Best hotel we stay at, and we stay at a lot of hotels. Breakfast is amazing. Great social events at night. Rooms are huge and great for longer stays. Area around hotel is so cool. Great shopping and food.

This location is close to everything! Walking distance to entertainment and good eats. The entire facility is very clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This has become a standby & the service gets better & better. Early on housekeeping was hot or miss & this stay it has been perfect. We always enjoy the location, staff, & accommodations.

Great location on the west side of Denver. Large suite with a fully equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for a concert at Red Rocks. Only a 20 min drive to the venue.

Hyatt House and the staff are amazing! We are staying long term (5 months) for work and they are SO kind and accommodating. Housekeeping is one of the beat Ive experienced. And they are per friendly (with VERY reasonable pet fees) so I didnt have to leave my puppy behind!

I love the spacious rooms and the office like set up. The beds were very comfortable. The area and location are a perfect spot to grab something to eat or to go shopping. I would go back for sure.

Very nice rooms and employees are nice. Parking is extremely confusing at first, but becomes much easier to understand. Everything is very clean, as well. The location of the Hyatt House is very convenient, as it is close to nearly every type of establishment one could ask for. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Nice rooms with full kitchen and living room. The gym was very bright lots of windows and had enough to maintain fitness while away. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great, especially the made-to-order eggs. One star is missing bc the housekeeping was not always consistent. Overall good and I would come again.

A friend left something for me at the desk so when I checked out I could receive a gift. The desk clerk neglected to give it to me and it was really a special event ruined. Also when we asked where we could mail a package we got the wrong information. A concierge should be more knowledge in a nice place like that.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Whole foods, target, Pilates. AMC Theater, and a handful of restaurants are all within walking distance. The staff is so friendly and personable they sometimes great me by name when I walk in the door. The rooms are large and comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and orderly. Plus a decent breakfast in the morning with plenty of options around for lunch and dinner.

Great new hotel in the heart of Belmar. Centrally located for all Denver activities. Parking is a bit scarce to come by near the hotel, but there is a free garage that is close by.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed here back in October of last year, and this is by far one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. It's designed beautifully, super clean, the rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. The staff is awesome. And it's also in a great area in Lakewood with plenty of restaurants/shopping etc.. Can't wait to come back sometime.

My family just spent 4 great nights at the Hyatt House in Lakewood. The location was great and the staff was very friendly amd helpful. We had an early flight and arrived ahead of schedule. Sierra at the desk let us check in ahead of time and invited us to settle in and then have breakfast! If we return to the Denver area we will definitely stay at the hotel again. Nice room and good service!

Literally perfect. My check-in was seamless. My room was clean. The breakfast bar offered vegan options. The shower water pressure was fantastic. The front desk was friendly. Parking was easy and free. Checkout was automated and instantaneous. I will stay again!

Great experience. Good location if you have a car. Quick access to hiking or Denver shops. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfasts. Omelet chef even made me vegan veggies to add to my potatoes with olive oil instead of butter. The room was clean and modern. We had a nice stay.

The location is amazing. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it's a comfortable walk to get to anything you need. Plus it's only 10-15 minutes from downtown Denver. This hotel is practically new and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff as well has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Wonderful stay.

Stayed two nights here and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we came in and offered ideas for things to do in the area and dining options. Beds were comfortable, shower was roomy and had great water pressure. Centrally located to downtown happenings. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent a couple nights at the Hyatt House. Rooms are very nice and spacious. New hotel so everything was in good working shape. Great location and staff is awesome. Breakfast was better than most free breakfast, this one had an omelet bar.
Only negative was that there was no hot tub.

Great service and breakfast buffet. We were able to check in early. Only sketchy aspect is the parking structure... would prefer to park closer to the hotel.

Stayed overnight. The staff was very friendly and overall the stay was good. Very clean, good breakfast. The only problem is that seems the walls are very thin. There was a group talking in the adjoining room in normal conversational tones and we could hear then almost as well as if they were in the same room. If you are a light sleeper ask for a non-adjoining room.

Great place to stay. I suggest the suite room with a full kitchen and it had a great view. I would love to come back some day it was really comfortable for the price. Upon arriving the tellers were super friendly and helpful. The parking is only a small row which was the only slight problem I noticed as the Target back lot parking is temporary parking so you must us Vance parking garage and it is on the block in front of the building opposite of the target garage. Make sure you park on the 2nd level or higher the 1st level is temporary parking only. The bed and pillows are a plush top with non firm pillows which make for a nice rest if you don't prefer firm style.

This is a nice hotel in a great area, the room could've been cleaned better, the previous guest's clothes were left in the drawers, also breakfast needs to be better managed, I understand they're busy, but they should be planning better for that being that they know they're going to be busy, too many times I had to wait for simple things like a fork or orange juice.

Very clean well kept establishment. Friendly and attentive staff overall relaxing atmosphere. Family friendly located in Belmar shopping center where there's is tons to do.

Nice hotel, check in and parking are a bit strange. Parking is across the street where you would park to go to the mall. Parking in the back is for Target customers. When you check in there is no pull in and there are no signs to indicate the you at the main entrance. Hotel itself is quiet and clean. Very close access to restaurants.

Nice, clean. Lots of shops and bars, restaurants near by. I like the 24hr Fitness 2 blocks away, open at 5AM though. My alarm clock doesn't work, and my room door doesn't fully shut all the way when I enter, s9 I have to make sure it shuts. However, I'm staying here for work for 2 weeks and it's been very comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting places to eat. Our room was beautiful! The location is very convenient with lots of places near by to shop and eat.

Excellent views from every floor and room. Simple chic rooms with amazing bathroom showers. Great dining and drinks within walking distance.

Perfect location! Walking distance to anything and everything you could need or want while staying there. There is something for everyone. Family friendly! Movies, bowling, food, food and more food. Shopping. Even your dog is welcome in some of the shops!!!!!

The room was awesome. The bed was perfect!

The breakfast daily was awesome.

All the staff/employee's are some of the nicest people I've met in a long time. Always polite and ready to help or just answer tourist questions. Even housekeeping. I enjoyed talking to the one guy. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. He told me about parks around town I could fly my drone around and other places I should visit.

I really don't know what else to say. I had a great time. No issues with the hotel. Great time!!!!!

All of the staff were honestly some of the nicest people ever behind a desk at a hotel. All of them!!!!!

I'll be going back there as soon as possible!

Great place. Has a kitchenette. Friendly staff, free good WiFi. Room is clean, modern, and comfortable. A bit of noise as it is a hotel but quiet as hotels go.

I stayed at the Hyatt House Denver/Lakewood at Belmar, this past week 6/8-12/16 for business in the Lakewood area.. Great hotel that is situated right in the heart of Downtown Lakewood. You will be near all the shops, restaurants, bars, and my favorite, 24hr fitness on Teller...

The staff here is super friendly, professional, and will always great you with a smile, even housekeeping! My room was always cleaned (I don't make that much of mess, lol), new shower soaps daily, and just an overall great feel! I really loved staying here, and will be staying there again when I'm back in Colorado. My co-workers will be there next week, and I know they are just going to love it!

Very nice hotel with close proximity to nice shops, restaurants,movie theater and lots to do. Great food available in hotel. Nice snack and sundries in shop at front desk. Pool and fitness center. I had an afternoon to myself and enjoyed walking around. Parking very close.

Hotel was great. Location was amazing. We especially loved the shopping and ice skating all in walking distance. Had a few issues with room keys not working, but very easily fixed. The price of the room was great. We had a suite and it was very reasonable!

Clean, comfortable beds and excellent location. Good value for the money and the staff were professional and curteous. Rooms nicely insulated as noise levels were kept to a minimum especially in such an active area.

One of best inns I have ever visited. Everyone was very helpful and hotel was superb! Breakfast including made to order omelette was a great treat. I would highly recommend staying here. My kids enjoyed the pool too.

This hotel was perfect. The room was very nice and had everything you needed, including kitchen utensils, plates, etc. They serve a full blown breakfast, included with your room, that's actually very good. Tons of variety. They have a lot of free amenities in general, like Internet access, printing, etc. Also, the location is awesome. It's in a quaint little shopping district that is very well kept, with a Target and Whole Foods within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

A newer hotel so everything was modern and clean. When I did my research on the hotel I saw a parking lot on the back side of the building and the website noted that it was free parking. Turns out the lot adjacent to the hotel belong to Target & your vehicle is subject to being towed if left overnight. Hotel guest free parking is located across the street in a parking garage level 2 and up. So I had to unload my luggage and go and park the car across the street. Very inconvenient. My other complaint was the squeaky floors. I could hear every step the person(s) were taking above me. This should not be an issue with a "new" building.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The room is gorgeous and a perfect price! I'm traveling for business. I love the location, the friendly staff, and the clean and welcome hotel. I highly recommend this hotel

I stayed at this hotel 21 days. It is a good hotel with good breakfast.
I did not like their room service tho. The room service staff never did a good job of cleaning my room.
Other than that everything was good

We had a great stay. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The internet was down so they helped me get tickets to the Rockies game. They would ask what we had planned on while on vacation and when we would return to the hotel that would ask about our day. We had a specialty suite, what a great room. Good food and really good neighborhood. The only complete I have is that it would get a little noisy at times. We could hear the sliding door to the bathroom next door slamming a lot and sometimes the room doors next to us.

The room was nice and included a nice breakfast. The location was in the heart of a new area. There was a nice choice of bars, restaurants, shops, and things to do such as bowling and a movie theater.

Probably the nicest hotel in which I've ever stayed, especially for the price. Everything looks brand new. The style is classy and modern, and the beds are comfortable. We got a corner room on the 6th floor with a nice from the two large windows. The blackout curtains are amazing. Every hotel should have them.
