My wife and I stayed two weeks at this hotel and despite having to deal with the Covid virus the staff was always cheerful and extremely helpful. They did a great job making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasurable. Special shoutout to Allison Martin for her kindness and thoughtfulness. Also to Hanna (don't know her last name) for helping out a lot.

Nice room, but very thin walls and windows. Lots of noise from neighbors and the parking lot. Get a room on the third or fourth floor if you can, stay away from the ground floor. In general you can hear every door close and every toilet flush in the general vicinity.

The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure our family had a wonderful experience! They arranged to have our groceries delivered at no charge, delivered any necessities to our room immediately, and were completely responsive. We will be back!

Location to airport is convenient, chain restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and we'll appointed.

Everything about the hotel was great except for our upstairs neighbor stomping around very early in the morning. Everything else, from the free breakfast everyday to the free dinner 4 days a week, was great.

Great coffee, free breakfast and free shuttle around the area. Nice rooms would stay again.

I recently stayed here with family for one night before we left to go on our cruise. Shuttle picked us (six people) from the airport and transported us to the Hotel. We arrived early (9 am), but was able to check in. The hotel is right by the airport. Enjoyed the free breakfast after we checked in. We had two King size bedrooms. Both rooms were very clean and spacious. It was nice to have a full-size fridge, kitchen area, and a sofa bed. Fantastic size bathroom and great shower! The shuttle will take you around the area within two miles. We were able to get dropped off for food and some shopping by the hotel. Once we were finish we just gave the front desk a call and they sent them to pick us back up. Check out was fast and easy too! My mother left some clothes in the closet of one of the rooms. We called them to let them know and one of the housekeeping workers already put it aside in a bag until we returned and was able to pick it up. Great staff and service! I would return to Homewood Suites for my next visit to Orlando.

This Hyatt is a middle of the road type of hotel. Nothing very fancy. It looks quite dated and heavily used. One perk of it is that its about a mile or so from the airport with a shuttle that runs 24 hours a day on the half hour. However, you MUST schedule your pickup with the front desk ahead of time.

One major let down of this "airport hotel" is that their breakfast doesnt start until 7 am. This is absurd? If you are an airport hotel, many of your guests will be leaving the hotel many hours prior to 7. They could learn from some of the better airport hotels and start breakfast at 4:30. This will cover the bulk of your early morning flyers.

Another let down in the food department is the small grocery area in the lobby for buying something to eat. It is entirely stocked with junk food. Nothing nutritious here at all. Its candy bars and chips. In this day and age, I'd like to think people expect better.

I'll avoid this hotel in the future to look for a more updated layout and better food offerings/hours.

Clean, spacious rooms. Slightly above average breakfast and dinner served free of charge. Most importantly, fee beer during dinner. Also, very helpful staff!

Came back tired from a 7 day cruise wanted to lay down for a knap, pulled back the blanket to blood on the sheet. They came and changed it quickly. Woke up this morning after a good sleep in the very comfy bed, went to the bathroom came back to an earwig crawling across the bed away from my 10 year old.. At least it was there and not in my daughter or my ear 😡😱

Clean and spacious accommodations. Delicious food. Tamara,Tiffany, Echo, Tyler,Brian,Dillon,Robert,CJ,*All Kitchen,maintenance, and Housekeeping staff* are very polite and accommodating to guests. A Pet friendly, home away from home!❤❤❤

When we opened our Hotel room at first , we felt like we are home. Our room was welcoming, and cozy. Everything we need to have in a house, we have it here. ( We are talking about basic things.) The breakfast was very good, and especially our waiter Darryl was very professional, kind, helpful and friendly. We are sure we are coming back...in the future with our twins :)

Checked in about 1 am...with a late check-out.
But by 10 AM housekeeping had knocked on my door 2x and ENTERED ONCE WHILE I WAS IN BED WITH A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN on the door.
Most Hilton property's are great, but this property is very cheaply built, basically residential construction, and I could hear the negibors dogs barking for 30 straight minutes when they when for breakfast....
Definitely less than a good visit.
Unfortunately the front desk offered ZERO help when I checked out, and said that housekeeping was simply in the wrong, but they were sold out for the next day, so they were rushing.

Great place! Stay here several times and each time, we've had a great experience! Hot breakfast with daily choices, convenient location to many reataurants and shopping. Less than ten minutes from Orlando International Airport and Hilton offers free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The room was very clean and roomy. I liked that they had Mickey waffles but the rest of the breakfast was just ok. But at least there was a breakfast.

Daisy at the front desk went above and beyond. With a friendly smile she greeted us as we arrive w/ 2 young kids at midnight. We knew we were in good hands. The next night, she folded up our laundry that I had left in the dryer. I haven't had that kind of service in even the fancy 5 star hotels. Facilities can always be upgraded and changed, but it's the staff that always makes the difference. Homewood suites hit a homerun with Daisy!

The guest services desk was really nice and accommodating. We were celebrating a bachelorette party. The room was very nice and the bed super comfy after a long night :)

Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was nice, but a few things. The walls are very thin. We were on the first floor close to the elevator and it wasn’t everyone you could hear, mainly children. They were running up and down the halls until midnight or so and that kept us up. The laundry was right across the hall from us and we always hear the door closing, but it always sounded like slamming. Our neighbors above us were simply walking around their room at 3-4am and it sounded like a heard of cattle and again, woke us up. I felt like we had to whisper to even have a conversation in our room because I could clearly hear others conversing outside as they passed by.

I really did enjoy the options at breakfast and think in the eight nights we stayed, there was only one repeat if that! I enjoyed the cucumber and orange waters they had out for guests, along with the tea and coffee options. Every night there is dinner and we didn’t go to those, but the options on the menu in the room looked good!

In the room I also like that the TV can rotate to face the bed, couch, or kitchen table. The full kitchen was nice to have, as well. If you left any dishes in the sink, housekeeping would put them in the dishwasher and run it for you, too. One small complaint is the garbage bins. There is a medium size one in your bathroom area, and two small ones in the kitchen. We ended up having to take things out of the room with us to thrown them away in the larger bin by the elevators.

Nice hotel near the Orlando airport. Rooms are big and have all the amenities you need. Highly recommended.

Very nice room with plenty of space and a kitchen. Not a bad breakfast served there either. Just what we were looking for. I was surprised at how nice it was. I would definitely stay there again.

Very very comfortable, easy access to the airport with a shuttle running every 30 minutes. Staff accomodating and friendly, lots of eateries around to satisfy the hungriest traveller.

It was my first stay at a Hokewood Suites. My wife uses them for travel with work whenever she can. They had a dining social that night, which was nachos. They provide a good variety of toppings to go alongside their food. The room was very nice and spacious. Definitely will recommend and will stay at their hotels again.

Charles that sets up the dinner is great. Extremely friendly and goes out of his way to make SURE every guest feels welcome and taken care of the rest of the staff is wonderful also. Rooms and clean and taken care of. Great fire pit and pool!

Just worried that all residents and Restaurants that's different but Homewood Suites didn't mention that maybe we shouldn't drink the tap water? And what are the bars holding up the mattress between the bed frame is sticking way out which is a tripping Hazard or possibly cut your leg, could have been quite clean cleaner and was disappointed in the Hilton brand here, however the bed was comfortable and I slept very good after being up for 32 hours fleeing from Hurricane Irma

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Homewood. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was great. This place is also very accommodating for pets.

Tiffany at the front desk was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Her kindness set the tone of our stay! This is a beautiful property, well maintained and excellent staff. We love the three room suites! We keep coming back!

The suite I stayed in was great, it had 3 rooms and 4 beds. Also had 2 bathrooms so here was almost no wait time. It came with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven. It was the room for people with disabilities though so I don't know why I was able to stay in it or what the normal rooms look like.

Spacious room. Great hospitality. Arrangements for shuttles from airport and to Port Canaveral handled with expediency and stress-free planning.

Would not consider staying anywhere else for the money. Great value with plenty of amenities. Customer service has been great during my 5 week stay.

Great stay with usual Hilton treatment. Complimentary Happy Hour and dinner is a nice touch. Only thing that kept me from rating 5-stars was the dishes still being run in the dishwasher when we checked into the room. Otherwise great stay and place.

Very friendly,and clean. Seems to be a good place. Price is reasonable. Love they have a shuttle. Very nice for people that got shafted by frontier. Would def stay here again

Nice and spacious. Dinner reception was great and breakfast was just right for my little ones. Staff was helpful and pack n plays were always there on my arrival.

Love the place, this is not a resort! But, nice decoration, rooms and facilities. Good breakfast and places for chatting in the evening. I would recommend and come-back.

Had a great time here, stayed 2 nights in Palm Coast and while I didn't have any certain expectations it surely did exceed what I had thought of (or heard of). Staff was awesome and rooms were nice.

This is by far one of the best RRI in all the chains. The hotel is spotless, offers a terrific breakfast and a quiet place to recharge. The area has several beautiful parks for walking with the dogs. The area out back of the hotel is a perfect area for dogs and well cleaned up by owners and the motel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location is great and the rate for the stay was a good deal. I will definitely stay here for my next visit to Orlando. This is a great Hilton property.

Great rooms and very clean. Also the service is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel! The manager Luis is a really nice man who really knows how to run the show. I checked in at midnight he was here. I came down for breakfast and he was there too!

This is great place to stay.It is great for family, business,pleasure or couples. I enjoyed my stay. Bed is comfortable. It is in the center of a business community. It is near to the air port . There are many eatery in the immediate area. Environment is clean.

This place is ok. The room was nice and big but you really need a car to do anything from here. The is no restaurant or bar and the pool area is right by the parking lot.

My one bedroom suite was perfect for my wife, kid and I. We had an early flight the next day and we're less than 5 minutes to the airport.

Check in was quick and friendly....The staff at the front desk was the best part of the stay....The room are large and spacious and ideal for a large family....Unfortunately, neither the bed nor the pull out couch was the least be comfortable....Ideally I like my hotel beds to be better than my home.

The complimentary breakfast was decent...your basic hotel breakfast...however, the coffee was bad even for hotel coffee...so if you need a good cup of coffee in the morning then you might want to find a Starbucks lol.

Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel is always spotless, Breakfast is always great. Hotel also offers complementary Wine, Beer, and a meal in the evening Monday-Thursday. Pool, patio, and fire pit area are very nice. Rooms are large and very well equipped.

Location of hotel is conveniently located to all sorts of things. The free dinner was OK, nothing special. The room was very quiet and all amenities were good. Very nice place to stay.

Room was clean and serviceable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was well lit and readily available. Breakfast was 4 out of 5 stars for the selection, but what was there was great. Located close to the airport so it wasn't a long trip. Would recommend to everyone.

Great place to stay all around- nice spread every morning for breakfast serviced by a friendly staff. Was here for a week with my sales team and we enjoyed every minute here. Complimentary dinner every night from 5-7 which included beer & wine.

The location was quick and convenient to the airport. Front desk service was very good and attentive. The room was a great deal, but one star loss was for the uncomfortable bed. My back hurt a lot the next day.

Good hotel, good staff, Shuttle service available, sufficient breakfast NO HOT LIVE CORNER, snacks provided for free at 5-7, at the time of check in they say Dinner will be provided, but it's actually snacks that's the only thing I found, other wise all ok. I won't mind coming here again.

My stay was awesome! Very friendly staff and everything was clean and the room had extras of everything we couldnt ask for a better stay!
