I stayed at the Embassy Suites Waltham for a surprise birthday party for my brother. We stayed in a suite was nicely decorated. It clean and spacious with a coffee bar and refrigerator.
The staff were extremely pleasant and professional during our stay.
The highlight was the breakfast offered daily.
They had omlette, cereal, and breakfast options. It was like a five star all inclusive.
I loved my stay and wished I had stayed longer.
They also had a pool.

The hotel itself was very clean and staff was nice. The rooms were clean but had an odd smell. All sheets, towels, etc were very clean and smelled great which is a major plus at any hotel. The free breakfast was fantastic as well. Parking was expensive at $12/night but the lot is monitored, so that's a nice plus. Great hotel overall for a decent price.

Reservation made last May. Mistake results in no room available upon arrival. Had to spend night in a one bedroom suite with one person on a couch. The "upgrade" for the next two nights was smaller than before, as hotel was booked out for the weekend.
We were comped the two nights and given free dinner for 5, Free parking worth $36, so a good response on their part. It's a beautiful hotel and the included breakfast is excellent with very large dining area. The restaurant is also very good.

All in all I would recommend this hotel; but call ahead to confirm your room as booked is available.☘️👍

The hotel is expensive but if you're okay with the price the quality is excellent the rooms are big comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is very good. I would say it's among the best free breakfast that I've ever ever had. The staff is efficient and welcoming. The hotel is very clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is well designed and decorated. Rooms are wide and clean. Breakfast is great and includes different types of food and drinks. Location of the hotel is nice and it has green areas and nice views. There is a free parking lot. Staff are decent and helpful.

I have had many opportunities to stay here, this will be the first review. This hotel just gets better and better, one of the nicer hotels in this area of Boston. They have an excellent staff, very accommodating. The rooms are nice, clean and nicely appointed. The bar and restaurant is fine and the breakfast is good. This is my go to place to stay when traveling.

Front desk was very polite and professional. Complimentary snacks and drinks during the evening. Free breakfast had a good selection and was pretty tasty. Very nice place to relax at the end of a busy day.

Embassy suites was brilliantly kept and and felt like a very relaxing experience from start to finish. I have to stay, I was struck by the interior of the hotel, it didn't really affect anything about my stay, but it felt so airy, open, and tranquil. I unfortunately had to leave before breakfast was served Saturday morning (7am), which was unfortunate, but it seemed like it would've been nice. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and met my expectations. Overall, I am happy with how my stay went.

I am currently staying here for a business meeting. I am really impressed with everything this hotel has to offer. The facilities are very clean, the rooms are set up nicely and are also very clean. The bar/small restaurant area is nice and the bartenders were great. I've had great experiences with all of the staff that I have encountered thus far, the hospitality is on par. The environment while I was here was mostly business as there were are a few conferences happening. The complimentary breakfast is special. They offer a made to order omelet station as well as a buffet are with common breakfast foods like bagels, coffee and tea bar, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and an oatmeal station with lots of toppings! The pool is huge and really nice and the gym is decently sized (for a hotel gym). I would definitely recommend this place to all friends and family and anyone interested in staying here. Prices are pretty good for the location , about 20 minutes outside Boston.

We had a very nice experience at this hotel. Our room was great. The bathroom could have been cleaner, which is why I deducted one star. It was graduation weekend, so I assume it was cleaned quickly. Other than that, zero complaints. My family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The breakfast in the morning was very good - the best one I have had at a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The service was fantastic. Inside the hotel all of the rooms overlooked the indoor courtyard. The pool was clean and at a good temperature. Really close to the hotel was a great Bertucci's. The rooms were huge.

Really nice hotel, A bit older but maintained and with very friendly staff and a nice shuttle for the local area. The breakfast is always a standout at Embassy Suites, full hot breakfast included with the room. Rooms were nicely laid out and large. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located of the highway, although still a bit of a hike to get into Boston proper. Nice vibe in the lobby bar. Function rooms were fairly standard but worked well for the event I attended. Lots of parking.

Its easily accessible by car with some restaurants and shopping nearby. Its right next to the highway. Staff was professional and nice while i was there. The room i was in was nice and clean, so didnt have any issues. Seems to be priced good, but my company paid the bill when i stayed cause of the snow storm and me being essential personel. Its right across the street from where i work, so it was convenient :-)

It's a nice hotel, clean, good continental breakfast. We get put up here for work occasionally. But the front desk has trouble every time with our reservations, and has charged personal credit cards multiple times instead of the company card for the room. And they seem to be understaffed for the winter storms - dining area is full, room service takes an hour... Probably a more enjoyable stay for personal reasons during nicer weather.

I was on a business trip here. The place was alright but nothing extraordinary. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast offering was fine as well They had a wide variety of stuff to offer. That was very nice. In the suite I was there was no tableware available. For some reason they were removed from the suites. It would be nice, if the tableware was available. For a three star hotel it was still fine. The only downside was the room rate. I think it was too expensive overall. For that money I could get a better deal. If the price is right, it is a good three-star hotel.

I was working on a project in Waltham and this was my go-to hotel. Great service, very good breakfast and nice, large suites. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a great deal as far as location vs price vs comfort goes. Breakfast is included and there is even an indoor pool. Parking is free and the overall room/bath were clean and well appointed.

We've stayed here multiple times and will continue going back when we're in the area. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We enjoy the free evening reception and breakfast.

I had a number of out of town guests staying at the hotel for business. After a team building event we stopped at the hotel bar. Unfortunately it closed at 11pm. The staff wasn't entirely friendly and went as far as to complain how long they had been on their shift. Didn't make a great impression.

About what you expect for an Embassy Suites (which is a good thing). Friendly staff. Pleasant lounge area. Free parking. One highlight is the food, which is expensive but surprisingly on point. (Breakfast is free of course, and very good.) Minor annoyance: my room had one of those dreadful "tray" coffee makers; most decent hotels seem to have moved to Keurig. Warning: per state law, the nightly manager's reception does not include alcohol.

Every embassy suites is fantastic. It's the only hotel I have breakfast at. No powder eggs. Made to order omlets! This is always my first choice.

Loved every minute. The room/bathroom were great. Breakfast: more than we ever expected. Made-to-order omelettes, waffles, pancakes, breakfast Meats, fruit, yogurt, muffins, toast, cereal, juices, coffee, and actually a good variety of teas. 5:30pm manager's reception was a bonus with grilled vegetables, crackers, snacks, and a taco bar. Another bonus is the Green Papaya Thai restaurant across the street.

Good place to stay. Only issue is with food. They don't have much options. If you're vegan, then better to search for near by restaurant.

Had some family staying here. It was nice. Breakfast was good, though they ran out of fruit loops on the second morning so the kids were disappointed (they're a treat) until they saw the chocolate muffins. The place was nice, and the fam swam in the pool. The filters on the hot tub weren't catching all of the hair and dust, but everything else was nice. I'll likely recommend the rest of my family stay here when they come. Convenient location to get on 128.

Rooms are large with space for my family of 6. And the breakfast is great. It's made to order omelette and all kind of other items. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at around Boston area. And it was really affordable.

Location is pretty far from Boston, so not the best spot if you plan to spend a lot of time there. The hotel is nice, rooms are good and clean. No problems with the service.

Waltham is a tech boom Suburb of Boston. Thus hotel is within two miles of most company's. If you work for a local tech company they are most likely partnered with your company. This means lower rates. The hotel is great for business trips hosting a free breakfast, a bar, lunch and dinner options. Very close to several good resteraunts.

Modern, clean, and spacious, good for a family of 4. Breakfast is fantastic. Lots of selection. Omelette is the best. Pool is great size but crowded during our stay. Good money for the value.

Nice breakfast good staff but on Sundays a Church meets on the third floor from about 9am to 9pm. They sing loud enough to hear it in our room on the fifth floor.

One of the loudest base guitar playing and praise singing strong enough vibrations to raise the dead in the bedroom and living room 2 floors above.

If a decibel reading were taken during parts of their service...God would forgive the church musicians for their sins and pray for mercy and a miracle for the hotel guests...who are subjected to this...Bottom Line ...keep the church cut the amplifier and speakers down or half price rooms for hotel guest above...who may be trying to rest...or prepare for a seminar...

Attended a dance in one of the smaller ballrooms. The staff was very nice and the food was good. The bar is well priced and has a good selection.

Huge rooms with plenty of office space and furniture. Cleanliness was great. The best part in my mind was the casual bar and refreshments that were offered until 730. This provided a very warm atmosphere. They also have a complementary shuttle which was a great help.

Good experience overall. The rooms were great- spacious, comfortable, and clean with pullout sofa beds. The reception desk was friendly and check in/check out was easy. My one complaint is that the breakfast buffet was cold and not particularly great compared to other hotel breakfast, although they did have a wide variety to choose from.

I honestly expected more from our stay. First of all our room looked wayyy better in their pictures online than it did in real life. The bedding was so itchy & just impossible to sleep in (100% polyester EVERYTHING). The only nice part of the room was the bathroom to be honest. The pool also looked like a huge Olympic pool on their hotel pictures, but in reality it is pretty small. I also asked if there's military discount by chance, but no one ever got back to me from the front desk. $197 for 1 night was a complete waste.

The room had a good view and I liked the layout, however the pool was a lot smaller that shown on the website. Also the food was not worth the money in my opinion. Overall the hotel feels homely though.

The hotel is beautiful. I chose a smaller suite with 1 king bed, and it's ample space for 1 person. It would be fine for 2 as well. The staff are very kind and personable. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The fitness center is very small, focused on cardio (with a couple machines and dumbbells), but well-maintained. If I need to travel to this area again, 100% I would come back to this hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel provided a nice reception in the evening with fresh cut fruit. The breakfast was also excellent, it was a buffett style as well as cook to order omelette's.

Located at the Waltham Industrial Corridor, the beautiful hotel was easily accessible right off the highway. There is a restaurant on premise, because of the location there are also many other great places to eat near by. The hotel staff, espically the woman who checked us in at around 6:30 Sunday night the 21st were smart polite and courteous. The hotel is 8 floors with a gorgeous lobby and well kept indoor swimming pool. The rooms were large and spacious, ours was a 2 room suite. Very clean and well kept. We only went away for one night but we would happily go back to Hilton Embassy Suites in the future and would like to thank them and they're staff for such a wonderful experience.

Nothing one way or another to say. Standard fare in terms of hotels. Gym is a bit weak if that's important to you, food is standard and staff is standard. I did enjoy getting the option to pass on the room cleaning and getting a stipend for it. Overall I would define the hotel as adequate.

Visited here for a trade show....wonderful and accommodating staff, no matter the request. Excellent breakfast selections, great fun bartender and professional staff who found me a quiet spot for a telephone interview. This hotel is extremely convenient due to its proximity to 128, rt2, and the mass Pike. I live in the western part of the state and have now attended a conference and a social event. The hotel is clean and convenient.

Wonderful mezzanine that provides an open air feel no matter what the weather is outside. Service was great and the room sad very comfortable.

Ended up staying unexpectedly after being out late and needing comfortable place to crash. Room was well appointed, bed was very comfortable. Wait staff in bar were somewhat inattentive, but not terribly so. Will definitely stay here again.

OK, here goes. We recently stayed there for five nights. We were excited to stay since we used this hotel when it was a Doubletree for our daughter's wedding and were completely satisfied.As the Embassy Suites we were very disappointed in many things. First I will list the things we liked: the breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were terrific. The location was just right for us. We parked for free. The pool was nice and available. Now the less favorable things: the most annoying two things were the young people who ran around the balconies and up and down the elevators all evening throwing things over the railings and screaming, shouting and slamming doors. We had to call the front desk several times over this and finally slept with pillows over our heads to dampen the noise. This went on for three of our five nights. Then there were the teen-age parties in the next door rooms all night with screaming, shouting, bed jumping, and general chaos that kept us up all night (and also our 2 year old grandaughter). This happened more than one night. Now for the maid service who cleaned the rooms. They never did get the room or bathroom completely clean. They did not replace what was used up such as tissues and they left trash under the bathroom counter as well as leaving "clean" glasses that were caked with baked on crud. And they did not remove used dishes or glasses. Before closing I will mention two more things that were good so we end up on a positive note: when we needed anything extra the staff brought it up very quickly and nicely and it was nice to have free soft drinks in the late afternoon. So, our stay at this hotel promoted very diverse emotions.I do not know if we would ever consider staying here again.

Bad indoor air, and striking air conditioning. The indoor air is full of ordor of cigarette smoke. Their windows are sealed, not allowed to open. The exhaust ducts keep extracting air out of the rooms and the smelly air goes from the doomed public area to every room one way. The air conditioning units are too sensitive in saving energy, they keep stopping work even you are active in the room. The technician taught me a method to force the AC work in "bypass" mode: press the power button and temperature down button simultaneously for seconds. But the bypass heating works for only 10 minutes every time. So we felt so cold for several nights there.

Overall good experience. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was good. Biggest perk was the availability of a shuttle bus to places I needed to go. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing stay. The suite was large and homey, huge bathroom and tub, very nice layout overall. Beds were comfy and cozy. Fast elevators made getting to the 7th floor quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was FABULOUS. So much food! Tons of variety, all 3 of my picky sons found plenty to eat and drink. Great value, we'll definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here twice now and believe my good experience the first time was not a fluke. The breakfast buffet and made-to-order omelet station provided enough variety through my stay, and are cooked deliciously.

Overall this hotel lives up to the expectations of what you would expect in an Embassy Suites hotel. Spacious, comfortable rooms, with nice amenities. However, unlike other Embassy Suites across the country, the state of Massasschutes does not allow for the bar to serve free alcoholic drinks during the nightly manager's reception. My only complaint with the hotel is that the breakfast seating area is very limited and insufficient for handling the traffic volume considering the size of the hotel.

It's nice. We would stay again, but a few issues. We had prepaid and checked in online. We got here and asked for our key, which we got (only one, requested a second the next day), but they didn't ask us for any identification. Also being a Silver HH, we never got our bottled water. Breakfast was ok, nice having fresh omelets cooked to order. The room was nice and spacious and clean.

Cleanliness issues: first day for breakfast, many tables were empty and dirty. Second day many many many dirty breakfast dishes and food in the bar area, kinda disgusting. Even after we ate breakfast that area hadn't been cleaned. We haven't left yet, hoping it is clean when we leave!

I didn't like the coffee, way to bitter, no amount of sugar or cream could help. Hampton inns has much better coffee. They ran out of food on Sunday. No bananas left..they eventually refilled the hot dishes, but we were done. Saturday there were no English muffins, which I didn't know until I saw them on Sunday.

We visit the area for friends and if the rate is decent we would stay again.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, free parking (not easy to find in Boston area) and really nice size suites with separate bedroom with door. The rooms are spacious, clean and the whole hotel is very well maintained.

It is not near any major attractions. Seems to be more of a business stay hotel with mini conferences and meetings of all sorts happening inside the hotel.
