This is the dirtiest hotel ! The room was filthy! Stains on the walls. A refrigerator that had so much sticky build up inside. Bedding that had not been washed because it smelled very strong of B.O. and cheep perfume. The shower was also unclean and had greasy marks everywhere. The washer machines were so filthy I couldn't bring myself to put my clothes in . Hand prints all inside the elevator that had also not been cleaned. Getting clean towels and toiletries was nearly impossible. The front desk staff was less than helpful. Please with everything going on right now elevate your standards

Great place to stay! My suite was very clean and spacious. They also have free breakfast till 9 am and they have social events with free items in the lobby on selected weekdays. The employees were very professional. The hotel is near the i95 and several near by restaurants. Will highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay and all of our needs were met. The location is convenient and not crowded. Very detailed and clean. I really like having my key card in my app and I am not rambling in my bag for key cards but my family gets a key card so they are not tied to me.

This is a very nice property with nice amenities. This hotel accepts dogs and has a very nice breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very nice. The food was good. The fire alarm went off at 430 in the morning today. Don't know what that was about. Everyone had been friendly

This is my 3rd stay here and it is still perfect!!! Very clean, friendly staff, nice rooms!!! Will stay here again and again.

It is a cosy stay. In the beginning, i had to switch rooms twice. The first time, there was an electrical issue in the room. The second switch, there was an issue with bugs in the dishwasher and the kitchen sink was clogged. The third room, the AC did not work. The AC was swapped out and the room was okay. The hotel took 2 nights off our bill. Other than this, breakfast was good and evening social was good.

Clean, spacious room! Staff professional and so kind. Delicious dinner and breakfast! I felt like I experienced a piece of heaven. Thanks!

Well-appointed hotel with Suites. Slightly weird access to location but quiet. Nice amenities although they should give consideration for travelers from the West time zones when they are serving free breakfast up to 9 AM only. Could use a Whirlpool or hot tub beside the swimming pool for warming up during evening swims. Slightly run-down Cabinetry and walls needing maintenance. Overall a positive experience.

Not a horrible place to stay but nothing ritzy, with a small pool and okay location close to the highway. The bathroom cleanliness was subpar with hair on the floor at checkin and mold in the corners. Staff were polite but not friendly. Breakfast buffet was okay.

Nice hotel but room service should pay more attention to details such as everything in the room being of center.

Dingy rooms. When I arrived I had someone else's trash in my room. The sink was partially clogged, and the host required that I check out at 10 am instead of 12 and I still had to pay full price. Would not recommend.

It's great hotel in great condition. Great front desk staff and house keeping does an excellent job making sure the rooms are spotless and public spaces are tidy. They have daily breakfast and dinner apps and drinks Monday through Thursday.

Good value with full free breakfast and free wine/ beer mini dinner Mon- Thurs. Rooms spacious, comfortable needing, friendly staff.

I wish I could rate this 5 but no. The first room I had was a suite infested with bugs in the bathroom and in the room. The second suite, housekeeping service obviously felt lazy and didn't clean up the hair in the bathroom from previous guests, didn't bother to clean the tub or silverware in the kitchen either. The only reason why this place is getting 3 stars is because of their daily complimentary happy hour (which I definitely needed) and other complimentary food specials that weren't as bad.

I was staying here because me and my family was displaced by Hurricane Irma. We are still without power. Our stay was Amazing. Tennille McLeod was Awesome went it came down to making sure that me and my family was well taking care of and I can't thank her enough for a job so well done.

The staff was friendly and the customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean, large and accommodating. Thank you for true comfort.

Nice hotel, close to rapids water park, family oriented, good breakfast, attentive and prompt attention by hotel staff, the pool is ok but after a day at rapids we rested in the room, comfortable beds and sofas.

Very nice. Just off of I-95, but I never noticed traffic noise. In a quiet little area with some other hotels, offices, and a college. Very convenient to the Ball Park of the Palm Beaches. Walkable, but I didn't like crossing the streets in traffic. Convenient to WalMart and Costco if you forgot something. Full kitchen - stove, fridge, dishwasher. Separate baedroom and living room. wifi, tv, etc. Breakfast every morning, changing menu. Dinner some nights, with beer and wine. There are a couple of outdoor gas grills you can use. Pool is nice. Lots of parking - go for the shady spots. Being on I-95 is convenient.

Convenient location in a good neighborhood, excellent customer service, very clean, modern, and quiet. Would definitely come back here.

Good and spacious option in West Palm and is just 12 min drive from the Airport. You get basic breakfast options, but they don't have any dinner options. Prompt and courteous service

Alfred at the front desk was awesome. Very accommodating and a great place to relax and unwind between catching games at the new baseball stadium.
One negative was the breakfast. The eggs aren't fresh, and the were room temperature even though they had just come from the back.

Great hotel, breakfast every day. An evening social nightly, which includes enough food to pretty much be dinner.
It has a nice heated pool as well.

Everything you want from an extended stay. Appropriately stocked kitchenette, pool, plenty of parking, breakfast 7 days a week and dinner Monday - Thursday. There isn't much to check out in the way of attractions nearby, but is a great place to sleep.
Their pillows are not for me though. They are down feather and provide no neck support. I've learned to bring my own firm pillow whenever i'm staying at a Hilton chain.

Very friendly staff and very nice establishment. Breakfast was so good, beds were so comfortable and I will stay at Homewood again.

Location is about 10/15 minutes away from where the action is. Room looks great, but could have been cleaned a bit better. Ice machine is broken in our room, but there's a machine close to the room so it's no big deal. Staff is amazing, overall a great experience!

Hospitality was awesome & sincere. Alfred at front counter. Meschac fixed our fan. Lady in breakfast area was so sweet!

It's a great set-up when staying for an extended period.

They were very accomodating for the wedding party that I was in! Even mailed me the debit card I dropped outside when I thought I had lost it!
