Jenny was very nice and helpful since the first day I got there. Breakfast is pretty good there. The maid was nice, I would come back here if I'm in the area in the future.

Went to the front desk and the receptionist was very kind and helped me set up my digital key for my room. Gave me some nice cold water and sent me on my way. The room itself was very clean and very well cooled. I had a very comfortable time there and would come again

Great room, great service, and the breakfast was super. Our room easily accommodated the seven in our party. There was the correct number of towels, etc in the room without us having to ask for more.

Homewood Suites in Kingwood was very nice. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great continental breakfast.

Nice place , clean rooms , respectful staff. We have family from Boston here for a week they are staying there and love it.

Kind bed is too soft and the sofa bed is not comfortable at all. The air conditioner is very noisy everytime it comes on. Breakfast is good with scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausages, fruits, cereals, bread, and Belgian waffles.

Excellent location within a walk distance to a hospital in case of an emergency. The rooms are well maintained and the personal is friendly. The continental breakfast offers a large array of fresh food.

I stayed here for 4 nights as I had a conference near by. The hospitality was awesome, rooms were very clean , neat and good. Food was so tasty. They also provide shuttle services. So in while I recommend to stay here.

Clean but outdated. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Nice breakfast buffet, not fancy but fresh.

Great place to stay,has breakfast every morning an dinners Mon - Thursday only complaint I have had was the maid service. When we checked in we found a full trash can under the kitchen sink an the maid broke one of my wife's make-up bottles cleaned it up but left the rag sitting in the countertop other then that great customer service. Had a great week here!!!

Checked in, and saw that the TV wasn't working. Called the front desk, and was told maintenance forgot to set it up. It's really afternoon, and they weren't available at that time for some reason. Was told they would be by tomorrow. I generally work early morning to midnight, so when it wasn't touched at all when I came in that night, nothing could be done. Four days later, and I'm checking out to continue on to another state. TV still never touched, nor any attempt to contact me.

Foid extremely bland at this location as well. Other Homewood Suites I've stayed at have been very good. So very surprised at this location. Only thing good was the friendliness of desk people, but with lack of correcting my issue, this won't be the hotel I come to again on my return business trips, nor recommended for my colleagues.

Really impressed with the facilities. Staff were great as well. Would easily choose to stay here again.

I stayed for a week and their service was impressive. I used their shuttle quite a bit. The drivers are very helpful and friendly. They were spot on with all their restaurant suggestions. I would definitely stay there again. Also they have complimentary breakfast and dinner.

Room was great, nice and clean. But breakfast was poor, no hot food & it was stale, no plates, tables weren't clean, no napkins.
Overall stay was great, staff was friendly. Would still recommend to anyone, but would ask the hotel to please improve the breakfast services.

Stayed here for a week.. had a family reunion here.. everything worked out well for us being a big group.. free breakfast & free snacks (what they call dinner) in the afternoon.. Wine, beer and other drinks are offered at dinner for free! I had my two pups with me-Pet Friendly & there was a lot of space for them to roam around.. the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and humble is a 5min drive for more options!

Large rooms with separate front room from bedroom. Each with a TV. Clean. Friendly staff. Convenient location to family and shopping. 30 minutes from DT Houston. Airport shuttle starts at 6am. Quiet area off freeway. FREE full breakfast with Texas shaped waffles. Monday-Thursday appetizers and beer in lobby.

Great service, friendly staff. As with any hotel always make sure you have all of your belongings. I had to check out sooner than expected because I got sick. I laft my breast cancer bracelets, watch and rings behind. It took no time for them to be gone.

I don't blame them, just wish I had had some one with me to check the room when I left. The breast cancer bracelets were priceless and a person with no heart took them whether they knew what they were or not. There was no time for another guest to even check in.

The service was stellar, the cleanliness was surprising, and the free draft local beer was very much appreciated.

I had a minor issue with my room that the staff corrected quickly and without hassle.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

Note however, if you are in town without a rental car there are no sidewalks in the area and the traffic is not light.

I stay at Hilton properties all over and this has been one of my best experiences. It started with Brandon on the front desk who greeted me when I arrived on Sunday 1/15/2017. He assured me he would take care of Diamond internet usage as well as my wake up calls for the 12 day stay. I called down about my bill on 1/21/2017 and after not seeing him again for the week, he had already taken care of my Diamond rewards, and rechecked my wake up calls. Brandon made an effort to give excellent customer service and it is appreciated. The room is nice and clean and hotel staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and courtesy.

The rooms were beautiful. The establishment was clean and comfortable and decorated tastefully. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

It has been a wonderful experience up until 2 nights ago. We have neighbors that like to smoke cigarettes in a non smoking hotel. When we told the front lobby supervisor I guess they brushed it off because they never responded to my complaint. When you chose a extended stay hotel you want comfort not 2nd hand cancer from someone that hates their life...Homewood suites please find these people and fine them...thinking of changing hotels.

Outside door's key card access close to our room did not work. Pet fee steep at $75 a night. I love that the sink is separate from the toilet and shower. However, it could use some cosmetic maintenance (peeling paint). Bed was comfy, but needed a thicker comforter. Overall, ok place to stay.

The location is slightly difficult to find since it is between a small forest and an unfinished hospital. However, there was a beautiful view of a lake in front of the Hilton and the entrance to the Hilton was just as gorgeous. I went to an anniversary party and the room was decently sized for a group of 50.

The rooms and hotel were nice and the price was great. There was free brwakfast, but there was not restaurant or bat on site. There was a small store that had snacks and drinks available. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at peak hours. Overall, a great value.

My family and I have stayed here several times while visiting family. The rooms are very clean and the staff is exceptional!

Very nice facility, and the staff was very accommodating of our wedding party! Rooms are huge, well equipped and very clean. Highly recommended.

I've been here one week of a 3 week stay and I am very pleased. I am staying in a king suite, its clean and comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a full size refrigerator in the room with ice maker. Dishwashing machine, microwave and 2 burner electric range. There are basic utensils and cookware enough for 4 people. The room's windows can be opened, weather permitting, which I really like. With the windows open you will hear the traffic from Hwy 59 but otherwise the hotel is very quiet. In very short driving distance from the hotel are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, dry cleaners and a movie theater. The hotel has a laundry room, 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, $1.25 per use. You have to supply your own laundry soap.
The food at breakfast (everyday) and dinner (Mon. - Thu.) is okay, but free and dinner includes beer and wine. If they run out of something, a mention to the staff and more will be quickly supplied.
My only complaints are minor - the room's coffee maker is a Keurig single serve which I despise, but the coffee in the hotel lobby is good. The WiFi can be slow and you have to relog in everyday.

I've stayed at this hotel several times with my spouse. We have stayed at several Hilton Homewood Suite hotels around the state. This is one, if not the best, homewood suites in Texas. It's not perfect, no hotel really is. However, the staff is extremely polite and really tries their best to provide world-class customer service. From check-in to check-out, they were very nice, even the maids.

The breakfast buffet is the same as other homewood suites but again, they do try to go the extra mile and provide good service. This hotel is perfect for business travellers or just a night away from it all. It is a very quiet and somewhat secluded property.

My step grand daughter had a pool birthday party here and they loved it. The pool is just big enough and they have an outdoor jacuzzi as well. Kept clean so far as we could tell.

They do have an airport shuttle. I reccomend you give yourself at least 20 minutes extra for the shuttle trip to Intercontinental Airport.
This is consistently a good hotel.
They have gone up on their rates recently but it's still worth the price.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the furniture in the room had a lot of wear and tear. It looked old and filled with stains. I didn't want to sit on it. The parking lot was lit, but when he walked out the next morning we noticed that a Cadillac was on cinder blocks. All the tires had been stolen. I felt bad for those people. I just wish that hotels would have security cameras in the parking lot. We have decided not to stay there again being that the hotel location is kind of hidden from view. This might be making easier for thieves to steal.

This place is the best. The staff here are great and the food they offer here is a hands up. Must come and see for yourself.
