Good place. Stayed there 2 different times. The pool and hot tub area close to early. Shower door or bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Decent when calling the front desk for assistance. When I go to the area again I’m going to look into others more. Just good. Nothing terrible but a variety of need to be improved.

It's new. It's quiet. It's really comfortable. Those are the most important features. We didn't stay long enough to check out all of the amenities, but I'm sure they were good.

Absolutely the best service I've had at a CT hotel! The staff are so kind and willing to assist - especially Chris and Brianna! The room my husband and I stayed in was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. We were up on the 7th floor and it was quiet and peaceful. For his next visit for the holidays, we will definitely be staying here again! 😊

The Hyatt House was excellent. Their professional conference space was large and well equipped. The location was very easy to find and right off the highway as well as next to Bradley International Airport. I hope to attend more events here and stay as a guest.

I only stayed one night but I loved my stay regardless. I checked in online and my room was ready within hours afterwards. I got in late but Ram at the front desk got me my key pretty quickly. I liked the convenience of having a little store in the lobby. My room was nice and clean. I'm also a bigger person so I liked that I felt I had a lot of space. The shower was actually taller than I was (I'm 6'2") so a definite plus. Breakfast the next morning was great. I liked having an omelette bar and pretty good selection of breakfast items. I would stay here again. I think future guests here should note though that there isn't much going on nearby this property and it takes about 25-30 minutes to get into actual Hartford.

This is a nice hotel. I was looking for a two bedroom suite, and everything else in the area at the time was much more expensive. The suite was very spacious. The pool and hot tub were nice, and they had a good breakfast. Pay attention to their "no party policy." Access is convenient to BDL airport, Hartford via I91, and the Day Hill Rd business district of Windsor.

Low price for luxury! Full kitchen in my room, super clean, nicely designed, friendly staff with great customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed my business trip to Hartford staying here at the Hyatt House. Highly recommend!! Free breakfast and free WiFi.

Outstanding. Used some saved points to cover 1/2 the room cost, and got a very spacious suite with full kitchen for $55! Just two petty complaints: bright LED spotlight was seemingly pointed directly at our 5th floor window, and there was no desk next to one side of the bed. Otherwise the staff and breakfast were terrific.

Always a pleasure to visit. Clean facility. Great swim area and fitness center. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Good WiFi. Comfortable rooms.

There were a lot of great things about this place; the staff was amazing, had a nice little bar area, pool/fitness room and, most importantly, the rooms were huge and perfect for a family. My biggest issue was cleanliness: bathrooms in the room were dirty (couldn't give the kids a bath) and the pool had about 5 pounds of hair in it. Those aren't deal breakers for me, I definitely will go back to this hotel, I just won't use the pool next time.

Customer retention is highly based on 'HOW YOU MAKE ONE FEEL" and the staff @ Hyatt Windsor CT., did just that , made me feel "SPECIAL & WONDERFUL" during my stay with their professionalism. A really nice hotel that got ruined by irritating teenagers. We had a nice suite, spacious, kitchenette, the works. Really good sized, nice bedroom, etc. Only thing I wish was that the bathroom was in the common area and not the bedroom. Unfortunately, the walls aren't all that thick, and there was a high school girls' softball team staying there for the weekend as well. At nearly midnight on Saturday they were running up and down the hallway, playing on the elevators, and screaming at the top of their lungs. I know various people who called management, but nothing seemed to happen. The parents and coaches seriously need a lesson in proper etiquette. That's not really the hotel's fault, but they could have been more responsive to the comfort of the hundreds of other people there. Anyway, nice place, would recommend in general, just try to get a room away from the elevator, you can clearly hear both it moving and any conversation going on inside it from inside the hotel room.

Brianna Griffing is an exceptional manager and makes anyone's experience at the Hyatt an outstanding one. Hyatt is doing themselves a favor to employee her, she's a keeper. The folks at the bar are really nice too. Good food nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms and facility, will visit again. Pet friendly! Staff is always kind and welcoming to my pet!

So nice! I selected Hyatt for the complimentary breakfast and pool. Actually was shocked at the time of my stay offered a complimentary dinner and drinks. The room was very clean, roomy and would be nice for an extended stay with the small kitchenette. Will definitely stay again on my next business stay in Windsor.

I stayed at the Hyatt House two nights for business in January and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was large and comfortable. It had space to relax that was not the bedroom or work space. Everything was clean and modern. They offered a great morning breakfast, everything from pastries to an omlet station. The front desk suggested a great place for dinner and even shuttled me there and picked me up! The lobby and bar area were incredibly comfortable and modern. I loved the shuttle to my office each day, and they even came and got me from my office to take me to the airport! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I will stay here again when I'm up for business.

Excellent staff. Warm, kind and accommodating. Bathrooms ( showers) can use some bleach and proper glass cleaning. Otherwise, very clean.

Staying in a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. The room is large and the dishes, pots and pans are well stocked. Morning breakfast is good with some hot foods, some cold foods and an omelette station. Staff is friendly and helpful. All-around positive experience.

Quiet modern location. Full bar and fire pit locations to unwind in seclusion. The rooms have great space for a pleasant stay, includes a kitchen with large windows that reach the floor.

Room was clean and big. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly. Bathroom big clean and everything working. Came as a single and not afraid to be outside by myself. Pool clean. Hot tub good and warm. Would stay again.

So disappointing.. I had three children with me who were wanting to use the pool of course. And the pool was closed apparently someone had an incident in the pool and they closed the whole pool area including the hot tub.on Saturday night. So on Sunday after breakfast they were told the pool was still closed due to the appropiate peoplenot coming out yet to clean the pool... also I looked up reviews on this hotel and it got rave reviews on their breakfast buffet well I would give that breakfast buffet a one. Waffles tasted like they still were not defrosted . Eggs were gone more than a 10-minute wait for more to come out oatmeal burnt and stuck in the pan No Bananas oranges look like they should have been thrown out coffee gone had to wait for more to be brewed ketchup empty container. Sausages had to wait for more to come out at least 10 minutes potatoes were not fully cooked. Trying to find staff to help find plates or cups for the coffee or even figure out where the food is was difficult and when we did find staff they didn't always understand English. Or at least they didn't seem too. When we went across to use the other hotels pool because that's what we were told to do the staff at that hotel did not want us using their towels and did not seem happy that we were there. To be blunt they were very rude. Very young woman at the desk to this hotel was concerned about our complaints but wasn't able to help us due to low staff .manager is not around.. this is what we were told so I will wait to hear from the manager and I think we deserve some kind of compensation we could have stayed at a much cheaper Hotel for the breakfast and the no pool that we got.

Beautiful hotel at a great price. Good free parking. Room is fully loaded with a couch, living room and full kitchen, basically an apartment. Free breakfast. A pool. Nicest hotel ive been to yet and a lower price than many of them.

Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was easily room for 2adults and 2 children. The included breakfast had a range of options to choose from. I'd certainly stay there again!!

No complaints here. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I didn't get to enjoy the pool because a kid threw up in it but they allowed guest to use the pool at the sister hotel across the street. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Not bad. Staffs are nice. Pretty clean. Towels aren't soft. The TV is really small so watching game of thrones on it isn't recommended. Breakfast scrabble eggs are pretty horrible though and don't expect much from the breakfast buffet.

I travel to the area often for business and was forced to stay here because my go to hotel was sold out. They had some sort of girls softball league staying here and these kids ran wild throughout the hotel and staff did nothing to stop them. Bar is very limited with selections and I couldn't get a meal one night because the cook quit. They allow pets too so the sounds of dogs barking is very soothing. On a positive note, the rooms are very nice but I'll never stay here again.

Management changes has caused issues. Completely all new staff still learning. Female bartender is awesome.

I love Hyatt Hotels. They recently remodeled the lobby and put in a full bar but they got rid of the happy hour dinner. Staff is friendly and always accomidating.

Hyatt House is definitely a home away from home! Full kitchen and bathroom, a sitting area with tv,and a very comfortable bed. The staff has been awesome! Breakfast was delicious and had many fresh choices like fruits and yogurt, oatmeal and cereal, pancakes and waffles, sausage and home fries. Everything was kept up to temperature too. Definitely recommend to friends who like to prepare their own meals too. Or go to a near by restaurant ( like us!).

Definitely the best hotel in the area. Rooms are huge and have an apartment feel to them. The lobby has undergone some renovations recently.

We come here quite often. Place is very clean. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. They are remodeling so we got here and found out the hot tub was not in service. They should post on the website what facility is out of order.

The hotel is beautiful and modern. Free breakfast was sufficient. There is minor construction going on, but does not seem to impact the guests.

My husband and I stay at the Hyatt House every time that we are in Connecticut. The front desk staff, Tamara, Sarah and Chris are always happy to see us with their smiles. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job in maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff is friendly and always willing to assist with anything. Thank you all.

Had a great stay at the hotel. They weren't too busy so I got upgraded to the biggest room I've ever had. Front desk persons were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Room was clean and in great shape. Really recommend the hotel.

Stayed on business and loved it. The staff went out of its way to make my stay comfortable. Hot breakfast, dinner buffet which was nice were I didn't have to leave the hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Great location just of the interstate. Located about 10,min from BDL airport here in Hartford with free shuttle anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Suites are spacious and very accomodating though not what I would call sparkling.

I travel often to CT (2-3 times a month)- this facility and staff are one of the best ! While Hyatt House is a great brand and fantastic value it is the people/staff who make the difference! Manager Rebecca, Briana/Chris/Ram at front desk, Rick/Benji and the crew at breakfast time are 10/10 in customer service- I never feel like I am in a hotel! They wish you, know about your needs, joke with you, and so on! The Franchise and leadership at Hyatt should read this post and train the rest of the branches with this staff!

Love the price attached to all the amenities. Great customer service. Comforts of home. Not necessarily sterile clean but whose house really is? Most comfortable bed compared to 4 other resorts we stayed at during our trip.

The room was much more beautiful than I was expecting and was super clean. It reminded me of an actual, upscale apartment. Breakfast was average, but that isn't a bad thing. Loved the selection of teas! No problems with the staff, I had an issue at check in but it was resolved immediately without much hassle.

The Hyatt House in North Windsor was amazing. The king studio room I stayed in had a full kitchen (full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, two burners, microwave / oven combo, granite counters, cabinets, dish and cookware, etc). That alone was the most amazing part of the room, since it made me feel really at home and like I could relax in my room. It felt like such an apartment instead of a hotel room.

The bathroom was nice, although there was a full walk-in shower and no soaking tub, which I usually like to bathe in during my hotel stay. The pool area does have a hot tub, though, so that helped some.

The evening social snacks and drinks were awesome, though I only stayed during one night they were offered. Really tasty food and good service.

The breakfasts were also good, with hot foods including a pot of ready-made oatmeal, french toast, eggs, bagels, cereal, tea and coffee, fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, and so on. I appreciated that all their food was served in reusable flatware and dinnerware instead of paper disposables.

The check-in process was a little bit trying since they took a while to look up my group's code (I was staying here in a room block for an event), but they kindly watched my luggage while I enjoyed the happy hour and got it sorted out eventually.

Thought it would be a boutique hotel..but it wasn't Pool was very cloudy and the hot tub wasn't hot!! ..but the food was excellent! The breakfast was outstanding with your own omelette..and you could tell that they put a a lot of effort into making it so good..nothing frozen. The social hour was also very nice..again they went out of their way to make a nice dinner with drinks. I've had other social hours in hotels where they just throw out cheap food...not here. Obliviously well planned and wanting to please their guest!!

Average breakfast. No veg hot dishes in breakfast, cold boiled eggs (i m veg, but this is what my wife said). No nuts for cereals. Rooms are big and clean. Good parking. Slow internet. Hot tub was the best thing, but pool water was not clear enough.

Great hotel. Tons of easy free parking, and like every other Hyatt Place, free breakfast that is better than most free breakfasts, and free wifi. Always a clean and spacious room. Our room actually had a living area, I thought I booked the most basic one of all, but it was tremendous with enough cabinets and closets and a mini kitchen. I could have stayed there for 2 weeks. The bathroom was great. Indoor pool, I believe. Didn't have time to take advantage of it unfortunately. Helpful customer service at the desk. Clean, clean, clean. About 15 min from the airport if I remember correctly, and about 20 from downtown Hartford I think - kind of in the middle possible. Best price for what we needed. Safe area, not far from a convenience store, very quiet, highly recommended.

Don't know y people r saying sum bad things on their posting, but I called first time n spoke to claudia real nice n polite made my reservation a easy process. Go next day to check in, n I'm greeted by Claudia da same female that made my reservation. She made my check in real easy n friendly. Real nice place to stay, rooms r elegant n make u feel a little like home.staff real nice n polite,n for da price u can't beat it. I would stay at this place anytime, check out next morning by Claudia again, she's a real hard worker n nice person in general.
