Beautiful room. Living room bedroom and full kitchen. Breakfast buffet was good too. Nice pool and adequate gym with treadmills
and elliptical machines and one exercise weight machine.

I've been coming to this hotel everytime my family comes to Delaware for vacation, and it's always been quite the pleasant stay! Modern features, complimentary breakfast, and all the perks of your standard hotel.

We were guests of hotel guests. Sleeping on the sofa bed was a decent experience. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the location offers numerous dining choices within walking distance.

A place for homely stay. Feels like a 1 bedroom apartment. There is mini kitchen attached, there is a hall (not typically hall but a feel like) and a bedroom. Decent breakfast. All in all a good place to stay..

Very nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was top notch made in a real kitchen not a broom closet reheated like most places. Lots of food to chose from too. Rooms where very spacious with contemporary decor. Lots of restaurants in the area and things to do.

I am spoiled by the comfort I find at homewood suites that I refuse to stay at any other hotel unless there is no homewood suites in the area but I haven't come across that situation as of yet.

The suites were substantial and comfortable. The staff were gracious and accomodating. It seemed like some renovations were going on which reduced the ambience. The complentary dinner on weekdays was unexpected and we enjoyed the surprise. Breakfast was acceptable.

Pleasant and friendly. The construction that was going on was a bit annoying though. The free dinner option is a nice bonus.

My room has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living room. There is a full sized refrigerator and two television, and this is the cheapest room here that I could find. Free breakfast, free light snack or dinner in afternoon. Clean. I'd recommend it.

My experience was 5 Stars because the hotel suites were clean and comfortable. Full breakfast was available. Pool was warm and clean. Full kitchen. Comfortable bed.

Staff very friendly. Beautiful spacious accommodation updated and very clean. Snacks were reasonably priced. The late night coffee in the lobby was even hot. Enjoyed our weekend stay.

We were spending the weekend at the Homewood and it was awesome! The complimentary breakfast was not lacking in any aspect so everyone could get what they wanted. The beds are so plush and it was a great suite.

The hotel is expertly maintained and very well run. The pool is beautiful. There are plenty of gathering places indoors and out. The breakfast is delicious and includes some unexpected extras. The suite is extremely comfortable!

The suites are very nice; however, there is construction going on in the back and they start working early, making sleeping in, impossible. The on site food service is mediocre. Coffee is good and plentiful.

Rooms and facility very clean and well maintained. Great breakfast and evening meals if you want to leverage those. The only downside is I feel the price is on the high side and may not be of value for a business traveler.

The rooms were clean and well-kept. The lobby area was inviting. The breakfast (with fresh waffles!) was extensive.
I would recommend this hotel without reservation.

Been there twice for a month. Bit far from all offices, but free cabs work well. Very quite and awesome free breakfast. They also provide free eary dinners on weekdays. Staff is good. Place is close to bug concord mall.

I cannot begin to tell you how satisfied I am with the service and just everything. Definitely more than I bargained for or expected. My favorite thing would have to be the amazing, full breakfast buffet 7am-10am. Rooms and the hotel were spotlessly clean and fresh. Lobby offered fruit infused water and hot coffee and tea around the clock. Neutrogena products offered in the rooms and they were great. Clean towels and clean sheets. If staying long term, the suite offers a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator with an ice maker. Cookware is included and utensils as well. Even a toaster. Great pool and gym. Even has a small convenience store. During my stay it was generally an older crowd, now very many young people which kept the place very quiet. My family and I were in town for a family wedding for a couple days from Oklahoma and we were throughly satisfied with the experience. Very convenient if travelling with you younger children. The hotel is also next to a mall and a few restaurants such as Fridays, Applebee's, Olive Garden and Lone Star Steakhouse. So totally worth the money we paid. If I could give it more stars, today would.

Modern, clean, huge rooms, well appointed, friendly staff, breakfast included and better than other business hotels offering included breakfast.

Nice room. The suite had a king sized bed, small kitxhenette, and sitting room. Comfortable pillows and blackout blinds ensured a good night's sleep.

This hotel is remarkable. A Homewood Suites, you're asking yourself? Yep. It is impeccably clean, and the rooms are well-appointed, spotless and easy to relax in. The staff is helpful, and though I didn't partake, the complimentary breakfast operation is robust & busy. I would absolutely stay here again if I were in the area.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Having a small but reasonably-equipped kitchen is great. It would be good for a longer-term stay to save some money on meals out.
