Really nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable with amazing service. The breakfast buffet was sensational. Big pool (about 25meters) is making up for the not so great beach in front of the hotel. Very nice view from the rooftop bar, which is adults only.

Gorgeous hotel, the best one in the city. The building has been upgraded with very modern features in the rooms while maintaining the classic feel to it. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Stopped here to visit friends staying in the hotel. We enjoyed some lunch and wine on the pool terrace. Lovely staff, lovely local rosé wine.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. The venue is breathtaking and the service on the spot. If I have anything to add to make this hotel perfect is the ice-cream choice at the swimming pool. Other than that it's perfect!

Very nice but for less than a hotel room like this you can book a fabulous equivalent huge flat all for you, for example La Mansion de Compañia at Compañia str, 3, or Maison Constitucion at Constitucion square

We’ve travelled extensively globally and must say that this was definitely one of our top few luxury hotels in the world. Beautiful rooms, great rooftop bar, and beautiful grounds and pool to enjoy. Recommend splurging for the ocean-facing rooms, many which have balconies. Because the way the hotel is positioned, the lowest room floor (3) even has wonderful views across the pool to the beach and ocean, and in fact we preferred that floor’s views over the rooftop, although any floor would be beautiful. Be sure to request a room with balcony. We will definitely be back.

This is a very historic yet well renovated and maintained 5 star hotel. It certainly deserves that rating as the rooms and decor throughout hotel are top notch - would definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

We had a long stay at this hotel over this past Christmas holidays. This is an amazing and beautiful hotel. The building has been wonderfully renovated preserving some of the Arabic style. The staff was very professional, always so attentive and friendly at all levels including housekeeping, concierge, bellmen and reception teams.
Everything in here is 5 starts, from the amazing gardens, exquisite interiors to the wonderful views of the Mediterranean.
You can’t ask for better location, as its just minutes walking to the old town, the Gibralfaro castle and restaurants.
One beautiful and memorable event we enjoyed at our stay was at the Christmas Eve Gala. The food, service and incredible musicians! it was outstanding! I’m glad there are hotels like this one that still celebrates with class and great taste.

A very nice hotel, highly recommended! You have a warm welcome by dozens of palm trees to a 5 star hotel which looks like a castle, and by good gestures by the hotel staff as they were all very kind and helpful. The highlight of the hotel was the sea view of malaga beach and the complimentary spa services.

Exceptional. Friendliest and most helpful staff. Hotel room was faultless. Excellent in room on-site facilities. Very children friendly. In my top 5 hotels I have stayed in and by far my favourite in the entirety of España
