My Mother stayed 5 months after Hurricane Harvey. Top notch service and a beautiful room . Wonderful food and the best staff ever! It was a true blessing that she was fortunate to have a handicapped accessible room that met all her needs. It was like a home away from home and she was treated with the upmost courtesy from all the staff. We never had a complaint! This hotel is run by very competent and efficient management, the best in town!!!!

Not bad! Great breakfast and dinner (Mon-Thu). Dinner comes with alcohol. Rooms are reasonably clean and modern. Easy to hear the people above you, so get the top floor if you are sensitive to footsteps or the first floor if you like to stomp stomp stomp like a dinosaur. Kid cable channels are limited. Kitchenette is convenient.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Victoria. It's always clean and the staff are so kind and helpful. I love the amenities and frequently use the gym when I'm in town. No complaints at all! I love the fact that there is a ceiling fan in the room. And the shower and bathroom area is so nice. I also love the layout of the rooms in general.

The rooms have a full kitchenette available with electric stove top, refrigerator, microwave and dish washer. There are also plenty of kitchenware to cook yourself meals through out your stay. The rooms are a comfortable size, and the desk space has ample access to wall outlets. The rooms also have ceiling fans which is great for keeping the air in the room circulating.

This is the third or fourth time I've stayed here for a business/shutdown trip for our company. Rooms are already super clean and accommodating. Really nice breakfast in the mornings, very complete. You'll definitely enjoy the stay.

Great pool for a quick dip. The breakfast buffet was not to be missed. The happy hour wine and cheese bar was a good time to relax and make plans for dinner and evening jobs. (We were preparing for a wedding.) The room was thoroughly ready for cooking-in, if needed. Morning papers were always there. Laundry and dry cleaning service was available. Shuttle service to various places was at the ready, just ask. When we did go out we did not have to travel very far for most anything or anywhere we needed to go. The location of the hotel was well thought-out. I actually quite enjoyed my stay!!

I have stayed here before for work and I picked it again because I like it. Very clean and spacious for me. I gave it four stars because the breakfast food is a hit or miss and the front desk customer service is a little off. I do not know why some of them do not like to greet or even smile. There is one girl that has a particular "stank " look everytime I see her. It takes two seconds to greet someone. The maintenance and house keeping team are very friendly and always greet. Just work on the front desk service and you will be a 5 star service.

This place was my home for about a month in December and I loved it. It had all of the conveniences of home and the staff were extraordinary. The food was really memorable as well, especially the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. The lobby and lounge area are really nice. The rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable, and even come with a ceiling fan. The bathroom itself is a little cramped but hey, it has a large shower that's big enough for two! The free breakfast was great. Eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, English muffins and lots more. Would definitely recommend Homewood.

Great staff, they are very friendly and personable. My only advice to you would be when you check in run all your glassware and silverware through the dishwasher. I noticed during my stay there that housekeeping does not focus on making sure that the glassware is very clean... It's my opinion that they are kind of rushed when it comes to servicing the guest rooms. I witnessed dishes that I left in the sink upon my return where replace back in the drawers while still very dirty.

I came here with my son for a professional event. My son was remembered by the staff from previous stays. The complementary meals and happy hour Sunday through Thursday is absolutely awesome!! Complementary breakfast included. It's a great clean hotel!

Beautiful room with a walk in shower. Large flats creek that swiveled to different parts of the rooms. Only con I had was the cable service did not come with a guide. I ended up turning it off because I did not no know the station listing. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Great service! Friendly staff behind the desk literally every time you walk through the front door. The suite was nice and clean. House keeping came daily without question. Breakfast was pretty good. Great experience overall and kudos for not trying to be cheap like the ones across the street! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great beautiful hotel with a spacious parking lot that does not charge you. The lobby is nice and has a spacious dining area with also spaces for meetings.

I hosted a tech conference either 40+ attendees at this venue. The staff was excellent and always responded quickly to requests. 5-star quality service

This hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every way. As a Hilton Select and Hilton Honors member, I've been to many Hilton owned hotels, but I've never been to a Homewood until now. The price I paid for the quality of the suite I got was excellent; it was even nicer than a few of the regular Hiltons I've been to, though much cheaper.
In addition to the well-appointed room and tastefully decorated lobby, I got a free breakfast, Internet and laundry service.
My only complaint was that the quality of the breakfast food was not as good as most other Hiltons (tater tots were not fresh, sausage was a little dry), though it was decent considering it was free.

We love Homewood Suites for us it's a home away from home. We have been living here since September 2016. We love the staff they are helpful, courteous and always friendly. The rooms are excellent, always clean and nicely balanced and organized nicely lite too. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. Breakfast is delicious and Mondays through Thursdays we get dinner. We have a had wonderful stay in Victoria, TX largely because of the comfortable living arrangements in Homewood Suites.

Room was very spacious and comfy, getting the internet to work was a bit of a hassle though

Rooms are nice and very clean. Service was good. Only reason for one start deduction is we found a small roach in our room. No big deal.

I can't say much on the location, the rooms are very unique (great veiw, comfortable beds, great lightness,) quite roomy, it could very well fit a 4 member family. As far as service, the house keeping is very delightful, unlike most hotels they serve free breakfast and supper. They also provide employ availability to fetch groceries for the tenants with out a charge above the food price. Great hotel.

Homework Suites was a very pleasant surprise. The room was fantastically clean and the service is great. The staff treated everyone like a regular. The breakfast is okay and lacks a large menu.

We stay here when visiting family in the area. After multiple stays we have always found the staff excellent and friendly. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Full sized refrigerators, dishwashers, and ceramic dishes are really nice. Comfortable beds for a good night's rest. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Pricing is great for what we receive. It's definitely our hotel of choice in the area.

From the moment we entered this hotel, we had nothing but a great experience. We traveled from across the U.S. and arrived late at night. After one horrendous experience after another (which included me getting yelled at by a taxi driver for leaving my phone in his car), we arrived to the hotel exasperated and exhausted. Delaney the night concierge was so friendly and kind; her calm and friendly attitude helped us to relax, and she got us checked in ASAP.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, very spacious (I mean, enormous!) , and very clean! You get a full fridge/freezer with two stovetops and a dishwasher. We even had nice ceramic plates and silverware! THE BEDS. Oh my lord, the beds are so soft... and comfortable... I didn't want to get up in the mornings! The wifi was very fast and reliable, even though we had complimentary access only. The bathroom was quite nice, but word of caution that the bathtub floor is slippery when wet. Breakfast is delicious! They change it up every day so it's something different.

The staff is very kind and professional no matter who you speak to. We also must give a special commendation to Johannah, the daytime concierge. She is extremely friendly, helpful, and dependable for any of your needs. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Victoria!

a little pricey, but I needed rooms for my 4 man team at 1245am on a day in in October, and Homewood saved the day where the adjacent Comfort Inn screwed us. The rooms were brand new, extremely nice, and comfortable (as the name implies). The rooms were over our budget, but in that situation, we had no choice. I would have liked to spend more than 6 hours in this hotel.
