Great staff. Always helpful and friendly to deal with. Breakfast is fab. Lots of choice. Easy to get a taxi or just as easy to take a tram which is a short walk.

I was here on business for a week, really great hotel, the personal is really nice and friendly, the cleaning is daily and have a big variety of breakfast. The SBahn is 15 min away, some supermarket's near by, also restaurants, my favorite one is THAY WOK(5min from the hotel), really good food and not expensive. One thing I didn't try is the hotel restaurant, so I cant give 5 stars for not knowing everything, but overall I will definitely come back and I recommend 100%.

Currently renovating. Got one of the new rooms. Nice new modern interior. No nearby restaurants in walking distance. The airline crews also stay here or passengers who have rescheduled cancelled flights that need overnight stays.

Very nice and quiet place. The room decoration is modern and very nice. The breakfast is great with plenty of different food which satisfy everyone's needs. I recommend this place.

Have to say a great hotel. I liked the bedding and the bath (big bath). Only weird thing was the window from bath to living room. The breakfast is also really good.

No hot water in de room. They said the pumps where not strong enough to pump all the hot water to the top of the building. Very stupid. So we had no hot water..

My favorite hotel in Frankfurt a.M. I really like the breakfast and the Service is very good. The fitniss center sauna and spa are on the top floor with a nice view over the skyline.

A great hotel close to the West Railway Station. Clean, well equipped and has a Spa on the top floor. Fantastic breakfasts and helpfull staff. Couldnt find any disadvantages.

I could suggest to bring your own shower gel and shampoo, as the one from hotel smells pretty horrible (compare to other hotels I stayed in).

Out of the city center but very close. This hotel is just a couple train stops from the city center. They don’t have free breakfast in the morning, which is disappointing. However, the accommodations are very nice and comfy.

The room was nice. The staff were professional. Monday is when it gets full of course. The restaurant can be particularly busy on Monday evening's. Your best to enquire early as to seating availability.

We were put in the Radisson Blu when our flight back from Frankfurt to london was cancelled. The hotel was extremely clean with ace facilities. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Staying here made an inconvenient cancellation a pleasure.

Great hotel with good service. Including breakfast is highly recommend because it offers great choices and good egg options among several other items. Rooms are fairly spacious. Bath showers could get an improvement but overall good. 10 minutes walk take you to Frankfurt West S-bahn station.

The whole hotel has a modern flair and looks amazing. The service personal is friendly and do a great job to feel comfortable. Over that the rooms are great.

It is a nice hotel with nice rooms. It is ok for business nights but I wouldent go there with my family. They had realy good breakfast.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, staff extremely friendly. The lobby is very comfortable, as are the rooms, which have a tremendous view.
The pool is amazing, on the 18th floor with a view of the skyline, my only gripe is that it could be a bit bigger.
We came downstairs on the first night to free waffles and rote Grütze, Not bad. I can really recommend this place, we had a lovely time.

Location is a 25 minute walk to the Messe, 7 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Reception was welcoming. Rooms were clean but beds a little on the small side. Food left a little to be desired except breakfast which was great.

Amazing stay. Staff was extremely nice and polite. Rooms were modern and clean and the hotel had great common facilities and good lively vibe.

It's a nice hotel and the room was clean. The spa on top was quite nice but the pool is tiny. The furniture is dated but functional. Staff was very nice and polite. One thing that ticked me off was the hidden drink prices. We were directed to have dinner on the terrace and shown the meal prices which were reasonable. While on the terrace we were offered drinks and we ordered a beer and apple juice mixed with water. This should have been 4-6 euro total. But each drink was 5.50. Seriously 5.50 euro for apple juice?!? Always ask the price of everything at this hotel before you touch or do anything. Other than that it is a decent place. Location is okay but there are places closer to the attractions or s-ban stations.

Very nice hotel, cozy and modern, far from old fashioned German styled ones. Quiet area, a few steps from the tram with direct access downtown in just 10 minutes. Lovely crew

It's an ok hotel for a night. We stayed there waiting for our flight back home from Frankfurt.
The front desk are attentive, but definitely not "warm". The rooms are of a good size. We stayed in the 12th floor with connecting rooms for us and our kids. Rooms were clean and functional. The safe is big and easy to set up.

Cons:
"airport hotel" feeling. carpet wall to wall, in halls and rooms, which always give me a bad feeling because of the germs and dust mites.
The shower IS TERRIBLE!! no matter what you do, it goes from trying to cook you to freezing cold. So you're literally going in and out of the shower until you're done. A total pain!
Pool upstairs is very small and can get crowded.
Parking around there is HORRIBLE. You should pay the 35 euros for parking, if not you can be driving for 1 hr to find parking.

Pros:
The breakfast selection is great. Fresh fruit and baked goods. A lot of people but there is enough space for everybody to feel comfortable.
Gym is good.

Room with great views. The restaurant coast give you the opportunity to try some stuff completely different at the usuals. The breakfast was very complete. Especial mention to the workers. They were always very friendly and attentive. Five stars all around

Had a good stay at the hotel, nice spa area with a great view. The hallway in front of my room had a strong cigarette smoke smell but the room was fine (no smell). Good breakfast, location isn't super convenient but good enough.

What a view from the room! Had to leave curtains open all night and enjoy it. A bit far from the centre but if you come by train the S-bahn station Frankfurt West is not very far and tramstop is just around the corner. Breakfast is normal Radisson level. Would come again.

Stayed in a business class suite with a lovely view of the city. The staff was absolutely awesome, working with us and letting us check in while they figured out an issue syncing our reservation with the site we used to purchase the stay. The breakfast is well worth it also!

The location is a little of but with the tram you will reach the city in 15 min. I had a double room and it was great. The room had a beautiful view over the city. The staff in the reception will gladly help you with any questions about the city and how to get there.

The personnel working there was great. They were able to accommodate all our need in a friendly and efficient manner. The hotel itself was a little dated and it seemed that there were more convenient choices closer to city center.

Spent two nights in winter 16, rooms were very neat and clean. They have a mini bar in every room where you can drink coke or beer, eat chocolate and even can store your own juices in the fridge. The bar works with the tag system, as you pick something it will be automatically charged to your account and is paid at the time of check out.

Loved it ! Nice rooms and good service. Kind off a confusing breakfast buffet but I think there the same in every Radisson so they're probably confusing everywhere :-)

We got the 38 sqm Junior Suite on the 17th Floor with the view to Taunus. The bed is cozy inspite it consists of 2 separatable matrasses. So, its possible to fall down between them and sucked in te middle :(

To me their Junior Suite isnt worth the money, its too small n the bathroom is poorly furnished- plus the Breakfast was very poor for such a standard!

As for the lobby : it only hits 65% of the descriptions... I also found their coridor was a bit too lousy n the pillars are too naked plus the size of the bathroom and awful breakfast :(

We are from London and our room is brilliant. Cool, lovely firm beds. Amazing bathroom. Incredible food and luxury restaurant space.

The hotel was ok. My room was a business class room & nice and spacious. Service was ok but not up to what I would expect given the chains reputation. Issues with the room were not fixed & hence the lower rating.

Very nice hotel at the good place. Very comfortable bed, wonderful breafast.

Very good overall. The free WiFi didn't work at first and the bathroom tap was a little oversensitive for my taste, but otherwise no complaining. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had.
