Staff was friendly. My room was clean, spacious, and had plenty of pillows, towels, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. WiFi was down at times; not great but adequate. Overall a comfortable stay. I'd come again if I'm in the area.

Rooms are nice, but had an confusing issue with the fire pit outside, I guess it's just for looks my group was out sitting at the round pit table and we were told they won't light the fire because the pool was closed? It was dark maybe 10ish .. Bonfire pits are for the nighttime which nobody accommodated us and if lit would've been great.. Why have the pit if we can't use it at an appropriate time? Doors in bathrooms of 3 rooms my group stayed in wouldn't shut either..

Excellent place to stay,clean comfortable rooms,bonus of free full breakfast and dinner with choice of all types of coffee,fountain drinks, and beer which is free to all guests.Very polite and courteous staff.Highly recommend this place as a single stay or several nights.

Clean and comfortable. Easy access off expressway. Lots of restaurants close by. Nice outdoor pool area to hangout.

Very friendly staff. Convenient to Churchill Downs and Downtown L'ville. Free hot breakfast and a cocktail hour M-Th. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds comfy. Shout out to the front desk staff who made us feel very welcome.

Great location for my retreat. It sits in a great location right off interstate and is very close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Nice rooms. Great lobby. Beer on tap and free every wed and thurs. A bit pricey. Now indoor pool. Fire pit outside. Nice sitting area. Close to Harley Davidson and Southeast Christian Church.

Fantastic Room and Service. Breakfast was nice as well.

Stayed for a week. Location is close to many restaurants and businesses. Friendly staff, free breakfast all week, free dinner and beer mon-wed. Room was clean. Dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge and dishes and silverware made the room feel more "homey" as the week went by. WIFI works great.

Recently remodeled. Rooms were nice but could have been cleaner. Breakfast ended far too early.

A great, newly renovated hotel. We stayed here over Christmas and it was a comfortable stay for the big family.

Room nice. Not everything works. Had to go to desk 3 times, which was a little walk, because key didn't work. 1 was cut off at noon when we're here 3 days. Ice maker not working. Only 1 remote, 2 tvs. House keeping busted in while I was sleeping and let my dog out

One of the be best hotel I been in the area friendly staff, room big love seat, rotate tv depend where you are seating, office, fridge, and nice breakfast. Recommend

Very comfortable, though a little older it has been updated but could use a little more work. The staff is what makes this place really shine though. Very friendly and helpful. They were always checking on us and engaging, unlike other places that are cold and disinterested I found them genuinely warm. One of the management staff stopped and talked to us while we were relaxing in the main lobby having a drink and gave us great advice on some of the sites as well as a perfect recommendation on a Bourbon restaurant for dinner. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Very nice and clean. Front desk help were always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Room was very clean and smelled great. Breakfast wasn't the greatest but it worked for someone.

Short of staying at my own home or the home of someone I care about, I would consider Staybridge Suites. The staff and facilities are wonderful and up-to-date, the beds are very comfortable and the content of the rooms are nicer than most of what I own. I do not believe that I have ever stayed in a nicer Hotel, the cost initially caused me pause but you really do get what you pay for.

We had a family vacation here excellent room very quiet the buffet was awesome customer service was great we will always come back to this hotel!

Enjoyable. Convenient. Not much walkable in the area, so I took my evening stroll around the adjoining megachurch grounds. Dinner was fine, bed was great, breakfast was fine.

What a surprise. Never stayed at this brand so expectations were low. Blown away by the service of this hotel. Irene and Brenda were exceptional staff members answering all our questions and helping us find something out little wanted to eat. Mon-wed they have complimentary food at night and breakfast. Not a 5star restaurant but good and fill your belly after a day of driving. Will definitely stay here again. Very family friendly

Great place to stay. It's very close to the interstate, but noise was minimal. The outdoor space including the pool was fantastic. The staff was very courteous. The rooms are large and the air conditioner was great in the hot, humid weather.

Will equipped room. Great experience. My room was maintained very well. The layout was very nice. Only issue was if you sit on couch the AC unit blows directly on you. Gets you cold quick without the room being cold.

I didn't think the hotel liked like much, but our room was awesome with the kitchenette and beautiful decor. There is tons of natural light and the breakfast was awesome. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We'll definitely be back!

Front desk is very helpful, they accommodate your every needs. Cleaning crew does excellent job. There are tons of restaurants and big chain stores near by. I have nothing bad to say about this place as far.

Good place for solo fly by stays. Not the cleanest, nor the most well taken care of. Staff was limited and it showed with service. The one individual that was working did all she could. Good location for getting back on the road.

Rooms were recently remodeled which gives it a much better feel. Clean quiet and decent breakfast. Good for work travel

Hotel has recently undergone renovations and our room was very, very nice. Kitchenette contained everything we needed to make our stay feel homey. The staff was personable and professional. Breakfast was good, parking was plentiful. Only negative is thin walls, could hear tv next door all night.

Exactly what you would expect. Definitely a step above the Holiday Inn Franchise requirements. While we were there, some renovations were being finished, so I'm sure it will only get nicer in the future.

Lots of little things could be improved in the room. The AC was loud and bangs when starting up, one window's screen was broken, the toilet wobbled... Also 6:30 breakfast time is a bit late for convenience.

Great service, good price, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast had extensive options. Wireless Internet ran fast with strong signals in the room and lounge.

This hotel is clean, has good sized rooms, and has all the amenities you'd expect from an extended stay hotel. I stay here several times a year and have never been disappointed!

I can't believe the internet service you have is soooo slooooow... Shame on you, because the rooms are comfortables and the people make a great effort to give a good service.
If you want to work and need internet, forget it, go to other place...
I came from Mexico and I can't believe the worst internet service in Mexico is hundred of times better than yours.

stayed 1 night using reward points. Very homey and staff was friendly. room was great, but shower was slow to drain.

Loved our Stay. Already booked for next year! Complimentary dinner and drinks was a surprise. By far excellent customer service!
