This is the second time I have stayed at the Sofitel and the staff is amazing!! They are always so warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful- suite 338 is stunning and VERY spacious. There are 2 bathrooms a living room, king size bed, a gorgeous bath and even a turkish steam shower! I will be coming to Paris often for work and plan on staying at the Sofitel every time. Thanks Sofitel!

But like anything ...service is everything. The service was excellent! The front desk reception, specifically Perine, a young lady from Provence; just made us feel so very welcome!

Incredible location. We were 5 days in France and never once took a metro or bus. We did however walk quite a bit but that is part of the fun. The room was lovely with the most comfortable bed on earth. The bathroom was quite large and there was plenty of storage space. The sofa opened into a very comfortable double bed for our kids. I would only recommend that they make sure there is cold ice tea at the reception so we can refresh ourselves in the summer after sightseeing. All too often there were no glasses or tea left. But this a very minor point. We also felt very safe as there guards everywhere due to the proximity of the presidential palace and US embassy. I doubt there is a better location in Paris...Hotel Crillon was right across but this hotel is quite a bit more expensive. The Sofitel offered very beautiful rooms and a fantastic location. Highly recommend.

A very beautiful hotel indeed. Unique location with very tight security. My second time here but still very happy with its breakfast, staff services. Room are very well decorated with lots of arts around the hotel. Great amenities. Can’t go wrong with this hotel.

In the beginning we had some issues, but they solved it bh giving us a suite which is kinda awesome. The buffet is delicious and the people are very kind

Just completed our stay at this hotel and we loved it! The location was great, the staff was super nice and breakfast was delicious! Stephane was so kind and friendly each morning as we had breakfast. We couldn't have been happier with our room and it was exceptionally quiet.

Egyptian cotton, helpful and friendly staff, a wonderful concierge, and all within walking distance of several major monuments. I have had nothing but pleasant time here and I would happily come back again.

Fun fact: this place used to be a fashion magazine and so many things here are themed in that light.

It’s an elegant luxury hotel. Paris luxury hotels are generally excellent. The room of Sofitel is decent and the bath is big. I enjoyed the stay as the bed is very clean and comfortable! You get what you pay.

At arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff at the entrance and then the reception. Afterwards, we were introduced to our magnificent suite. Great breakfast and again very warm staff. Greatest tucked in location in the heart and best area of Paris.

Our stay was amazing. We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to help us. The hotel has every amenity you could want and the location is one of the best in Paris!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg. So many positives. The location is great - close to many sites and the Metro. The hotel is nice, clean, charming, comfortable, and quiet. We had breakfast in the restaurant every morning and it was excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and even though you are right in the city, it was perfectly quiet at night. Everyone who worked there was nice and happy to assist us with anything, without being pushy. Gerard got us checked in and he was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. He was so great and very good at his job. We cannot wait to return.

The Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg just excels at everything and it does it all with style. We arrived on Monday afternoon and were greeted by a smiling friendly porter who took our bags in to reception. As I am a Sofitel member we were able to use the express check-in and were then taken by a charming young lady who showed us the hotel facilities and then a tour of our suite which was on two floors. Everything was perfect and both my wife and daughter were totally amazed by the quality and finish of the room. My daughter had a large bedroom/living room downstairs with her own toilet and bathroom. We had our own bedroom upstairs with ensuite bath and shower room plus a separate dressing room with wardrobes. Breakfast is a buffet style with everything you could wish for including hot food and it tasted excellent. The breakfast staff were polite,most accommodating and very helpful. We did not eat in the restaurant but used the bar on a few occasions and I must give a special mention to Matthieu and William (please forgive me if I have spelt these wrong) who advised us on the best walking routes and some of the things to see on a short visit. The hotel is located at the end of the Champs Elysees and Placa De Concorde and nestled amongst the embassies, so the road is guarded at both ends by armed police. It is also just around the corner from the Presidential Palace so you do feel very safe. In fact we felt safe wherever we went in Paris as there is a strong visual presence of armed police. Around the hotel there is every shop you could dream of from H & M to Cartier so expect to spend. One place you must visit is the Buddha Bar which is across the road from the hotel and is great for a drink later in the evening. Everything said this hotel is value for money if there is such a thing in Paris. Would not hesitate to go back again.

I stay at Sofitels wherever I can due to their consistent high quality, sophistication and great service - this one was no different. It's in a great location and a historical building, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here.

Our stay was fantastic. My Wife and I were staying for our wedding anniversary. Our room wasn't ready on check in, but we were welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne each, and then also upgraded to a larger suite. The staff were brilliant, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

WE loved our greeting from Marine and our room was just cozy and nice. We had cold water everyday and we liked out little treats the first night.

I haven't felt any safer in Europe more than this hotel and street is quiet and calm while it is not so far from the busy streets.

The staff above are so friendly and polite and seeks to help before you know it. House keeping and the handy man was so quick and efficient .

We enjoyed the food and bar, the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The room was extremely small, we had to rearrange furniture just to open our two suitcases as result were always bumping into each other or tripping over chairs.

The employees at Sofitel were very helpful and friendly. I was unhappy with my first room and they moved me and my bags without fuss. They were very courteous from the concierge, registration desk, bell hop and doorman and all the staff in their restaurant, Blossom.

Great location, great hotel, great room, and staff. The only comment i have that the staff seems a bit overwhelmed at breakfast and service is not consistent. Nothing bad. You just need to speak and get attention from time to time.

Great hotel. Next to all the high end shops and pretty close to a metro station. The staff is always nice when we stay there. They have a pleasant bar but their buffet breakfast could be improved.

Great and safe location, near a bunch of luxury shops. Went to visit friends who were staying there. Lobby is nice and quiet. Service looks to be quite premium. Would recommend people visiting Paris.

My wife and I just returned from a great trip to Europe and stayed at the Hotel Sofitel Paris for 5 nights. We had a great time. the hotel was awesome and the staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The safest and friendliest hotel in Paris. Had a lovely stay there after cycling the Avenue Verte from London. Definitely need to return soon. The hotel staff work hard to make your stay enjoyable and your every need catered for, they even looked after our bikes impeccably.

We stayed here for our 10th Anniversary in late March 2013 and recommend it highly. The location is perfect for sightseeing as it is walking distance to many of the most popular monuments. It is in the heart of the St. Honore Fashion District right next to the American Embassy and Concord Square with the Metro close by. We had a Luxury Room which was much larger than expected at over 300 sq ft.with plenty of wardrobe space and a large marble bathroom with soaking tub and shower.The service was impeccable from the housekeeping staff to our Guest Services Manager, Peggy. The Concierges enhanced our stay with their extremely helpful and professional suggestions and service.
