Excellent. Food is nice. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. Target store is nearby and you can buy needed things if you want to cook yourself. Hotel include restaurant, outdoor pool and fitness centre. Buffet breakfast is by default included. Free self parking is available. Overall very good place to stay for business travel.

Location of the hotel is pretty well located for offices in Mountain View, Sunnyvale and Santa Clara. The hotel is near a strip mall and Target and far enough from the 101 that morning and evening traffic isn't a bother. The lobby is updated, but the rooms and hallways are dated. The room was a good size but smaller than a Hyatt Place. Overall a good place for business visitors who won't spend much time in the room.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms, great lobby, good buffet breakfast included. Pool looks nice and the parking is in the garage behind. Parking lot has a number of restaurants ranging from fast food to exotic dining. Walk to CVS and Target.

I did not actually stay at this hotel. I was only attending an event. The reason for the review is solely to say that the pool had a permanent sign stating that if you had diarrhea in the last 48 hours not to get in the pool. A permanent sign typically indicates that something happened on more than a dew occasions. So, if you stay here, I would not recommend getting in the pool. 💩

The Hyatt House delivers exactly what you would expect from the name. You have a comfortable extended stay room with a full fridge, kitchenette, and decent work area in each room. The complimentary breakfast includes an omelette bar which is very convenient, and the fitness center is above most expectations: having a cable machine as well as free weights. My only complaint is the internet speed is very poor.

This hotel is amazing. It is super spacious and the hotel staff will accommodate all your needs. Would 10/10 recommend to all my friends and family.

The property itself is very nice and its location is great as its walking distance to a number of places. However, arranging for shuttle service is a bit inconvienent. You are limited to where you can go, even if it's within 5 miles.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions for work and pleasure. I really enjoy the central location in San Jose and great quality people that work here. Love the free breakfast in the morning too!

I like Hyatt House because it's comfortable to use the room when visiting the area for work and doesn't have the normal expensive bar & resteraunts. Breakfast included is a great perk when staying here and makes life much easier.

Might be a bit late, but this hotel deserves my 5 star review. I stayed here about 1 month ago and I loved it!! I travel a lot every where in the United States and on my trip to San Jose I decided to stay here because of some nice reviews it had. Omg I was very impressed the staff working there was great to me!! I was traveling from Texas and the manager on duty along with the receptionist made me feel like at home !!!! They where so kind and made me feel so comfortable I had never been in that area and they took alot of time to guide me to the good areas around. For some dinner, drinks and shopping. I liked they where kind enough to show me around the hotel, the pool the bar the parking garage. The hotel bar is good, I had a drink before leaving to a club and was treated nice. I did not get in pool it was still not warm enough to jump in there lol but I did love and enjoy the breakfast!!! The lady making the omelets is awesome she was so kind and sweet!!! And not to mention the rooms are big and clean I was in one that had a mini kitchen!!! I stayed in Hyatt at San Francisco the next 2 nights and I totally felt bummed about that because I wanted to be back at this location! The service was great I highly recommend this hotel I will definitely be going back !!!

It's a 3 star hotel close to the Levis stadium and Great America. Hyatt house has recreational amenities including an outdoor pool and a fitness center. Getting to near by places from here is easy as they offer a complimentary shuttle that operates within 3 miles and also a round trip airport shuttle is complementary at scheduled times. Guests can enjoy meals at a restaurant or can stop at the snack bar or deli and can also order their favorite drink at the bar or the lounge.

Stayed here for a business trip. One word... big rooms. And very economical, which is hard to find in San Jose. Very close by to major corporations, and eateries and stores within walking distance. Area is very quiet. Oh did I mention the rooms are big? Some like the one I got even had a mini kitchen with stove top, sink, and large fridge. I think I have found my new go to place when I stay for business in San Jose!

Warm people... Great stay... Since it's a business hotel, the amenities are apt. In case you are coming with your family, then you'll have to step out for lunch.

The worst thing is that you will have to pay 2 dollars extra to get a small size toothpaste, in addition to the 305 USD/night you pay for your stay, since they don't put toothpaste in the washroom!

Wonderful hotel, well maintained. I had nice stay here for 15 days or more. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Easily accessible to Cisco and other major silicon valley tech gaints.

I stayed at the Hyatt House during a business trip. The hotel staff were great. The hotel itself is nice but a little dated. For example, they have WiFi in the entire property but still have ethernet jacks in the rooms. The TV is a nice 42" LG but the room itself shows some age. I would stay here again. It is,convenient to the office but also comfortable. The H bar food and drink selection is good but not great. Nearby in walking distance you will find at CVS and Target as well as some restaurants. The location is about perfect for my needs.

The room was amazing. It was clean and very spacious. The furniture was in good condition and overall I was very happy with the whole experience. My only complaint would be they only gave me one remote for two tv's

We stopped to visit a friend during their stay in San Jose. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options around. The layout of the room was cozy but it didn't work for entertaining guest.

Rooms are very clean and nice. Location is in North San Jose near Levi stadium but it's still really easy to get all over San Jose. There is also a CVS in walking distance for anything you need.

Nice place to stay. Just wish they had a hot tub and better internet service. Breakfast is fantastic. Beds are comfy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

After a long drive I went to the hotel to see if I can check in early, there was a room available and I was able check in. The service was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. A smoke free hotel was a added bonus. Clean and modern hotel. You are also able to borrow some items to make your stay comfortable and pleasant one (curling iron, beats by Dr. Dre Headphones, dominoes, blender, umbrrlla, baby crib, yoga kit,) just to name a fee. If u are a 49ners fan, it's less then 1.5 miles from the stadium. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are well furnished with a fully functional kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, burners, freezer/fridge, and dishware. Rooms are well tended and the complimentry breakfast is more than pastries and cereals. Location is great, situated near a few restaurants of several varieties.

This hotel is centrally located and has a small shopping area close by with restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very nice and clean. This is a place that could be romantic for that special weekend.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Comfy, quiet rooms at a great price, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is amazing! Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

I love having dinner here when I stay. Nothing like doing work with a very scratched made meal (steak, fries, and grilled veggies) and a beer. Not like the other hotels that offer microwave meals as their restaurant's "hot meal" offering. Real food while your working here.

Update; company booked a 30+ extended stay here. And I have to say they went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Let us choose our suites, presented us with some complementary things including $10 credit at the restaurant and 5 free washes. Upgrading to 4 Star- the place still has weird random smells lol.

The rooms were very well kept, but what made the experience there great was the service! Everybody is so friendly and accommodating - it was a wonderful atmosphere.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Nearby there are many restaurants and stores. The employees at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Breakfast included custom omelets made by chefs. The pool is nice and not too cold. Overall the only downside is the restroom door being in line with the hotel room entry door. It was a little difficult to maneuver at times.

This is really the only hotel I stay at in the San Jose area. The rooms are always immaculately clean and the staff is always very friendly. This last visit, however, has me wondering if there was a change in management or a mass change in staffing. The front desk staff faces were new and they were not as friendly as the faces I used to look forward to seeing. Also, the quality and selection of the hot breakfast was the worst of every visit I have had at this hotel. The room was still very clean, and every cleaning staff member I ran into were very nice and welcoming.

Room was very clean and location was superb. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The bar was very nice and the food was good. Although, a little pricey. My room overlooked a brick a wall but, that's the luck of the draw sometimes.

We like how the hotel is neat and clean. The staff are nice and very helpful. There is many places around the hotel to eat and a target across the street. The pool table and vegan milk options were a plus.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days for a business visit. The hotel suit was very comfortable, breakfast was great and the staff was really helpful. The hotel provides a shuttle service to nearby companies and places which was very helpful given the poor public transport options around San Jose and Santa Clara.

I went to hyatt house for a hiring event for Amazon. Didnt get to see much of the hotel but from what I did see was amazing. They keep the place very clean and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there if I wanted a little get away.

I love staying with Hyatt and onnger trips such as this one, prefer Hyatt Houses. San Jose meets all my high expectations save for one regard. At the end of a long day I really resented being denied a ride to the closest convenience store point blank. The courtesy bus sat idle at the front door while I walked the 20 minutes there and back at 6:30 PM. Very poor form.

Staff sensitive to the needs of professionals. One of the closest hotels to the primary Cisco campus. Close to common restaurants and shops. Get a parking permit for the parking structure from the front desk to park in the lot with your room key: parking in the shopping area is discouraged.

Staff was great and room was good as well. Was here for a company event and everything went off without a hitch. Morning complementary omelettes were also great.

It's been a year, but I'll never forget how great the customer service was. I got there at 1am after a long night searching desperately for a room, and they set me up without a problem. Worth what I paid. I appreciated the respect as well.
