The kids area are amazing and lovely for all the ages of the kids from 4 months to 14 years
Books, toys quality, cleanness of the area, the life guards very friendly towels and the quality of the toys and the variety of the activity are amazing.
Prices is high but it deserve it.

Amazing getaway.Had a splendid stay here. Room was beautiful. The bathrooms!!!! The bathrooms are just stunning. The pools! The kids area! Let me just say this is definitely a 5 star hotel with a five star customer service.

From the moment myself and my son checked in until we left it was a wonderful experience. Every member of staff we had contact with was polite and knowledgeable of the Hotel and Abu Dhabi. And just like General Mcarthur when he had to evacuate the Phillipines he uttered the words I shall return, so will I.

One of the best resorts and staycation experiences! We were upgraded to an enormous 1 bedroom suite and our friends were upgraded to a premium sea view room. Plenty of amenities and loads of complimentary water only begin to describe the features of the room. Large tub, standing showers, fully equipped business desk, it goes on and on

For the children the kids club has enough to keep them occupied for at least 3-4 hours at a stretch. Everything from a climbing slide, to water slides, to art and craft to play station, ping pong, a toy room and face painting is here.

Room service was slow and the food was not done as per the other on two incidents - both of which the hotel accepted their error and didn't charge us. Having said that the menu is great (be warned: pricey!) And the breakfast is outstanding, with three cuisines and a whole lot of live cooking!

Giving this 5 star hotel a 4 star rating might not seem right but I will explain. The high points of the hotel are well known for a property of St. Regis brand that will include the service, design, layout, staff.
My comments are about cleanness of the rooms and the check in, check out processes. For a Saint Regis known brand, you would think the will have a better knowledge to this.
The property is secluded and a little far from entertaining and landmark spots.

Best hotel to enjoy your time either if you are single , a couple or with family.
Multiple swimming pools , kids club with kids pool and activities , wonderful beach.

Room wasn’t ready well after check out and service at upstairs lunch area was painfully slow. Reception area wasn’t clear so guests were having to negotiate where it was Ana who was in line next. Wonderful service but seemed uncoordinated and under staffed.

The hotel itself looks pretty good, however the service you will receive might not be as luxury as you expect. Hotel gets over crowded so when you are off to pick up some more watermelon at the breakfast you come back at the table with new family seated and just like that they make you leave. At the adult pool the guy cleans the dirty table
and opens a stroll for your cola almost simultaneously, and the cherry on top... They don't have time to wait when their bedsheets arr dry fully, so expect to sleep in sticky, half wet half dry bedsheets. Have a good stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days with friends and family. The Cleaning and pool staff was very nice. Food was good. We especially liked the e-butler service. You could ask for reservations and help through WhatsApp 24hours a day.

Unfortunately there was a congress held during our stay and there was lots of security running around and it made the 3 days very unpleasant.

We where also disappointed by the management.
At arrival we asked for late check out, because our flight was in the middle of the night. They told us they can offer us until 6pm complementary. Which is very generous in general.
However on day of check out they called us at 6.10pm and asked when we will be checking out, with a baby everything took a bit longer and we where out by 6.40pm. As we came to the lobby little stressed out because the baby wasn’t feeling well, they told us we now had to pay 50% of the room rate. After 7 days spending lots of money in the hotel, we find this very disappointing!
The manager wasn’t a available and the manger on duty didn’t know what to do. After all we received an email that this is hotel policy and they will not refund the money!

It made us very angry at the end of our stay and will not recommend the hotel to friends and family again. Next year we will not come back to the hotel.

The property is gorgeous, and the room was lovely. Our view was amazing. Very comfy bed. The breakfast was also excellent. However, we had nothing but problems with our air conditioner. Engineering had to come up to our room at midnight to fix it, and it shut itself off again in the morning. Made for a frustrating and uncomfortable stay, instead of the relaxing night we expected.

The place is fantastic, spacious rooms and bathroom. The staff are way too friendly and helpful. The view of the ocean is breathtaking and I would visit this place again and recommend everyone to visit

What a great place for a family weekend get away. Beautiful rooms, efficient staff, great selection of food, kids club and only 10 mins away from Louvre Abu Dhabi.

Buddha Bar is currently under renovations so might be better to go when this is ready.

The rooms are spacious, I stayed here multiple times for business and for holiday, the kids are rewarded by a special pool with some water games and also a kids center... and my other highlight is the location of this resort. This is one of my favorite beaches, it is open as you can walk the whole beach even out of the resort premises... St. Regis is part of SPG, which I haven’t seen any noticeable benefits when staying many times and becoming a gold member. You get very basic only like a fruit basket or an enhanced WiFi!

I would rarely rate 5 stars but our staycation at St Regis was just perfect. Amazing service, best that I have ever experienced. When they say family friendly they really mean it. The small touches like a nice cot and cute baby towel for bubs were appreciated.
Amazing facilities, the kids loved the splash play area and the family pool was amazing. Fantastic spread for breakfast. Driving back home we really felt like we were coming back from a holiday.

Loved it ... and then they ruin everything..

Breakfast was included in the price, we decided to have it in the room which ended up to be then charged twice.
The reason given is, unbeknownst to customers, the providers are different between room breakfast and the lobby.

Therefore, contrary to any decent five star hotel in the world, room service breakfast is double the price (it ended up costing close to aed 600 / USD 170 for a continental breakfast for two)

I liked the hotel, and I am saddened to say that once I have been shafted, I tend never to come back.

Known for its excellent service and serenity. Its also known for its brunches every Friday and also you get to drink till you drop for all booze lovers. Yes i said it. You do drink till you crawling

I went for Easter Sunday Buffet lunch. Price was reasonable and you get a huge variety of choices of food and drinks. The wine that was available on my package was disappointing though. There was only one choice of white and red and weren't very nice to the palate. I recommend the Magharita. There was also live band singing popular western music.

Located at the saadiyat island,has nice selection of restaurants and overlooking sea, very nice I loved that place.

Lovely hotel. Lots of amenities. Kid friendly. Private beach. Nice restaurants.

So .. we only stayed one night but it was awesome. Quality hotel in Abu Dhabi.. it is good for families, couples and business travelers.

Room tip: ask for a high floor with a sea view ideally on the right side of the hotel .. this means you get more son.

Tips: the gym is very good .. very very good,
Bright: one of the beach staff makes a great Long Island ... again highly recommended!
