The hotel staff are amazing, however the decor is a little dated. The 4 star is because the pool had a broken ladder rail coming into it. Pros free adult happy hour with snacks every night. One of the best hotel breakfast I have had in orlando. I stay at hotels in the area about 3 weeks out of the month and this is one of my favorite.

The location is great in that it is basically walking distance from restaurants, stores and other amusements. It has a great view of the ICON Orlando Ferris Wheel and fairly near to the I-4. The room I had was clean and had a great layout and good amenities. The breakfast was also good and satisfactory. After 1 day of service from staff I can say so far they are all very welcoming, friendly, have great manners and seem always willing to help and respond quickly.

We are HH members and love the embassy line... The facilities and staff were great but the room 'chillers' are less then impressive. Our room never cooled off in the back (front sitting room is cool but it ends there). When we asked the mgr about it, she said it's not an air conditioner-it's a chiller. Very confused and dying of sweat at night they gave us fans for the room. When we took shower, the humidity never left and so we had a warm wet room. The fans made all the difference but not really what I expected at the hotel that I love. I appreciate the staff offering the fans! :)

From the moment I stepped in service was 100% on the money when I got him a room everything was Splendid it was one of the best hotel room had ever experienced and such a long time. The staff were attentive to your needs but keep in mind that they got so many people to attend to it was amazing that they even had time to listen to my concern. I was able to enjoy three days of absolute pleasure nothing can take the place of that great experience. I recommend the Embassy Suites it is absolutely world class all the way

Had a wonderful "shot" stay.. The property was very nice, clean and well landscaped! Beautiful!! Additionally, the staff was amazingly awesome, from front desk to housekeeping and finally to breakfast.. It was nothing less than superb service!!!! Also, Manager Melissa delivered first class service by checking in on me to ensure I was pleased with my stay. Awesome customer service Melissa!!! Thank you!! Lastly, I was definitely pleased with the location, so thank you "Reservations" for putting me up in a top notch hotel at last minute notice. I really enjoyed the quality of my stay!!! So often, we civilians really do not know what goes into having such a great facility. So thank you again and again for the superb service and for allowing me to experience such a wonderful stay.. I'm looking forward to my return!!!

Great location, modern, and very clean. Within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants on I-Drive. Very efficient breakfast service with good quality customary food options (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fruit, pastries, cereal, etc.). Also had a cooked-to-order omelette station with healthy options. Great views, but the pool seems a bit small for a hotel of this size. Other than that it was a great choice!

Beautiful facility. Very clean environment. Polite staff. Nice variety of delicious complimentary breakfast foods. Rooms are a little smaller than expected and housekeeping could be better. Overall experience was really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel. I loved the fact that I could sit comfortably downstairs and lounge. There was an hour that they offered free soda and snacks at the bar. Not sure if any of the other drinks were free, but it was really nice. The pool was nice too. Half inside and half outside. Would definitely stay again

Location is good for access to the parks and the convention center. The hotel is outdated and could use a major renovation. Everything worked fine, though, and having 2 rooms was nice. Also, having 3 doors before getting to the bedroom made for a quiet peaceful sleep.

Delicious buffet breakfast! The room is spacious and elegant. Only that, customer services need to be more informative, especially when is your first time. And cleaning employees, they need to be more cautious and observe what are the needs in the room. Plus they need to exterminate the sugar ants. Other than that, I enjoy it!

The hotel staff here were very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was tasty! The only downside we found to this hotel was that trying to get refreshments late at night after 10pm or so was nearly impossible as the small shop was closed. On top of this, the vending machines on the floors were out of water and the only option was to stay the night and go downstairs in the morning for breakfast for refreshments. Overall though, the stay was great!

Awesome service from the second we stepped in the door. All staff that we interacted with (front desk, bartenders and housekeeping) were polite, courteous and attentive. Will definitely return if we are in the area based solely off how great the staff were to us. Rooms were very clean and comfortable also. Thank you!

Great location, easy to access the rest of the attractions on international drive. The employees are friendly, the rooms were clean, and very spacious. It's a great affordable option for an Orlando getaway.

It was gorgeous! We had to quickly find a room and there was vacancy. The free breakfast was actually great and tasty! The pool was pretty neat too! We will absolutely visit again!

I was very happy with this hotel! The location was great, breakfast was free and it had a lot of variety, the rooms were nice, clean, and appeared to be recently updated, and the beds were comfortable. They have a manager's happy hour deal with free liquor/wine/beer, the appetizers they provided were nothing amazing, but it's free!

Of note I lost my wallet during my visit, and while they didn't find it in their 'lost and found' initially, they did end up finding it, called me about it, and even mailed it over night for free!! Even though it was missed on the initial inquiry, I was extremely impressed by how they handled this!!

The light in the bathroom automatically turns on the ventilation fan which was very loud...almost sounded broken. Not a big deal if everyone is up but a quick trip to the bathroom late at night will wake everyone up. The indoor pool is also very small if you're contained to that area due to cold weather but it does extend much bigger if you utilize the connecting outside pool. In this case it was 60 degrees outside so indoor only with about 25 teenagers.

Overall loved the friendly customer service. Complimentary breakfast was great as well as the managers happy hour from 530-730p. Location was also great. Walking distance to lots of things.

Rooms are very clean, and very spacious! Was able to get a great rate on New year's Eve and was very pleased with the room. Managers reception is great; free beverages, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, along with tortilla chips and dip. Free breakfast was great, with cooked to order omelettes and fried eggs. Paying for parking was obviously a bummer but what can you do. Pool was not heated unfortunately. I would definitely stay again for future visits.

Very well done hotel on the inside. The only gripe was the parking measure, in which it never opened for us. The rest of the hotel was fascinating, however!

Normally, I would give it five stars, but I had an issue with their bathroom. It wasn't cleaned thoroughly. You could tell because the floor still had hair from the last guest and drops of urine on the floor next to the toilet. I called a few times for house cleaning. On the third attempt they came to clean it then. I would still stay there. Seemed like an isolated incident as my preferred stay is usually with an Embassy Suites and I haven't had an issue with it.

The staff and amenities were great, especially the complementary happy hour. I enjoyed my room. There was separation between the sleeping area and the front room with doors that close. The front room had a couch, two chairs, and a coffee table which might be a little too much furniture for some but it worked for me. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cearals, etc.) but not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone in the area for business OR pleasure.

Best service I've ever experienced in any hotel. The breakfast and reception were both wonderful, as usual. I'll definitely go back there.

Pool is much smaller than it appears online. Breakfast is awesome. Beds are comfortable but small, only have double beds, no queens.

Location is on I drive. The layout is pretty cool and good views from any room. The rooms are really spacious. Had just over 20+ people in one room and still pretty comfortable. Service is excelent. Clean, friendly and great service.

Not as impressed with this location. The property is definitely showing it's age and in desperate need of an upgrade. Breakfast and happy hour were great but the lighting is very dark everywhere. The double bed was awful and lopsided. The tub had signs of rust. The location is excellent but I will not stay here again until it's upgraded.

The hotel is located within walking distance of many shops and entertainment venues. The amenities were more than adequate and the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. The room and the hotel grounds were spotless and of course the staffs were very courteous.

Only 20 minutes drive from the airport with self parking for $15 makes it a great location to explore Orlando. The theme parks are nearby and there are lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms are big, comfortable and clean and staff provides excellent service.

I would stay here again.

Love this place.Been to it more then 6 stay n going again this year.Well in 2017 went back to Embassy Suites with 9 members of my family.N wow this time I was very very disappointed, first the cups from the room were put back unwash they were dirty,rugs weren't vacuum, table lamps were dusty,the iron went missing I left it on the table and it just disappear. I always put a towel inside the shower n they just left it there for 3days.They don't even clean the table of the living room.Plus the manager was ruined to my granddaughter,their was no towel in the pool so we told her go-to the front desk and let them know n he said ?? .. My family and I aren't going back to Embassy suites.We gave our complain, hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm going to miss that place. I loved, it's been 10yrs we've been going to that hotel.Now to my knowledge I give it a 2 1/2star.😫😫😥😢😢

Beautiful hotel... Has a very futuristic look to it. The manager showed great customer service. I asked you arrived one day early because I made a mistake on my travel arrangements. She was able to make adjustments and find a room for me.

This hotel is amazing. Not only are the rates lower than any Embassy we have stayed at, it's located on international blvd close to everything in walking distance. My hubby and I walked to Popeyes-had to get out and experience the Orlando life. We had just checked in from an all day theme park visit to animal kingdom-we we're exhausted from the heat and fun. This hotel offered the refreshment we needed. Nice hotel room, dining and breakfast area. Only drawback is $15 for parking daily. I still gave 5 stars for the location and service. Would stay here again.

I have suite with 2 full beds and additional sitting. The room has a modern decor. Gray and subtle hints of bold colors. Art work captures the imagination of area amusement park. Free breakfast the made to order omelettes. The service staff is excellent and attentive.

Great rooms. We had six people in our group and had plenty of room. The staff were amazing, and the breakfast provided was exceptional. We really enjoyed the omelette station for breakfast!

The hotel had great customer service and a wonderful breakfast. The pool was really great half inside half outside and had a hot tub aswell. The room was perfect and I couldn't beat the price anywhere else!

Stayed here during father day weekend while visiting lego land theme park.

Thank goodness for the indoor pool because it RAINED for 2 days and that pool was a life saver for us to entertain our kids.

Hotel is very clean. Room were clean and spacious. We had a king suit. Bed was comfortable and staff was very friendly.

Hotel is on international drive so you are in walking distance to so many restaurants.

I would definitely stay here again.

I always like Embassy Suites, and this one is no different. The rooms are nicely furnished, though the chairs could be more comfortable. The complimentary breakfast and evening drinks and snacks are always very good. A big negative for me, though, is that parking is $15 per night. Apparently it's outsourced but for as much as I pay each night, adding that much for parking ensures I will not be staying here again.

It's a nice older hotel with some modernizing updates. Friendly staff, happy hour with free drinks, and reasonably priced provided you book at the right time. I would stay here again.

Stayed here while attending a tradeshow. Front desk wouldn't accept the tax exempt form from work. Other than that I have had a excellent experience. Provided breakfast in the common area is pretty good.

This Hotel is right in the middle of all the excitement of Orlando.. The room service, concierge and valet staff were very professional. I didn't have any problems with this Hotel... Happy Hour everyday for guest with appetizers.. walking distance to the new Eye of Orlando attraction and the Aquarium.. Lets not forget Madame Toussannd Museum

Not a bad place, rooms are reasonably spacious with good amenities. The breakfast is free but not that great. The eggs made to order are nice and if there are waffles they are nice too.
The hotel claims to be a mile from the Convention Center but it is more like 1.5mi. Too far to walk. You'll have to Uber or drive.

Overall the stay was good. The room we were given initially could barely cool the room but the staff was able to move us and solved the issue. Everything else was great and as always loved the breakfast at embassy.

Nice and clean hotel that is close to everything. Plenty of choices to eat within walking distance. Staff was friendly. Bar staff was very friendly during the managers happy hour. Same with the omelette station for breakfast.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms are awesome and very spacious. There is an indoor pool, a nice bar on site and the free breakfast was incredible! You can order special omelettes and all the bacon you can eat! Great times were had by everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly with a pre-check-in text message to ask if I had any questions or needed anything ahead of arrival, which was helpful in my airport arrival. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a safe and a convertible sofa bed in the living room area. Thew workout room was up to date and very clean, with shower and restroom right next to it. The pool is indoor and outdoor and I wish I would have had time to use it. In the morning you have the Wall Street Journal and USA Today available free of charge to read with your made to order breakfast/breakfast buffet. There's also a small Bistro Snack shop that makes great salads, soups, sandwiches and baked things and also has a great selection of snacks. The hotel really has everything you need.

Step outside and you have a great selection of Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment! There's also a Bus stop on the main street close by for the Public Bus as well as the I-Ride Trolley, both of which go to the Convention Center. I'm so glad we booked this Embassy Suites rather than any of the Convention Hotels suggested by the Trade Show we were working on.

If the hotel Staff were more friendly this hotel would be awesome. It's in the middle of tons of restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean and has an indoor outdoor pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour, the bartenders are great. The rooms are smaller than was expected, but very nice.

Love the customer service very outstanding from the valet guy, front desk, server, bartender and breakfast attendants. Even the front desk manager text to thank for our stay. If it is an automated setup, still it's a great idea for making the guest feel welcomed and missed for leaving.
The layout of the room was impressive... Very helpful the sofa bed and the separation between the room with the cozy living room. Very well equiped and clean.

Right when you drive up you're greeted by two... kids. The valets I guess. Who weren't too friendly or helpful for that manner. We wanted to self park so at that point they basically dismissed us and said to drive through the gate and take the ticket. They instructed us to throw out the ticket once we get it. Upon checking in the girl at the front, Kim, seemed completely lost with the whole process and kept saying my reservation was under a different credit card. When I had to repeatedly explain it was not. She said she was going to charge my card for parking and that I would have get it back at check out. The a/c in the room would not cool down the room no matter what we tried. The following day at check out while trying to exit the parking lot it was A.asking for the ticket (that I was told to throw away) and B . making me pay to exit. So I paid so I could get out of there. When I went inside to get help I was assisted by Kim, again. I explained what happened and she got Shawn - the Accounting Manager. He fixed the issue and printed me a receipt that showed two charges and two returns. I assumed one of them was the one Kim said I would get back at check out so I didn't question it. And Shawn explained it so I felt good at the time. It's been 10 days and the second charge is still showing on my bank statement. I called and left messages for Shawn but to no avail. Today I was able to reach him and the was the most rude person ever. If I accidentally talked over him he would start shouting "can you hear me? Hello? Hello? Are you there?" I asked to speak to his manager and he advised it was the front desk manager. Then I spoke to Emanuel at the front desk who said the front desk manager was busy and that the GM Victor Vergara was over Shawn. I asked for his phone number and was only given 407-370-771. At this point it's so frustrating I don't even want my money back I just want someone to know how horrible their customer service is.

The rooms were nice. The have free breakfast which is real food and not just muffins. You have cooked to order eggs and omelets, bacon, corned beef hash, pancakes, pastries donuts and fruit. And the have happy hour from 530 to 730 with free well drinks, wine, and draft beer. Although I had booked a King size room and got two small beds. And the blanket in the closet was dirty. All in all though it was a great experience

We stayed at the Embassy Suites off of Jamaica Ave. Very nice hotel and amazing breakfast. We were a little disappointed with the pool area because of size and it wasn't heated. Staff was great.

This hotel is a great place to stay and a wonderful location. I was very impressed! The staff was awesome and always friendly. Mr. Emmanuel(front desk) was very friendly and helpful with all my needs and concerns. The Free breakfast was really good also. I would definitely stay here again.

Al of our needs are met. It's not a huge room but it's nice and we've had fun. The bartender could be friendlier but other than its been great. Nothing would deter me from coming back to the embassy.

Pretty nice Embassy, though the rooms are older and it shows in some places. The rooms have been renovated at some time, but hard to tell how recent. As with all Embassys, service is good, the atrium.and free cocktails and breakfast are great. Would recommend, but there are nicer rooms in the area. Parking is a bit steep, but given the area and attractions, it's understandable.

Great place to stay and staff was very friendly. This is my wife and kids number one choice... plus the free Breakfast Buffet is AMAZING!!!

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay very much! The beds were so comfortable...we both got great sleep! The breakfast was good. I will definitely stay at embassy suites again.

It's part of the Hilton family so you know its good, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast including cooked to order omelletes, spacious room; well kept and very clean. The only thing is that you do have to pay for parking, $15 a night, it's not too bad but it could be complimentary, overall good value....

The hotel is beautiful but there are details that are a problem. The room doors slam shut, which will wake a light sleeper. There is a scent machine in the room that we cannot find but are allergic to. We requested it be turned off when our room was cleaned, but it was not done. The scent is overwhelming and cloying and makes one member of our party sneeze repeatedly and violently. There was also an issue where one of the young men at the front desk provided information on buying tickets and special deals when we called about a month before our trip but neglected to include very important information (like the fact that the in-hotel ticket desk where he told me I would be able to find these special deals closes at 11:30 in the morning, so you can't buy tickets after check-in) and then, when I asked him about these deals, claimed he has never told anyone anything about the attraction tickets. Location-wise, the hotel is good if you are going to a variety of attractions but you would be better off staying closer to your park of choice if you are only going to one. The shuttles have a very limited schedule and the other bus/shuttle options still leave you walking a mile or more to get from the hotel to the stop and from the stop to the park entrance. The breakfast is good, but for me the money you save is not worth the hassles that have come along with this location.

Fantastic time at this facility. The staff from the front desk,chefs and supporting staff was EXCELLENT. I highly RECOMMEND this facility. We'll miss the daily text from the front desk to see if there's anything that they can do to increase our satisfaction.

The rooms are nice, the beds are nice and comfortable. The attractions such as Universal, Wet and Wild, Fun Spot and etc are close and enjoyable.The continental breakfast is really delicous and diverse. The pool and hot tub are really nice.

New renovations in the suites, nice staff, great location . Just wish it was more channels in the room and better service

I have to say I was disappointed I paid for a premium corner suite where drinks and snack were suppose to be supplied and to be on a high floor. For starters I was not on the high floor which I selected my room online check-in even though I was charged, was given a code to go to the 7th floor to get drinks and snack from a vending machine that did not work I got 3 bags of chips and no drinks from Aug. 28- Sept 5, 2015 we went to the Walgreens and bought water. Talk to the Spanish guy working the front desk would talk English then switch to Spanish and act like he couldn't understand you actually told me they were not going to refill the vending machine and I was not on the 7th floor. the only thing I got that I paid for was the corner room. The safe in my room was jammed they never fixed it so we did not let our room be cleaned but I have to say Housekeeping was very nice they left us clean linen and coffee hanging on our door.

I found this hotel on hotwire and it stated it is a 3.5 star but I would say it's a 2 star hotel. It smells like cigarettes and musty. Called the front desk and was told that the entire hotel is smoke free, not by the smell of it.The only thing it has going is the breakfast.
