Great place to stay, a nicely decorated hotel, very comfortable rooms. The staff was great. Love the free breakfast and happy hour. Kudos to your bar staff very efficiently handling a very busy happy hour.

I was amazed with the customer service from the front desk clerk to the house keepers! By far one of the best hotels I've experienced short of a resort! Beautiful lobby and business center for traveling and the menu is probably underrated based on the wonderful food selections. If your looking for luxury I'd look into this hotel 1st!

Beautiful hotel!! Really hot in the pool area, felt kind of steamy, but I enjoy warm! Sadly the jets on hot tub didn't work, I hope they fix that! Restaurant treated us so great even though we came in late, great portions and quality!! Thank you for a great stay!

The short of it: if you know what Embassy Suites has to offer, then you appreciate staying at one. This is the nicest, cleanest, most modernized Embassy I've stayed in and I've stayed in a lot. The rooms here are very stylish and modern. This is my go to hotel in Knoxville when I don't need to stay downtown. It's very close to Turkey Creek's many restaurants and shops. The only negative, and this is petty, is that the hot water takes some time to get there. Water pressure is great, hot water is there, it just takes a couple of minutes to adjust due to the delay.

One of my favorite places to stay when we visit Knoxville. They have happy hour. It's close to most everything. And they have a nice indoor pool.

Lovely first day. Tasty hot breakfast included with a happy hour in the evening. Rooms we stayed in were spacious and comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was more than I expected for being free and the omelettes are great! Nice, big, "living room" and bedroom, quiet, and near my job. The free drinks in the evening was a surprise. Recommend.

We have a large family so we need something with enough beds where everyone can sleep comfortably. This hotel fit the bill. This suite had two queen beds in one room and a pull out couch in the second room. The breakfast was also outstanding. Our only complaint was that we had to have housekeeping clean something up in the bathroom when we arrived. Other than that it was great.

Newer hotel with a modern feel and friendly staff. Breakfast offering seemed to have something for everyone. I didn't tak advantage of it but the manager's cocktail hour as well. Rooms are spacious with wet-bar, mini-fridge and well-supplied bathroom. Despite being close to the highway, my room was quiet. Only drawback was the failure of the Digital Key on my iPhone and a failure of the keycard system. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in when we go up to Knoxville! Such friendly staff and the happy hour is great. I absolutely love the salt water hot tub. It always makes your skin so soft.

Comfortable bed, delicious made to order breakfast, and happy hour drinks at the bar. This is one of the best hotels my husband and I have stayed at. We will be back. I give 4 stars because some employees in the breakfast dinning area need to learn some people skills and how to communicate with customers.

This is a very nice hotel and great for the price. If you are visiting and are not looking for the typical college scene in Knoxville then this is a perfect place. The best part is the breakfast. It is probably the best breakfast at a hotel that I have had and it was included.

Out of all the Embassy suites we have been to, this is our favorite. My husband and I go here often. They have a fantastic manager reception. The staff are very friendly and the environment is so welcoming. The bar tenders remember the drinks we like and always keep our glasses full, even during the free managers reception. The rooms are also amazing, I difinetly miss those sheets when I have to stay elsewhere.

Stayed at this hotel for my sister’s graduation. Hotel has a beautiful lobby, very clean, modern and the staff has nothing but smiles and polite words. The free breakfast is phenomenal and the manager’s happy hour includes free light appetizers (snacks) and beer. Fantastic for the price. Kids loved the pool. This place has true southern hospitality!

Its a very nice hotel. I miss the original looks of the Embassy chain. Not to big on the modern look of today. The breakfast is excellent.

Attended a AAA Alaska travel presentation at the Embassy Suites Knoxville West. It was outfitted nice with cookies, water, coffee. The chairs were okay but arranged to close together for comfort. Other than that, it was a well hosted event at Embassy Suites.

We went to the Flying Spoons restaurant for dinner, and while the service was good the food was not. The syrup was out in the Sprite so we got cans instead, our hummus had the taste and texture of a sausage cheese ball, the pita chips were beyond stale, there was no appreciable difference between the balance and Greek salad dressings (or maybe we were given the wrong things), the rolls were quite stale, our dinner orders were mixed up, my entree that is served with sauce came with none, and somehow the chocolate lava cake was dry. Most things were edible (I didn't even try the rolls) and no one got sick, but we certainly will not be returning.

We will absolutely be coming back to stay at this hotel!! The amenities are beyond amazing, from the pool/hot tub/sauna combo to the complimentary drinks at the bar during the managers "greeting hour". Totally kid and adult friendly. The whole staff was friendly and going above and beyond to accommodate us, from the housekeeping to the chef who was more than willing to work with the 8 year old's specialty omelette request. We truly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to coming back! Thanks EmbassySuites!

As all Embassy Suites the lobby and rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast was very good and they had a chef that makes omelettes to order. This is hard to find in a hotel these days and is a great start to the morning. However, with all of the ups there are some downs. The air-conditioning in the room was horrible. It was extremely loud and made it extremely difficult to sleep with as it would turn on and off. This just may be the specific room that I had but it is a problem that every guest has to deal with that stays in the same room as I did.

Wonderful place. I can't believe we have been staying in Knoxville for years and haven't tried this. The rooms are great, clean and well appointed. The managers reception every night is awesome.

The food was surprisingly good, but the service was absolutely awful. The server said that it was his first day, so I can forgive him for not being familiar with the menu; however, he only stopped by for refills once during the whole night and he struggled to get our order right, even forgetting to enter some items properly (food came out at different times, our appetizer arrived after our entrees). It didn't help his case that for our entire meal, we were his only table.

Nice clean rooms in a great area. Room service was prompt, and the food was delicious! From the front desk clerk, to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeper...every single staff member we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful! We've already recommended this hotel to our family and friends. Our experience exceeded our expectations!

We arrived to the hotel late. We were greeted warmly by the desk clerk. We had forgotten some toiletries, and she was more than accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Due to our late travels, we were granted a late check out. A welcomed surprise. While we did have some trouble with the toilet, the necessary tool to fix it was promptly bright to our room We have stayed at this hotel in the past, and will return again.

Chef Carmelo is awesome!!! Even on vacation we wake up before 7 to get our omelets. They are extremely well prepared. He tops them with the ingredients that are requested. He makes our stay that much better.

EDIT: I was given sincere heartfelt apology by a manager shortly after my initial review of our disappointing stay, in which we were offered a full refund for our trouble. It's for this reason that I wanted to amend my initial review to reflect my positive experience with the Embassy Suites since our stay. Customer service is what the hospitality industry is built on, so I give many kudos and thanks to your management for reaching out to me and rectifying the situation.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Booked a room for our wedding night which included champagne/sparkling wine. Was told on arrival after our wedding reception that the champagne was "probably not" in our room and that "it wasn't my problem" - by the oh so friendly front desk help. When we arrived in the room, sure enough, no sparkling wine, so we called the front desk asking if we would still be charged for the service we didn't receive, and she again pronounced that it wasn't her problem and that we'd have to take it up with food and beverage. For a quick stay less that 12 hours on one of the most special nights of our lives, I have to say this is one of the most disappointing stays I've ever had - and this is from someone who travels quite frequently. I suggest against purchasing anything but the basic packing because you will not receive it, nor be credited for your payment. And good luck with the front desk staff - any problem you may have is "not their problem".

I attended a training event at the Embassy Suites. Meals for the event were catered by the hotel (Breakfast, Lunch and Snack). The food surpassed my expectations. The lobby area is spacious, nice, and clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Unfortantely there was another event in the area and I was unable to stay in a room at the Embassy Suites since the hotel was fully booked.

The Tennessee ballroom was used for our seminar and the accommodations were fantastic. The food served for lunch was also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful with finding the proper room.

Location was in a central part of West Knoxville and easy to spot from the road. The grounds and interior were well maintained and clean. My only issue was that a few of of the rooms were too dimly lit.

Have stayed by myself at this hotel previously. Brought my 3 daughters (14, 16, and 21) for a family getaway and we all enjoyed our stay here. Good food, friendly, welcoming staff, and good location. I love the courtyard with the fire pits!

Wonderful hotel, great value. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast, but more of the setup than the food. The food was great. The setup led to a long line with everyone going thru the omelet station, which I thought was easily avoidable.

Embassy suites of West Knoxville has staff who openly go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, breakfast like all embassy suites is by far superior with short order items, the rooms were modern and clean.

Rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is good. Elevators are really slow and the showers don't seal.

This hotel is one of my favorites. Very nice, clean, modern rooms. The hotel lobby and dinning area are lovely as well. The breakfast is always delicious with cook to order omelets. Only real complaint are the super soft pillows. They provide no real support and make sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Everything at this embassy is top notch, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean, the restaurant is fantastic, and the staff are all just lovely! I highly recommend sending family here if you want to have them taken care of with luxury. I live in Knoxville, so this is where I've put my father and grandparents up at numerous times when they've visited. The hotel's design is modern and gorgeous and it's a shame I can't stay here myself since I live just down the road. The only issue at this current moment (Dec 9, 2016) is that there's construction on the road leading to it, so keep that in mind and don't go out when it's rush hour. But of course, that's not the hotel's fault, I'm sure it'll clear up soon and look gorgeous. Additionally, the location is a little funky, its between two car sales lots and I think the Mayfield truck drop off area (???). This simply means spend your time looking at the sky and not the ground when you look out of your windows if you want to see how truly beautiful a Knoxville sunset is! All of these cons have nothing to do with the cleanliness of the hotel or anything really that the staff have control over, so honestly, the service is about as top notch as it can be (like at all embassies). Come visit Knoxville and stay in a place almost as charming as our scruffy city itself!

Front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bartenders and servers make it worthwhile to stay here to eat/drink and Rob makes a great omelette in the AM. If I can get the rate that I want I always stay here without hesitation.

Every year we stay with a group at a different Embassy. Every one has been fantastic, except this one. The decor has no "wow factor" like the others, except there is a nice outdoor area.
On our first day, we left for the day and came back to an unlatched door-I litteraly pushed it right open. This was left like this by the cleaning person. The next day we were left with NO toilet paper. I thought these were just fluke things until I started hearing things from other people in our group. I was told a few times that the woman behind the bar was rude. Another said her sheets were not being changed. Someone else said their room was not even cleaned for 2 days in a row! I noticed the full trash in the lobby bathroom was not emptied for a few days. The breakfast was ok, but there was no variety the 5 mornings I had it. One morning there was a really long line and there were no plates or silverware available. For the most part the hotel was clean, but the things that weren't, are noticeable. I did not care for the frosted bathroom door that absolutely would not shut without a shoulder push. The giant shower head that would not move was annoying. The shower curtain was not wide enough so there was always a lake on the floor. The bathroom faucet was dreadful in how it sprayed EVERYWHERE!
Not everything was bad, but it should've been much better for the money we spent.

Stopped in off the road from 14 hours in the car. Set us up quickly with a room. Their Premium level suite. Immaculate. Attentive, caring staff. Omelette was probably the best I've had!

I travel quite frequently for work and this is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are comfortable and create a great working and relaxing environment. The manager happy hour is always fantastic...however the bartender one night was not friendly and was clearly frustrated and showing it and being quite rude. Other than that....love this place!!! Location is nice and close to work and a lot of great shopping and restaurants as well!

Service was wonderful! I have stayed there twice in a month and great service both times. You can expect to be taken care of in all aspects from housekeeping to managers. Room service is wonderful and a great value! I would recommend anyone to stay here!
