We stay here often for trips to Dallas. Clean, convenient, reasonably priced. Love that it is within a block of a grocery and a mall. Always quiet and comfortable. Nice sized rooms with a bit of a kitchen.

A nice clean hotel that is great for the working traveler! Lots of desk space in the room and the attached restaurant allows for some quick and tasty meals.

The rooms are like apartments. Immaculate. Small gym and pool available. Staff very helpful with things to do local to the area.

I stay in Dallas overnight regularly for work, and I almost always stay at this Hyatt House. The location is perfect - close enough to downtown without having to sit in traffic, yet just enough outside to be able to relax. Plus, you're very close to shopping, SMU, and other North Dallas features. The facilities are in excellent shape, and the rooms are typically in great order; I tend to stay in a Deluxe King Studio Suite, and it's perfect for my needs. The workout room is small, but adequate, and the morning breakfast buffet is great and well-appointed. Moreover, I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Because I've had such a good experience at this property, I've tended to look for other Hyatt hotels when looking for vacation, etc.

The hotel lobby was clean and quiet. I only had drinks at the bar. The drinks were cold and the bar tender was really nice and made pretty good drinks. The pool area was also clean and pretty big. The bathroom was pretty messy though

Very clean! Friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast, and family friendly. We stayed in a king suit and our 4 year slept on pull out couch. The pull out didn't seem comfortable for myself, but our daughter was fine. The king bed was comfortable enough. Only knock is construction on another hotel next door, but that isn't their fault- they did have ear plugs on night stands!

Clean, updated rooms last year. Great service & Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed staying there.

Room 407 was far from the elevator and a little noicy, but the noice was consist and we both slept well. The hotel is located off the 75 and is easily accessed. The parking garage door was broken and hotel had limited street parking.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was fantastic everything tasted and looked great. Aaron and the ladies were very attentive from the beginning my family and I walked into the breakfast area.

Nice hotel. The room felt very much like a room in a home rather than a hotel room. Large couch and a small kitchen. Parking prices are outrageous.

Lovely place to stay in Dallas. Beautiful rooms and a nice outdoor pool. The fitness center is well equiped. Very convenient to shopping.

Great place for fun or for business trips. Kind of crowded throughout the day due to construction work but overall great place to visit.

We have enjoy our stay , staff is very friendly and helpful. But breakfast area is too crowded. This morning an elderly man feel against the sharp corner of the fireplace cutting his leg. It was crowded and very hard to get around the tables and chairs. The manager took a report and tried to assist the gentleman. But that fireplace has very sharp corners and it is too crowded

Staff was very nice. Great location not far from Downtown. It has a microwave, fridge, pots, pans, stove and all you need to cook. Breakfast was great.

Hyatt House Lincoln Center looks great after the recent remodel. The rooms are fully updated including new larger sectionals , a larger desk/dining table with stools. The kitchen is equiped nicely enough someone could easily live here for a long period of time without feeling cramped. My favorite update is the stand up shower with floor to ceiling glass doors they installed in place of the garden tub. Great Job HYATT! It looks amazing!

Very clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Rooms have couches and kitchens. Breakfast is decent. There is a simple bar as well.

The front desk was extremely friendly. The room was very cozy with a nice sectional. The parking garage is cool, but cost $17 a day. Not outragous, but not great. The free breakfast is amazing. Next time I am in Dallas, I will be staying here again no question

Great location right off of the highway. Good overall value and service.

I've stayed here a few times when in Dallas for work, and I've always had a good experience (generally true at all Hyatt House hotels). This one is fairly calm and quiet despite being right off of the highway, and its location makes it central to many things in the city. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, the breakfast good, and the garaged parking plentiful. The only drawback has been renovations, but they've been good about keeping things clean and quiet. It's a great place to stay, particularly if you're going for multiple nights and want a place with a full kitchen.

My room was a home away from home! Just a clean and happy place. Breakfast was delicious and best eaten at 8am. The woman doing the omelettes was so great!

Under construction, noisey, no room service, shuttle driver was unpleasant at best and lacked all sense of decorum and social skills.

Great....clean accommodations. Be prepared to hike to your room from one bank of elevators. Good pool ....hot tub....breakfast....friendly staff.

Very nice place to stay. No the best perfect to to use public transport. But who use public transport if you are staying here?

Great hotel in a great City pricey though

Standard All Suites Hotel. Suites are relatively large, however, cleanliness left something to be desired. During the week end we were there, renovation work was constant and the banging started pretty early in the a.m. for a week-end. Not only we had to cope with the banging in the morning, but Saturday night we had to cope with a small dog's constant barking. The poor animal was left all alone in its owner's suite, and there was nothing the individual handling the front desk could do to solve the problem until close to midnight when the the owners returned to the hotel. Not a nice experience. On the positive side, their breakfast was very good with an ample selection.

I've spent 10 wonderful days here with my family. The hotel is well located, cozy, with very well equipped rooms and very convenient amenities, including a guest coin laundry room in the 4th floor. Nice breakfast (from a picky person) and convenient adjacent parking with direct and safe access up to the 3rd floor. They aren't waiting for the rooms to get too outdated before renovating, as the 4th floor rooms are, as of Jul-17, undergoing what seems to be a complete makeover. Huge thumbs up. Definitely recommend, and will definitely consider staying here again.

Awesome experience at a great hotel. The number of amenities for the price of the room was awesome. I especially loved the Sectional couch and the TV that could be seen from the bed or couch. The decor was modern and looked updated and all of the hotel staff were polite and attentive.

Reasonable price, easy access to 75, big rooms with kitchen, speedy computers and free printing in lobby, breakfast included, covered parking included, bar and restaurant open until 10pm, convenient "store" with snacks and travel items, quiet halls... good stay

Very clean and had a friendly staff. The paid parking seemed like a downside but I felt very safe leaving my car there overnight. I would definitely recommend.

This was a great place to stay! Off a quiet road with little traffic, great parking garage, and beautiful room with separate kitching, living, and dining areas.

This was a pretty standard stay with no major complaints. The rooms were spacious, clean, and felt 'homey'. There was a general 'hotel smell' that most frequent travelers will recognize, but it didn't detract heavily from my experience. The coffee pot was clean, the toilet and shower were clean, and my sheets and bed were as well. The front desk staff was polite and thorough in giving me details about my stay and the included amenities. Can't complain about this one-night stay.

We had a deluxe studio king size, which included a full kitchen. Breakfast was included and good. The only bad thing was parking was not included.

Location was tricky to find, but rooms are very nice.

The Hyatt House at Lincoln Park is a very nice hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are very spacious. This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Great room, comfy bed and a nice garden tub. The only issue we had were some sugar ants, didnt notice them till we brought up some pastries from the awesome breakfast they serve there though. Overall I would still recommend this place to others.

This hotel is ok. They are remodeling so I can't really give this review my all. I'll just talk about my room. Very clean and modern. Feels and looks like a converted apartment building. The bed is the Best part. I don't know what kind of mattresses they have, but OMG. One of the best nights of sleep I've gotten in weeks. I didn't want to get out of the bed.

I've been to this place a few times now and the staff is always extremely nice. They currently are renovating their but they have signs up everywhere.
The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. There is a ton of places to eat close by some even in walking distance!

My stay was fantastic. The room was very large, clean, and cool despite the summer heat, and not to mention affordable. Definitely worth a try if you're staying in town overnight.
