel with the right amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. It's not the Ritz but satisfies the needs of a family traveling or business guest. Free breakfast and manager's evening reception is well worth it.

Great crew working the desk to back of the house. They passed the 3:00 am test for hospitality and did fantastic. Pool is cold in June? Who knew?

I stayed on the third floor near one of the stairwells. The room was quiet and clean, but very far from the elevator and the main lobby. My room clock was also off 1 hour and it was more than a month since the Spring time change. I had to call the front desk twice before someone responded to my request. But the maintenance staff who eventually showed up were very nice, friendly and fast if a problem. I always enjoy the happy hour, but the breakfast seems to need a few more healthy options. I generally enjoy staying at Homewood Suites. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This hotel seems very nice especially people who works at the front desk was very friendly because i was a visitor. They still treat me well like others. That makes me want to use this hotel in the near future. Everything is neat at this hotel.

Always love Hilton brand hotels... With each one you know exactly what you are going to get. The rooms are big, there's a basketball hoop outside, a nice swimming pool and great staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Really comfortable. After a long day at work it was great to have a hot meal hot shower and comfortable room to unwind.

I found the staff particularly helpful. I had a complicated question for the front desk, and they were able to answer it accurately and get the situation dealt with in the best possible manner. The choice of that hotel worked very well for the business goals we were trying to achieve.

Staff was super. Good location if you need to be in the Natomas area. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. The kitchen and appliances were nice.
The room I had was a bit dated, a had a little traffic noise from the street even though I wasn't facing the highway. The furnishings in the room were a bit tired and dated. They definitely didn't spend much on the bed - Bed comfort was marginal at best. Overall a decent, no frills option

Rooms were clean and staff was efficient. Offers a wine, beer and light dinner Monday through Thursday. Beware they do have smoking rooms.

A wonderful place ! 2nd best to being at home. Gently decorated suites, equipped with all you'll need for a stay away from home. Surrounding grounds,private, pleasant and very clean. I have severe neuropathy in my lower extremities and was concerned about being able to do my water exercises and stretches...at home i have a therapeutic jacuzzi ...im so thankful there was a jacuzzi here as well, i never got home sick. Full breakfast every morning will meet the highest expectations ...check out the evening social, it too will wow you with offerings of a variety snacks from soups,salads,nachos,chicken tenders and more ! I give 4 stars !😍

We got the suite with two queens and a king because children. It was great, couldn't hear a thing from one room to the next. Buffet was okay, but staff was great as always (this was our second stay here).

I'm a Homewood guy, and this is not the best. Not sure if you can call it "fitness center". Not very good breakfast, and rooms feel outdated.

We had a great stay, the hotel was quiet and very clean. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect rating was because some of the rooms smelt like smoke when you walked by in the hallways and the hideaway bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.

Good location and easy access from the airport. Love having the dinner options throughout the week. The gym could definitely use an improvement/add on. Great service though!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, facilities were will kept with the exception of the ice machine on the 1st floor which was in repair. Room was well made with no shortcuts apparent in the cleanup process. Thanks for a good nights sleep.

I have stayed here many times for business and with my family of 6. The family loves this place. Great room quality. Well taken care of outdoor pool. Breakfast is always great for the kids.

The air conditioner was off upon checking in very late. It took over 3 hours to cool to a reasonable temperature. I was not happy

It's a hotel with all the basics. When I went there (August 17), there was ongoing construction on a wing of the hotel. There are lots of parking options and it's probably better to find the parking nearest to the room because you could be a long ways from the main entrance (lots of exits around the facility). The breakfast and dinner could be better in my opinion but it wasn't horrible. The staff was diligent and ensured he checked that the room for my last minute booking was ready. Upon discovery that it wasn't, he gave me a better room as an alternative.

It is a very. Nice place. Clean. Plush mattress. Large room. Free booze!! Free meals. Neutrogena toiletries. Polite professional staff. The breakfast was good. Free eggs, sausage, waffles, o.j., yogurt. Nice dinner. All meals are self serve buffet, self bussing, no tipping. All the food is "free": included in the cost of the room. Nice benefit. The kitchen workers are polite. I enjoyed looking at the flower arrangements in the dining room lounge & other public areas.

Can't go wrong with complimentary food and drinks. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants close by in north Natomas. Very near the airport. About a 10 minute drive from downtown Sacramento

The room was very comfortable and was very well designed. The only problem was with the Wi-Fi. It worked for like an one day but on the second day of my stay, it wouldn't work. The staff did not try to help and resolve the issue. Their service was lacking. Thank you.

There are some hard working people here. Very tidy and professional. Since we are away from home so much it is nice to stay somewhere that makes you feel so comfortable.

I think they are in the middle of remodeling. The first room we stayed in had really dirty carpet and the air conditioner broke. They were working on it for the majority of the day and then eventually moved us to a bigger and nicer room. This room I think has recently been upgraded and it's really nice.

The accommodations are top notch. I wish they weren't so expensive.

The room was clean and very spacious and comfortable. The desk staff were very professional and pleasant. The breakfast was good too. There's a decent variety of restaurants within walking or short driving distance.

Everything is good for the most part. The continental breakfast could be a little bit better. And there's only 37 tv channels. Otherwise I would give it a 5 star rating.

This is in close proximity to the airport and Sleep Train Arena. It's about 8 miles north of downtown Sacramento.

The rooms were clean and very nice. We got a 2 bedroom 2 bath for less than you would pay for two adjacent rooms. The water pressure was outstanding and got very hot. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great.

Breakfast was about what you would expect. Buffet style with hot food, waffles, juice bar, etc. And is complimentary.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take advantage of the pool or the fitness center, but they are available.

I've stayed at homewood 4 times this year for work and it's a great facility. The rooms are well kept and well appointed. Staff have always been helpful and accommodating. If you're staying in the area, this faculty is great.

I picked this hotel mainly because it had a shuttle to the airport and the price was right. The room was very well furnished with 2 TVs. A full sized fridge, a microwave and a stove.

We loved this hotel. Nice kitchen, good separation between the 'living' area and the bedroom in our suite. There was a bball court with balls to check out, a pool and hot tub, and a very nice hot breakfast in the morning.

The room suite was clean, quiet, roomy enough for a large family. The breakfast area was clean with lots of food items to choose from.

Friendly desk. Good room setup with kitchen. Nice location. Always take care of issues when requested. Decent free breakfast with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Hilton honors gives slightly better room rate. Did see some auto-window break-in once. Like to see better access since unable to retrieve lost and found item just after checking out. Also Hilton honors system was down, however they gave me a nice room. .
